These three aspects are listed among the "unalienable rights" or sovereign rights of man.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In February of 2004, my sister Carol, her best friend, Shannon and I, took a trip to Scotland and England. On our last leg of the trip we landed in London at Pia and John's house.(Shannon's aunt)

Interesting as it was, within 20 min from walking into the door, declarations were made about Christians, you Americans, and John's sit, on this tirade, from a socialist point of view, bent towards communism, on guns. Exhumed from my soul rose all the information that my husband,Victor, expounded on, politics, party platforms, the constitution, freedoms, liberal agendas and the sovereignty of man and the great USA. All those years I thought I was not listening but Victor repeated himself frequently and depending what the current events held a longer quality. Not only I retained the information but had the ability to have insight to the spirit of the man from what opinion or belief they held only because Victor gave the criteria s what formed their ideas or beliefs. To fully appreciate the beauty of this picture was Victor, he was raised in British Guyana since 18mos old to 16 years old, birthed in America from Guyanese parents. When Victor was cognizant that he was an American citizen in early elementary years American patriotism was born and the desire to know what it is to be an American. He was then introduced and invited to the US Embassy on Fourth of July to celebrate American Independence Day. Teachers would be angered that he would not participate in the Guyanese anthem and the Guyanese youth militia. (He read what American could not do if he wanted to keep his citizenship in his passport) His peers called him Yankee.

Victor's awareness on the Guyanese political scene began his strategy to decipher the socialist/communist mind and how the fulfillment of those ideas played out quickly financially in many facets seen in; whether they had the motivation to succeed in the nation or go abroad, closed doors to import goods, no offshore companies, dictatorship, independence from Great Brittan, socialism to communism, poverty, minimal exports and the collapse of a nation so vast that it was said it was fourth world. To many other factors that are not mentioned and the stories that are attached to them.

