So I know that that statement could be a bit controversial

and let me explain in what contest hard work hardly works.

When you work for someone else or in traditional business

even if you work 24 hours a day (which is humanly impossible)

you can make some money and have no life on the side and time to spend it and by the way you will never make as much as people who are using leverage.

You see the difference between a person who earn

hundred dollars a day and a person who earn one thousand dollar a day is not that the second one works harder is the vehicle they are working on. The first persons usually work for someone or him self in small traditional business probably more than 10 hours a day the last one has leverage working for him.

Now you can leverage money and make money work for you

and not anyone can do that because you need capital upfront and those days you have to be really careful to who your give your money to invest, or you can leverage your time and the time of others like you that way you can be paid on more than 24 hours a day and that is what the rich people do.

So by leveraging your and the time of others entrepreneurs like you, not only you have unlimited hours a day working for you like the rich do you can do the work once and get paid over and over and on top of that you can double your income overnight while your group is expanding.

A Tribute To The Giant Jim Rohn

With great sadness we share that Jim Rohn, our mentor and friend, left us December 5, 2009 for a better place.

Over the past 18 months, in his battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis, Jim assured us with a smile that all is good, that he would fight until the last breath, yet he had no fear as to what would be next. I think I know, Make Money yes?

That's what all the people answer but that is not the reality.

Internet marketing, network marketing, MLM, ordinary business,
I could go on for hours, in any of those opportunities if you wanna
succeed you will have to cancel the word excuses.

You just do what ever it takes to achieve your goals with out looking
back and following whose done it before you, that's it!

Excuses are made up from the average individuals lacking desire
to justify failure or retreat from the opportunity of becoming
wealthy.

So next time, one of your patner entrepeneur in your network marketing Business
comes up with excuses, just remind him that excuses do not go alone with success.

In Network marketing you are sorting people, you are looking for leaders
and you just do not have time to spend listening others people excuses
is not with them that you gone build your long residual income anyway.

You Can Make Excuses or Make Money, You Can't Make Both !

Hi today we talk about Selling or Networking?

Most of the poeple find it hard in the network marketing or MLM Business
because they try to sell things and teach the same to the new members they
enroll in their Network Marketing business.

Now with that kind of aproach to MLM who's going to profit?
Guess what?
The top salesman that enroll the 98% that is gone quit
after give leave a couple more sells in retail income.

Now if that great SalesMan would like to get some more income he will have
to sale more and never stop with out building any organisation at all because
you can't duplicate salesman in large scale.

By doing so he will find new tricks like flashing his brand new car and his checks
he recieved by selling a software nobody if interested or a made up products to
make the system in place that make cash only to the few salesman at the top
and never produce a leveradge and residual income for the thousands of new comers.

Howmany times you have bought something you didn't need or wanted?
Many times like everyone that is because the salesman was a good one then
when you came back home and you realized you fund your-self thinking;
that salesman really got me !

Now when that salesman will come back to you would you by a new things from him?

No ! because he got you once and he will not twice
if you answer is yes, you have got some serious issue to work on, anyway.

Do you follow me ! in the salesman mind the goal is selling and he will do it with
any tolls or way that is available to him and that's why is not duplicable.

MLM and Network Marketing it's never has been about selling;
is all about Sorting, and Mentoring people.

All the successful Top earners in Network Marketing and MLM are using
100% of them a System that does the sorting

once the new entrepeneurs are sorted out by the System they
only talk and work with the workers, because time is money and
when you build a leveradge and residual income for the rest of your life
you do not have time to waiste with the windows shoppers.

Than they do three things:

1) Take orders from the customers that are ready to buy.

2) Provide customers service and answer questions.

3) Training the new sorted entrepeneurs to take ordes and provide
customers service and answer questions.

I'm sure you will be more careful on your next opportunity
approach.

Hi everyone, it look's like this year springtime is gone come earlier in the
country side here in France. This afternoon I'm on my confortable chair
and the beams of the sun are burning my skin.

Inspiring thoughts are coming to my head and I must share it with all of you as always.

Lack of Desire is the main reason most of the people do not make any money in Network marketing, MLM and in life we are living day by day.

