Introduction

9 out of 10 people who attempted to collaborate with/ come closer to/ deal with Loizides George/ opted out! Few of the rest wrote their testimonials here = what people who "survived" said about me. So this post is a sort of "dealing with Loizides guidelines" or "Loizides code of Ethics" or "Loizides promise" or "don't waste your time with Loizides" or "whatever we touch turns into gold" or "we bargain about everything except our name and fame".

>> [0] When it has to do with my values I am a "no or yes" = "binary" = "digital" = " either - or" = "on or off" etc. You would like to discuss that with me? NO. [In Greek "σε μερικά θέματα ΔΕΝ έχει μέση λύση", in Cypriot dialect "φίλε/η ΔΕΝ έshe δκιο λογιών"]. Would like to know my ranked values/ value system? MAYBE I share it with you some time in the future :) [maybe vs no, example].

[0] My ethical threshold right now is €4 millions. TEST me with anything less €4m. At €4.οοο.οο1 I don't know what will happen :)! Chaos mathematics kicks in and my reactions will be unpredictable! Post threshold behavior however still obeys to other values, such for example some values have no monetary value...

>> [1] I HONOR the Cyprus handshake way of closing deals. If I gave my logos [PROMISE] I will keep it, even if that means significant loss for me. I remember once a guy delivered to me goods worth ~€3.000 just after a phone call and then he left. We had never met. When I asked them would like a down payment first they said: I delivered that, pay me whenever suits you. I asked around about you George....

>> [2] When I say: : "That's my opinion" or "That's my opinion, this IS unethical", I mean "DO NOT insist overtly or covertly, I know I may have interest not to say that, however that's my opinion, this IS unethical".

>> [3] When I say "The only way to do that/ to say that/ to consent is only if Alexander the Great, came personally and asked me so", I mean "I have calculated the possible outcomes of the "game" and now I am NOT bluffing I am ready to let scenarios evolve one after the other...". Caution: sometimes I might instead of Alexander the Great, say "...when you were reading fairy tales I was reading Thomas Shelling ..." it does not make any difference for you, though.

>> [4] Basically points 0,1,2 and 3 mean I bargain about everything except my name and fame.

>> [5] When I say "Hm let me think", I might mean "Look dear Mr./ Ms XYZ I sense you lie/ you are hiding facts and figures. You should know that I come from Marathasa - a region renowned by the say: Marathasians are liars and thieves" [ = ΜΑΡΑΘΕΥΤΕΣ -ΨΕΥΤΕΣ - ΚΛΕΦΤΕΣ ]. Read a story at the end marked as [5]*

>> [6] When I say I will do it I mean I WILL DO IT. I have around 40 pages of notes as to how to "be", "act", "work" and "reply"

>>>>>> swiftly,

>>>>>> elegantly,

>>>>>> politically correct,

>>>>>> flatterer,

>>>>>> crawler,

>>>>>> user,

>>>>>> toady,

>>>>>> free-rider,

>>>>>> arse-licker/ kisser,

>>>>>> without having to assume responsibility for your actions/ not actions

>>>>>> etc...

Although I have been collecting these "cypriotic tricks of survival" [κυπριωσύνες/ τζιπριωσύνες] in a book, since my times at college and along all my interactions I promise not to use them. Suffices to say that if I sense you use "cypriotic tricks of survival" I might indicate that to you by saying "given your past/ values/ perspective, I would expect that/ you sound reasonable to me", or maybe not. Or for simplicity I might just say "You are a crawler". In any case I might mark you forever in my contacts' category "yet another cypriotic person - nothing interesting there".

>> [7] When I say "OK then glad to hear that you are going to prepare for me deliverable X. Would you like me to transfer to you on account some money for this work?", I mean "OK then glad to hear that you are going to prepare for me deliverable X. Would you like me to transfer on account some money for this work? In any case do not expect me to do follow up/ progress enquiries. I assume that YOU will get back to me".

