De ce Patriciu a renuntat la o idee care era totusi buna?<br /> <br /> Aseara Dl Moise Guran zicea ca un motiv pentru insolventa este faptul ca aceste magazine platesc TVA-ul si nu pot sa tina piept bacaniilor de cartier care functioneaza la negru. Mai zicea ca bacaniile cumpara marfa din Metro si o vand fara bon fiscal.<br /> <br /> In cazul in care bacania cumpara marfa din Metro&nbsp; TVA-ul este deja inclus chiar daca o vinde la negru, ce nu plateste este TVA-ul la marja; lucru care ma indoiesc ca ar face diferenta.<br /> In plus, personal mai cumpar de la astfel de magazine, mai ales cind sunt la serviciu si tot timpul primesc bon fiscal&nbsp; <br /> <br /> Si atunci totusi care este motivul pentru care un MIC.ro nu a putut tine piept bacaniei de cartier?<br /> <br /> Sunt sigur ca Patriciu are un corp de experti si a fost consiliat bine dar:<br /> <br /> 1. In momentul in care faci un start up trebuie sa iei in considerare o perioada cin care vei avea pierderi, nu exista business care sa genereze bani din momentul ZERO. MIC.ro a inceput undeva in 2010 si a intrat in isolventa la inceputul lui 2012; deci o perioada foarte scurta de functionare.<br /> <br /> In momentul in care iti bugetezi o afacere trebuie sa-ti iei in calcul o perioada in care sa o sustii financiar. Nu poti sa te opresti tocmai in momentul in care incepe sa produca bani.<br /> <br /> 2. Investitia in magazine au facut diferenta pe piata, dar costul era inclus in pretul de vanzare, unul din motivele pentru care nu a facut fata competiei cu bacaniile de cartier. Aceste bacanii au doar o chirie, uneori modica si ZERO amortizare, fiindca investitiile s-au facut cu multi ani in urma.<br /> <br /> 3. Datoriile catre furnizori.<br /> <br /> Patriciu a trecut toate rulajele prin firma lui, ceea ce i-a cauzat un blocaj imens; fiindca MIC.ro nu a vandut de la inceput cat se astepta; trebuia sa existe o perioada in care oamenii sa se obisnuiasca cu aceste magazine.<br /> <br /> Ce putea sa faca? Sa negocieze cu un hipermarket niste preturi mai bune pentru MIC.ro.<br /> Cum se intampla de fapt? Proprietarul MIC.RO mergea la hipermarket cu un card emis de Patriciu, iar cu acest care avea o reducere de X%, astfel ca putea sa concureze cu bacanul care cumpara fara reducere. Plata o facea pe loc si astfel nu exista riscul pe care Patriciu si l-a asumat, de a le prelua datoriile tuturor MIC.ro din tara.<br /> <br /> Cred ca hipermarketul era multumit sa stie ca 1,000 de magazinase vin sa faca cumparaturi de la ei.<br /> <br /> 4. Incerca sa dreaga busuiocul si sa explice ce a facut in timpul mandatului; adica 123 Km de autostrazi.<br /> Daca bine tin minte japonezii au facut 100 de km de autostrada in cinci zile, deci sta da performanta.<br /> <br /> Cat despre Ungureanu, sef SIE, adica SIE cu acte in regula; detine informatia.
