10 Years Later, What 9/11/01 Changed

2011-09-29T00:18:00.000-04:00

I remember That Tuesday morning ten years ago about 9am it was a beautiful clear day I sat in my parents living room chair eating cereal watching TV thinking what is the best cheapest way to get to NYCity, I had found a reputable talent agency housed right in the famous Paramount building they were holding open auditions when I saw the 1st jetliner fly right into the World Trade Center Tower. Well naturally I was stunned and a part of me was a little desensitized. (I can blame that on years of watching westerns and action movies when I was younger) then I quickly started to get mad, mad at whatever terrorist group did this and did it successfully then I got mad at my government meaning those agencies who somehow let this happen? (Don't forget, 1993 and Their 1st attempt),the 1st group targetted one of the World Trade Center Towers by that handful of crazed Iraqi's.lead by a blind elderly religous zealot Mozlem who some how got into this country! Don't get me wrong, I am NOT a conspiracy theiorist. Now on Sunday September 11, 2011 ten years later. and I have seen 3 of the most recent documentaries on it
I urge you to check out this site Want To know.com/911information
Note chk CBSNews key in 911there take your pick of the videos,PBS wsite and History.com911 videos, Heros,Firefighters,Ironworkers,Volunteers this will give you a more realistic, human perspective as to what peoples lives became, you will appreciate those who work to serve us those who make the sacrfice for us all.

New Ways To Set Up Your Own Surveilance

2011-09-04T03:26:00.003-04:00

If you have been thinking of setting up your own home or business surveilance system rather than pay for an expensive Security Professional to do it for you, don't get me wrong, they do do a great job and they are in demand more than ever but there are alternatives that can make it cheaper thanks to this new technology that just keeps on changing. Where I live is the most populated county in the southern part of New Jersey. I don't have a need for such a thing, but with the advent of the video camera and now the digital video camera and now even those new camera phones make it a more seductive item for some to aquire and they are very convenient and effective. I suggest do not just buy the 1st thing you see do some research then you know the feeling of whatever device you choose that you will have the piece of mind of getting the right system for your needs. http://ipvideomarket.info/about

Review of Earth The Operators Manual, From PBS

2011-08-31T04:07:00.004-04:00

This past Sunday evening I had the unexpected pleasure of catching this latest documentary hosted by Geologist, Richard Allen. Another well produced, and fresh piece on the latest findings about our facinating planet from one of my favorite sources PBS. With interesting and curious settings around the world that provide the best visual examples of the conditions of our world together with what Mr. Allen provides in onsite narrations , I will say it, your family will be entertained and informed and you will probably want to see it again soon after. Unlike other documentaries out there where once you have seen it well... If you would like to know more go to http://www.pbs.org/

A Way To Legally Protect Yourself

2011-08-31T03:15:00.008-04:00

This topic is another very good argument on how the internet can really help the the average person in a practical way get the legal documents and support they need now that we are all in this I'll say unique economic situation. If you are in need to legally protect yourself or your family, starting with the right legal documents and you are not sure where or who you can trust and youwell there are several sources out there. The average person like myself can now download nearly any important legal papers. If you are not internet savvy just ask one of the younger relatives in your family, anyone from say 13 to 26 years old they can go online for you. When you find a site always make sure it is 100% secure and look for a pad lock icon on the page when purchasing that means you will not be hacked. This is a well thought out alternative to finding the right lawyer. If you would like to learn more click on the left side.

2011-08-17T03:50:00.003-04:00

'Good thing I checked, I had already started drafting a review to post about another Travel Entrepreneur when I saw this instead. If you really need to get away for a while and I don't mean a day long road trip though they can be nice ,but if you

have a I gotta fly away somewhere feeling then I encourage you to first check out Mr.David Tinney's website Rock Bottom Airfares! This small town guy sure could have used this information a few years ago to save on the cost of my wife and I's honeymoon in Florida, and I shop around. If you are really serious about saving money when flying say 25,40,or yes even 70% off on your airline tickets. You will also appreciate the inside tips that this Travel Agent/Entrepreneur of 16 years will show you like, The 7 Secrets to sitting in Premium Class that is cheaper than you might think. David Tinney established his travel business from nothing, from the town of Grove,Oklahoma in 1991,and grew it to more than 5 million dollars a year in sales in less than 8 years. There are many more ways that he tells you in his ebooks on how to really save on airline travel. His offer is very affordable and the number one reason that I posted this is when I read his promise, he gives you a 100% money back, no hassle, no questions asked guarantee! Coach by day, Internet Marketer by night. As David Tinney says "Live life to the full and be a nice person. That's my 2 cents worth."
You can easily click on to his link; rock bottom airfare slightly to the left here. You can thank me when you get back from your trip.

