Bleeding -
Apply direct pressure with towel or gauze until bleeding is stopped. Clean minor cuts with Hydrogen Peroxide. Apply antibiotic ointment and band-aid.
Sprains -
Apply ice immediately to swelling, and off and on for next 48 hours. Seek referral for evaluation of injury. Ibuprofen may relieve pain and inflammation. Elevate extremities where swelling is present. Compression with elastic bandage may be helpful.
Burns -
Treat minor burns with cool water or cool compress. If there is blistering, seek referral for evaluation of injury. Antiseptic sprays

containing Benzocaine may provide temporary relief. For large burns, go to emergency facility.

Bug Bites/Stings -
Apply ice immediately. Remove stinger if visible. Apply antihistamine cream to site. Take 25 mg Benedryl by mouth. Elevate if sting is on leg or arm. Go to emergency facility for breathing difficulty or extreme swelling.

          Rash/Poison Ivy -
Wash area with antibacterial soap. Try not to scratch. Apply antihistamine cream or hydrocortisone cream to rash. Wash hands after applying. Take Benedryl by mouth to relieve itching. If not improved in 24 hours, seek referral for medical treatment.

          Colds/Congestion/Sore Throat –
Increase cold fluid consumption. Take decongestant product for congestion according to label. Use throat lozenges if needed according to directions on label. Take Tylenol for headache, fever, or pain. Seek medical referral if symptoms do not improve in 48-72 hours or if fever over 102 degrees F, stiff neck or repeated vomiting occur.

Vomiting –
Take small sips of ginger ale, weak tea, Sprite, or ice chips every 5-10 minutes. Emetrol liquid may ease nausea—take as directed on label. Once liquids are tolerated without vomiting, try crackers, toast, bananas, applesauce, rice or clear soups for the next 24 hours. If tolerated, work up to a bland diet (no fried foods, fatty foods or roughage) and then back to a normal diet. If vomiting is persistent or accompanied by a fever over 102 degrees F or stiff neck, go to emergency room.

Diarrhea –
Try Kaopectate or Immodium—follow directions on label. Stay on liquid diet until condition improves. If tolerated, work up to a bland diet (avoid fried foods, fats and roughage) over the next 24 hours, and then go back to normal diet.

How To Loose Weight.

There are many misconceptions in the era of weight loss. Over the years a number of weight loss myths have emerged and this makes the weight loss process a difficult and often unsuccessful process. Weight loss is not a difficult thing to achieve provided that you follow proper, healthy and correct weight loss tips and advice. This article outlines 10 weight loss tips that can help you understand the proper way to loose weight in a fast and healthy way.
Tip 1: Find out how many calories you need.
For instance, you weigh 140 lb and you perform 20 mins of moderate activity every day. BMR of this example = (140 x 15) + (20 x

3.5) = 2100 + 70 = 2170 kcal. BMR minus 500kcal; it would be 2170 - 500 = 1670 kcal. Therefore 1670 kcal is the target in this example to losing 1 lb per week.

Tip 2: Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories and helps to keep your calorie count low.

Tip 3: Watch for Portion Size.
One serving of pasta means 1/2 cup of cooked pasta. However, most restaurants serve a pasta dish with 4 servings of pasta!!! You do not need to finish and clean off the plate every time. You can simply ask to take home the leftover.

Tip 4: Do not Skip Meals.
Eating small frequent meals help to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced. Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 - 6 smaller meals throughout the day.

Tip 5: Go for wholesome fresh foods.
If possible, purchase fresh foods and avoid package (processed) and convenient foods such as fast food. Packaged and convenient foods are often higher in sodium and fat content. Many people we spoke to are amazed that they can easily lose weight by packing a home-cooked lunch to work instead of eating out.

Tip 6: Don't be overly-restrictive.
Everyone has his or her favorite treats. Simply allow yourself a little indulgence, but watch out for the frequency and the quantity. Having a small treat once in a while can be rewarding to your weight loss experience. Cutting too much of your favorite treats usually lead to an early relapse.