////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Points 1-7 above, are enough if you reached this point, following is yet more boring stuff

////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

>> [8] When I say "can you send me details about that product/ proposal", "can you please indicate your cost for the services we described above for you" I mean "Can you send me details about that product/ proposal, and please have in mind that I will not follow up you unless yours is the only one product/ proposal/ service left on planet earth and I must buy from you". I follow this approach so to help you catch up with 202X, never the less I still love you.

>> [9] I will rarely follow-up you unless I owe you money. [Read it again please this is an anti-term!]. In other words do ΝΟΤ expect from me "progress enquiries" calls according to the cypriot style ["hi there....calling to see why matter X, YOU promised is not here", "how about matter Z's progress",".....έλα Κωστή ήντα που γίνεται με τζιείνη την υπόθεση"]. Why I follow this approach....? When I follow you up although I dont owe you money it means I really want to collaborate with you, maybe for emotional reasons!

>> [10] Other

End of "we state our logos once, at utmost"

STORIES

[5]*As a matter of fact I have friends who pass with their car from our region Marathasa and are afraid to stop even for a coffee... For €50,οο bet I can introduce you to one of those friends - do you bet? The truth however lies somewhere in the middle! Let me tell you another example when I buy cherries as Castania Fruits, for reselling from uncle X or aunt Y who too come from Marathasa I am twice as careful on quality [below the surface]. Do you know why? Because the first time uncle X sold me sub perfect cherries and I went back to him complaining he said: George you had allllllll the time to check - I was selling by weight not size wake-up George, you are in Marathasa not in a church!

[1/5] INTRODUCTION:

Pedoulas village, in Cyprus, EU, is dying from urbanization.

I believe the only way to resuscitate it is by bringing in people who live and work FROM here.

I have been lucky enough to "receive a lot in my life", i.e 1,2,3,4,5 scholarships!

Particularly lucky to start my studies with a scholarship worth ~€15.000 from Hajioannou Foundation, Late Loucas Hajioannou, Sir Stelios Hajioannou [EasyGroup, EasyJet Airliner founder] Mr. Polys Hadjiioanou & Ms Clelia Hajioannou on the basis of me, like them descending from Pedoulas.

Another scholarship of ~€12.000 from Cyprus International Institute of Management - CIMM.

For other scholarships and detailed work experience, please see my LinkedIn profile here.

Now is the time to give back to my Pedoulas and to region Marathasa.

So I announced this sponsorship during an interview I gave to Hebrew-Greek radio of Los Angeles back in 2019 [video of interview is old news by now so find it at the bottom of this page].

All of the money I make by selling books I collect from recycling bins or from your dusty bookshelves, partly fund this vision! Here is the FB page of the old shack bookstore: BOOKippc in Pedoulas. Call me now to donate books, 99094561. Basically bookstore is a #FAIL but I dont want to admit that no people whatsoever nowadays read books shhh....

[4/5] EMOTIONS/ DRAWINGS OF OTHER NOMADS

KM#JUWQR56BV, 23 June 2025: Hi George! We left the house at 8.30am as we planned. The keys are in the door as Antonis instructed. We cleaned the house. We tried to take any piece of trash with us. We liked the house and the village a lot. We found that serious hiking trail. Children are discussing and arguing the whole day when we will be back - in September, October or November. Also a note - we slept in "charalambos maria" bedroom, we did not touch the bedroom next to the house entrance.

[5/5] THE TEN YEAR GREEN VISION OF MARATHASA PROGRAM [2017-2027. First released 11FEB2017]

[4] The name of the new 'city', envisioned, designed and "built" by Marathasa Program, will be old. This new city will not be called city, nor will be [in strict district administration terms] a city, rather a valley, Marathasa Valley!

[2] This 'mountainous city' will be smart technologically, ecological - however technology trends and giants’ friendly - fully interconnected, sustainably and and population wise growing.

[3] The character [history, religions, culture, norms, etc.] of the 14 villages of the region, Troodos and Kykkos monastery, however in a more unified and boundary-less internationally appealing geographical map of Marathasa, will be inosculated with those of the new 'city'.

