<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will teach you how to improve your short game using heavy gloves and the true impact device to practice on. The heavy gloves will help you improve your awareness on the momentum and gravity of your swing while the true impact device will help you improve your release through the shot. Shawn Clement will also show you the proper hinging of the wrists.

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will give you tips on how to pick the right golf irons for you by discussing about the lie angle, grip and shaft length. To test the correct lie angle, put some impact tape at the sole of the club and do a couple of swings on a deflector board. If the mark at the impact tape is too much toward the toe that means that the club is too flat and if it is towards the heel it means that the club is too inclined. It is necessary to have a good grip on the club to make sure that you have the right fit. Lastly, the shaft length may also be adjusted if you are an overly tall or short person. If you lengthen the club it will become heavier so pick a lighter shaft and if you shorten that club it will become lighter so choose a heavier shaft.

</pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">

<pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will teach you how to lag the club in two ways. The first is by letting the club gall through the ball and not to the ball and the second is by doing the sequence power drills that will increase the lag of the club and at the same time gets rid of the old chicken wing on the way through the golf shot. This tutorial also talks about a soldier who lost his leg and how he learned how to move around his center of gravity to be able to play golf amazingly.

</pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">

<pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will teach you how to do an uphill chip shot in two ways. When chipping from a less severe lie, put your weight on the left leg with your head behind the ball. This technique will have a tendency to skip slightly into the slope that will give the ball more spin. When chipping from a severe lie, keep the weight on the right leg with the head still behind the ball. Keep the weight inside the right hip, right knee and right ankle. This will give you the stability chipping on sever lie and will also land the ball nice and soft with a little bit of roll out.

</pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">

<pclass=msonormalstyle="margin:0in0in10pt"><fontface=calibrisize=3>In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will teach you how to keep your arms in front of you throughout the golf swing by visualizing two wood planks extending from your shoulder and keeping your arms inside the wood plans. Another technique is by raising the club and resting it on your right shoulder and then turning your body and extending your arms out. The last technique to keep your arms in front of your body is by keeping the shoulders close together.

</fontface=calibrisize=3></pclass=msonormalstyle="margin:0in0in10pt">

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will discuss the contents of the March edition of Golf magazine specifically on the old way and new way to shift your weight. The new way to shift your weight is to not shift it at all. If you shift your weight too much on the right side and you get stuck on the right side you have to push off and compensate on the downswing. What you should do instead is to pivot properly.

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Swan Clement will teach you an additional tip on improving your timing and tempo. Instead of planting your feet firmly on the ground, flex your right knee a little bit forward until your right heel is lightly off the ground like in your follow through stance. Using the perpetual motion drill, find the rhythm in your golf swing and use it to hit that ball and land it to your target spot

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will teach the proper swing sequence for backhanders. It is necessary to fully complete the backswing to be able to whip the club with distance and accuracy. For this to happen, your front foot must be planted solidly on the ground. The swing sequence is turn, plant and whip. Make sure to plant the foot right before you hit the ball

</pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal">

<pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will teach you a one leg drill that will show you the proper weight shift during the golf swing. Weight shift is a result of a proper golf swing. Doing the one leg drill will give you the ball of the right balance through the inside of the left leg and to hit the ball farther. This tutorial will show you how to set-up the one leg drill in side view and front side. This drill can be done using the wedge all the way through your driver.

</pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">

<pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will analyze a student’s golf swing that could also help you improve your golf swing. Using a computer he will do an analysis of the golf swing and corrects any errors in the posture of the arms, legs, knees, hips and head. He will also teach you how to get more distance on the ball by abandoning the golf club to gravity during the downswing.

</pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">

<pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will teach you that you should not keep your elbows close to the body during the golf swing. If you keep your elbows close to your body you will not be able to finish the backswing, this in turn will affect your golf swing in a lot of ways. The main reason why the elbows become close to the body during the backswing is the lack of turn of the body. If you use the body to toss the arm wide you will be in a very powerful position to pull the arms back and through the shot and to a beautiful extension in the follow through. If you look at a baseball pitcher, you can see that he does not keep the elbow close to the body when he pitches the baseball.

</pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">

<pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will teach you how to chip downhill and how to also chip when the ball is positioned below your feet. In chipping downhill, make sure that the weight is on the downhill leg and there should be no shifting of the weight from one leg to another. The right leg is slack with no weight on it. The head should be slightly behind the ball and on the backswing, push back with your left shoulders and move it down and under through the ball while maintaining its rotation on your spine angle. Letting your shoulders fall naturally into the ball and holding the finish will improve your downhill chipping abilities. For chipping a ball positioned below your feet, you use the same principle as chipping downhill only that you sit a little bit more on your heels.

</pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">

By letting your left hip turn around your right hip like a door turns on a hinge during the backswing and reversing the process at the forward swing, this time letting the right hip turn around the left hip you will be able to re-establish the hips into its original position during setup.

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Steve Bishop will teach you how to get a ball out of a bunker. Getting the ball out of a bunker is not really that difficult as long as you understand that you are not trying to hit the ball, you are trying to develop that cushion of sand between the ball and the club face. There are 3 types of lies on the bunker which are the buried lie, the fluffy lie and the thin lie. You can use a pitching wedge to get a ball on a thin lie while you can use the sand wedge to hit the ball in the fluffy and buried lie

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Steve Bishop will teach you how to hit your driver. Is is important to have the same shaft flex in all of your golf clubs, the driver that you should be using is a high-lofted one, position the ball in-line with your left heel, the hands should still be in the inside of your thigh, tee the ball where equator of the ball is slightly above the line of the club face, hover the ball at address, have the appropriate axis tilt and keep the same golf swing like you are swinging your 7-iron or 6-iron or any other club in your set.

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will show you the proper address position while on a braced tilt posture using the analogy of hammering a nail through the board using a sledgehammer. With the ball behind the 2x4 board, position yourself with the board at the middle of your stance. This will show you that you have to get your head behind the ball to be able to see it. On the upswing and downswing you will see that the head remains at the same position and the only way that this could happen is if you brace with your left leg. This tutorial will also tackle a little about compression and how to adjust the club face if you are left-handed or right-handed.

</pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">

<pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will examine the contents of the February, 2008 Golf Digest. According to the article, from the top of the swing the first move is to tilt and then rotate. Shawn Clement will fine tune this concept and eliminate one step so that you can tilt on the down swing naturally by using the ground leverage and braced tilt principle. This tutorial will also show you the two things that could happen if your tilting is off.

</pclass="msonormal"style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Shawn Clement will teach you how to compress through the ball by practicing on hitting 3 different golf balls that has different 3 heights. A correct golf swing is where you hit the ball first and then the ground second. You can use the divots s to determine if you are hitting the ball correctly by determining if the divots are in front of the ball after a couple of practice swings using the same turf to position your ball.

</pclass="msonormal">

The two sources to the power of the golf swing are the club head speed and compression. Club head speed is the speed that the club travels through the ball while compression can be achieved by a firm grip on the club handle, planting your feet solidly on the ground and the amount of inertia that the center of your body has as you swing the golf club in a steady axis

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal">In this section, Shawn Clements will teach you 2 full golf swing techniques that will help you give more power to your swing. The first is staying firmly planted on the ground throughout the entire golf swing like you are hitting from an uphill lie. Staying your feet firmly on the ground especially your right foot helps you clear your left side better during the golf swing. The other technique is by keeping both feet planted on the ground and only well after impact does the right heel leaves and points to the ground.

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal">In this section, Denis Pugh will teach you to improve your short game by determining the distances of your wedges. This is important as this can help you determine which wedge to use when on a particular situation. By doing a full golf swing, if your ball travels 120 yards using a pitching wedge, 100 yards on a gap wedge and 80 yards on a loft wedge. You will know right away what wedge to use if the ball is 100 yards away from the hole.

