Ce qui suit est essentiel pour la boxe et les sports de combat où le punch est une arme déterminante:&lt;br /&gt;
La puissance de frappe ne vient pas toute seule. Soit vous avez la chance de l&#39;avoir au départ, soit vous ne l&#39;avez pas...et si vous ne l&#39;avez pas il est difficile d&#39;accéder au plus haut niveau pour un boxeur. Il est bien sûr possible de compenser avec la technique, la précision, l&#39;intelligence mais en professionnel il est essentiel d&#39;ajouter cette fameuse puissance explosive que tant de boxeurs recherchent mais qu&#39;ils ne trouvent jamais vraiment.&lt;br /&gt;
Nombre de boxeurs ont une belle vitesse de bras, mais si cette vitesse n&#39;est pas combinée à la force, la puissance reste juste ordinaire et l&#39;impact des frappes met rarement l&#39;adversaire en danger.&lt;br /&gt;
