The rep might suggest talking to his/her manager, but, again, politely say, "Thank you, but I'd like to speak to a customer service representative in the United Kingdom."

That's the rule and the LAW.

It takes less than one minute to have your call re-directed to the United Kingdom. Tonight when I got redirected to a UK rep, I asked again to make sure - and yes, she was from NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE.

Imagine what would happen if every United Kingdom citizen insisted on talking to only UK phone reps from this day on.

Imagine how that would ultimately impact the number of UK jobs that would need to be created ASAP...

So you open up Windows Live Mail and it has been working no problem for you, until, you are greeted with a message "Message is no longer available on the server" that gives you no solutions to the problem.

As you are here, I assume you used a search engine to find this helpful article.

The fix is very simple and easy with no fear of losing any emails you may have particularly the important ones you may have providing you are using IMAP as a protocol . If you are using POP then be sure to check that your settings are set to leave messages on the server until deleted from your trash folder.

1) Open up Windows Live Mail

2) Wait for everything to sync with servers etc.

3) Right click on the inbox button of the troubled account and select properties

4) Select the "Local File" tab and then click the "Delete" option (This is only deleting local copies of your emails and will then after download all your messages once again fresh)

Basically, insurance companies charge you interest on the unpaid portions of the insurance policy while you owe them.

If this is not possible, then you should check with the insurance company and ask them how much interest you are being charged if you choose to pay for the insurance monthly. If it transpires that you are being charged a very high amount of interest, then you should at least consider alternative sources of financing. One would be to pay for the insurance on a credit card that offers you a lower rate than the insurance company is going to charge you. This means at least you pay less interest on the amount you owe.

FIND OUT THE COMPANY’S NO CLAIMS POLICY

You should look at the terms of the insurance company’s no claims policy before you buy any insurance from them. While all insurance companies these days will offer you a discount on your motor insurance for not making claims, they will not all operate their discount systems in the same way. Some motor insurance companies will give you a no claims discount after five years. This means that you need to have a claim free record for five years to qualify for their no claims discount. Others however, will give their discount based on four or even three years of claims free driving.

If you have had an accident say four years ago, there are many companies out there that will not give you a no claims discount at all. However, by shopping around, and becoming aware of the no claims policies of the various insurance companies, you can find companies with shorter qualifying periods for which you will easily qualify for a no claims discount. This is a very simple way of making sure you get the substantial discount that is available for drivers that have not made any claims, particularly if you have had an accident three or four years ago.

Another thing you may have to consider is waiting till you qualify for a no claims discount. For example, if you are say four months from meeting the qualifying period for a no claims discount, than it does not make sense to pay for a year’s worth of motor insurance that does not take into account the fact that you will be falling into the qualifying period after four months. To make the most of this situation therefore, you will have two options. The first is simply to wait for more months till you reach the qualifying period and in this way you will benefit fully from the no claims discount. The second option is to simply buy four months worth of insurance, which will take you up to the time that you reach the qualifying period, and then you can buy an annual policy that will give you the full discount. A variation of this would be to tell the insurance company that you will meet the period after four months and see if they will take that into account when they are pricing your policy.

Always be willing to tell the insurance company about any circumstances you feel should reduce their risk and accordingly, the cost of your insurance. It is a sure way to save money.

I am often asked by people how they can promote their website and start getting the traffic all websites and businesses need, there are various methods you can begin to get you kickstarted on developing a popular website.

1) Search Engines Traffic.
Natural (or organic) traffic is type of traffic coming from all major search engines. If any visitor searches for some kind of information and finds your site in results, you get organic traffic! Unfortunately, it can be really hard (depending on your niche) to get website listed in the top of search engines. So one of things you may want to do – submit your URL to all major search engines manually. Usually just visit any search engine (where you want URL to be submitted) and type something like “submit URL” into search box. Engine will surely return a page where you may submit your URL for indexing. If your sites contains sitemap file (like sitemap.html or sitemap.xml), be sure to submit sitemap file as well - it will speed up whole indexing process.

2) Links Exchange.
External links never hurt. The more websites will link to you, the more traffic you will get. It’s that simple! Swapping links is easy enough. Flash Vs HTML Search Engine Optimization

Only a short post here but I would love to get feedback from other web developers on this topic.

As a lot of web developers may know, when it comes to search engine optimization and Flash they are far from friend's, there is no way that search engine bots can read a Flash file. This leaves any kind of SEO non-existent.

I have to wonder, if somehow search engine bots were actually able to read Flash files, would this tempt you to get straight to learning or using Flash much more on websites than you do currently or do you prefer the physical feeling a hard coded website gives you along with knowing it will display on many more devices such as mobile phones etc?

I know that I was interested to know who the best are so I could check out their websites and see how I could possibly earn as much money as these people do. I realized from most of these sites that sites with user generated content usually ranked pretty highly for Google Adsense earners. It seems that these “community” type sites do tend to get a lot of traffic and we all know that traffic = money. So without any more delay here are a list of the top 8 Google Adsense earners as collected from online resources. Please note that this list might be a bit outdated but it has lots of useful information still.

1. Markus Frind - PlentyOfFish.com - $300,000 per month

If you haven’t heard of this guy yet you should check out the website plentyoffish.com. He is the person who created this free online dating website from his appartment all by himself. His website soon become one of the largest dating websites online. I have actually tried out his website myself and can see how it can be interesting and attract a lot of visitors. The graphics and layout of the website is nothing fancy at all but the functionality is all there and its fast to use.

There have been many of doubts that he wasn’t making that much money so he made those people silent by posting a picture of his paycheck on his blog. According to his blog check represented two months worth of Adsense earnings.

2. Kevin Rose - Digg.com - $250,000 per month

Kevin Rose started Digg.com in December 2004. It is a social marketing site that is mostly news, video, and pictures that are submitted by users for other users to read about and view. Basically what happens is you can signup for an account and you can submit a “news story” and other people can view it and if they like it they can “Digg it” and this boosts the rating of the post.