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Denis Pug will teach you how to pitch the ball 20 yards away from the front edge using a 58 degree loft wedge. Others would normally chip in this distance but when you chip the ball in this area it will most probably run away from you will feel that you are losing control of the ball. For the basic pitch shot, put the ball in the middle of your stance with your weight even in both legs and swing the club until the club face is above your hands in the back swing and release it with speed into the follow through. Chipping is done with no or less wrist movement while pitching is done with wrist movement

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Denis Pugh will teach you how to hit a ball that is on top of the grass and another one that is deep within the grass. For the ball that is on a fluffy lie that makes it sit on top of the grass, place the ball in the middle of your stance and evenly distribute your weight between the legs. Sweep the ball with a very shallow arc coming into the back of the ball without actively moving your wrist. On the other hand, to get a ball that is deep within the grass, address the ball with an open club face with your weight a little bit on your left leg, the pick the club up very steeply and chop down on the ball without much follow through. There is active wrist movement on the backswing until the the club hits the ball on impact.

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Denis Pugh makes an introduction and makes a summary on all the lessons he taught on playing the short game. He will recap the technique on how to play the basic wedge and its 3 fundamentals; the balance, the plane and the leverage and the thing that puts them together – motion. The ‘feel’ as an important element to play good wedges and that it does not contain just the swing but also in the clubs. The importance of having a 48 degree, 50 degree and 58 degree wedges and the right materials that the club is made of. Forge steel is the best material to make a wedge from. The last thing that he will discuss is the mental attitudein playing golf.

</pclass="msonormal">

In this tutorial, Denis Pugh will teach you how to improve your self confidence when playing golf especially if you are a beginner by practicing your golf swing using a tennis ball, a ping pong ball and lastly, a normal golf ball. Practicing your golf swing in a bigger target such as a golf ball or a lighter target such as a ping pong ball improves your chances of success and boosts your confidence; at the same time, it also improves your feeling of contact when the club hits the ball on impact.

<pclass="msonormal"><spanstyle="font-size:11pt;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clemens will teach you about bilateral motion and unilateral motion that will help you improve your timing in the golf swing. A bilateral motion is letting your arms swing freely with a nice pause at the top of each swing while a unilateral motion is swinging your arms briskly. You cannot have a bilateral motion on the backswing and unilateral motion in the downswing. It has to be bilateral throughout the swing. However, you can have a unilateral motion while doing a bilateral swing by pointing positioning your back leg a little bit behind you. Shawn Clement will also teach you how to adjust your center of gravity to be able to plant your feet solid on the ground. He will also teach you a secret on awareness that will make a huge difference in your game. Lastly, Shawn Clement will show you the perpetual motion drill.

</spanstyle="font-size:11pt;"></pclass="msonormal">

Rolling the back foot a little bit inward completely relaxed and practicing on the perpetual motion drill will enable you to turn your hips properly and along with it your ribcage and pelvis so that it can get out of the way of the movement of the arms. This drill is done by swinging the club back and forth without stopping, during the swing feel the grip pressure that you need to have so that your fingers are not moving on the club during the swing; your club is not falling out of position and your hands not prying apart.
In this tutorial, Shawn Clemens will teach you the correct head movement and the position of the knees when doing a golf swing. The knees should be flexed when addressing the ball and on the backswing it should extend slightly. The head bobbing is part of the natural flow when you are doing a golf swing. Lastly, Shawn Clemens will tell you to allow the flow to happen. If you are paying too much on how your knees move and your head bobs you will break the natural flow of your swing. Turn on your instincts and turn off your manipulation and compensation so as to be able to hit the ball more solid on impact.

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Denis Pug will teach you how to improve your bunker game by using a lofted club that has a front edge that is leaning forward and a back edge that produces a skipping effect into the sand. Opening the club face to the right and compensating by aiming you stance a little to the left will get the ball out of the sand effectively. Instead of banging on the sand just to get behind the ball, use the same swing you do when you are pitching. Do not try to hit the ball directly when doing a bunker shot, instead hit the sand behind the ball. By practising you will be able to determine correctly how much sand you need to hit to not only get the ball out of the sand but also to get the ball nearer into the hole.

</pclass="msonormal">

The first drill is to do a backswing and stopping just a bit on top of the swing before swinging through and on the second drill, instead of stopping on top of the backswing, practice on swinging the golf club back and through in flowing motion like that of a pendulum.

