This channel took place on the day after the Wesak Festival, May 2012. The Wesak festival represents the celebration of Buddha’s birthday and occurs on the full moon in May. This is also an opportunity for Buddha and the Christ energy to create an alignment and return to earth. Both essences are aspects of Sananda. They come together at this time to anchor more fully the energies of Ascension and Christ Love.

This year was particularly powerful. First of all there was an opening of the heart center of the collective conscious on 11-11-11, almost 6 months ago. There have been a number of solar flares and other influxes that have continued to anchor that energy or increase the volume. In doing so, many people felt off. They felt in limbo or as if it was very difficult to get things done. With this festival this year, they brought in a very powerful anchoring energy that will allow all people to be able to access the higher vibrational energies.

Open Your Flow to the Universe

The questions have come up to me recently; why do we want to link to our divinity and who is God or where is God. To me, our divinity is God. We are God. So as we strengthen our alignment with our divinity and find a way to allow that into our lives, we are opening to God. The other reason why the Goddess is always working with this is because the more alignment we have with our divinity, the greater we are living our lives in what’s our best interest--- no matter what that may be for each person.

The Goddess began by talking about the energies and the changes taking place right now. She spoke of how there’s such a strong increase in the flow of lightbody and crystalline energies that we have even greater potentials and ability than ever before. That is what will assist people in manifesting what they want, in finding how to release and then be in a place of accepting.

She spoke of how our vibration is what our physical body is doing but it’s also influenced by our thoughts, our emotions and the spiritual & lightbody energies around us. By looking at this from the space of the All That Is, each of us had the ability to look from the higher perspective and open to greater potential.

Integrating Aspects to Create A New Beginning

This channel took place on the 9th anniversary of Goddess Light!! I’d like to thank each of you who have followed our messages and all the support you’ve given me over the years. It really means a lot!

This channel was about recognizing the many different aspects that make up who we are. When in the All That Is, the Goddess had each of us call forth the aspects that make up who we are in this life. For many people this was as I looking at a group; some are supportive, others hold you back.

She began by inviting everyone to open to those that were holding them back. It was as if they shuffled to the front of the group and people had the chance to understand why they came to be in the first place. Most often it started out as something supporting or protecting you. Once these aspects were released, they blended back into the person’s I AM presence. This then gave you the opportunity to work with that which is supporting you. People then cleared another level if that was needed. From there people were able to balance and integrate all the remaining aspects so as to strengthen and balance themselves.

Integrating Balance, A New Beginning

There were a number of different things happening within this channel. At the very beginning, the Goddess spoke of how there is so much more feminine energy coming into the earth to create a greater balance. She spoke of how each person is moving towards a balance of masculine & feminine within themselves. There are a number of different people who've been speaking of this recently.

Once in the All That Is, she again invited everyone to look at their lives, to take stalk of where there focus is for the majority of the time. In doing this, she had everyone create an immense screen with which to look at their lives. As people did this, it began with right now. Then she had everyone look back to; 3 months, 6 months & a year ago. In doing this, you can get a perspective of what has changed and what has not. Then she had everyone work with the energy going forward; 2 months, 6 months & a year. She also spoke of everyone creating a symbol that represents change or letting go. A symbol transcends judgment and/or boundaries.

Creating A Conscious Change

There are a lot of people who have been feeling frustrated with the slow changes in their lives. I keep hearing again and again of what they want, but don’t seem to have it coming in. So in this channel the Goddess addressed this and gave each us tips to use in how to create change. The main thing she said was ‘change does not come from where you are; it comes from your imagination or your creative part of your brain.’ Or something to that affect!

What she means by this is that when you are in a place in your life, it creates a vibration and there’s a sense of awareness. If you want something different for yourself, you have to move into a different vibration. There are many ways that this can happen, but the Goddess took us through a process of clearing, then making a conscious choice to shift. I could feel it happening to everyone participating and this includes those who will listen later.

Tools to a New Perspective

Whew, this channel is filled with some really amazing energy!! The Goddess begins by talking about all the energies from the universe that are having affect upon us. She spoke of how the heart centered energies that had such a boost with 11-11-11, received another boost around Valentine’s Day. But with Valentine’s Day, there were many who felt lack or lonely so it created an actual blip or disconnect in the energies. This too was influenced by solar and lunar flairs, etc.

When in the space of the All That Is, the Goddess began by talking about where we are right now in our lives. She spoke of acceptance, of opening to greater clarity. She then worked with everyone to create a greater clarity. She assisted people with removing the layers of resistance and old patterns that were keeping them from moving forward. Once this was complete, she spoke of vibration; the vibration of actually ‘being’ in what you seek to have. So many people think they know what they want, but then when they receive it, it’s uncomfortable to them. Or it feels awkward. So her intention was that people experience what they are seeking to have as a means of integrating it deeper within them.

Movement Into Love & Life

I considered several different names for this channel. I think the clearest subtitle is ‘A Cosmic View of your Life’. It really gave you a new perspective of what is happening in and around you. When we got to the All That Is, the Goddess had each person create a screen in front of them. In doing so, it created a detachment from their lives. This is a wonderful tool to assist when looking at your life and opportunities.

