Buda bizim çok sevdiğimiz bir sebze.Türkiyede çok fazla kullanılmıyor sanırım ,tazesinede hiçbir yerde rastlamadım.Bende konservesini kullanıyorum,üzerine tuz,zeytinyağı ve limonsuyu gezdirip,yemeğin yanında yiyoruz.Faydalarına gelincede ,idrar söktürmesinde tutun diş ağrısına kadar bir çok faydası var.&lt;br /&gt;

Eşim kerevizi sevmediği için evde kereviz pişmezdi.Ama eşimin halasının kızı Ayber ablam bana birde portakallı denememi tavsiye edince olay değişti.Artık eşim her hafta kereviz diye tutturuyor.&lt;br /&gt;

Geçen hafta komşularım esma,kayınvalidesi,filiz ve özlem geldiklerinde yaptık kısırı,ama aslında onlara normal kısır yaptım.Onlar gidince kalan kısırı kayınvalidem değiştirdi.Hiç duymamıştım yumurtalı kısırı.Çok değişik bir şey oldu.Artık çok fazla hamur işleri yapmıyorum,doğumdan sonra aldığım 5 kiloyuda vermişim.Nasıl zayıfladığıma gelince,tatlıyı bıraktım,gecede yemiyorum artık.&lt;br /&gt;
Neyse gelelim kısırın nasıl yapıldığına normal kısır tarifine buradan bakabilirsiniz.,4-5 yumurtayı bol sıvıyağda karıştırarak pişirelim,kısıra karıştıralım.&lt;br /&gt;

bir tenceye sıvıyağ koyalım ve bir tatlı kaşığı salcayı kavuralım,ocağı kapatalım&lt;br /&gt;