Our conversation pendulum ed from God gave man sovereignty over human will. The Blood of Jesus cleanses us from all iniquity if we humble ourselves and accept Jesus perfect sacrifice. Americans have the right to bear arms and the results show that crime rate was low where the carrying of weapons is present. Then it quickly shut down when I got the essence of what John was after or what the world, liberals, and why the world see Americans as arrogant.. From a comment that came to me that Victor clarified of the thrust of dominate world powers. The word of the day is "Sovereign". The Almighty God ,we begin, is Sovereign. Autonomous. In God's wisdom He created man to be autonomous. He created us in His image. Body, Soul, and Spirit and that human life has worth. In mankind's autonomy we choose from right and wrong, our destiny, experience the five senses without reserve, create, live out ambitions, conquer, and in this same vessel be very destructive and go to the lowest form of degradation. The United States of America is a sovereign nation. This nation was founded on biblical truths, under God. Birthed in American heritage we live unawares the power of our inherited God given rights appearing arrogant when in fact Americans live freely because of The Constitution where the Bible, Gods Word inspired the founding fathers to give the people the knowledge of their human rights and protection. Guns protect us from tyrannic powers. Tyrannic powers exploit peoples when rights are slowly taken away and then oppressed. In conclusion knowing that we do not have a living constitution that my statement would hold true unless a cataclysmic event should happen. My statement was that the United States will never give up their guns and that our sovereign nation will not allow the United Nations to dictate how we should govern or come under complete rule under the United Nations and neither shall any other country. If the American people gave up their guns we would be open game. John did not say a word more.
Most of the time I have to guess because I do not know them or an unexpected receiving patron like John. Three days later when we were leaving I brought out my gifts. I only remember giving John's gift not Pia's. I gave John a book called,"Warriors The Navajo Code Talkers" WWII in the Pacific Theater and a Navajo turquoise money clip. His response was priceless. A wave of awe came over his face and deep sincerity when John received my gift. He thanked me. I was very thankful for this impressionable memory.
An over stuffed chair, a side table, built in cabinets and bookcase. It is filled with project materials, my travel pictures, literature, librarian stuff, cookbooks, home decor books, and my favorite things that Caleb, Naomi and Levi made in art class (and all my BFF's gifts). My room is nothing like the rest of my home, the feel of Mary Engelbreit, whimsical with childish coziness. On top of the book case I have a teapot that Levi made for me in art class. It is a gem. Levi played sports. Soccer and hockey so I assume he was playing one these sports that he had in mind to create this teapot. The body of the teapot, a soccer ball, the handle, a tennis racket, tennis ball,( I play tennis) and football, the lid knob, a baseball, the spout, four billiard balls, one of them is the eight ball. What makes this teapot extraordinary and observant in his behalf was that he created a teapot stand. The teapot stand is the last sport that would seem to have shown up on this little project, a hockey puck. Pretty clever. Cheerfully I embraced my gift and lifted the lid to look in. That is what you do to any teapot, a sign of approval, my guess.
I placed oil in a pan about 4 tbls. of oil, added anise seed and coriander seed, medium heat then added the rice, stirred for several minutes. Added 3 cups water to 2 cups rice and cooked for 25 mins.. I work really hard to make any type of rice and it sometimes takes years. The basmati took 4 years.
We were going to be served the Afternoon Tea which included for each person a pot of tea of their choice and 5 choices of tea sandwiches, a scone, and dessert ,5 choices of assorted chocolates, tarts and fruits. The day came and we all dressed for the event and our anticipation played out in silliness. We arrive and we are awed by the premises. Beautiful , stretched out lawns, casitas, resort conference rooms, golf course and the hotel itself a spread over a few acres. Driving on the curvy road we finally arrive at our destination land-marked by a large water fountain in the middle of the round about. The drop-off entrance greeted us with the parking valet that we opted to use, hey, lets go for the gusto. The lobby is traditional, a marble reception with large fresh floral arrangement in the middle of the lobby and on the right, ivy that surrounds the Lobby Tea Court Room. Afternoon Tea is entertained on settees and arm chairs with a tea table in the middle. Comfortable and perfect for conversation. The table is set and before anyone can blink an eye, I lift my plate, "Herend"" Rothschild Bird". My eyebrows had lifted, do I dare announce what I read. Do I even know how to act appropriate for this place? Lifting the plate I would have to say, NO. Jasmine Pearl I chose for my pot of tea. It was very fragrant and nice enough to pick again another time. Sandwiches served and scones to follow. This was my highlight for me at the tea, not the scone but what came with scone, jam and the..devonshire cream. It is flown from Great Brittain I believe twice or three times a week and it is fresh straight from the cow. The cow has to stand still for hours before they milk it so all the cream settles. Wow and then to have it flown in, no wonder the great expenditure for this little luxurious Afternoon Tea. The cream has to be used in four days. The stuff in the jar there is no comparison. It was so memorable, the taste and the texture. naturally sweet and creamy like whipped butter. Now this is the comfort food I needed, eating tea sandwiches kinda gave me a scare that I was not going to leave content. I actually ate more than my portion of the cream and finished it before anyone really had a fair chance at it, so I quickly asked for another jar. I looked guilty.
After that, the dessert was no significance to me. A blur, maybe I remember the tart and the chocolate covered strawberry. I was done. Naomi as sweet and fun loving she is enjoyed every moment, she was the princess that day. I am so happy Naomi enjoyed it. She must have. She didn't tell me but she asked for her own tea set. She moved out with it. We did go back again.
The TeaRoom

Sencha Kyoto

I made house fried rice tonight for dinner with shrimp, chicken, bbq pork, and fried egg. Feeling Asian I brewed Sencha Kyoto a green tea. I simmered the filtered water and steeped it for 2 mins. and took the infuser out of the teapot when the timer went off. It was bright, coloury, and full for a green tea. Very very nice. What makes this green tea, sencha, is the process. The process begins with steaming the leaves. The next step a unique process to make sencha, the tea is dried for so many minutes, then they roll it in a machine 3 times, rolling it in room temperature, drying while rolling, and again drying while rolling and then the final stage is to dry the tea again. These significant steps are not repeated in the preparation of regular green tea. Sencha was created in Japan and is commonly used in tea ceremonies.
The Chinese have known for at least 4000 years the medicinal benefits of green tea from headaches to depression. The ritual of tea not only played its part in hospitality but for the well being.
Green Tea the more you drink it the more you see the benefits in your physical and mental health. High in anti-oxidants , the poly phenols fight against free radicals, only because green tea is not oxidized that this falls into place, to protect the cells from damage and help prevent against cancer cells, heart disease, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, infection, impaired immune function, diabetes, high cholesterol levels, osteoporosis, tooth decay, and aging diseases. It is also helpful for mental alertness and suppress the appetite. Drink Green Tea 2-3 cups a day for two weeks the effects will be felt if you have pain from rheumatoid arthritis and arthritis the pain will lessen or no pain at all. I have many friends that have given this testimony. White Tea and Rooibos Tea have this same health benefit.

