Not the “reality show” kind that a lot of people follow these days. I rather watch TLC when it comes to cause and effect in someone's life like that of a guy who used to be 650lbs. He gained too much weight in his younger years due to some experiences that led him to eat and eat for comfort among other things that affected his way of life. That was kind of an awakening for young individuals to keep your diet healthy as much as possible, I hope. Taking diet pills like Fastin will help as well. Although that guy went through a lot on his own and with the help of someone. It really is important to do something before it's late. Don't wait for the doctor to tell you that you only have less than a year to live before watching what you eat.

Televisions

I just talked to hubby and found out he doesn't need me to cover him up for his lesson this afternoon. While others are already complaining how hot it is in some states, we are feeling early spring right here. People are tired of it and I can understand. We don't want to think about winter just yet! Well, I got other stuff so the rest I had to put on charge for hubby to take care of since he was also thinking what present to give me. Hahaha. Smart, eh? I told him he doesn't have to get me something as I ordered other stuff besides what I've really been eyeing for.

The gift card was a great help after all. But living a healthy active life would be ideal and I don't wanna end up complaining later on which happens a lot to most people. Only some of us do realize how important an exercise is or a diet when you have started early on and not when you are in the middle of a struggle to lose weight. Well, I have to admit he should be more of an active toddler by going outside to play. He does get to play with me even inside the house and I have to find a way of getting a play date. He will definitely be delighted as he gets really excited when he sees other kids in church or at a carnival. Anyway, it was quite a treat for us since we don't see each other very often due to the distance. If only we live close to each other we would find it easy to visit one another. When it comes to shopping, it's good to save some bucks by buying what is on sale especially in this economic situation. Being frugal is a must. We don't need the greatest and finest of everything anymore. It's about being able to set aside something for the rainy days. People have patio sets all ready for summer and not to mention barbecue parties are planned ahead. No wonder why everyone looks forward to the end of winter. I don't have friends nearby so it's a good thing we thought of getting together here in our place by inviting her for a week's vacay. It's a good chance for our kids to play together as well. I love the idea of having someone to think of as I get up in the morning since we usually don't have anything plan ahead when all I like to do is stay at home all day most of the time unless I feel like I need to get out to do some errands, go grocery shopping and bring lunch to my hubby at his workplace. I feel bad I don't like to bring my boy to the big playground as much I wanted to because he isn't ready for it yet. I think he likes the mall's playground better (smaller and safer) IMO. The mall is not very close to us so it takes some liking to actually drive that long just for him to play.