[1] Marathasa Program will successfully secure donations/ investments from friends, private or other or EU funds and launch various interrelated mutually reinforcing projects in order to transform - the today definitely and from every perspective - declining Marathasa region into an emerging economically/ gdp wise 'city'.

[PS: Thank you for your kind enquiries. If you believe in our vision please donate. We accept donations in the form of asking you to pay directly "creditors" such as rents or utility bills! . The cash we found in in one of our huge clay pots, "pitharia", is running out, see this funny video here :) ]

[6/5] PROPOSED AGREEMENT IF AFTER TRIAL YOU DECIDE TO STAY LONGER:
If you want to stay longer and work from Pedoulas we can sponsor you.
Unlike EU's and local government's and local politicians' "empty" and leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeengthy, xcleomp [=complex] and chaotic texts, schemes and agreements, our agreement has only 7 terms! We promised this agreement fits on one A4 page on this page even fits our vision!
Read the proposed agreement below in /////////////////

/////////////////////proposed agreement starts/////////////////////////////////////////////

This is an agreement signed today ___/___/___ in Pedoulas.

Between Part A: Loizides A George from Pedoulas 2850, Marathasa Valley, Cyprus, EU and Part B: Mr..../ Ms..../ You..../ Your company xyz Ltd.

[Hold-on a second. Who is Loizides George? Read negative [!] and positive testimonials from friends and "friends" for Loizides George here].

This agreement aligned to our vision [Marathasa Program Vision, see vision above] and aims to help people or company owners, or companies to live/ work/ create from Pedoulas [of Marathasa Valley]. This at a significantly lower budget compared to that of cities of Cyprus Nicosia and Limassol. We believe that every time a company or an individual chooses to [return and] live in Pedoulas he/ she re-sparks the hope that the region will not irreversibly “die”....

Suffices to say Pedoulas climate is unique. For 6-7 months a year there is no need for energy expenses for heating/ air-conditioning or lighting. Pedoulas is well connected to Nicosia and Limassol with many bus routes a day. Koutrafas hub is 25 minutes from Pedoulas. From there tens of buses to and from Nicosia pass every day. Journey by car to Pedoulas from both cities of Nicosia and Limassol is around 65 Km or 65 minutes.

[3/5] TERMS OF AGGREMENT IF AFTER TRIAL YOU DECIDE TO STAY LONGER:
1. Part A [Loizides George] will pay the 1,2,3,4,5,6 [delete all but one number] first monthly rents of a house in Pedoulas where part B will live and work FROM.

2. You [part B] can opt-out ANY time without any cost for you.

Provided the following terms are fulfilled to the discretion of part A:

3. You [part B] must publish and adhere to 40 "opening hours" of your home office in Pedoulas [this number of hours must be split in any 5 calendar days of every week, even unevenly].

4. You [part B] must prove a monthly income from business described in clause 5, below.

5. For the aforementioned income you should own/ have/ operate/ run/ be related to an ethical/ legal business, only. Ask us for our code of ethics called "we state our logos once at utmost"©®™ or read it here.

6. You [part B] be ready to partake in maximum 4 promotional interviews or events [with photos and videos of your face]. Your [part B] expenses for these promotional events such as time, meals and gas will be borne by part A. Reasonable notice will be given.

7. You [part B] must include as the last line in all of your personal/ business emails/ letterheads/ web-page the following phrase: "I/ we live, work and deliver island wide/ globally from Pedoulas, Marathasa Valley, Cyprus partially sponsored by Marathasa Program’s #CyMarVal campaign, see details here"

8. Other terms you/ we may suggest and we agree upon.

/////////////////////proposed agreement ends/////////////////////////////////////////////

George Loizides has been worshiped and cursed. Loved and loathed. He is obsessed about the world over. Is he an icon? He challenges the status quo, is he a dissident [a person who actively challenges an established system, doctrine, belief, policy, or institution]. He influences may be few people [nearly zero people, as he considers and often describes himself as a looser] and fails to impact history....more at the end of this post [words from Klooster's book, "icons of invention", here the link http://bit.ly/2MXVpjz ]

