What is all this nonsense about Jesus being a community organizer that was killed by the Governor Pontius Pilot? Who pulled this out of their butt? I have been hearing on different radio shows today how a few Democrats have talked about Jesus being a community organizer ala Barak Obama and Governor Pilot ala Sarah Palin. This is nuts.

From a Party that constantly wants to keep the Bible out of this nation, from a Party that likes to quote Scripture out of context...they do it again. Jesus...the community organizer??? Jesus the Messiah. Jesus the King of Kings. Jesus the Savior of the entire world...nothing but a community organizer? Jesus the Son of God was for more than just a community organizer. How dare the Democrats spout this heretical dribble to describe their boy Barak Hussein Obama.

If they only understood the Bible they would truly know who Jesus is. If they did they would also know that Jesus' kingdom was not of this world. Barak is no Jesus...but I certainly hope that Barak's kingdom will not be of this country! Hey Barak...I hear Canada is nice...maybe Cuba?

You would think that down here in Central Illinois (wher I live) that Obama wouldn't quite have the influence he does in Metropolitan areas such as Chicago. Yet I keep hearing, like those in other places, people spouting off their "love" for Obama because he's about "change." What exactly is he going to change? What exactly are his plans? Nobody seems to know...but if you look at his voting record (other than when he isn't in Washington to vote...or just voting present) it seems very similar to his rival Clinton. Is that really change?

But more to the point...what is it that would really change with Obama in the White House. In my opinion what would change are the number of abortions rising, illegal immigrants being granted citizenship, universal (Socialist) healthcare as well as the standard fare of Democrat big spending and big government.

I don't know about you but these are not good changes...and aren't a change at all from the standards of the Democrat party. As a Christian I am very much against abortion. If Obama is elected you could see abortions go up as well as the repeal of the law forbidding partial birth abortion. That's change for you. We would also see illegal immigrants not given just amnesty or a slap on the wrist but given citizenship. Wonderful change...wouldn't you agree? Then there is the idea of universal healthcare. Great...something else for the government to tax me for and screw up. Universal healthcare = higher taxes, no choices, worse healthcare, longer lines, and goverment bureaucracy. Looks like the old standard for Democrats... bigger government (it will have to grow to take over healthcare) and higher taxes (someone has to pay for it).

Why is it that people think that the government is the magic answer to solving problems? If you can't afford something...the government will give it to you...but it really isn't the government giving it to you... ITS THE TAXPAYERS! Maybe we should actually be thanking the RICH for all that they give to us because they pay the lion's share of taxes. When has giving handouts to people ever solved a problem?

When it comes to this I actually think of famous words by a very famous Democrat that was President. "Ask not what your country can do for you...but what you can do for your country." It shouldn't be the country (government) doing for you... but what you can do for your country (your neighbors...rich and poor alike).

Change. Change sounds great...but it's all about what is changing and how its going to be changed. The change that we would have if Obama is elected President is not change for the better and isn't a change that I would want to be a part of!