2011-04-28T16:26:00.009-04:00
John Pazadzides (Poh zah zeedeez) Is on of the few Internet Standards Experts and his the CEO of IFusion Labs. He knows some things about how to hack into peoples weak passwords with accuracy. I coincidently, have recently got a round to changing my passwords and after reading his article am so glad that I did.
Some of his top Ten List

1. Your childs name, spouses name followed by a random number
2. The last 4 digits of your social security numbers.
3. Your city or college football team name.
Just to name a few, so please do not use them I know how convenient it is to use them but remember these hackers are counting on that. Any Police Detective will tell you, if you want to catch a thief try to think the way they think. To find out more about this I strongly suggest you visit. Lifehacker.com or onemansblog.com Mr. Pazadzides own blog. good luck and be careful out there!

Regarding Microsoft and Free Downloads

2011-04-28T00:26:00.004-04:00
Yes, you heard right at least this time as it pertains to Microsoft the company actually did a nice thing they have been giving 3 month FREE Trial downloads of their very popular, very useful Microsoft Office Suite 2010. How do I know? It is a good thing I like doing my own research, of course after the 3 months are up anyone will have to pay for it so keep that in mind I urge you to do what I do shop around and not just in the real world BJ's WholesaleClub wanted to charge members a little over $200. Know wonder that company is having problems. As some of you may know MOSuite also contains the much in demand program, Excel. Now my wife and I can get up to speed, and make ourselves more hireable. just a reminder if you missed out I would advise anyone to sign up at your local library they often conduct FREE classes but trust me don't wait! do it right then. Why? well you don't want to miss out on a job opportunity just because you didn't know Excel do you?

Astronaut Mark Kelly

2011-04-28T00:00:00.007-04:00
Well it looks like he is going to do it! Mark Kelly is going to Pilot Our Space Shuttle; Endeavour's last flight this Friday and wife Rep.Gabrielle Giffords D-Ariz. will be there at Kenedy Space Center in Fla. in person to witness the launch, her Dr's are so pleased with her progress that they have given her the go ahead. Just so you know piloting any space shuttle is no easy task there is little or no room for human error. Those who know Capt.Mark Kelly are confident of his ability which include former Astronauts as friends. If you are thinking like I am, lets hope the News Media shows a little restraint and respect when asking her any questions during this particularly personal event. I definiately wish both of them God's Speed.

Here Are 2 People Who Really Know How to Inspire Us

2011-01-22T02:52:00.012-05:00
Senator Gabbrielle Giffords and Noted Film Critic Roger Ebert are undoubtedly 2 of the latest and best examples of those who cannot help but inspire us with their attitude, and thier determination. These attitudes are mirrored in their spouses support and thier love. It is true positive energy from someone in the face of real crisis that is more pronounced and shared with loved ones, there is more of a show of collective strength that is what many of us have witnessed, that kind of display is always attractive, always uplifting. roger Ebert's wife makes an effort to say about his Wife, Chazz how she helps him, she produces his new movie show on PBS. Now Husband and Astronaut Commander Mark Kelly has decided to Pilot the last Space Shuttle Mission. His wife would expect him to and last I heard that Mr. Kelly expects his Wife to actually be there when He and his team launches one final time.

It was a real treat to see the Kennedy Center Honors for 2010; Oprah Winfrey, Sir Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen to name a few. It was a very enjoyable night. The only way it could have been better is if my wife and I were a part of the live audience. I just wanted to share that.

Hi Folks; It's a New Year and.....

