<p>Prima di raccontarvi le ricette che sono state presentate durante lo showcooking, vi racconto un po&#8217; il prodotto che abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiare.</p>
<p><strong>Pasta Dolce Vita</strong> è arricchita con <strong>chitosano</strong>, una fibra naturale in grado di legarsi alle sostanze ossidate come i grassi ossidati. Ha pertanto la capacità di ridurre l&#8217;assorbimento di quelli assunti attraverso l&#8217;alimentazione. La Pasta Dolce Vita, senza nulla togliere al gusto ve lo posso assicurare, ha un basso indice glicemico, favorisce il controllo del colesterolo e favorisce la riduzione del peso corporeo.</p>

(3%) alla semola di grano duro tradizionale, con un trattamento interamente meccanico senza additivi<br />

<p>Passiamo alla mia esperienza. Lo <strong>showcooking</strong> era tenuto dalla chef<strong> Silvia Strozzi</strong>, naturopata olistica e autrice di diversi libri di cucina naturale. Il tutto è stato presentato e condotto dal professor <strong>Eugenio Iorio</strong>, illustre esperto di stili di vita corretti e salutari.</p>

<p>Fate cuocere la pasta direttamente con i broccoli già divisi. Nel frattempo in una padella antiaderente con dell&#8217;olio evo fate soffriggere del porro. Aggiungete poi pomodorini secchi, ceci, olive e peperoncino. Scolate la pasta e unitela al sughetto.</p>

<p>Fate cuocere gli spaghetti. Nel frattempo in una padella fate rosolare un po&#8217; di aglio e aggiungete la zucca tagliata a dadini. Lasciate ammorbidire, insaporite con noce moscata e passate tutto al minipimer, aiutandovi con un po&#8217; di acqua di cottura per ottenere una crema. Condite la pasta con questo sughetto di zucca e cospargete con nocciole tostate tagliate a pezzetti.</p>

<p>Ingredienti: pasta sfoglia (per me la <a href="https://www.buitoni.it/prodotti/pasta-sfoglia-rettangolare/">sfoglia rettangolare Buitoni</a>), una mela, <a href="http://www.mielbio.it/varieta/miele-del-bosco-italiano-bio/">miele del bosco Rigoni d’Asiago</a>, cannella (facoltativa)</p>
<p>In alternativa potete utilizzare anche della marmellata o della crema spalmabile alle nocciole per i più golosi.</p>

<p>Tagliate la mela a metà, poi a fettine sottile e eliminate il torsolo aiutandovi con un coppapasta rotondo. Stendete le fettine ottenute in un piatto e riscaldatele in microonde per circa 2 minuti, in modo che diventino morbide e non si spezzino quando andrete ad arrotolarle.</p>

<p>Stendete la pasta e ricavate delle strisce rettangolari. Spennellatela con il miele e disponete le fettine di mela sovrapponendole l&#8217;una all&#8217;altra e occupando metà della striscia. In una delle due estremità lasciate dello spazio vuoto: questo pezzo di pasta vi servirà per sigillare le rose. Spolverate con un po&#8217; di cannella e richiudete sovrapponendo l&#8217;altro lembo di pasta.</p>

<p>Partendo dal lato pieno arrotolate la striscia e chiudete per bene aiutandovi con i polpastrelli. Disponete le roselline in una teglia per cupcake in silicone (o normale ma imburrata). Cuocete in forno ventilato a 180° per circa 40 minuti, o finchè la pasta non risulterà ben cotta.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>La torta di mele senza burro è realizzata con la ricotta che la rende una versione più leggera e meno calorica della classica torta realizzata con l&#8217;uso del burro. Per dargli un tocco di sapore in più ho spolverizzato il tutto con la cannella e per finire ho glassato la superficie con del <a href="http://www.mielbio.it/varieta/miele-del-bosco-italiano-bio/" target="_blank">miele di bosco biologico</a> della Rigoni d&#8217;Asiago. Questo miele ha un&#8217;aroma particolare che si miscela perfettamente al sapore pungente della cannella.</p>

<p>In una ciotola mescolate con le fruste elettriche ricotta e zucchero. Aggiungete le uova e per finire la farina e il lievito setacciati. Come ultima cosa aggiungete la vanillina. Tagliate una mela a dadini e amalgamate i pezzetti con l&#8217;impasto. Versatelo in una teglia imburrata e infarinata. Pelate e tagliate a fettine l&#8217;altra mela e disponete le fettine in maniera concentrica. Spolverate con un velo di cannella e cuocete in forno ventilato a 180° per 50 minuti. Una volta pronta mettetela in un piatto da portata e aiutandovi con un pennello spennellate la superficie con abbondante miele.</p>

