Insurance Scam in India Alert!

Hello Everyone, I know many of you might have not missed me at all.

I am reviving my blog with this post, I wanted to make everyone aware of this, so that you could be saved from these scammers.

I will directly come to the point.

Home Loan + ULIP Insurance Policy

I have taken Home Loan (JKFC) from one of the leading banks in India and they recommended getting a life insurance policy (Yedallise Insurance Company*) for the safer side.

(It is not a compulsion to buy Insurance Policy along with a Home Loan policy**)

My policy is ULIP(Unit Linked Insurance Policy), basically, these insurance companies take some amount from you and invest in the different markets(Equity, Govt. bonds, and so on.) to get max benefits and some of its benefits are passed back to customers, but it does NOT guarantee any type of returns compared to guaranteed policy plans.

Of course, due to the number of things combined in a single policy, it takes time to give benefits back to customers.

A few years later

Now, I started receiving calls from various numbers claiming they are talking from that Yedallise insurance company* about the feedback on the ULIP policy for which I was of course unhappy as the market has zoomed to double but my policy only showed a profit of some percent only to which I raised my concern. Now that spokesperson told me they will raise a complaint with LIC (Life Insurance ~~Corporation~~ Council***) against this policy.

I was astonished, how can a person speaking from that specific insurance company can go ahead and complain against their own firm to get my problem fixed, anyway, I thought this might be some process.

Those various numbers are: (the below names would have been fake but NOT the numbers)

Next, Life Insurance Council contacts

Immediately, the same day this person(Prashant Tripathi) from the Life Insurance Council called saying they have received some complaints against the policy to which I agreed.

He told me about the next steps that are to be taken:

1. He will raise a complaint against the policy & firm that the promises made to me while giving the policy are not fulfilled and the customer is not happy.

2. When the insurance company calls, I'll have to ask them to put my policy on hold, this will help me recover the profit that I see on my policy currently without any commission & charges to the insurance company.

3. I will have to buy another policy to recover the losses made in this policy via a guaranteed policy because the losses made by insurance can only be recovered by insurance 😒(that's a really funny statement - but totally incorrect)

4. Insurance company will try to convince me not to put this policy on hold, but I have to be firm on my decision.

I thought, it makes sense and I agreed again.

His WhatsApp account displayed a picture showing the "State Emblem of India"(Satyamev Jayate).

He told me to call him back, once the policy is put on hold with the policy hold Id.

Again, a call from the Yedallise Insurance Management side

This lady(Nisha Gupta) says - you have registered a complaint against our firm(yedallise insurance company*) and this policy; however, we have told you about everything while handing over this policy to you.

Myself - Yes, you've told but the policy isn't performing well so I am unhappy with it.

Nisha - so, what do you want to do? she asked

Myself - I asked her, do you have any better option other than putting this policy on hold?

Nisha - No

(So I proceeded with my request, of course, that I was guided by Prashant Tripathi)

Myself - Can you please put this policy on hold & share the hold Id with me

Nisha - warns me of the consequences and tells me that I have to purchase another policy in 24 hours or else my policy with the insurance company will lapse and the amount that I have already invested will be lost.

I was worried because the amount was in a few lakhs and it is my hard-earned money, how can I let that go.

So, I requested Nisha Gupta to wait & I will confirm on this soon.

I reached out to Prashant if 24 hours is enough for us to decide on a policy and buy it and certainly he agreed with some confident lines - " I am a man of my words" and all 😅

I called Nisha back on her mobile number and confirmed my request and she handed me over with the "Hold Id" ( certainly, it was made up hold id) 😂

I noted this down!

Now the real game starts

I called Prashant with the hold Id, and using that hold Id Prashant started the process of getting me another insurance policy to recover my money.

He suggested me three policies from different insurance companies over the phone call.

(I did ask Prashant to share the details over the email to which he tried to change the lines and didn't send any quote over the email - because if he would have sent me the email, I would have found he is not from LIC by the email domain name 😁)

I thought to go with the minimum one but that's goanna benefit Prashant with less commission, so eventually, he convinced me to go with the policy with a little more investment(which was an equal amount of investment being done on the current policy) so that I could get the optimum returns.

Again, I agreed, I was put under pressure to agree because I had only 24 hours to save my hard-earned money invested in the previous policy from getting lapsed.

