The Original Creative Festival came to Sharonville, Ohio this past week.  The festival is mainly quilting and sewing, but even I recognized the famous names of Fons &amp;amp; Fons who were there to teach!  Marianne Fons and her daughter, Mary Fons. It's busy!  The weather is more spring-like than summer-like here in Southern Ohio, but that is likely to change as I type this sentence.

I chose "Iconic" yarn, which is 100% merino, worsted weight. (shown above). It's Superwash and hand-dyed on the USA.
He also has "Inappropriate" yarn which is sportweight Merino and Nylon. (Which would be great for a variety of projects including socks)
"Sarcastic" is a DK cotton/tencel blend. Selectively, thoughtfully, occasionally you have to say, "No, Thank you".

If it doesn't work, I'll change to yet a new motto.... :)

The new book, Crochet One-Skein Wonders is now out.  It took a long time to come to print because it has 101 projects in it!  Edited by Judith Durant and Edie Eckman, this is a thick book.
In the 286 pages, the projects are separated by yarn-weight from thread to bulky.

My Blushing Erin Neckwarmer (named for my youngest Niece...) (p. 154) Is in it.
