A question we often receive from new customers is "Where do I enter the promo code?" or "How do I use my gift card?" So we thought it would be very helpful if we made a visual tutorial to show you not only where specifically to enter those promotional codes and gift card numbers, but also a general overview of our checkout process.

Step 1 - Checkout: Once you are ready to checkout, click the "Cart" button in the upper top right of the screen, this will activate the sliding cart which will appear on the right edge of your screen. Here you can see your itemized cart. Once ready, click "Checkout."
Step 2 - Shipping Information, Click Promo Code Field: You are now on the checkout screen. On the right side of your screen under the column "Order Summary", right below your product list is a field that says "Have a discount code? Click here to enter it." Simply click anywhere on that text.
Step 3 - Enter Promo Code and Apply: Next, enter your promo code in the "Discount" field, and click apply.
Step 4 - Promo Code Confirmation: You will now see your promo code has been successfully applied. The promo code will appear in green with a check mark next to it, and it will show you exactly how much was discounted. There is also a second, smaller confirmation under the grand total, which states "After $X amount in discounts."
Step 5 - Enter Customer and Shipping Information: To finish checkout, enter all the required fields including email address and shipping address. (This is also where you can sign in if you have a customer account. Click "Log In" to sign in.) Once ready, click "Continue."
Step 6 - Select Shipping Method and Enter Payment Information: Next, select your preferred shipping method, followed by your payment information, and lastly confirm your billing address. Here you have the option to use a different billing address if needed. Have a gift card to use? Click "Have a gift card? Click here to enter it >" and proceed to the next step. If not, click "Place my Order", and proceed to step 9 below.
Step 7 - Enter Your Gift Card Number: In the "Gift Card Code" Field, enter your gift card number, and click "Apply."
Step 8 - Gift Card Balance and Confirmation: The balance on your gift card will display under the "Gift Card Code" field (See details below about checking your gift card balance). If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total (including tax and shipping), you can simply click "Place my order" to finish. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose an additional payment method to cover the difference, and then place your order. On the right side of the page, under the "Order Summary" section, at the very bottom of the screen you will see confirmation if any promo codes and/or gift card funds were applied to your order. Finally, click "Place my Order."
Step 9 - Order Successfully Placed: Once at this page you have successfully placed your order. This page confirms all your order details and gives you your specific order number. An email is also automatically sent to the email address you provided, which will include your order details for your records.

For Gift Cards, the balance is displayed when applied to a cart during checkout. You can also check the balance of your gift card by visiting the unique gift card link sent via email in which you originally received the gift card.

• Your gift card does not expire.
• You can use your gift card over multiple orders/purchases.
• Your gift card will also cover shipping and taxes.
• You can use promo codes in conjunction with a gift card.