Once the screen was established, the Goddess encouraged everyone to look at what is most prominent in their lives. She then worked with the energy around the whatever it was so as to release any limiting emotions or beliefs. From there, we were able to get a new perspective. He suggested opening to a shift, then integrating it. So in the end, you could see where you are, create and change and integrate that change. It’s a very powerful tool.

Lastly, due to this being the month of February, the Goddess suggested opening to love in your life. There is such a focus upon it from the media, people, etc. By reaching out to the energy, you could tap into it as a power to assist in your life. She suggested working with your energies around self-love and awareness. Whether it’s right when this is happening or at a later date, you can tap into the energies of Valentine’s Day to assist in creating change within your life.

Expanding DNA Through Clearing Your Physical

This channel is actually a little shorter than others are, but man is it packed with a powerful energy!! The Goddess took some time at the beginning to have everyone align with their physical body while they were still grounded. I wasn’t sure why at first, then it became clear.

When we got into the All That Is, she once again had everyone align with their physical body. By linking just prior to expanding consciousness, it allowed everyone to ‘take’ a greater amount of their physical energy with them. In the All That Is, the Goddess worked with everyone to truly clear out their physical body. She spoke of the places where people held onto energy. She spoke of clearing out all that was present within each person.

Once this was completed, she then invited everyone to move down into the core of who they are. It’s possible to allow your energy and focus to merge with the actually cells that created your biology in this lifetime. From there, she began to speak of our DNA. She spoke of how some of the strands align with you mental, physical, emotional & spiritual bodies. In doing so, you can create a link or open your consciousness so that it may more fully support you.

Releasing & Opening to Higher Potentials

The timing of this channel was perfect! It actually took place on the evening of New Year’s Day. At the beginning of the channel the Goddess spoke at length about the energies, some of the potentials and some of the beliefs that people have. One thing she said was that the Mayan Calendar is not really finishing, it’s just shifting into a higher dimension.

She also talked about the changes that are taking place as more people are fully conscious. The Goddess spoke of how the shifting of the energies into individual consciousness from group consciousness was creating changes that are less predictable. She also spoke of the increased crystalline energies.

Once she took us on the journey for the evening, it was an experience of standing on the cusp of the new year. Rather than just looking at the past year, she had everyone look at their lives to see if certain things stood out or perhaps there was a pattern. Once identified, there was a sense of releasing of these old energies and patterns.

She then spoke of the ‘now’ moment. This was an opportunity to allow people to focus on what’s around them right now; what goals they may have, what’s happening, where they are thinking about.

You will find that this journey was filled with many levels of energy. As we began in the All That Is, the Goddess created an outdoor amphitheater. I had a sense of rows of people, plus others lounging around. Once created, she began to show everyone the history of consciousness on the earth.

It began with seeing the caveman era and how their growing consciousness sent waves of awareness out into the universe. From that, people became aware and decided to send people to assist in the change. They came as ET’s in pods, matrix, cones; they had several words for them.

She spoke of Lemuria, then Atlantis and with that Egypt. Especially for this time frame, she spoke at length about the energies of control and manipulation. She then took everyone to Australia & New Zealand with the Aborigines and Maori. It was so interesting to see the contrast from people who were using control and manipulation to those where were one with the land or experienced life as the land.

She then spoke of the Christ Consciousness and how that created another shift. We were all able to see how the light came into the earth and how many people were a part of that creation. It was very evident to see the shift that had taken place.

Step Into A Re-birth in Life

I kept feeling such energies of alignment with our divinity before this channel. In addition, I kept hearing the phrase ‘I AM that I AM’; as the channel began to unfold that all made sense.

During this channel, the Goddess assisted everyone with creating an alignment to a deeper amount of their divinity. In doing so, it opened a door so that you could ‘see’ yourself more clearly. From there, she took everyone to the time before you were born. You had the opportunity to see the discussions that were going on and what the intention was for various things. In this knowledge, you have an opportunity to decide if there are things that are your life path or if the things happening in your life are a distraction.

For so many people, as you opened to the knowledge of who you truly are and what you have done in the past, it is as if you are peeling away the layers of the veil that separates you from your divinity. As these layers are released, you could see who you truly are and therefore step into your strength and awareness.

Opening to Receive & Thanksgiving

This channel took place the week of Thanksgiving in the US. So, the Goddess began by talking about feeling appreciation for us and our lives. She created a space in the All That Is that was for loving, supporting and nurturing everyone. It was as if each person was surrounded by a group of angels who created a space to assist in releasing and opening to greater potential. As the group of angels worked on everyone, they assisted in letting go of stuck energies. Once released, they infused each person with unconditional light, love & energy.

The Goddess also spoke of people being open to receive. She spoke of the ability to receive as also a means of giving a gift. It does not allow others to give if you don’t receive. Being open to receive is really a key part of manifesting. In fact, I belief many, many people are great at creating what they want to have, then don’t know how to allow it in or receive the different possible ways it may manifest. So by first allowing the angels to support and nurture you, you are really creating a shift with will be affected in your everyday life.

The Illuminating Energies of 11-11-11

When I first considered a name for this channel, it was about 2 sentences long! There is so much that took place that it feels like three separate channels.