Now before investing, I surely wanted to see the quote.

To this, Prashant went on the Reliance Nippon website and generated the quote with my email address and I received that quote from the Reliance website.

That quote didn't have an agent id because it was specific for consumers.

He again explained to me the returns on investment that were shown on the policy quote line-wise but were not up to mark.

(Poor guy didn't know how returns work in the policy)

Then he asked me to visit a website - Reliance Life Insurance (reliancenipponlife.com) to make payment for this new policy.

So, there are three fields there, as shown below.

I told him, I will need some time to understand the policy he has shared because I was certainly in doubt about his numbers.

To this Prashant disagreed, saying I promised him that I will make the payment immediately, he has been there in the office some extra hours for me.

Then I gave him the additional reason that I don't have a credit card to make this payment, also told him to I will get this policy reviewed by my father.

Prashant was of course unhappy and asked if my father belonged to insurance, I said no but he is having good knowledge of it.

Also, one important thing - the quote number I received in the email and the quote number he was asking to make payment on was different which made me doubt him again.

I somehow got rid of that call and started discussing all this with my father.

I told every single point to my father to which we concluded this could be a scam.

Few more points that we undertook before concluding.

1. My policy from Yedallise Insurance Company* which was put on hold by Nisha Gupta, I didn't receive any email or sms from the company about the same because it was NOT ever put on hold.

2. My policy was still in-force (active) on the web portal on the same day & the next day and now as well.

3. There was no written communication about the points taken ahead with my Yedallise Insurance Company*.

4. Prashant was NOT open to sharing all company proposals against my policy because maybe he never had that in the first place.

5. All communication happened from direct line numbers and not from the banking number.

6. Even if the policy gets lapsed, you still have time to revive that policy - (around a month)

7. I did check the Life Insurance Council website about such calls and found a warning message.

8. Each new policy gives a 30% commission to insurance agents and then on prorate basis.

9. Insurance with different quote number might have different structure and agent id so that the benefits of commission is passed on to the agent.

Eventually, what would have happened If I had made the payment:

Prashant would have sold me an additional policy by fooling me into thinking that Yedallise Insurance Policy is closed.

So, now I would have had two policies to be paid for with equal amounts.

I would have got the policy that I was not in requirement of!

This would have benefited Prashant Tripathi from the commission he must have received from selling this policy.

Basically, all the names that I have mentioned above are working as a team to fool us. I have listed only 4 numbers; however, they might have many more and keep on changing it.

Always cross-check the policy on the insurance portal website, compare it with other insurance policies available in the market, and 101% check if you're in need of that insurance policy and no one is actually mandating or putting compulsion to buy any policy.

We proudly say “India has got the highest data usage in the world”, have you ever thought why that is so? I’ll tell you why, It was not before Jio came into existence, it only became after Jio, Why?

Here is the answer, Earlier data was so costly that even illiterate use to think before downloading anything , however, that is not correct, Vodafone/Airtel starting from Rs.99 to Rs.199 per GB, exploited it's customers like hell & everyone was happily paying, while I resorted by stopping use of data, again an illiterate move, but I had no other option.

Now a days, uneducated or let it be educated listen to the same music/video 100 times on YouTube, Saavn, Gaana etc. etc. but don’t download that music/video, may be there space on the device is being occupied but don’t you think the data which you are consuming on the air is precious as well.

There is no way you can stop that but can roar by saying “India has got the highest data usage in the world”

I do not want to offend anyone by this column, I just want to convey my message to the people out there.

2.Scroll down to “Additional Settings”
3.Select “Quick ball”
4.TURN ON Quick Ball from 1st Option on screen

You can customize quick ball according to your needs. No need for additional installation such as “toucher” app.

You can change shortcuts from 2nd Option “Select Shortcuts”

ON FACEBOOK

Follow the below steps...

You can click on the images to see them in Full size

1. Search the profile or Check in friend suggestions

2. Click on the profile you want to check or add as your friend

3.Click on the profile picture and you'll moved to profile picture album

4.Click on the profile now to open the image

5.Right click on the image and select "Copy Image URL"

6.Now goto " http://www.google.co.in/imghp?hl=en&tab=wi "(without quotes) to search image on google

Or you can goto Google.com and click Images as shown in the image below

7.Click on the camera to open the image URL as shown in above image

8.Dialog box will pop-up there saying "Paste image URL"

9.Now right click and paste the image url you copied(shown in step 5 above)

10.After your image URL is pasted click on the SEARCH button on right side

11.Some processing will take place for a moment

12.Finally,results will be out.

