<p>Remember that the plan is structured to keep you under a certain amount of calories per day and may be a bit of a struggle the first 3 days.&#160; If you feel tired, headachy, irritable or hungry, eat every 2 hours instead of every 2 ½ to 3.&#160; Even if you have 6 or 7 Medifast meals plus your &quot;Lean &amp; Green&quot; meal, you&#039;ll still be within the parameters of losing weight.&#160; Then, on day 4, you&#039;ll be into the &quot;fat-burning state&quot;.&#160; You&#039;ll be feeling better and will be able to return to the recommended &quot;5 &amp; 1&quot; plan.  </p>
<p>Regarding your &quot;account&quot; information&#8230;&#160; Remember your user name and your password which should&#039;ve come to you in an email.&#160; Please write it down because you will need to remember it.&#160; As a member of the BeSlim Club &amp; Rewards Program, you will receive monthly shipments of products so that you don&#039;t have to remember to re-order!   </p>

<p> With regard to the meal replacements, you will like some things and tolerate others. <p><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">Here are some Do&#039;s and Don&#039;ts to help ensure your success on this program:</font></p>

<li><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">Eat every 3 hours</font> </li>
<li><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">Eat your lean and green meal (pg 4 and 5 of QSG)</font> </li>
<li><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">Drink water (body weight /2 = the amount of water in ounces per day should be drank)</font> </li>
<li><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">Allowed snacks &#8211; check guide for these items (pg 6 of QSG)</font> </li>
<li><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">Get all 6 meals in no matter what time you&#039;re eating</font> </li>
<li><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">Do not consume anything that isn&#039;t on the 5&amp;1</font> </li>
<li><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">If hungry have another shake</font>&#160;</li>
</ul>
<p><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">You may experience some irritability, headaches and/or sluggishness during this phase as your body is getting rid of the stored sugar supply&#8230;&#8230;it will pass!</font>&#160;</p>

<p>Remember that the plan is structured to keep you under a certain amount of calories per day and may be a bit of a struggle the first 3 days.&#160; If you feel tired, headachy, irritable or hungry, eat every 2 hours instead of every 2 ½ to 3.&#160; Even if you have 6 or 7 Medifast meals plus your &quot;Lean &amp; Green&quot; meal, you&#039;ll still be within the parameters of losing weight.&#160; Then, on day 4, you&#039;ll be into the &quot;fat-burning state&quot;.&#160; You&#039;ll be feeling better and will be able to return to the recommended &quot;5 &amp; 1&quot; plan.  </p>
<p>Regarding your &quot;account&quot; information&#8230;&#160; Remember your user name and your password which should&#039;ve come to you in an email.&#160; Please write it down because you will need to remember it.&#160; As a member of the BeSlim Club &amp; Rewards Program, you will receive monthly shipments of products so that you don&#039;t have to remember to re-order!   </p>

<p> With regard to the meal replacements, you will like some things and tolerate others. Remember, the &quot;5 &amp; 1&quot; program is just a &quot;tool&quot; to get you to a healthy weight QUICKLY AND SAFELY!!&#160;&#160; So just hang in there with me and we&#039;ll get there as soon as we can!&#160; You will not be eating 5 meal replacements a day for the rest of your life!!&#160; I promise!&#160; Remember to use &quot;Rita&#039;s Helpful Hints&quot; to optimize the taste/flavor of the foods.&#160; The details regarding the exchange policy are in the QUICK START GUIDE.&#160; Then, on your next order we can customize it to your liking.&#160;&#160; Once you get to your goal weight you may want to use the Medifast products only 50% of the time and eat your own meals the other 50%.&#160; This is what I do now.&#160; I use the meal replacements as healthy snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner to stabilize my blood sugar and keep me from overeating!   </p>