The Goddess began by speaking about where your focus is in your everyday life. She talked about anchoring in your life from within. As she spoke of that, we could see how so many people focused their lives on things that were not even a part their life. Indeed, people want to manifest what’s different or bring in something new. But when your focus is on what’s outside of you, you’re unbalanced and giving away your power to something or someone outside of you. So by letting this go or finding the alignment within you, you can shift the energies to be more in a place to receive.

She next spoke of the energies of 11-11-11. This is about opening the heart center. She commented on how the crystalline energies will affect people and spoke of putting forth the intention that your crystals are charged on that day. Even if you are reading this after that day, you can still align with the energies and tap into the flow. By tapping into these energies, you can create a huge change in your life.

Accepting Greater Clarity & Integration

As people are seeking to create change in their lives, it comes about in many ways. You may see it in the actions you take. You may become aware of what energies seem most predominant. You may also have a sense of having experienced something before. This journey creates a space where you can experience your life on many different levels.

As the Goddess took everyone into the space of the Soul Plane, she spoke of the many different levels and aspects that make up who you are. These aspects were created by lifetimes and experiences that you’ve had in the past. From the space of the All That Is, she spoke of these lives; but she also spoke of the lives that you and others have lived in the same experience.

For example, she mentioned Camelot. She stated that this was a time and place that many, many people have lived to experience the various lives. So there was not just one soul essence that lived as each of the main players. She said this has happened at many times during history when there is a particular energy infused into a situation. Other examples she used were Atlantis, ancient Egypt, Machu Picchu and more.

The Goddess then had people gather together who’ve had the same lives. You were able to learn from each other and create a space of healing and shifting from the perspective of that group. It was very powerful.

Stepping Into Ease Within Your Life

This channel came about in part because so many people have been talking about how challenging life is and that what they want is not manifesting. I think that is the one thing that comes up again and again; I want ‘….’ But I just don’t have it! There becomes an energy around what had as yet not manifested which is based in resistance.

So, the Goddess worked with us on the earth plane to come into contact with these energies, then also from within the All That Is. As she helped people come into contact with what the really wanted in their lives, they could then release the energies; it was shifting out of ‘stuck’ into a new fresh perspective. If there is anything in your life that you have been seeking for some time, take this opportunity to link with it and let it go. You may not get rid of the desire, but you are getting rid of the old energy and creating something new.

She then created an alignment that allowed for greater flow from All That Is into your everyday life. This flow was teaching people a technique to use that would assist them in their everyday life if they got bogged down. She speaks of ‘turning’ to the side and opening to a new perspective. She also spoke of always moving towards what feels good. When your life is a struggle, you are against the flow. Consciously breathe deeply and look towards what will feel good.

Integrating Your Lightbody Into Your Physical

This is a channel to take you the next step upon your journey. We all have been working with the crystalline energies. We all have been integrating more of our divinity. So with this journey the Goddess took us to the next level. She created a space where we connect with our physical reality while still grounded. She then had us do the same while in the All That Is. This created a clear and conscious link between the two.

She also invited us to look out towards the universe from our space within the All That Is. In doing so, we could see all the shifting energies. We could also have the opportunity to experience a direct alignment with these energies as they flowed through the universe and the All That Is. As we began to create an alignment, the realization went through that this was actually the Lightbody energy. It felt different than the energies that have been out here for the eons. It felt like it was something that’s been created in response to what we’re seeking or what will take us the next step.

2012 & The Crystalline Energies

This was a really interesting journey. The Goddess created a place to allow each of us to feel our connection to our divinity. She assisted everyone with opening, then increasing the flow and from there we looked back for a different perception of the earth. Once we had the perception of the earth, she began talking about all that was taking place. She spoke of 2012 and the information being published. She spoke of flowing our energies between dimensions. Much of this was to not only provide information, but assist in releasing fears people may have.

We had a perception of Ariellis, the new Earth, and our current physical earth. As the Goddess spoke of the energies, it was very clear to see the differences in the vibrations, the perceptions and movement. As she spoke of people and their reaction, it was amazing to see the ease with which people would be moving between these two places. I have heard many people ask if they are going to just disappear one day or if their family members would and she said no. She said there will be people shift and do so on a permanent basis, but it will be with a conscious choice and notification to family and friends. I could feel relief that poured through people.

Expanding Your Personality Into Your Divinity

The energies in this channel are particularly strong! The month of August has been infused with extra energies of the Solar Flares and expanding crystalline energy. As a result of this, the energy we worked with tonight was even stronger.

In this process, the Goddess spoke of how our perception of our divinity is limited by what we can take in. In other words, we may all know our divinity is huge, but our perception is created through the limitation of our personality or our egos. For the purpose of greater understanding, in this channel the Goddess speaks of one’s ego and/or personality with the intention that it refers to who you are as your human self in this lifetime.

As we were working with our perception, she took us through how much of our perceptions of ourselves are based on other’s beliefs. In addition, what limitations have we placed upon ourselves? By realizing what this is within you, you can shift it in such a way that you open to greater awareness.

The Central Spiritual Sun & Solar Flares

This channel was given to us specifically to assist with the infusions of energy during August 2011. There are many times in which there are infusions of energy, solar flare and other galactic responses. So while this focus is about what’s happening right now, it can apply to any other situation.

Because of the intensity of the energy, the Goddess began by creating a spa. This is within the All That Is and it was an opportunity to feel loved and nurtured. She created a space where people could set up the energies of a massage, reflexology, skin treatment and more. There were a number of people who remained in the space the entire time of the journey.

