Open ocean seas up to 35 feet WTF?!

She’s a CAT 1 right now and located  about 55 miles WNW of San Juan, Puerto Rico.  Last night when I checked  Irene out, she was still a TS, and looked like she was going to remain  that way for a couple days… but wow did she pull a fast one on me/us.   She became much more organized overnight.  Sustained winds right now are  at around 80mph and she’s

As for me I got two solid days of surf on Friday and Saturday.  Size wasn't anything crazy, but waist to chest high+ surf in the summer is nothing to complain about.  Then I

The models are continuing to show new swells developing in the North Pacific.... Take that La Nina!  With  more swell on tap, I expect to see lots of smiling faces and plenty of chatter about stoked everyone is.  Personally I got out last night and caught some fun ones at a local uncrowded reef break... Beautiful sunset and surf, what else could you ask for!?
