First of all, let me say I'm not the sort to beat around the bush or try to over hype a product. In fact, if anything I run the otherway when I feel I'm being over sold or pressured into buying something. Nothing turns me off quicker than high pressure sales and over blown claims.

I believe most of you reading this feel the same way, so I want to be as up front as possible with you when writing a review.

5 Figures in 18 Clicks?

Having been online since there was a World Wide Web, and watching on line marketing almost since it's birth, I have seen a lot of claims come and go. Most have fallen flat at best. Some have soared for a time. A tiny few have adapted and kept up with the ever changing way we communicate on line and have gone on to be the dependable stars that they are. Now comes an upstart website claiming to get you to a 5 figure income in just 18 clicks. Is that even possible? Read on...

Putting it to the Test

I have dabbled a little in Click Bank sales and found it relatively easy to work with, so I thought that since CBPredators was based on Click Bank it might have some potential for someone who is new to on line marketing to get their feet wet and potentially even make some money. They claimed to automate much of the process, giving you pre-written content for specific products and a simple click to build interface that will post automatically to your blog or website.

I found the interface to be relatively easy to use, though jumping in on the first day it did suffer from some early adopter blues. The content that I was supposed to copy and re-write was completely blanked out until I right clicked to view the source code. And my first try at uploading to a website didn't work, even though the software reported that it was successful. The first problem has been resolved, and the second was due to my own error leaving off a trailing slash- an easy mistake for a newbie that would result in considerable frustration since once published you must wait for the support team to unmark your site as being published before it can be corrected.

As to the claim that you can build a site in 15 minutes, I can see where once you are used to the interface and understand the principals it may well be true for a quick, basic site, but for me my first site took over an hour. Much of that was getting used to the work flow and learning how the site worked- and as of this writing I am still waiting on support to release my site so I can re-publish.

On the other hand, after sitting in on their second training webinar I am impressed with Chris and Mike's knowledge. Chris is the marketing expert and Mike the programmer, and they both do their jobs well. Considering they are still in the first days after launch they are doing a very good job of dealing with problems as they arise. And they show a genuine dedication to not only coming across with a good product, but continuously adding to the scope and capability. Among the promised enhancements are automatically updated content for you blog (great for search engine rankings) and additional marketplaces (PayDotCom, Commission Junction, etc.) for an ever expanding product base.

Summing it Up

Is the claim of a 5 figure income in 18 clicks realistic? Probably not. It certainly is possible to build a website with just 18 clicks and a few minutes of simple typing. But unless you are an incredible marketing genius able to drive thousands of visitors over an extended period of time you're not going to get anywhere near 5 figures off of one site. However, if you are willing to put in an hour here and an hour there, it certainly is possible to build a number of these sites, each one pulling in several sales a month, and that could add up to a nice supplement to whatever you are doing now.

Is This for Me?

Ultimately that's a question you're going to have to answer for yourself. It certainly offers an easy path for the beginning and intermediate users- the ones it is directly targeted at. And even the most advanced users could find some useful tools to simplify the work flow here. It is still rough around the edges, so if you don't like putting up with webmasters trying out new stuff I'd recommend waiting. However, if you like to be among the first in, and you like to see new stuff coming in on a regular basis, I think Click Bank Predators may well be worth your consideration. The plan is to keep the content fresh, consistently adding new products, new partners, and stay out front of the curve. (There are agreements with some of the top JV partners to give CBPredators a look at new products a week ahead of general release.) So, while there are always bumps in the road for any new product, this is one that is well worth cosidering for someone who is serious about on line marketing but still needs a track to run on.

OK, here's an interesting bit we found in the Yoli compensation plan- the Break Even Bonus.

As anyone in network marketing knows, one of the biggest problems companies and distributors face is retention- keeping people long enough to build an organization big enough to pay for their monthly autoship. Once people find a product that they like, the only reason they will stop taking it is if they can't afford it. Yoli has found a way around that.

Most of you have noticed something called "the spread"- the difference between the wholesale price and the PV (or CV or BV, the volume used to calculate bonuses). Most companies simply pocket the difference- enhancing the bottom line rather than passing it along to distributors. Yoli has decided to give this back to distributors as the Break Even Bonus.

On Yoli products this spread can be anywhere from $4.99 to $39.92. Yoli will credit this to the distributor, up to the full value of their autoship order, reducing the biggest cost of doing business to $0. This not only encourages the struggling distributor to stick with it, but since the bonus can't be more than the distributor's autoship, as their organization grows they will increase the size of their autoship in order to keep up with the bonus, increasing the amount of product they have to use themselves or share with others and increasing the size of the whole organization for themselves and their upline.

As far as we know, Yoli is the first to implement this bonus, and we say more power to them- I guess that's why the say they are "Founded by distributors for distributors".
