HP Officejet H470wbt Mobile Printer

You cannot have a list of the best printers and not include at least one Hewlett Packard. The household name in printers makes this list with its HP Officejet H470wbt Mobile Printer. This printer may not be what you’d consider easily portable; I would probably put it in a ‘transportable’ category if there was one. Nonetheless, this printer is the perfect example of a compact, mobile printing device.

The HP Officejet H470wbt has great connectivity and is practically wireless. All you have to do is sync it with your laptop and you are ready to start printing. This printer is also quite a speed demon as it is able to print out pages at 22ppm in black and 18ppm in color. That is quite fast compared to regular HP printers; the downside is that you may need to replace your printer cartridges faster than usual if you’ll be printing a lot! Good thing, they are available online from Cartridges Direct. Overall a great printer in my opinion and the only drawback I can think of is the price tag.

Pentax PocketJet 3 Plus

The Pentax PoketJet on the other hand can easily be carried around in a bag or backpack – making it the ultimate portable printing machine. It is the size of a couple of candy bars stacked together, and doesn’t need any ink to start printing – which means it’s a lifesaver when it comes to printing emergencies. It’s also connectable using a ISB connection or Bluetooth.

The downsides to this device are that you must have special thermal paper, and it doesn’t print in colour. You are also advised against using solvent-based markers to write on the paper, as this could ruin the printout.

Canon PIXMA iP100

If I was a photographer and needed to print outdoors, this would be my pick of portable printers. This device is capable of printing 9600 x 2400 dpi color photos with ease compared to other portable printers on the market. The iP100 is a nice printer to bring with you on family trips or if visiting relatives as you can print out nice photos of your activities in just a snap.

Overall the Canon PIXMA iP100 is a nice solid printer that is deserving of its place on this list. Although not as small as the Pocketjet or fast as the H470wbt, it is my personal favorite. The only downside is that it uses up a lot of ink when printing, but as they say, you can’t have it all!

Good news to all you techies out there who are constantly sitting on the edge of your seats waiting for new products to launch. Panasonic has proudly announced the launch of the DMC-GF6, their latest mirror-less camera in the Lumix G family line-up. The new camera offers a 16 mega-pixel MOS sensor that provides a nice high resolution and high sensitivity for use in taking images and videos. It also boasts the Venus Engine which was developed to be used with the GF6 for optimum processing and use its 25,600 ISO.

The GF6 is an interchangeable lens camera that offers features such as Self Shot, Creative Panorama, and Stop Motion Animation, a creative control mode that offers 19 different effects. Another innovative feature – the Clear Retouch – allows the user to edit images within the camera. The ultra fast and precise auto-focus is definitely going to give the user less blurry shots and more of those ‘Panasonic’ moments.

The GF6 is also designed to be sociable with other gadgets as it also offers NFC technology. With such a feature included in this camera, you won’t have to fidget with wires or worry about removing the memory card. NFC will allow the camera to communicate with devices such as smart phones and tablets – transferring images with ease. In addition, both images and video can be archived to the registered digital equipment such as a PC, automatically via the wireless access point (router) at home.

Ensuring you stock up on some quality memory cards, will do you well in the long run, as the GF6 also offers shooting in high quality 1920 x 1080 full-HD videos with stereo sound. Recording videos will also be a breeze as the ultra fast auto-focus works full time while recording videos. What this means for users is clear videos, that are ready for uploading to your favourite social networking website.

The GF6, weighs an amazingly-light 320 grams, which incorporates the rechargeable Lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack. To make the most of the high-tech features of the GF6, we recommend getting replacement camera batteries from A1 Battery Pro.

The GF6 is going to be available to buyers in June if everything goes according to schedule. Panasonic’s latest entry-level Micro Four Thirds camera will be in the $600 price range. So save up as there is still some time left before this exciting new camera hits the shelves.

With Sony announcing the fourth PlayStation and Microsoft announcing the Xbox 720, the question on a lot of gamers’ minds is whether or not the new PlayStation 4 is actually worth waiting for or not. There are loads of factors to have to consider before going in for the kill and making a purchase during Christmas, when the PS4 is expected to go on sale.

If you’re a PS3 gamer, what are you going to do? Are you going start saving up, and flog all of your old games at www.musicmagpie.com, or are you going to change over to Xbox, or even invest in a gaming PC? This article looks over some of the factors you’re going to have to consider.

What’s so good about it?

In comparison to the Xbox 720, the released specs reveal that it’s going to be a more powerful beast than its rival. It’s going to have an 8-core processor with 8GB of RAM; it’s hard to ascertain whether this will make it more powerful than the new Xbox, as specs for the Xbox are yet to be released.

Of course, it’s hard to claim that the PS4 is definitely worth waiting for at this point. Consumer technology is fickle, and you never know when the next revolution is going to happen.

The argument against waiting

Microsoft developers claim that the Xbox 360 still has a little life in it yet, as its full potential hasn’t been realised through a game so far. Throughout the Xbox 360 and PS3’s life spans, PC gaming has advanced in leaps and strides ahead of both consoles. What’s to say the same won’t happen after the release of the PS4?

PC gamers will unanimously agree that in gaming, the self-made PC is the way forward. ‘Homemade’ PCs are becoming all the rage, because it’s so easy to upgrade them. Once you have the PS4, you’re going to have to be content with it being the same for years to come.

The argument for waiting

On the other hand, perhaps the PS4 will actually blow our minds and be the ultimate gaming console of this generation. It’s hard to say, since there are very few details available, apart from some photos and the released specs.