Tip 7: Understand Food Claims and Labels.
A product labeled with a fat-free claim does not mean that it is low in calories. Similarly a product labeled as low-sugar or low-crab does not mean it is low in fat or calories. Always read the nutrition label on the packaging.

Tip 8: Watch for the sugary drinks.
Juices, soda, cream & sugar in your coffee or tea all add up. Opt for drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. In addition to providing hydration to your body, it will also help you feel full.

Tip 9: Keep a food journal.
Keeping a food journal helps you pin point your eating pattern and will enable you to easily modify it. If possible, have your Registered Dietitian review your journal.

          Tip 10: Exercise, period.
Most authorities recommend 30 - 60 minutes of physical activity a day to stay healthy. Also try adding weight-bearing exercises at least 2 times a week. This will help burn some of the unwanted calories.

During his two-month swing through Asia, he'd been on more planes than he could remember, many of them far more uncomfortable than this flight back to Boston. But he couldn't forget the Pakistani girls who had looked no older than ten years old, sweeping the floor between the rows of sewing machines the women worked on.

In that plant in Lahore, the women and girls had been hard at work assembling T&T shorts - currently the hottest item in Timothy & Thomas's 40-year-old line of casual clothes. Like the rest of the company's products, the shorts had that wholesome American "feel good-look good" image.

But that image didn't fit the image of those girls at work, and the contradiction left Stein with a quandary. In keeping with Timothy &Thomas's reputation for social responsibility, the company's new Global Guidelines for Business Partners prohibited the use of child labor- with "child" defined as anyone under 14 or the compulsory school age. Until his trip to Asia, Stein had felt good about working for a company that valued employee empowerment and diversity. Yet when it came to Pakistan and other developing countries, he'd found the company's policies no help at all.

In Lahore, Stein had enjoyed the city itself, which was a thriving textile and market center. Its colorful bazaar, wedged between the opulently wealthy and extremely poor districts of the city, was full of silks and the hand-embroidered clothing Lahore was famous for . He had liked the desert landscape and bright white walls, all backed by a cold blue sky. When Stein first met Timothy & Thomas's Pakistani sourcing manager, on a taxi ride to one of the local plants, he was still distracted by so many new sights.

"I should warn you," said Yusuf Ahmed, the sourcing manager, just minutes after shaking Stein's hand. "There's some confusion about the guidelines."

Stein stopped admiring the scenery. "What do you mean?" "All the good contractors use kids. The little girls come to the plant with their mothers, and I know there are others on the machines who are younger than 14. That's just how it's done here."

"Haven't you told them they have to do it differently?" Stein's hands tensed on his knees. The taxi jounced through the narrow streets, no longer surrounded by the picturesque overflow from the bazaar.

"I'm not a cop, " Ahmed said. "Besides, I'm not sure you'd really want me to do that. The situation is more complicated than you think."

"What's complicated? You say contractors aren't in compliance, so contractors aren't in compliance, so we threaten to cut off the contracts until they are."

Ahmed leaned forward impatiently. "Do you realize how committed we are? We've got the Lahore contractors alone assembling half a million T&T products a year-at competitive prices, I can assure you."

"I know the numbers, " Stein said. "But that doesn't change the guidelines. We can't have kids in the plants, right?"

Ahmed wiped his brow. He looked more than hot under his neatly pressed collar and dark tie. Although he had gone to the University of Pennsylvania and worked in the United States. Yusuf Ahmed had been back in Pakistan as Timothy & Thomas's sourcing manager for the past two years.

"We're lucky to have these guys, if you want the truth," Ahmed said. "our contractors produce on time and with good quality, which is no small feat. They could set up somewhere else, but in their heart of hearts, many of these guys want to stay in Pakistan, to improve the quality of life a little bit, if they can, by bringing in jobs. Then here we come, the big company from the United States, saying we won't buy what they produce unless it comes incredibly cheap, but of course they have to follow our company guidelines, even if it' means that their costs go up-"

"Hold on," Stein broke in. "We have contractors in other countries who are complying with the guidelines, and they seem to be producing just fine."

Now the sourcing manager looked more tired than angry. "Sure. If we ask them to, the contractors here will fire any kids who are under 14. But that will affect at least 60 families, all of them very poor in the first place do you realize that? And the contractors will still want assurances from us. These guys will want to know that we'll pay our share, even if the price goes up and we have to renegotiate the contracts."