Desire is a fondamental key in the process of reaching success in life.
Procastination is always and only the results of lack of desire.

Every time you try to accomplish somenthing that require constant commitment
like; to lose weight or building our network marketing residual income and find your-self
procastinating that is because your desire is not strong enough.

You can measure a man desire by his pursue.
I explain myself better; the man say that has got a desire to accomplish somenthing ok !
Show me his pursue, show me what is doing on the daily basis to reach his goals
and you will measure his desire.

I'm sorry to say that very often the results are very poor , you will find out that
they are not a real desires behind in order to fill up the tank of wich the success's machine need.

So if you find your-self procastinating or quiting something you have started I strongly
recommend you to go back to the why of your desire and fix it up until it will
become clear and strong enough to take you to your destination.

When your desire is well established you will never quit your commitments to achieve
any goals in your life.

Here is an unfair advantage for you:

Decide not to quit insure you that you gone be way ahead of all the masses.

Hi everyone, here we are wonderful day today and I'm feeling just fantastic.

This is just flowing of thoughts from my side that I like to share with everyone
who need it and can take avantage form it.

The other day I run through a controversy private situation like everyone does
in our days. Now I was thinking about it during the first 5 hours of the day and
that just gave me a strange negative feeling about everything else around me.

After feeling that way I just decide to apply the same rules I use for my Network
Marketing Business.

I only allowed a positive solution to the problem I was facing in to my mind
and cancelled any possibilities of faliure thoughts then live my daily life.

You know what happened?

The controversy situation was resolved by itself as I came back home.

Today I like to share , one of the biggest mistake you can do in trying
to make money online with MLM or Network Marketing.

When you first sign in for some opportunities the first thing you got in mind is;
man I've got to sell, I 've got to be good on seeling if I wanna success on this Network.

After you decide to join you try to become a salesman and if in your upline you find one
that's even worse his gone teach you all the salesmans tricks.

Now we all know you gone have no duplication what so ever and if you became a real
salesman you will still sell untill the end of your days and never build a residual income.

Why?

Because Network Marketing is not about selling, is about mentoring, share and help
people succeed. Thats it.

No Selling ! I will never stress enough to repeat my-self

97% of the people out there are not earning a penny because they still
thinking that is a business selling process they must play everyday to make it work.

MLM and Network marketing when done it the right way has to build
a residual income for you and your generation to come and with out duplication
it can't be possible because you can't duplicate to infinity a salesman.

When you got the right primary program you just share the avantage you have using
their products or their services with others and the process start from there.

Yes by now you should know that you create your day and if you decided too

Many people are focusing on setting up goals and working o their desire

but there is a missing piece in the puzzle that make all the difference between success

That is; Visualisation and don't get me wrong, visualisation is not just seeing something in your mind you want to achieve with nice soft backround music in your headphone.

That dosen't work ! To make the process take place you must "Feel It"

Fell it, like you are already there , driving your new car, taking your deserved vacation
touching your monthly 100,000$ check and feel the paper and feeling and knowing from the
deep of your-self that you are already there.

Once you can do that, you just going WOWWWWWWWWWWW
and from that day you will see day after day as you practice your skills of visualisation
and living appreciating what you already have the universe will responde and manifest
the way for you to get there.

That's a Fact !

can do is constantly thinking; what I'm I gone earn today?

MLM and Network Marketing is not about I get rich and you just give me the money,
is about the most people you help the most money you gone make, but if you constantly
focus in how much earn ou spend some energy on the wrong way and never reach your goals.

Now if you haven't got the message yet, the best way to get to the top in MLM and
Network Marketing is get to know the goals of the members in your organisation and
help them reach them.

Successful people are constantly interested on others people goals that way
they can find what fire them up what is their feul and helping them to reach their goals.

Once you helped someone pay the vacation they dreamed of, come out of debt, pay the university to theirs childrens and so on, you will never have to worry about his or her commitment on what ever business you are doing they will walk by themself and your check will grow every month even if you don't want.