2011-01-04T23:45:00.005-05:00
Hi Everyone, it looks like we made it to another New Year, now 2011. I have had to shift my priorities some months ago which explains why I have not been blogging lately. Highlights of the last few months. An old friend of my wife's sister bought 2 tickets to see The popular musical
South Pacific at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia and since my wife's sister did not like the songs from that show she offered them to us for free! So of course we said yes. As one might expect It was very enjoyable, there is nuthin' like a good live show (forgive me to those who are fans of that show know what I was just referencing) I encourage everybody especially younger people to save up and go see a good live show, you should have a surprisingly good time.
One of the best gifts we got for Christmas was from this same sister and brother- in -law. They gave us a Nanno to store and enjoy more music. These things are smaller than a pedometer. They gave us over 850 songs so that is about 3 yrs of music! I am not a latest gadget person per say but this is very impressive and they gave us a sound dock w/remote from the makers of Skullcandy (ya gotta love that name). That night after my wife an I got home I said I am becoming even more fond of your family. Her Brother-Law and his older son are both pretty sharp with todays technology and computers explained to us how to add and delete songs. When it comes to anything electronics/technology I am usually the one who has to show my wife how to use it after I have learned how to do it. I have already checked it out and there are several old favorites on there that I am keeping. I want to take this time to wish anyone who reads this to have a very happy and healthy New Year.

It's Been A While

2010-11-20T01:06:00.003-05:00
Hi everybody, like the title says It's Been A While now to tell you the truth it could not be helped Somehow I got blocked from my very own blog! I had the experienced younger people at Cyberdefender, Antivirus/ Tech Support (I recommend them) to make it possible for me to finally sign back in to this blog of mine through Gmail don't ask me how something about my host server. All I know is it was acting slow redirecting to the wrong pages , w'sites after we had a power outage for about 45 minutes The Summers way of saying G' b y e I guess. The one time, and I mean the one time I did not shutoff my PC in time and well it is finally all fixed. Just be careful when you download items and always do your weekly maintenence.

Continually Looking For Better Blog Traffic

2010-08-30T22:19:00.007-04:00
I am continually looking for new and better, smarter ways to get traffic to this blog. I am on HubPages, Technorati, Copyblogger,Free Live Ad Forum even something called Ping. Good information useful information the kind of info, tips that us grown ups can use. I am also learning to link to other pertinent sites.
Another site I discovered is something called Clickbank Hotshots for those of you who have heard of and have an account with Clickbank, Clickbank Hotshots is a separate company entirely, a separate site that was developed to help the individual Blogger select the right type of business to be an Affiliate with what are listed with Clickbank they list digital software, etc. sorted by catagory and they like to let people know that Clickbank has been paying people/Affiliates on time since 1999. You the read the terms of each listing that you are sure would interest your readers or your particular websites theme then you link that to your blog or website. Any time someone clicks onto it you get a commission as agreed upon in advance per listing.
There is also www.clickbankproduct review.com and www.clickbankguide.com/productreviews.htm they are there to help you understand and get the best for your blog or website.

Are We In A Depression?
One expert says we're there, and another says a 'contained depression' will last a decade. Meanwhile, look out for hyperinflation.
Posted by Money Staff on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 1:46 PM
The U.S. is in a 1930s-style depression, say Gluskin Sheff economist David Rosenberg and other bad-news bears of today's economic malaise.

Rosenberg notes that the Great Depression also had its high points, with positive reports and even some healthy stock market gains.

But those signs, like the occasional bright spots of today, masked an ugly truth. Rosenberg calls current conditions "a depression, and not just some garden-variety recession."

How To Dig Yourself Out of Debt And Save at The Same Time

2010-07-29T20:12:00.009-04:00
I saw this and had to share it. For those of you who are worse off than the others out there you can take heart there is a way out to a better financial track you just have to accept what situation you are really in then you can go from there. It will require disipline but you can do it. It will make you feel more in control

Even if you're living paycheck to paycheck, this report will show you how to start paying down debt, build emergency cash reserves, and even set aside money for investing.

HOW MUCH TO PAY OFF YOUR DEBT

Step #1:
Create a personal balance sheet and list your debts in order of interest rate, from highest to lowest.

