I think it is a rule to keep temperature of heating also at office and home should be at 20℃.

Our civilization has been defined development as a matter of the highest priority.
Since the Industrial Revolution, heavy industries have been evolved rapidly.
Without considering damages to the environment, we have been polluting the atmosphere.
Still development changed human life to something more comfortable.
But compensation for the development is occurring in all over the world.
We have destroyed nature so that responsibility can't be taken.
Now nature is on the verge of a crisis of extinction.
What do children who will live through the future ask for me?