bombings were still prevalent, following through with the trip, while the general majority felt we should cancel the trip because of the bad
report, really was crazy to want and to know we were going into a war zone. I really do not know how those that went what their perspective were when they decided to go but I did felt as though we were walking into a war zone and something inside me wanted to meet that challenge. I had picked up my gun, metaphorically. Forty of us went. My friend Samantha I believe had that same spirit and we were roommates. The most enjoyable way to see Israel is when no one is there. No crowds, unbelievable shopping, the bargaining to our advantage, they love Americans, they blew us kisses from windows, we were well protected by soldiers, they carry assault weapons and so do the civilians, the hotels upgraded us, the food was exquisite, parking a bus we had choices, we can turn the bus around if you forgot something at the tourist site, basically our trip was carte blanche. The most amazing thing that took me back was I had no fear and neither did the Israelis'. One 18yr old Israelis said it perfectly and profoundly, " Either you stay in the house or you live life." That satisfied every question and curiosity. She said it and it was good enough for me. I can live by that rule. These people were set apart. They had convictions. They had passion. God gave them this land and they would and will not leave. The youth had a voice with a force that they will fight for what they believe in. At the Dead Sea, sunbathers, all under the age of 25, handled with command and duty, had carried their guns tucked in their bathing suits. I looked across the sea and you can see Jordon, hmmm yes ...the gun, they were ready.

The Israelis' do not believe Jesus is the Messiah and saying that, this Jesus, the Son of God came in human form, walked this earth performed miracles, showed His Divinity on the Mount of Transformation, humbled himself and served the lowly, spoke that the Kingdom of God is at hand if we repent and receive by faith His demonstration of His Love and power to forgive sins, this man a Jew, My Christ became really, really big, like I saw the universe in a second. after being immersed in the Israelis character. His chosen people. They knew Yaweh who brought them out of Egypt. But that day when they see Him coming in the sky...the memory of His Resurrection will be .... Oh me and then....Yes and Amen.

The TeaRoom

Letsdotea Debut

Voila! All true teas derive from this plant. Black, green, oolong, and white tea are true teas. Herbal, rooibos, mate, fruit and herb are called tisanes. The characterizations of each of these teas are based from cultivation to the process to prepare the leaves establishes the tea's classification. Cultivation for a high grade tea are all hand picked. What time of year, dry or humid day, morning, afternoon or 3am, plants that pollinate in the vicinity, altitude, soil, and location gives its flavor distinction. Black teas, the leaves are withered, rolled, sifted, and fermented. Green teas, the leaves are withered often, steamed or pan frying and rolled. No fermentation keeps the leaf a greenish color. Oolong a tea can be produced more black or it can be produced more green. The tea leaves are withered, rolled, twisted, and semi-fermented. Since I was a little girl I remember seeing one on my grandmother's, Kenzie , Arts&Craft hope chest that crossed the big blue ocean from London on the SS Oceanic. She had many neat treasures that left my eyes big and wide. Of course these curiosities stirred me, they had a haunting mystery behind them. Kenzie's father Ernest was a chemist, played piano, painted, botanist, nuclear physicist, a poet, perfumer, film director, speaker, photographer and a collector of minerals, dolls, and antique china. (Mmm do I fit in there somewhere) And I have proof, true story, really! He traveled around the world as a water tester on ships that ported in Constantinople, Spain, (Mediterranean Sea)Russia, Peru, Bermuda, Mexico and I am sure other ports that have not been manifested. These little mudmen came from one of those expeditions. Then he disappeared. From 1930 till 2008 it had been silent. Driven, yes , driven to find this man. Do you think this renaissance man stay low all these years and not show his exploits. Nope! An article about the Scotsman and a poetry book popped up weeks apart in my research surfing the internet. I was furious the things Ernest spoke about. Rapidly I sent off the article to all my cousins, second cousins, third cousins, aunts and uncles and some greats in there also. So satisfied I stopped researching my ancestry. Now I enjoy the treasures and photos. I hope you enjoyed that one. That one was for free:+)

The TeaRoom

Break out the Tea!

A b-day was going full on last night and in our corner the tea comes out, Peach Mojito.
