Nocturne

Some time ago I got a request to make a video about Madeleine McCann using the song Nocturne from Secret Garden. The video was requested by a man who lives in Leicestershire (where Maddie also lives). He had already tried to get the local radio station to play the song once every hour in the memory of Madeleine. Unfortunately they where not able to go though with that. He is still working on this project, so if anyone has any ideas for him or wants to help, just leave a comment!

Book about Madeleine's disappearance!

The McCann's have now signed a contract, saying that they will write and publish a book about their daughter's abduction and the ongoing search for her. The book will be published on the 28th of April 2011, and all the funds from the book will go directly to the "Madeleine McCann Fund". Kate and Gerry also says that their motivation to write this book is their chance to tell the truth and for making money that can keep the search going.

I will definitely buy the book when it comes out! It's a great way to get to know more about Madeleine's abduction and at the same time support the search for her.

Tomorrow on the 3rd of may, there has beeen three years since Madeleine went missing. That is a long time, but I believe that there is still hope and that she is still alive. There have been children found alive after 5 years, 10 years and even 18 years of being missing. That is truly a sign that we should never give up! And that we have to keep on looking for Madeleine and keeping her in the public eye for the year to come!

All you have to do is believe!

I have been thinking about writing this post for a long time. I just haven't had time to write any post for a while.

Anyways, I was at a christian festival some weeks ago. I while we where singing a song in Norwegian about how Jesus is the lord over everything including death, I pray for Madeleine as I often do.

Then I suddenly felt this peace and I felt very safe that Jesus would take care of her. That he would know what is best and help little Maddie. I hope that this means something and that Madeleine is safe and well. We just have to keep on praying!

Sigourney Chisholm in Norway?

Sigourney was born on September 20th 1991 in Toronto, Canada. But when she was only 18 months old she was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Patricia Joan O’Byrne. Sigourney's father and the rest of her family has not seen her since. And they are still desperatly looking for her. They just want to get in touch with her and bulid a realtionship with her again.

There has been several sighting of Sigourney and her mother. In the US, Canada, Spain and UK. But a new lead says they might be in Norway. To be more precis Trondheim. They probably live under aliases wherever they are. How I started doing this!

I started working to get Madeleine home in August 2007, when I was 14. I had heard her story in May, when she went missing, but I didn't take much notice. But when summer came I got bored. And I stared reading more newspapers and then when I read more about her, her story touch my heart like no news story ever had before.

I wasn't that focused on doing something to help at first. Because I didn't really know what I could do. But one time when I read a chain mail on youtube I thought about how useless those are and why no one used the for sometihng good. And I of course got the brilliant idea to put this comment on every video I watched on youtube:

It's changed a little since the begining, but that was basically it! As the year went I started engaging in other missing children, child abuse and other unjustice toward children.

In summer 2008 my youtube account got suspended for spaming, so I started a new one. And I stared making videos. My videos were really bad in the begining, cause I had no clue how to do it. My video are still not that good, but they get better every time I make one.

The last thing I have done to develope what I have started is this blog. I hope that it will be as sucessful as my youtube account. Time will tell!

Aurore - A true Hero

I just watched a movie on youtube a few days ago, called Aurore. It's a really heartbreaking movie about the true story of Aurore Gagnon. She was born 31 of May 1909 and died just eleven years later due to her step- mother and father abusing her.

The movie also focuses on the rest of the village and on how they knew that Aurore was being abused, but no one did anything to help her.

I truely recommened this movie, though I have to warn you it is extremely sad. I think is impotant that is being watched and that we never forget Aurore and her story.

It's also a reminder that the welfare of children is something that we are all responsible for and that if you suspect abuse you HAVE TO report it! It is better to report one to many than one to little.