Step #2:
Add up your liquid assets, including savings and investment accounts, if any.

Step #3:
List any major purchases needed in the next year. Subtract this amount from your liquid assets. What remains is the amount you may have to pay your debts.

This is a summary of the article on Yahoo Finance.com. I strongly suggest that you click onto it you will probably feel glad you did.

Apple's New Android Smart Phone

2010-07-26T23:31:00.009-04:00
If you are one of those who love the latest high-tech gadget then you will like this article that I exerpt from MSNBC's own Wilson Rothman, here is some of his commentary.
The latest Android phones, running the latest Android software, can do all of this and more — most of what an iPhone can do, in fact. In some cases, the Android phone does it better. The latest Android phones, running the latest Android software, can do all of this and more — most of what an iPhone can do, in fact. In some cases, the Android phone does it better. Now, Android is available on every carrier, in multiple shapes and sizes. Many are at least as powerful as the Moto Droid. Google itself released the Nexus One, in part to spur Android's hardware partners to keep their specs cranked and their screens crisp. (Though I tested four Android phones for this article, the Nexus One is the demo I used for photos, because it runs only the Android OS — no carrier or manufacturer interface extras — and it has the latest version, Android 2.2 "Froyo." Sadly, the Nexus One is being discontinued in the U.S.)

Now, all the carriers are up to speed. In the $130 to $200 range, you can pick up Verizon's Droid Incredible by HTC and Droid X by Motorola, Sprint's HTC Evo, T-Mobile's MyTouch 3G Slide, AT&T's Samsung Captivate and HTC Aria. And soon you'll see Samsung's Galaxy S phone, coming out on all of the big four carriers (albeit under confusingly different model names). Me,I have to stick with my LG Virgin Mobile C. Phone it was given as a his and her Christmas gift plus I need it for my day job as a Merchant Account Rep. It's like the old saying, The Right Tool For The Right Job. Wireless on MSNBC.com

The 4th of July 2010!

Article Word Count: 525

I hope all of you out there had a very nice 4th Of July I am writing this on Monday July 5th since some businesses decided to be closed due to the holiday my wife and I have only been married since October 2008 (1st time for both of us). She likes to get away with me when she can so she took this past Friday the 2nd off from work and we went over by train to Philly once we got there we were pleased to find that the Constitution Center was open untill 8pm instead of 5pm for the Holiday. That place is very well thought out. I recommend everyone (once children are old enough to appreciate it) to go and experience it, people of all ages, there are stories of past Americans that I did not know about and how their efforts helped our country. My wife discovered this exhibit where there is a Presidential Similation where Tourist/Citizens can be President and on film be sworn in it is something one has to experience to appreciate. they also feature 2 films the most popular is Rome and America it shows how ancient Rome influenced the Founding Fathers ideas, like where they got the idea for the bald eagle as our nations symbol for example. Another unexpected treat was as we both left the center the lady who worked there offered free tickets for preferred seating to hear Peter Nero and the Philly POPs Concert ( in front of Independence Mall) and of course we did it was a nice night not as hot as today and tommorow

Sunday we went to my wifes sisters home for a nice family BarB Q thats where I had Balsamic Strawberries for the 1st time ( I have got to get the recipe) they were delicious and easy to prepare along with the usual favorite foods. After we got home I got to see on PBS station, A Capital 4th Concert with Jimmy Smits;Host, Reba McIntyre, David Archiletta, and other orchestral sounds from Wash. D.C. then on CBS stations They had Tobey Keith and the Boston POPs for an equally enjoyable concert.

This turned out to be, I'll say it,one of the more meaningful weekends.

But as always the best way to enjoy any large exhibit is to plan ahead! Now don't get me wrong I like sponteineity like the next person but with any exhibit like this you need to call the exhibit owners first and /or check out thier website prior to going. Naturally when you plan ahead the right way you will always get that feeling of getting the most out of it, which of course is always very satisfying. If it has been awhile and you are taking the PATCO Speedline (train) from NJ the fare for roundtrip is $4.40 but take a good look at your ticket it gives you about 24hrs to use it again should you decide to return the next day and this of course saves you on the cost of parking which last I checked was 15.00 or more.