If you are reading this text, then you are lucky enough to know George Loizides. This is already good news 😊 If you doubt that he can help you, do not hesitate. Or doubt. Doubt is good too. George knows how to do what relatives and friends cannot always do. He is extremely interested and immersed in you and your question, but at the same time impartial. He knows how to listen and hear, understands even what you are not talking about. He knows how to ask (as delicately and carefully as possible) about what seems unimportant to you, but in the end, through this question, you will understand what you did not understand otherwise. George can reformat your settings, expand or completely change the boundaries, soothe, comfort and bring back a smile 😊

[BOOKippc >>> https://www.facebook.com/BOOKIPPC/ ].

What the f***. Hey, middle-aged man, I would be willing to cooperate with you, but only if you acquire some mental discipline. Your presentation is a mess. If you can’t be bothered to stick to your own format, [a simple enough task for anyone], it is not surprising that no one can follow the confusing tangents of your thinking, which are simply mind boggling – as well as very irritating and annoying. For example: What on earth does “.... mean in a general context? That you are insufferable? I guess you intended for this to be a joke, but out of context it basically means nothing, or else that no one can tolerate listening to you? People ordinarily avoid nonsense.

You finally need to understand that a normal English speaker does not use the word “logos” [writer refers to my copyrighted tag line "we state our logos once at utmost©®™"] the way you intend it. Unless they open philosophy books and dictionaries. In modern Greek the word logos means promise, as in I give you my word. In the Bible it means reason/logic: “In the beginning was the word and the word was with God.”

As you are not God, normal Greek people also do not read the word logos as meaning reason/logic, but also read it as “explanation.” In English, people have no idea what you are talking about as it does not mean promise or explanation. They either associate it with its biblical meaning, if they are familiar with it, or else with the common usage of the word logo. But of course logo does not mean “word” in English. I explained why your brand statement would not work in English. But of course you don’t listen because you refuse to learn. I also told you your usage of utmost is also problematic in your sentence structure. But if you refuse to listen/learn, how on earth can you teach?

What the f*** does this really...Do you mean that your “values,” as you convolutedly stated above, can be bought for a price, and that you incapable of getting straight to the point? What the fuck are digital values? Sorry, I couldn’t read the rest of your bullshit. You are incoherent, inconsistent and irrational. To repeat, reading your stuff is a rational abyss. If you cannot acquire some mental discipline, I refuse to torture myself for a price. Anyway, considering the time it would take to fix your stuff, assuming I could understand it), you could not afford it.

.....irrationalities, incoherence or non sequiturs in what follows further below .... certifies that you have no grasp of reality.

Positive-1 you are charming and funny people listen when you talk because you combine jokes, self sarchasm, funny stories and examples and you also have the PR skills to blend into any level or kind of conversation.

2-you always know what are you talking about, you have deep knowledge of many areas in your ( and not only) and you can back up a conversation with case studies and general knowledge. You always do your homework

3-you are inspiring, i find you inspiring but part of your inspiring charm is, you recognize other peoples potential and you show it. You say it. That's rare

4-you are a team player mentality wise

Negative 1-you are typical in almost everything, non flexible which means you "go by the book" like a soldier, in areas like management this has very little chance of success, in PR when dealing with people you have zero chances of being accepted and welcomed in any 2017 work group.

2-you don't take sides even in obvious matters this tends to isolate you and show that you are "colourless"

3-you are simply bad in written communication...as bad as they make them

4-you are obsessive compulsive in matters like passwords, social media messenger (lack of) communication, food preservation, probably eating habits, light legal matters, money and appearance ( perceived), delivery of goods etc

5- you lack "savoir vivre" sometimes

6-you lack empathy, the worst characteristic a manager could have, you are self centered not selfish!! Self centered

7-you are a loner

8-you are stubborn in what you perceive is right and luck of active listening when things "don't go your way"

Overall you make a great team member, a trustworthy white collar who "will deliver", a great guy to hang around with ( really fun) however you should never be assigned to manage people. It will destroy your otherwise mild manner intellectual image. Hope i have helped.....
