I just got back from a workout with my personal trainer. Her name is Jodi, and boy is she good, if you judge "good" as being really sore the next day.  There have been a few things that I have observed about her training…. One is that she watches me very closely to make sure I’m doing things right and that I don’t hurt myself. That’s right, we are moving back to Plano.  Go God!!!  Our time in the country was refreshing with open space and a slower pace of life, but we felt it was time to move back into the community. Here we can be more available to people and help reach Plano families for Christ.