Tell me somenthing; before your first time you went out on the highway with your car
I'm sure you past your driving lincence writing tests first and you made many hours
of practice before they let you pass the final test and then if you weregood at it you
got your driving license then.

Now all that is normal, there is nothing strange with it, so why
in the world most of the poeple that want to succeed in
Network Marketing or MLM do not want to learn at list the fondamental
rules.

Network marketing is more difficult to understand than driving a car
that is not because is more difficult is because has a different approach
of the traditional business, on MLM the more people you help become successful
the more successful you'll be and your bills will be taking care of guaranteed.

Unlike your car driving licence, in MLM and Network Marketing once you get yours
you are on your way to your destination where ever you wanna be and in constant
process of learning to reach the Highest dreams you ever dreamed before.

Hi hope your doing fine out there,
here I'm just doing Great like everyday.

Today I saw this advertising on the newspepar
the headline was:

Poor in the morning, Rich in The evening !

and the message was;

Find out make a fortune selling Banana skins !

Now howmany times we saw somenthing like that, and wonder?
what the hell they are talking about!

do they really get someone to call then and make the deal they wanna make?

Yes They do, because there will always be some people around thinking
you can join a program and make thousands of dollars in no time and the best part
with out doing anything.

Nobody will make a fortune by joining in the morning and sells banana skins
never no in the evening and no on the next day or month too.

Distractions like that are everywhere, but if you are serious about making
a some income online you shouldn't take those headlines seriously, that will save you lot of waisted time and money.

To join a program, opportunity or build a new business make sure that they stated clear you will make money only if you will take actions and apply their tips that
way you can be sure you are on the right direction.

Thereafter look at how is behind that program and the most important
if they really making money they are using a system that and provide a costant
training and feed back to drive you to reach yours goals.

Saying that I hope you gone follow my advice and search for real things

Hi I hope things are fine for you where ever you are,
here are simply Great.

Today I like to share with you some of my experirences I have had during
those past years of Network Marketing and MLM.

The other day I send a broadcast to one of mine list regarding
achieving finacial freedom, it was just a generic one and pointed out on my latest achievement as an Executive level (personally enrolled 250 Plus new entrepeneur) on a system that alows you to earn residual revenue from differents income Streams.

Now everytime I send a broadcast to one of mine list I always ask for a feed back
and in that specifc message I ask them if they want to know I I did it they just to have to send me a email saying on the subject "I want a different residual Income streams".

I have a good rate of response from those one that are already working the system asking me for some tips on particular ways of marketing, but is not of that that I wanna focus on.

I had some emails from some Thumb Suckers, you know those ones that they
think that to make money you just need to join and pay for the services or
products every month and everything will be taking care of you will start to
see checks arrive in your mail box starting from the next monday.

This is nothing wrong because I use to be a Thumb Sucker too but it was
due to the lack of experience and seeing all that flashing advertising saying that you can earn 10000$ a months in 15 days all you have to do is join under me.

Thanks god I didin't have some many emials like that but one particular one was
asking me Sergio, I have joined some of the programs inside the System and I don't see a check yet do I have to continue to pay the monthly fee? and how much did you spend to get where you are?

I'll ask him if is taking action to drive floods of people to his system and follow all the steps to do so.

The Thumb Sucker response was: I wanna make money here, I don't wanna invest learn and work to build for my-self and the family ar strong residual income that last for years, I just want to make money.

Guess what? He quit, but what is worse he doesn't know
He didin't quit on the System (because he never really started)
He quit on him-self and we all know with that attitude no income
will be earn EVER.

What I want say my friend is ok to want to earn some money everybody does
what do you think I'm doing here?
But in order of how much you wanna earn in the near future,you must
learn and act like those ones that earn that income already.

You see where you are right now is the results of your past thoughts and actions
so if you are feeling not good about your actual situation you must change your attitude and copy wht successful people are doing.

I don't wanna be long and I will get back to you on this process
just remember if you continue to do what you are doing you will get
what you are getting, That's a Fact!

I'm copying from 100.000$ plus earner a months
and guess what? every month and increasing my residual income
and learning more things You can do the same by using exactly
the same system
all you have to do is listen to your-self and make a decision Now.