As for gaming quality, it’s usually up to the developer to make sure that a game is harnessing all of the console’s capabilities. PC gamers are sometimes very surprised at the quality one can see in a PS3 game – take Dead Space 3, for instance.

One would like to say that perhaps the new PlayStation will have upgradeable components – but this is also just mere conjecture. We’ll just have to wait and see!

Before I got this Crumpler camera strap, I always use the strap that’s packed with a camera. And I think most of amateur and professional photographers don’t care about this, that’s why we see A “NIKON” or “CANON” strap most of the time. If you don’t mind to advertise a camera brand without benefit, than the default camera strap won’t hurt you. But if you want to snap pictures with style, you need to leave the new camera straps wrapped up in their boxes and get any stylish straps you want. You may wonder how I get this Crumpler Singapore Sling Camera Strap, you can buy it from LoveCases.co.uk.

Featuring a memory card holder, the Crumpler Singapore Sling Camera Strap comes with a quick release buckle for an easy and instant detachment of the camera. Suitable for any DSLR camera, this strap offers 3 carrying modes including stand-by and shooting modes.

Information on what hardware you need and what every business needs to understand when implementing software as a service.
Understanding the SaaS Process

Escrow Associates’ offers cutting edge, software-as-a-service escrow (SaaS) options to help with all of your businesses technical and data needs. Because of how quickly businesses are seeking to operate, the demand for SaaS escrow services will only continue to grow in the future. Because Escrow Associates understands how vulnerable your business can be with a SaaS foundation.

When seeking to help a client implement SaaS services, Escrow Associates keep these four things in mind:

1. Schedule a time to consult with an Escrow Associates representative. This will help you and your business be able to focus and sit-down with Escrow Associates to discuss your company expectations and goals. This meeting will help Escrow Associates to construct a logical SaaS escrow services package to help benefit the exact needs of you and your business.

2. Thoroughly review the Escrow Associates SaaS escrow services documents. Anytime you and your business consider adopting a new philosophy to your business model it’s important you prepare yourself for what’s in store. Software changes and data escrow changes are vital to the functionality of the business. Make sure you understand how the whole process will begin end before deciding to sign up for SaaS escrow services.

3. Complete agreement and begin transfer of escrow deposits . If what looked good on paper seemed like a great decision, then consider coming to final terms and beginning a working relationship. Start deciding what items; technical-wise you will need to have deposited using the new SaaS escrow services.

4. Employ a technical verification strategy. A technical verification strategy will ensure that hardware escrow, data escrow and any other parts items you need escrowed will be fully function and available for use when they are needed.

These four steps are crucial and imperative for successful use of Escrow Associates SaaS escrow services, hardware escrow and any pertaining data escrow application.

Hardware requirements

Hardware such as escrow’s products can incorporate all technology infrastructures while replicating them and making the information available if needed for business practices. Any kind of technical component, including technical drawing and system/chip architecture can be harboured and kept for securely using the hardware escrow functions.
These are just some of the issues affecting SaaS services and technology professionals in modern businesses that are keen to keep their IT solutions efficient.

Digital cameras are a must have, but with so many on the market it can be hard to know exactly what are you looking for or what you want.

To keep cost down, most entry-level cameras will have cutback on high-tech features. Cameras under £100 might have reduced photo quality, lower in-built memory, smaller LCD screens, slower response times and no High Definition compared to more expensive models.

You can easily find cheap cameras for under £100 but they might sacrifice features that make photography exciting. Whilst you need to cater to your budget you want to get the most for your money too, so here are just a few things to look for when buying a new one.

Built to last

If you’re looking to buy a new camera, however much you plan on spending, you want to make sure it will last. The last thing you want is to get really excited about your new camera only to discover it won’t survive a bit of dirt, a knock or the sticky fingers of young children. A strong plastic casing can even be found on cheap cameras.

Megapixels

All cameras boast of their megapixels and it is important to know what you’re after. Most digital cameras and smartphone cameras have resolutions of between 8 MP and 18MP. These are perfectly good resolutions, however, if you’re looking to take photographs and make large prints of them, you might want to have a higher megapixels.

Zoom

Zoom allows you to get more depth in your photo and take shots of items far away or closer up. Digital cameras typically have two types of zoom; optical and digital. Optical zoom measures the actual magnification capability of the camera’s lens whereas digital zooms just enlarges the pixels in the image after it has been taken. This is why optical zoom is often considered better than digital zoom.

Battery life

If you’re a keen photographer the battery life will be important. Don’t miss a moment and opt for a camera with either rechargeable battery or standard AA batteries.

The Crumpler Quick Escape 300 is the third camera bag I own for my DSLR camera, and this is the most compact one among the others. I take my camera backpack or my big shoulder bag when I have to bring more equipment. But more often, I need a compact bag that’s simple enough to be truly portable and fits the camera with a standard 18-55 zoom lens. Everytime I go to do simple shots, I bring my DLSR without a camera case. My backpack and shoulder bag are just too heavy and complicated for a simple photo session. But it’s over now, since this simple camera bag hit my door, my DSLR camera won’t be naked anymore.

When the rain starts falling, the Crumpler Quick Escape 300 will keep your camera and its accessories stay dry, Why? Because you can pull out the integrated rain cover easily. Price at £34.99, this black compact is made from 1000d Chicken Tex Supreme and also features: Adjustable shoulder strap with swivel; Soft Protective Lining (Nylex); ripstop lining; tongue divider; quick slip keeper; and wide top loading opening.
