Ron Perlman will not be in The Hobbit

2010-11-30T12:40:00.000-06:00

Ron Perlman will not be in either Hobbit movies. Oh well, I gess that leaves room for Hellboy 3...maybe? Or a semi-nude bit in Sons of Anarchy next season? In the meantime, he will be in Season of the Witch and At the Mountains of Madness.

Banksy's Simpsons Opening

2010-10-11T19:49:00.000-05:00

I don't know what Fox was smoking when they decided to commission Banksy to create a 'couch gag' for The Simpsons and subsequently air it. In case you missed it last night, here it is: (watch it while you can since Fox will probably pull this one down as well)

The Simpsons - Banksy's intro

Flabber

This is unbelievably disturbing I can't even begin to describe it. It seems Fox is also super pissed right now being that they are pulling down every copy of it that pops up on the Internet. I have a very strong feeling that this may be the last season of the show.

It's a Fan Made Transformers Movie, Comrade!

2010-09-29T17:49:00.000-05:00

This was surprisingly well done. Yet it left me wondering one thing: do they not wear shirts in Russia?

Hobbit Limbo Continues

2010-08-25T19:07:00.000-05:00

While The Hobbit continues to reside in it's perpetual state of 'movie limbo', due to MGM being unable to pull their heads out of their asses, Peter Jackson said that he will announce whether or not he'll be directing the movie "sometime soon". Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Watch Now -- Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind

2010-08-23T23:57:00.000-05:00

Possible EPIC FAIL? I don't know yet. All I know is that Google Videos is streaming it right now, and that Roger Ebert has been tweeting about it and even posted a blog about it. The video itself was uploaded three years ago...so it's ~~posible~~ extremely likely that Disney and Studio Ghibli doesn't know about it.

So, if you want to watch it in splended 'crappy pirated' view, watch it here: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8704790173215648057&hl=en#. I won't embed the video until I know for sure that it's legit.

EPIC FAIL -- Quakecon Attendee's Blunder

2010-08-23T14:36:00.001-05:00

This year at Quakecon, which I missed due to unforseen circumstances...no babysitter..., some guy sold his Shelby Cobra raffle ticket for $200. Less than two minutes later, he was hating life:
