PLS Relocates HQ to Chicago’s Loop

PLS is relocating its Support Center corporate headquarters to two floors at One South Wacker Drive in Chicago. The consumer financial services retailer is moving senior management and approximately 100 employees from its previous location at 300 North Elizabeth Street in Chicago’s West Loop area.

PLS has signed a long-term lease for more than 38,000 square feet at One South Wacker, and is expected to occupy the new space by mid-July.

“We’re very excited about our new Loop office,” said Bob Wolfberg, President, PLS. “The new PLS headquarters will allow us to support our hundreds of retail locations and better meet the demands of our rapidly expanding business. I know our Support Center team members will enjoy the easier access to transportation and the exciting environment offered in Chicago’s Loop.”

PLS is also consolidating its call center operations at a new facility in Oak Brook, in Chicago’s west suburbs, where the company has leased approximately 47,000 square feet.

The leasing company for the new Loop space is Jones Lang LaSalle; the architect is Torchia Associates; Skender Construction is the general contractor.