Then there was a group who went with her to Central Spiritual Sun. We’ve been there before in other channels, so it was easy to find the way back. Within this space, she assisted each of us in finding a connection to the essence of the Central Sun. Each of us are a part of this whole, so if you look for your own energy, it will create an even greater alliance. Once we had acclimated, we were able to link with the part of it that is in alignment with the solar flares that as yet have been released.

Your Divinity & Your Personality

Ultimately, this channel was taking the one from the first of this month (July 2011) about manifesting a million dollars to the next level. During this channel, the Goddess assisted each person in creating a deeper connection within them. From that connection, she was able to help show how to accept more of who you are. This can manifest in different ways. Sometimes it’s about being able to accomplish things. Other times it’s an inner awareness that goes beyond specific words.

Much of this channel consisted of the Goddess assisting people with discerning what is their divinity and what is personality. As she refers to personality, it’s that whole of what makes you human. Some may refer to this as their ego. Her point in bringing up the difference is for people to find within themselves which is which. When you build a life based on desires from your personality, it may feel disconnected, empty and shallow. When you recognize what your divinity is and what evolves from that it will feel rich, fulfilled, content and expanded.

Steps to Manfesting

I really wanted to title this channel ‘Steps to Manifesting A Million Dollars’ because that’s what the Goddess speaks of during the time in the All That Is. This is a unique channel in that she works not only with your energies on many different levels, she also helps you to become aware of and shift whatever may be holding you back. It is one of the many experiences with her where you will realize that you and she were bringing things full circle by the end of the experience.

After this channel took place some of the people on the call and I were having a discussion. We have all felt the difference in how the Goddess is able to interact with us while on the earth plane. She’s a much more grounded energy now than she’s been in the past. We all have felt the shifting that takes place. I believe this is due in part to the greater number of people who are working with her, but it’s also about the shifting that is taking place with the greater amount of crystalline energy coming into the earth.

Create Through Enhanced Energies

This channel really tapped into all the energies that are taking place during the month of June. We’ve had both a Solar and Lunar eclipse. We are about to have the solstice; summer for where I live, winter for those of you in the southern hemisphere. When I was first creating the title it was ‘Creating through the Energies of the Eclipses and the Summer or Winter Solstice’ but decided that was just too long! But these are the energies that have really enhanced this channel.

As the Goddess took us upon this journey, she tapped into the energies while we were still on the earth plane. Then when we were in the All That Is, she first created an experience where we could see how the energies have shifted over the last 10 years. During this experience, we could each feel where we were 10 years ago vs. now; then the collective consciousness. It really opened up the perspective for people to see their lives in this manner.

She then had everyone consider what they wished to create. As she spoke of creating what we want, she encouraged everyone to use all their senses. The more you use your senses, the easier it is to manifest.

Surrender & Allow

This channel is a little shorter than most of them, but it’s packed with some amazing energies!! I had borderline laryngitis so my talking was not up to par. I think having the energies of the Goddess flow through helped a lot, but you’ll see reflected in both the content and Q&A a shorter length due to my physical condition.

During this channel, as soon as we entered the All That Is, you could see the star that was created from Sananda during the last channel of May 14, 2011. Sananda had created a portal from all the energy we worked with on earth into a fountain of energy that we could use in the All That Is. These energies were filled with love and balance.

The Goddess also had each of us create a template of what we are seeking in our lives. We could then work with it, change it, try it on, see if it’s what we truly want. It really empowers one with their ability to create. She then created a space of limbo. When we are in ‘limbo’ we often times are unable to create changes or shift. She showed us how shift those energies and how to manifest balance when in limbo. She spoke of how to balance our energies and from there create a shift.

Sananda Star Energies Healing

This channel took place on the eve of the full moon in Wesak. For those of you who are not familiar with this, Wesak is a festival that takes place yearly and is about the blending of Buddha and Jesus as they return to the earth to assist in bringing in more light. This traditionally takes place in ‘Shamballa’ – Sananda used this name for place also known as ‘Shambrahla’ or ‘Shangrilla’ but the conscious experience can take place anywhere. This is an opportunity for you to truly expand your conscious awareness and your light.

During this channel Sananda comes into the All That Is and my perception of him was as a cloud. From that cloud came 4 streams of energy representing; Buddha, Jesus, Krishna and Muhammad. As Sananda began to speak with us, he pointed out Abraham who also descended, so there were five total energies. These five represented the major religions linked under Sananda. It does not represent all the religions of the world by any means. In fact, if you desire to do so, you may call in whatever figure you so choose.

The Central Spiritual Sun & Love

I was not sure what to call this channel! The Goddess speaks at great length and gives you several opportunities to look at your life from different perspectives. She allows these opportunities to occur as a means of teaching yet another way to shift energy.

This channel is also about love. Now this she starts while we’re still grounded. She does so to give us the opportunity to open to the perceptions we may have as we are fully grounded. As she spoke of love, it was as if there was a huge flood that moved through all of us. I think one of the reasons for these journeys to experience that complete acceptance and loving energy.

When in the All That Is, she spoke of bringing up our lives. She encouraged creativity in how we perceive what may be going on. She also spoke of how some would see their lives as a movie on a screen. Once this was complete, she then encouraged people to turn aside, breathe deeply and move into a different space. Then when they turned back, they’d be aligning with a new perspective.