If there are many profiles with the same profile picture i.e. dp(display image)

This conveys that the image used by the user of that profile is fake

This was all about FAKE PROFILE PICTURES AND NOT ABOUT FAKE PROFILES.

Speed Your Machine Without Any Extra Software

Hi Frnz,

I'm back with the new thing to make your machine work faster than before
without any extra software

you just need to delete some files and folders

Follow the below things:
1. press WIN+R key together to open RUN Dialog Box
2.Type " %temp% " (without quotes) then press Enter
3.A folder will open up then Select All Files using (CTRL+A)
4.Now Delete Everything you had selected using SHIFT+DELETE key
5. Now close the window
6.Again open Run Dialog box using step 1
7. Now type " prefetch " (without quotes) then press Enter
8.A folder will open up then Select All Files using (CTRL+A)
9.Now Delete Everything you had selected using SHIFT+DELETE key
10. Now close the window

You can even do this to make your machine work faster
But I'll recommend not to do unless you are stuck or your machine is very very very slow,because doing this will make all the installed software and processes to get stop/halt.
Everything including your Anitivirus will stopped.
So,please be carefull

1.For this press WIN+R to open RUN dialog box
2.Type "msconfig"(without quotes) then press Enter

3.Now a system configuration box will open up
4.By Default Start-Up Selection will be on "NORMAL STARTUP"

5.Change from NORMAL STARTUP to DIAGNOSTIC STARTUP

6. Apply then press OK
7.Now restart your machine

DIAGNOSTIC STARTUP is described as to Load Basic Devices and Services only.Hence,only windows basic services will work that is why your machine becomes free from other extra heavy run services in background.Therefore your machine performance increases.
Now you can uninstall all the heavy unwanted services.After you are done with uninstalling.
Again goto msconfig and select NORMAL STARTUP and restart.
Now your machine will work normal and you are free from all Unwanted softwares and services.

FIRE BLACKOUT AIRTEL NETWORK AGAIN

Around 36 lakh customers of Bharti Airtel across the state’s western region woke up to a network outage on Tuesday. The services of the telecom company were disrupted after a fire — the second in three years — broke out in its data centre at Malad around 2.30am.No one was injured in the mishap.

Apart from voice calling service, data facilities such as GPRS, 3G and CDMA were hit. Voice calling service had partially started by evening. BlackBerry customers in Mumbai too were affected. The fire officials said short-circuit could be the cause of the fire.

The fire broke out on the fourth floor of the seven-storey building. The blaze broke out in the 2,000sqm-server room, damaging the entire electrical installation. “The wiring on the wall and the ceiling, all the electrical installations and cables were damaged,” said a senior fire official.

Although the fire was a minor one, it took the fire department around six hours to douse it. “The inbuilt gas separation system was not functional so we could not find the source of fire. The equipment automatically switches on at the time of fire and separates smoke,” the official added.

The fire rescue operation was completed at 7.08am.

“Employees were working at the Business Processing Outsourcing unit and around a thousand people were in the building when the fire broke out. We rescued all of them,” said HN Muzawar, chief fire officer.

However till late evening, Airtel customers were grappling with network woes. Angry customers flooded Airtel’s official website on Tweeter with their critical remarks.

Airtel customer Anish Garg was out of town and his work was stuck due to connectivity problem. “I was expecting an important call from work. I wasn’t left with any option but to get a new telecom connection,” said Garg.

Airtel spokesperson couldn’t say when the services would be resumed.

“Mobile voice, BlackBerry and SMS services have largely been restored and are stabilising. We are working towards restoring 2G & 3G data services later tonight. However, for the enterprise services such as IPLC, leased lines, MPLS and Internet services, restoration work is in progress and services are likely to be restored in the next 24 hours,” said Airtel.

This is for the second time in three years that Airtel services were hit due to fire. In July 2008, a fire broke out at Airtel’s office at Peninsula tower. It had taken the company a month to rectify the network snag