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Denis Pugh will teach you when and how to use lofting and spinning. When a ball is on the semi-rough you should loft the ball and use the loft to control the ball. On the other hand, a ball that is on the fairway is a bit difficult to lob so use the backspin of the ball instead to control it. Spinning the ball is also a bit more challenging since it requires a golf swing that has a little chop on it like that if chopping the ball on table tennis or tennis.

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Denis Pugh will teach you how to pitch over a bunker especially if you are stuck in a difficult situation where the position of the ball is between two bunkers and in ahead is another bunker that is close to the hole. There are two ways to approach this situation; you can either treat it like a standard pitch shot like professionals do or you can let your mind wander off and panic and flick your wrist in the golf swing to try to loft the ball.

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal">In this tutorial, Denis Pugh will teach you the role of the forearms when doing a full golf swing and a wedge shot. He will talk about the different requirements of the two shots. Making a driving shot requires speed while making a wedge shot requires more control. The forearms should be rotated during the driver swing while during the wedge shot it should be in a firm position. Lastly, Denis Pugh will teach you how to improve your pitching by keeping the loft constant throughout the entire swing and making sure that the right forearm and the left forearm are not crossing over.

</pclass="msonormal">

<pclass="msonormal"><spanstyle="font-size:11pt;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clemens will teach you a technique to improve on your putting. This technique relies more on your instincts rather than on the technique. Practice on your putting using the perpetual motion drill, swinging the putter back and forth without stopping while making sure that you are in the correct position relative to the ball without over-reaching or under-reaching. Rely on your instincts to give momentum to the ball that is just enough to get it into the hole.

</spanstyle="font-size:11pt;"></pclass="msonormal">

In this tutorial, Shawn Clemens will teach you to judge the distance between yourself and the ball correctly. By practising on freely swinging the club and adjusting your position from there by making sure that the ball is on the way of your free swing you will be able to hit the ball solid on impact. When addressing the ball, it is also important to look at the ball and then the target and back and feel if the distance is right. If you are extending your arms to reach the ball that means that you are too far from the ball while if you have to contract your arms towards your body to hit the ball on your swing it means that you are positioned to near. This technique can be used not only during a full golf swing but also in chipping and pitching.

<pclass="msonormal"><spanstyle="font-size:11pt;">In this tutorial, Shawn Clements will teach you two ways to avoid shanking the ball. The first technique is by gripping the handle of the golf club firmly and letting gravity pull your arms away from the body. Extend the arms on the backswing and make sure that the right elbow is pointing down. On the down swing do not turn the spine, instead turn the body to allow the arms to extend fully. The second technique is the steadiness of the head. It is important not to move your head forward to the target on the down swing to maintain your aim on the ball.

</spanstyle="font-size:11pt;"></pclass="msonormal">

In this tutorial, Bobby Eldridge will explain how the pressure on the grip on the golf club affects the golf swing. If you grip the golf club too tight you will greatly increase your chance of hooking the ball. On the other hand, if you grip the golf club too light it will increase your chances of fading the ball. Therefore, I f you are fading the ball tighten your grip and if you are hooking the ball lighten up the grip.

Do not turn your head before your hands start to go down and do not keep your head down after you hit the ball. Let the velocity of the hands and arms coming past the golf ball turn you and pull you through

In this tutorial, Bobby Eldridge will demonstrate that instead of adjusting the tee height to hit the ball solid on impact you can do two things instead. If you are constantly topping the golf ball you can adjust your posture and bend over a little bit. On the other hand, if you are always hitting the ball underneath you can lift your chin up an inch or two right before you hit the golf ball.

In thes tutorial, Bobby Eldridge will teach you how to correct your golf swing by determining the direction of your divots. Hit a pile of grass a couple of times and see if the direction of the divots is to the left or right. If it is going to the right it means that your swinging the club too much in to out while if the divots are going to the left it means that you are swinging too much from out to in. To correct, if your divots are going mostly to the left, put the ball back in your stance a little bit. If your divots are going to the right, put the ball a little forward in your stance.

Aim the club face to your target while making sure that the body is also parallel to the target line. The shoulders are the biggest factor in aiming, when your shoulders are aimed off the target your arms will swing in the wrong direction. It is also very important to take your time when aiming.