This journey if really filled with a powerful energy. The Goddess began be taking us into the All That Is as she usually does. Once there she helped us to really get a sense of who we are as our divinity and as our human self. She worked with each of us to assist in opening up our human self to accept more of our divine essence.

Once this was done, Jeshua walks into the group with a group of Ascended Masters. The energy was so powerful and filled with such love it brought tears to my eyes! I had to pause a moment to regroup. She spoke of divinity, spirituality, living life; all that we are working on. In addition he spoke of what the ascension process actually is. He described it in the many different ways people may perceive it.

Some of the ways included; shifting out of your body into another place of conscious reality. This is a means of shifting dimensions. He also spoke of it as shifting back and forth between dimensions and these dimensions are on this earth, the new earth, stars, planets and more. The shift can be with or without a body.

This channel is given to us on the 8th anniversary of Goddess Light. I have to express my deep appreciation for all who have participated and supported me over the years! Thank you. In reference to the anniversary, the Goddess spoke at different times about the passing of the years. As we moved through the magnetic and crystalline grids, she took us back to what they were in 2003 in comparison to what they are today. To me the difference was profound.

The focus of this channel is about living in the now moment. She gives us the opportunity to see our lives as they are right now; but with the influence of both past and future. If someone is living their life and feel as if there is a lack or as if things have not manifested; it could be due to something tying you to the past. So she took us back with the intention of releasing it. Once released, we could feel how it shifted our presence right now. She also had us say something to who we were back then. What piece of advice would you have wanted?

Gaia & the Equinox Blending Energies

This channel actually came through on the day of the spring/ fall equinox which allowed us to experience the energies in a particularly strong manner. The day prior to the equinox had a full moon that was called by some as a ‘super moon’ because it was bigger and closer than the moon usually is to the earth. The Goddess invited Lady Gaia to come through and speak with us. She spoke of the collective consciousness and that is shifting within and around the world. She spoke of how there is a relationship between that and the many earthquakes that are occurring. We had the opportunity during this journey to work with the earth and create a shift that would allow for greater stability. While Gaia started with the focus on Japan and the recent quake and Tsunami, the energies spread out from there around the world. There was a sense of healing and supporting the energies of the earth in a very deep manner.

This channel had many different layers to it as do so many of these Goddess journey. Before we even started the journey, the Goddess began by speaking of the things that are going on within many people’s lives. She spoke of the energies of frustration, disappointment, anger, even suicide. As she acknowledged this in people, I could feel some of the energies shifting.

As the Goddess was taking us from our grounded state into the Soul plane she was speaking in different terms. Rather than speaking of the spaces as grid work, she spoke of them as areas of our higher selves. She did this in response to a comment from an individual and to see if it actually assisted people in connecting to the energies. It felt different to me, as if it was less defined and more of an abstract energy.

Once in the All That Is, she spoke once more of the frustrations and disappointments we may be having in our lives. She assisted us in linking with these parts of ourselves as a means of shifting out of that space. I could feel shifts taking place on many different levels. The Goddess also once more spoke of releasing from the conscious and unconscious perspectives.

This channel in particular addressed some really important aspects of our lives. We have all been focusing on creating change, releasing old energy, shifting into what we DO want. In this channel, the Goddess takes us through releasing energies of which we may not be conscious. This comes in to play a lot in people’s lives especially when trying to manifest change. How many times have you found yourself saying ‘I’ve done all the work but it’s still not here’; or something to that effect?

Our vibration is the overall combination of our beliefs, emotions, life experiences and in some cases past life experiences. Most of us interested in this type of work have sought to release old hurts, old patterns and old experiences. That is a very effective way to create a change in your life. But sometimes there is even more that still has an effect on our vibration; that which is unconscious.

During this journey the Goddess assists us in realizing what is it we are aware of and what we are not. We can be very effective in releasing what’s unconscious without hashing through all of it. As you release at this level, you will find some may rise to your awareness, other parts may remain a mystery yet the release is complete. So often this comes across as beliefs that you hold about yourself, society or your life.

Living Through Compassion & Lightbody Energies

This channel worked on two specific areas for people. The Goddess began even while people were grounded talking about how there is sometimes a discrepancy between what we want in life and what is actually happening. During several recent channels and conversations people said ‘I thought I was further along’ and ‘I should be able to do better by now’. These statements spoke of how people can be hard on themselves and she worked with everyone to be able to move past it.

When people are stuck in a rut, they can breathe in compassion. When someone is ready to move forward and they aren’t, they can breathe in compassion. Compassion is an emotion that can shift the deepest, most stuck energy. It is filled with love, acceptance and allowing. Compassion takes away a need to figure out anything, it just is.

In the All That Is, the Goddess worked with everyone on opening to more energy in their daily life. She assisted people in seeing the difference when viewing life from a constricted place or expanded. In addition to that; she invited us to infuse it all with lightbody energy. When we did that, it was like it was suddenly supercharged! It was as if everything became electrified, yet there was a greater ease and smoother transition. This is how to truly move forward in life.