Il bicchierino è molto pratico: si può utilizzare con la classica cannuccia o, una volta eliminata la pellicola, si trasforma in un pratico bicchiere.</p>

<p>Altra piacevole scoperta: i <strong>succhi</strong>, realizzati con succo e polpa in acqua Sant&#8217;Anna. Si possono trovare i classici gusti che piacciono ai più piccoli ma anche agli adulti: pesca, pera e albicocca.</p>

<p>Nel pacco per finire c&#8217;era anche l&#8217;acqua. Una confezione in formato mignon perfetta per i bambini. Io personalmente l&#8217;ho trovata molto comoda da portare in borsa per non appesantirmi troppo o da portare con me alle lezioni di yoga.</p>

Aggiungete le uova una alla volta, i semini di vaniglia e continuate a lavorare. Setacciate farina e levito e lavorate. Per ultimo aggiungete il latte a temperatura ambiente. Tenete da parte 8/7 fette di ananas intere per la decorazione della torta, tagliate le restanti a cubetti e aggiungetele all&#8217;impasto incorporandole delicatamente.</p>
<p>In un pentolino preparate il caramello: portate ad ebollizione zucchero mischiato ad acqua e lasciatelo bollire finchè non diventerà di un bel colore bruno, senza però farlo bruciare. Versatelo subito nella teglia antiaderente imburrata, disponete le fette di ananas e versate poi sopra l&#8217;impasto. Fate cuocere per 30 minuti a 160°. Ribaltate la torta in un piatto da portata quando è ancora calda, prima che il caramello si appiccichi alla tortiera.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Questa è la prima ricetta che provo con l&#8217;avocado e devo dire che ne sono davvero contenta. Quando sono andata a comprarlo al supermercato ero scettica e mi sono diretta alla cassa con fare titubante. Ma una volta provata questa pasta, mi sono pentita di non avere iniziato ad usarlo prima.</p>
<p>L&#8217;avocado sta impazzando sulle tavole degli italiani; moda che spero non sia passeggera visto che, oltre ad essere buono, l&#8217;avocado fa anche molto bene. L&#8217;elenco delle sue proprietà benefiche è infinito: antinfiammatorio, ricco di acido grasso linoleico e omega 3 (i cosidetti grassi buoni che inibiscono la produzione del colesterolo), ricco di antiossidanti e di vitamina A, E e D, fonte di magnesio e potassio.</p>
<p>Questa <strong>pasta con pesto di avocado e piselli</strong> è davvero squisita: ve la consiglio caldamente per stupire gli amici ad una cena. Per un tocco in più potete aggiungerci dei gamberi. E se non volete la pasta ma volete assaggiare comunque questo pesto provatelo spalmato su una fetta di pane tostato con una spruzzata di lime: paradisiaco!</p>

<p><strong>Ingredienti</strong>: un avocado maturo, piselli surgelati, olio EVO, sale, pasta fresca, acqua di cottura</p>
<p>Lessate i piselli in acqua non salata. Inserite in un frullatore la polpa di un avocado e aggiungete i piselli (iniziate con una quantità piccola e poi aggiungete man mano in base al gusto), l&#8217;olio e una spolverata di sale. Azionate il frullatore fino a ridurre il tutto a una salsa vellutata. Assaggiare e regolate di sale. Aggiungete piselli fino ad arrivare al gusto desiderato.</p>
<p>Nel frattempo cuocete la pasta e conservate un bicchiere di acqua di cottura. Scolate, condite la pasta con il pesto e aggiungete un po&#8217; di acqua di cottura per amalgamare meglio il tutto.  Servite con una spolverata di peperoncino liofilizzato.</p>