<pclass=msonormalstyle="margin:0in0in0pt">

</pclass=msonormalstyle="margin:0in0in0pt"></fontface="timesnewroman"size=3></pclass=msonormalstyle="margin:0in0in0pt">

The first is by using different golf clubs when hitting small, medium and long chips shots. The 2nd is, if the conditions are ideal like a mowed golf course, you can putt the ball instead of making a short chip shot. The 3rd is by using a 3 iron built like a wood club with a longer sole plate that will stop you from stabbing the golf ball

</pclass="msonormal">

In this tutorial, Bobby Eldridge will teach you how to hit a 125 yard fairway shot. Getting a ball out of a fairway bunker is rated as among the hardest shots that you will make in golf. Bobby Eldridge recommends using an iron golf club rather than a wooden golf club as wooden golf clubs has a wide sole that will catch the ground and make it skid hitting the ball under or over. He will also demonstrate the proper technique in making a 125 yard fairway shot by positioning the ball in the middle of his stance, putting a little bit of weight on his left leg and putting the handle of the golf club over towards his left side.

In this Tutorial, Bobby Eldridge will teach you the value of the left hip and the role it plays. He will also demonstrate what the phrase 'clear your hips' mean. There are two things that will happen if you move your hips towards the ball. One is to hit a crossover and the other is get inside too much making the ball go to the right. The proper hip movement is that on the downswing, the left hip must must go backwards. It goes around instead of going down.This is to give the arms space to swing to.

In this tutorial, Bobby Eldridge will teach you how to control the distance that the ball will travel when pitching by varying your golf swing. For a short pitch, do a backswing that stops when the golf club is parallel to the ground. For medium range pitch shot, do a backswing that stops when the butt of the shaft directly points at the ground. Lastly, for long pitch shots, do a full golf swing using the arms only and not moving your body.

In this tutorial, Bobby Eldridge will teach you how to hit the ball solid on impact when pitching. This can be achieved by letting the golf club travel straight back and just a little bit inward on the backswing. This tutorial will also demonstrate the 2 common errors when doing a backswing by letting the golf club travel too inward or outward relative to the ball position.

In this totorial, Bobby Eldridge will teach you the proper posture in doing a full swing but first, he will demonstrate the 2 common wrong posture. The first is by bending too much that you hit the ground behind the ball or make a fat shot. The second is by being too tall that you hit a thin shot. The proper posture in doing a full swing is by flexing your knees a little bit and bending your body in just the right amount.

In this tutorial, Bobby Eldridge will teach you how to curb the ball in your advantage when playing on varying wind conditions and avoiding obstacles. Fading the shot can be done by aiming the ball a little left than you normally use to and turning the grip right when you draw the golf club. On the other hand, to draw the ball it is necessary to aim a little bit to the right that you normally use to and turn the grip to the right to encourage the face to curb over. Aim with your shoulder, kness and hips to the right. You can also put the right foot back a little bit to encourage the golf club to swing a little more underneath you in the inside.

To determine if your shoulder is aligned properly on the target you can put the shaft across your sholder and see where it points. The direction of your shoulder will also be direction of the ball when you hit it. Correct putting technique is by putting the ball right in the middle of the stance and squaring the shoulder.

<pclass="nospacing">In this video, Shawn Clement talks about how the grip, the wrist hinge and the grip pressure affect the arm motion which in turn affect the over-all performance of your golf swing. The way your wrists hinge in the back swing is very much how you would hinge your wrist when you go fishing. So if you have a fishing rod in your hands here, you hinge the wrist, you cast that fishing line out there. In the backswing, the right hand rotates up, the left arm rotates down. And on through the swing it’s the opposite. The left arm rotates up and the right hand rotates down. In the backswing, fold, you want to make sure that your left arm stays extended. You don’t want the arms collapsing against the body, or collapsing in this manner. That left arm is supporting as the right arm extends down to the target. Lastly, as for grip pressure, feel like you’re holding the club just about right meaning, not too tight or to loose. You’ll notice as you swing the club, that grip pressure will intensify. Let your central nervous system take care of that for you.
<spanstyle="mso-spacerun:yes">

</spanstyle="mso-spacerun:yes"></pclass="nospacing">