As I was attempting to come up with a name for this channel I was really struggling. What I wanted to call it was ‘Releasing Self Judgment & Opening to Lightbody Energy As It Assists You in Creating Your Life in Joy’ but that was just too long! But truly all of this and more is what occurred with this channel.

As people arrived in the All That Is there was such an expansion of energy because the lightbody energy was there and permeating the entire space. What I perceived through the Goddess’ eyes was that there were a number of people who were blocking the lightbody or felt as if it wasn’t something of which they were worthy. So she first worked with releasing old energy and feelings of worthiness. From there people were then more open to the lightbody energy.

As the lightbody (LB) energy began to speak, there was a lot of integration taking place. It’s amazing to see how when you allow in self-doubt and lack of worthiness it does narrow your perception. The LB spoke of how the entire universe is linked through consciousness. It created an opportunity to look at the omniverse, to see what is there and the alignment. We then looked at the earth and we could see how the LB energies moved into the earth. It was very interesting to see the similarities and the differences. More of the higher vibrational energies are now integrating the earth.

A New Year, A More Blended You

Last year was a particularly intense year. People felt this in many different ways, but for many as a life filled with instability. Part of the reason for that was the influx of very intense crystalline and higher vibrational energies. As 2011unfolds, the energy coming in will be anchoring into what is already here; therefore, it won’t feel like such a diverse energy.

At the beginning, the Goddess spoke of the energies and what she sees happening over all with the collective consciousness of the earth. From there, as we experienced the journey it was very much about finding a greater alignment within. She spoke of how so many people wondered why they didn’t manifest what they were seeking to have. In looking at that, she assisted people in shifting through what no longer works for us.

First of all she looked at abundance. She assisted in shifting out any sense of lack or constriction. Abundance comes in many different forms, so as we worked through it all, she suggested people create a scent, an image, a feeling or something that represented abundance. Then, as people move through their day, they can bring up that ‘image’ and it will instantly take them back into the moment.

This channel is filled with some truly amazing light and warm loving vibration. The channel is on the 19th, just before the Winter Solstice. The Goddess has us tap into the energies of the solstice so we can take stock of what’s happening. She speaks of how the two solstices and two equinoxes are such power energetic times of the year. She was assisting us in feeling the energies of solstice as a means of taking stock in our life. She spoke of straddling the solstice so as to feel what’s been in the past and look towards what we are creating.

Then something truly amazing occurred. Sananda came in to speak with us for a while and to shift the energies. As he came into the gathering, he was flanked by Melchezadek, Mary Magdaline, the Arch Angels, St. Germain and more. He spoke of the energies and experiences when Yeshua walked the earth. He gave us the opportunity to align with the experience and see if perhaps we were part of what took place.

Celebrate the holidays, celebrate who you are! This was a channel that was filled with many different levels of experience. During this month of celebration, the Goddess first of all spoke of a celebration about….US! She began this celebration by creating a space where we could each feel as if we were in a spa. For this there was a sensation of the angels and energies flowing love, compassion and awareness within and around. As this energy was moving through, it allowed you to let go of burdens, stress or problems you may have.

From there, she then presented each person with a gift. Each gift was just beautiful! Some were very elaborately wrapped, others glowed and still others were very simple. Many people were opening their gifts with laughter and joy, but it became clear that some had a great deal of hesitation. What became apparent was that others did not feel worthy or they did not value themselves. The Goddess created a space where she began working on these people. She worked with shifting old beliefs, emotions; anything that was still holding them back. Another gift was then given to them and it was remarkable to see the difference!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! This channel came through the week of Thanksgiving in the US and the Goddess made a point to express her appreciation for all of you who have supported her and come together as a group. I too express my deep love and appreciation to all of you.

The Goddess continues to work through this channel to assist us in working with the energies more easily. When we are in the All That Is, the flow is so expanded and easy to use. She spoke at length of the various dimension we move between, but she also spoke of how much is in the ‘in between’; meaning that not one dimension or another, but more so a blend. She spoke about feeling good, reaching towards feeling good at all times.

I always find it interesting how the perspective in our everyday life is so much more constricted than in the All That Is. I am always aware of the difference for myself, but when I see it from the perspective of the Goddess, it’s amazing! We really, truly are more than we think we are. So with that in mind, she helps us all to remember to feel the flow of the lightbody energy and to feel our expansion from our divinity. Then as we live our lives, as things come up; we can experience them from a place of balance and flow.

The continued increase in the flow of energy is magnifying over time. Not only is there more of the universal energy available, it comes into the earth plane with greater and greater ease. There are of course many reasons for why this is happening, but this channel is focusing on one’s personal benefit of this increased flow. One statement from the Goddess was:

One of the reasons that the veil was put into place was because as a human it was difficult to fully take in all the energy that was involved in having multiple life existences occurring at the same time. Your brain as a human is still programmed to take in information and awareness in a more limiting manner.

While we are in the All That Is, the Goddess has us open to understand how many of us have other lives in existence at this time. As you align here within the All That Is and your Divinity it’s as if you are looking down upon the many different experiences of your soul at this time.

This journey took us through a wide variety of experiences. The Goddess spoke at first of what it’s like to have gone through the veil. Most people consider the veil as the removal of memories about who you truly are or what prior experiences you may have had. It’s as if the more we know, the more we realize there are multiple realities.