<p><strong>Consigli per gli acquisti</strong></p>
<p>Per la riuscita ottimale della ricetta è importantissimo che scegliate un avocado ben maturo. Quando lo toccate deve essere bello morbido. Se trovate solo avocadi poco maturi c&#8217;è un rimedio casalingo per farli maturare: basta mettere l&#8217;avocado insieme a una banana in uno di quei sacchetti marroni per il pane. Dopo 24-48 ore la maturazione sarà completa. Tutto merito dell’etilene sprigionato dall’avocado che rimane nel sacchetto e porta a una rapida maturazione.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>La <strong>tzatziki</strong> è un antipasto tradizionale greco molto gustoso: la base è lo yogurt e gli ingredienti principali sono il cetriolo e l&#8217;aglio. Io ne vado veramente ghiotta, ma il problema è che digerisco molto difficilmente l&#8217;aglio. In una calda giornata estiva ho quindi provato a realizzare una versione della <strong>tzatziki senza aglio</strong>, dando un po&#8217; di sapore al tutto con l&#8217;aiuto dell&#8217;erba cipollina. Il risultato è una crema spalmabile golosissima, ottima da gustare sul pane tostato e insieme alle olive.</p>
<p>Piccola postilla sullo yogurt greco: rispetto a un normale yogurt <strong>lo yogurt greco contiene meno lattosio</strong>, cosa che lo rende ottimo anche per chi come me è intollerante al lattosio. Contiene inoltre meno sodio, meno zuccheri e più proteine ed ha un elevato potere saziante.</p>

cetriolo, erba cipollina, aceto di vino bianco, olio, sale</p>
<p>Grattugiate metà cetriolo e mettetelo a scolare in un colino a maglie strette. Nel frattempo tagliate a pezzetti il restante cetriolo. Unite la polpa scolata e i pezzetti di cetriolo in una capiente ciotola e aggiungete lo yogurt poco per volta fino a raggiungere la consistenza adatta (potrebbe non essere necessario metterlo tutto visto che la quantità dipende molto dalla misura del cetriolo). Aggiungete 2 cucchiai di aceto di vino bianco, un cucchiaino di olio e un po&#8217; di erba cipollina tritata finemente. Mescolate, regolate di sale e assaggiate. Aggiustate con l&#8217;aceto in base ai gusti.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredienti</strong>: 500 ml di acqua, un lime, 10 foglioline di menta</p>
<p>Tagliate a fettine mezzo lime, inseritele nel bicchiere o nella caraffa e spremeteci l&#8217;altra metà del lime. Lavate accuratamente le foglioline di menta, sfregandole tra le dita per rilasciare l&#8217;aroma, e aggiungetele agli altri ingredienti. Riempite il recipiente con l&#8217;acqua e lasciate riposare in frigorifero per almeno un&#8217;ora. Servite con qualche cubetto di ghiaccio.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ebbene si, per me le ferie sono già finite. Mentre la maggior parte degli italiani si accinge a preparare la valigia, io l&#8217;ho già messa via. Ma i posti che ho visitato mi rimarranno sempre nel cuore. Un tour della Grecia continentale e del meraviglioso Peloponneso, luoghi dai quali ho portato a casa anche l&#8217;amore per la cucina greca, ricca di pomodori, cetrioli, feta, yogurt greco, olive e tanti altri gustosi ingredienti. Quindi, oltre al classico yogurt greco con il miele che è davvero libidinoso, ho sperimentato anche un accostamento con il pane Pema, di cui vi avevo già parlato <a href="http://goccedizucchero.com/2015/02/18/crumble-di-mele-croccante-con-pane-pema/" target="_blank">qui</a>. <p><strong>Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri</strong>: un vasetto di yogurt greco, 2 fette di pane di segale (io ho usato <a href="http://www.pema.de/it" target="_blank">pane Pema</a>), miele q.b., frutti rossi per guarnire</p>
<p>Spezzettare grossolonamente il pane. Disponetelo su una teglia rivestita di carta forno e fate tostare in forno. In alternativa potete fare tostare anche in padella. Una volta che il pane è diventato bello croccante, mescolarlo insieme a un paio di cucchiai di miele. Lasciare riposare e raffreddare.</p>
<p>Disporre il pane al miele sul fondo di un bicchiere, aggiungere lo yogurt e decorare con un filo di miele e della frutta. Servire freddo.</p>

<p>In un frullatore amalgamare la crema di cocco all&#8217;acqua. La quantità dell&#8217;acqua varia in base al sapore che volete dare ai vostri ghiaccioli: più acqua aggiungete meno saranno dolci. Io ho usato circa un bicchiere e mezzo di acqua. Unite poi i mirtilli, mescolate e travasate nelle formine per ghiaccioli. Se non le avete potete arrangiarvi con dei bicchieri di plastica e degli stecchini.</p>
<p>Lasciate congelare in freezer finché si solidificano.</p>
