The Joint Administrators of the Company applied to the Court of Session, Edinburgh, in respect of the Company, to extend the Administration for a further 12 months to 15 December 2012.

The Court of Session duly granted the extension and a copy of the Interlocutor extending the period of Administration of the Company until 15 December 2012 is attached below.

Globespan Airways Limited (in Liquidation) ("the Company")

The Joint Administrators of the Company applied to the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Manchester District Registry, in respect of the Company, to dispense with sending each creditor of the Company a copy of the Joint Administrators' final progress report and any subequent documentation in the Liquidation. The High Court of Justice duly granted this Order and creditors should check the attached notice as to how they should obtain further communications.

Globespan Airways Limited (in Administration) ("the Company")

Following registration of Form 2.34B, which gives notice of the move from administration to creditors’ voluntary liquidation, by the Registrar of Companies on 14 December 2010, J Bruce Cartwright and Ian C Oakley-Smith were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company. Their appointment is in line with the Joint Administrators' proposals dated 2 March 2010.