Wow! This is truly an amazing opportunity for you. As you experience this channel, you can have an opportunity to recognize where your issues come from. Is it emotionally based? Is it mentally based? When you recognize from which energy body it arises, you can flow a balancing energy from the other aspects of yourself. One example she gave was when you have thoughts that keep going around and around within your mind, it becomes perhaps an obsessive thought. If you can look at that with understanding, then flow compassion and release into the space; you will see how you can come back into a place of balance. Once you set this up, you can begin to do it automatically. It’s a part of creating a more balanced life.

The Goddess goes on to talk about consciousness. She actually speaks of how one can define consciousness: Your consciousness is a place of being. It’s a place for you to simply be who you are. This is more the summary, but she also described how your thoughts, feelings, experience all come into play and influence what that is for you. She also assists you in feeling how your access to your divinity is through your consciousness and it can be expanded or contracted—allowing more or less of your divinity, thoughts, intuition into you.

There is a great deal of talk this month about portals, star gates and vortexes. The past few months have opened a greater flow of the crystalline or lightbody energy into the earth. There are more and more places where people may access this flow and no matter what name you give it, it's there for you. The Goddess has spoken for quite some time about how manifesting and transitioning in your life is becoming easier. With the opening of these portals, to give it a name, you do have greater ease with shifting, moving and transitioning.

During this channel, the Goddess begins right at the beginning by talking about the energies of ‘Nama Sika, Venia Benya'. You can feel the strong flow energy as you are linking within you, then linking to those around you. She speaks of how fluid the crystalline energy is. It moves smoothly and easily through all who work with it. It shifts and aligns in a different manner than other type energies. This channel with the Goddess came as somewhat of the first anniversary from the time the Lightbody energy began to contact us. We all have light bodies within and around us that work to support who we are. The actual lightbody energy that comes through as a consciousness is different. This is a very high vibrational energy that is now available to us in our daily lives. This is a part of the crystalline vibration. It is also what will take us to the next phase within our lives.

During this channel the Goddess took us into the All That Is which is where we go as a part of each channel. This time, she opened a door into the Omniverse! It created a bridge and was a beautiful thing to see. The lightbody energy had a representative who speaks for this consciousness. While androgynous, he often times manifests as a male energy. He assisted us in experiencing the Omniverse. For many, the expanded out to experience stars, planets, solar systems; whatever it was they wanted.

She began by speaking of the intensity of energy right now with a reminder that it is essential to allow the energy to flow through you. The Goddess speaks at length about perception. Your perception is everything. It creates the foundation of what you think and feel and has a direct impact on how your day or your life will play out. If you look around and have a sense things are dark and heavy; you will manifest a life that is in alignment with that. There is so much that one can do when they seek independence in their lives! There is the independence from pain, suffering, betrayal and so much more. How often do you take the time to consider what independence means to you? If you could create a completely independent life to live within, how would that look to you? Life is about finding your freedom and what it means to you. Life is about creating a life that is independent from others; yet involved to whatever degree you may seek.

During this journey, the Goddess takes you on a trip to look at first of all your relationships. Do you have any that have not transitioned? If so now is the time when the Goddess can assist you in transitioning what no longer works for you. You will come through this with a sense of freedom.There are times when people feel that things conspire in their life that keep them in a dependent position. So become clear about what independence means to you. In addition to that, what would it feel like to experience freedom? Freedom from other's choices, freedom to seek and have all that you wish for your life.

his is a channel that took place on the eve of the summer/winter solstice. Many people are feeling the shifting of the energies with a particular intensity that took place around the solstice. This channeled meditation will assist you in reconnecting with those energies if you so choose. The overriding essence of this message is to remember to have fun! She spoke several times about the way that energies can shift or transform just through finding something light or fun. She reminded us to look for the joy or look for the lightness in any part of the day.

In addition to that the lightbody energies came through to speak with us. We have been integrating more and more of these energies over the past nine months. We first felt the introduction last August, then as more people work with and integrate their lightbody energies-the more there is available for all. So this was an experience of linking into that source energy through the lightbody consciousness speaking to us. They opened a portal into the Omniverse and showed us the immense energy and changes that are our potentials. As we felt this alignment, we could all recognize how this also reflects ourselves in one way or another.

Before we expand beyond out physical body, the Goddess talks about the intensity of the energy and how people are feeling it. Then once we arrive in the All That Is, we have the opportunity to view what is happening upon the earth through the various frequencies. From some it looks overwhelming; from others it looks like immense opportunity. The Goddess speaks of using the energy as a mirror. When you do so, you have a greater ability to discern the various levels of energy and what it's reflection means for you. She then works with all of us to create a swirling energy that assists in shifting and releasing anything that is holding us back.

Once we'd cleared off a degree of the energy, the Goddess had us write on a scroll all our grievances. She wanted us to list everything we thought we'd done wrong from jobs, houses, lovers, partners, friends, purchases; everything. She will then take that scroll and burn it, delete it or transmute the energy. From there she reminds us we chose to experience life upon the earth, we chose to be human. Therefore, there are no mistakes. EVERYTHING we do is alright. It all adds to our experience in this life.

Self-Love - what does that mean to you? Is that something that creates a good feeling? Does it perhaps create a sense of shyness or embarrassment? For some it may just make you feel uncomfortable. You come into this life with the complete and utter knowing that you are complete. You are divine. It is a given. It has been the lessons you've learned and beliefs you've accepted since that time that has pushed you outside of this belief. On your quest to re-align within yourself you must open to acceptance of who you are.

