I'm delighted to have found Maureen at Go Published to format my first book for publication. Maureen is amazing and very professional. She made the whole experience easy and stress free. Each step of the process, she was there with clear cut instructions and offers to help or answer questions. The final formatted files were perfect. I've already requested that she format my second book. I'm looking forward to working with her in the future.

As a first-time indie author, the details of formatting my novel were daunting. Maureen produced a beautifully-crafted book in keeping with my genre. She was responsive to all my questions, got back to me quickly, and was happy to make changes when needed. Without question, I would have her format my next book.

At first I thought it would be easy to format my book for both electronic and print editions. After all, Amazon and others say they've made it easy with their online tools. Getting a book ready for publication is, in fact, a very complicated process. My pictures and text would look fine together on one device, but bad on another, and when I fixed one problem, another would arise somewhere else. That's why I turned to Maureen. I had hoped that she could get my book to work in all formats and that's exactly what she did. She also was easy to work with, delivered on time, and answered my many questions. I'm looking forward to working with her again.

I did my own formatting for my two previous books, and I know what a tedious, time-consuming, and detailed process it is. This time I decided to go with a professional and I am so happy I chose Maureen Cutajar of Go Published. The files are professionally done and loaded flawlessly the first time to Amazon and Smashwords. The book contains two tables and a bit-mapped image and they display perfectly in mobi and epub. And she met her deadline, which is a very rare quality in the world of independent publishing. I'll be back.

Maureen Cutajar has formatted four books and two teachers' guides for me. I could not ask for a better experience. Her work is flawless, and her files upload without errors. She is the consummate professional. In my opinion, there is no better choice for e-book formatting for the independent publisher than Maureen Cutajar.

When I made the switch from being a traditional author to a self-published one, I promised myself that I’d only work with the best in the business. Without a doubt, that is Maureen. She has formatted a number of my ebooks and every single time her work has been professional, punctual and visually very beautiful. Every book has been flawless and every upload seamless and trouble-free. It’s so hard these days to find truly reliable and competent people who will exceed your expectations, but Maureen certainly does. I recommend her without hesitation.

Maureen's work for me has been truly exemplary. She has always been ready to work on my projects as scheduled, and gets the files back to me as promised. In addition, she has been willing to work with me when I want a particular font or decoration for chapter headings or scene breaks. I take a great deal of pride in the interior of my books looking just as good as the covers, and they do, thanks to Maureen's artistry. If you think readers don't notice, they do. From a Goodreads review of Year of the Monsoon: "By the way the e-book just looks great — nice cover, well done formatting, no errors."

I found Maureen via the Smashwords list, and it was a lucky day for me. I purchased the “Bundle Offer,” which gave me files for Ingram (hardback & softcover), Createspace (softcover), Kindle (mobi), Smashwords, and an ePub file for everywhere else. It was a challenge keeping the steps straight and in sequence for all those formats, plus working with a cover designer, and Maureen was very helpful suggesting when to do what. The files came back looking beautiful, and the errors I found in the printed proof were not hers, they were ones I had missed in my original manuscript. For $30 she fixed 30+ “author errors”—a bargain. Now my book looks great at first glance and throughout. She’s been prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable in answering my questions and meeting timeframes. This was my second indie book (I formatted the other one myself, with much anguish), and using an expert like Maureen was by far the better way. I think I’d have produced something presentable eventually, but the time and tears weren’t worth it. My husband’s glad I found Maureen, too.

Fast! Perfect! Beautiful! Maureen's interior design of my book was far beyond my expectations and much better than what I've seen from most New York publishing houses. It was a fairly complex job, with parts, large headings, and nearly three dozen pictures, and it was all done flawlessly. Also, the files were accepted by IngramSpark, CreateSpace, and KDP, etc., without any errors. Hassle free! Even if you know how to design interiors yourself, hiring Maureen will make your book better and your publishing experience faster.

The one thing missing from my latest novel Race Riot was a great layout, which Maureen took care of perfectly. After all, the book took years to write and edit and deserved more than one of my clumsy attempts at formatting, which would have been a let-down given what I thought was an arresting cover design. Maureen's clean, classy design rises to the professionalism that my critics believe the writing itself engenders. She provided files for Kindle, Epub, and Smashwords-ready MS Word, with each working flawlessly. I highly recommend Maureen's reasonably priced and caring, customer-oriented service, especially if you don't have professional design skills. After all, why should a crappy format job obscure all that great prose that you're turning out?

