Fore! Hawaii is golf heaven

The photo on this post is of Ko‘olau Golf Course. It is ranked as a top course in Hawaii and the nation, considered as one of the most challenging in the U.S. Something about having to get the ball over a jungle ravine — twice — on the 18th hole. I don’t know about that, but I have seen the jungle ravines. Several hikes depart from the parking lot and I went on one of them this past weekend. I’ll tell you about it soon.