This channel is a journey to assist you in doing just that. It will assist you first in creating that deep alignment within yourself. For many the time of these channels is the time you are most aligned. The Goddess assists you in finding the means to access this more easily. She then assists you in taking an objective view of your life. If you can do this without judging your past experiences, you will find that you open to a greater degree of compassion. Judgment is one of the strongest forms of resistance. Whenever you are judging someone else, it comes from a place of first judging yourself. his channel is about the energies of Wesak. This is a festival that arrives during May which is the return of the Christ and Buddhist energies to the Earth. They do so by creating an alignment where one energy flows through the other and creates a beam of light that transmits into the earth. This is thought to take place in the Himalayas. During the channel the place was called Shambhala. Some say this occurs on Buddha's birthday from his last lifetime. Others say it occurs in the full moon of Taurus. I have always felt the festival and energies to occur in early May, so perhaps they meant the full moon during the month of Taurus. But as you know, the days are not as important as the energies themselves. Your intention to align takes you right there!

During this channel Christ came through to speak a message of light and energy. He spoke of how the actual Earth is releasing through the earthquakes and volcanoes. He spoke of the transition taking place in humanity. He also told us that he has be returning to walk upon the Earth more than he ever has before. Now is the time of his presence.

This is a channel to assist you in going within. As you go within your human existence, you are going within your spiritual existence. You began as a spark of light. First of all this channel came on the 7th anniversary of the Goddess and I offering these teleconferences. I can remember how in the beginning there were three or four people who would show up to share the journey with me! The Goddess then went on to speak of the ascension of the earth and our part in this creation. The channel took place on Easter Sunday, so the energies of ascension were even stronger than usual.

The Goddess spoke in general terms of the ascension of the earth. She spoke of how the shift of the Earth into the higher dimensions has created so much more potential for each of us as humans. She then spoke of creating and manifesting through ease rather than struggle. What are you doing in your life? Emotions such as anger, fear, rage, control, anything along those lines; will keep you feeling separate from your divinity.

Through this channel you may experience the shifting energies that are taking place upon the Earth. You may also experience your own process and where you are along this path. This channel took place on the evening after the Spring Equinox. The energies were powerful and intense. Many people had been experiencing dramatic changes in their lives. For so many people, the focus of your spiritual life is manifesting your divinity. I've heard many people say this is most important. In reality when you have a healthy balance between your ego, personality, human self; you can manifest more of your divinity. For some this may seem to be a fine line. If someone focuses on their ego and allowing that to expand without the support of their divinity, they could become even more disconnected within themselves. So go ahead and expand, but keep the divinity right along with you.

The Goddess then once more took us to the New Earth. This time she called it Ariellis. The name completely resonates with me! She spoke that the energy of Ariellis is more so in alignment with your light body energies. As she worked with each person, there was a greater blending of their lightbody energy. Through this blending, they could have greater ease with moving between Earth and Ariellis.

I found with this journey that there was such a flow of energy. If you have a sense of moving along the crystalline grid, you move into the energies of the New Earth. There is discussion about what constitutes the new earth. Some consider it a dimension within or around this earth; others consider it as a separate planet. The perception from this journey is that it is a separate location. As we move along the crystalline grid, we find ourselves moving into the new earth.

There are many characteristics of the new earth that are similar to this one. The biggest difference is that with the higher vibration people experience life without the control, manipulation or jealousy of this earth. The most prominent energy of the new earth is love. Love always begins within you, which allows you the opportunity to give and receive with others. It is also a place where high vibrational energies who are new to the earth will live as they acclimate to energies of gravity.

The Goddess began this channel with talking about the year to come. While there were a couple predictions, it was mostly a talk about how the vibration will become even more integrated. Those of you working with the energies will find a great ease, those who as yet are unaware will find that 'something' is changing around them. This greater ease will allow for easier manifest ion of what you seek for your life.

She also spoke briefly about how the crystalline grid was only an intention as we entered the year 2000. When you consider it now, wow! What a phenomenal shift has taken place. It's lovely to take time to appreciate just how much you have done and recognize that it IS having an affect. Even when you feel little is changing, indeed there is more occurring than what you realize.

Lastly as the Goddess spoke of the lightbody energies, it was a very intense energy. You have the opportunity to open up and for greater flow to enhance your life. As we began to shift the energies downward into our physical reality there was an electrical jolt that went through me, the phone, the computer and was felt by most everyone upon the call. It was quite dramatic the affect it had upon everyone!

This channel occurred on the eve of the winter/ summer solstice. The energies were very strong and in fact even as I proofed it, they remained strong. The Goddess used the solstice as an illustration of how we may have one foot in the old energy and one in the new. She worked with us to find the blending of both through the lightbody energies. Once we had created a balance, she then had us transmit the lightbody energies in the birth of Christ first of all, but then into all the various religions or dogma that people may follow. I could feel how it was shifting the energies around this and will eventually flow into the people who follow the religions. I think this more profound than I realized at the time of the channel.

During this channel, the lightbody energies spoke in a very practical manner. They spoke of working with their energies as if it was a plane of energy to move through you.