As I was scouring the web for a book formatter, I kept running across the name Maureen Cutajar at Go Published. After talking to several of her clients, it soon became clear that she was highly regarded as one of the best in the industry. Although she is the only formatter I have ever had the chance to work with, I will no doubt use her again in the future and can recommend her to anyone else who is in the market for a book designer. Thank you so much Maureen, you were one of the bright spots in this entire process!

I’m so glad I came across Maureen in my hunt for an interior book designer. I was tempted to try the formatting myself, but realized I needed someone who knew what they were doing. She makes my books look professional, which I never could have done on my own.

When I recently contacted CreateSpace about my new book, I was informed that they no longer formatted. I was a bit concerned about finding a suitable professional for the job. I got online and checked out a few formatters. I decided to contact Maureen Cutajar, having no idea if she was the right person for the job or not. However, her price was reasonable and the testimonials on her website gave her great reviews. I'm glad to say that I certainly made the right choice. She has done an excellent job, using some of her own creative ideas to enhance my book. She worked fast and turned out an attractive finished copy that provides just the right look to please the reader. She was easy to work with and answered all my questions. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation. My editor, Katherine Hocker, also feels that Maureen has done an outstanding job. If you need someone to format your book, by all means contact Maureen.

I was so fortunate to discover Maureen and Go Published when I was searching for someone to convert my previously published work into an eBook and a revised paperback. Maureen applied exceptional formatting skills to create a compelling eBook and smart-looking paperback. There were some cases where the text had to be altered to fit the narrative's requirements, and she carried out each of my requests efficiently and professionally. I plan to use her services again for future projects.

I highly recommend Maureen Cutajar to anyone who needs help with formatting their books for e-publishing. She is prompt, thorough, professional and compassionate. No matter how often you ask a question, she is always there to provide a good answer for you. She always meets her deadlines, her rates are more than reasonable and her work is sublime. All five of the books she worked on for me were accepted as premium releases by Smashwords and the whole process was pleasant and very easy--for me! All I had to do was pick the right person to get my words in order and that person is Maureen. I'm more than satisfied with the experience and I will be using her again and again.

This is the third book I’ve had Maureen format for me. She does an amazing job! I have never paid much attention to formatting before I found Go Published. Now, I can plainly see the difference between good formatting--and the rest. Not only does Maureen deliver what she promises professionally, she does it in a timely manner, while always responses quickly to all questions. She is my last stop before publishing, and I am very glad I found her. I will be using her for all my future books.

As a writer new to self-publishing, finding a formatter who was not only professional and talented but who would help me through the sometimes-complicated process of prepping a book was very important to me. Maureen proved to be all of those things and more. She made my first publishing experience interesting and informative and always answered my questions thoroughly. My manuscript is beautiful and professional. I've recommended her to several writer friends!

As an indie publishing virgin, I was somewhat intimidated about the whole process of uploading my ebooks. I wanted them to look professional and be correctly formatted so I wouldn’t have any hassles to deal with. I queried three different companies from Mark’s list and the replies told me all I needed to know. Maureen answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, her prices are very reasonable, and when I saw the work on her Go Published website, I was sold. I would definitely use her again and recommend her enthusiastically.

I discovered Maureen's website by Googling 'professional ebook formatting services' and that was exactly what I found with GoPublished. This was my first experience with self-publishing and not only did Maureen make the experience painless, she did a wonderful job. She scheduled me in quick, worked with me to get the book exactly the way I wanted it, and within two weeks Cicada Spring was available for print and download on Amazon. The quality of work she produces is easily on par with any book you would pull off the shelves of a bookstore, especially considering the very fair prices she charges. I absolutely plan on using GoPublished again with any future projects.

Maureen did a fabulous job on my manuscript for smashwords and amazon. The turnaround was surprisingly quick and the manuscript was perfect. I uploaded to smashwords with no problems whatsoever. She guarantees her work and if there are errors, (which there were not) she will fix them at no extra charge. She will also assist you with the uploading process, should you need it. Maureen is a pleasure to work with, promptly replies to email questions, and her prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend her services.