"How much are we talking about?" Stein asked. "The young kids who come with their mothers do more than you think. They are paid nothing, of course," Ahmed said. "Even the older ones on the machines get paid subminimum wages as trainees, so labor will go up by at least a third to pay adults minimum wage - or more for skilled work. Or if our contractors stick with the kids, they'll have to document that they're really 14. In Pakistan, you can't count on birth registrations, and I'm sure you've seen enough in Asia to know that most kids look younger than their real age." "So how could you tell they were too young?"

"You can tell." Ahmed shrugged. "With some it's hard, and maybe the only way to be certain is to have a
doctor examine them. The children themselves will lie. They'll say they're 14, because they need the work. What are their alternatives, really? They can hire themselves out as maids for almost nothing, or spend hours on embroidery at home, work that is not regulated at all. Or they can go to a carpet factory, would you like that any better?"
Stein shook his head. "I don't feel good about any of this."

The sourcing manager turned away. "I can't help you there. I don't agree with the guidelines, you know, but since I work for the company, I'll do what I'm told." Ahmed lit a cigarette and stared out the taxi's dirty window. "Forgive me for being blunt, but sometimes I don't know what you managers in Boston are thinking about, I really don't. As far as I'm concerned, imposing American values on the Third World just creates more problems. You have no idea what it's like to live in Pakistan, do you?"

"That's why I'm here."
'For one week. Fine. Then let me tell you about the reality. You don't know what those kids want." Ahmed unrolled the window. He raised his voice above the raucous street sounds outside. "We're not just talking about Pakistan. You can go to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Brazil, Mexico, the Azores - you're a Timothy & Thomas man, so you know what I mean. You can go all over the world and find street kids hustling and trying to make some money. Don't you think any of them would rather be working for one of our contractors? I'd say we're doing everyone here a favor."
Stein didn't answer, since by then the taxi had screeched to a halt. However, at the first plant they visited, he still felt uneasy. All of the workers on the floor were girls or women, because working side by side with men was considered improper. Ahmed had explained that this plant owner provided separate buses to bring the women to work. Farhan Hanafi, who led them on a tour of the plant, also made clear to Stein that he provided meals for his workers and wages of 5,000 rupees a month, or about $200, for the skilled women -much more than the minimum wage of 1,200 rupees,, Hanafi insisted.

The plant floor wasn't dirty or overcrowded, but there was no heat. The women wore layers of long blouses over thin flowing pants, and many of their heads were covered with brightly woven shawls. Their bare hands, reddened in the cold room, still moved deftly around the mechanical needles, pushing the pre-cut pieces of cloth forward. He saw small girls winding thread on sewing-machine spools for their mothers. Some older girls squatted near piles of patterns and cast-off cloth, stacking and sorting, talking as they worked. They only became silent when Stein and the other men moved closer.

Yusuf Ahmed asked one of the girls some questions in Puni abi. The girl kept her head bowed down and answered in a low voice, shrugging her thin shoulders as she spoke. The girl was about the same height as Stein's eight-year-old daughter, and he had always considered Jessica small for her age.

"She says she likes to work here." Ahmed glanced at the plant owner. "Mr. Hanafi is very kind to them and pays them very well. They have a roof over their heads, and they can keep their hands clean. She's old enough, she claims, because all her friends are here, and they are all the same age. They are all very good workers, she wants Mr. Hanafi to know this."

"But why aren't they in school." Stein asked.

"The families need them to work," Ahmed said. "I think at least half-of the kids in Pakistan don't make it to primary school, and it's more important for boys to get an education, if the families can afford it."

Ahmed's answer depressed Stein even more. Based on the rest of his Asian trip, he knew conditions in this particular Pakistani plant weren't bad. He told himself that the workers were probably grateful for walls that kept out the grit and dry wind outside, for decent lighting and a clean concrete floor. Lahore wasn't Calcutta, of course, but Stein remembered the crowds of people in the poor district outside the plant, many sleeping or begging in the dirt. They had rolled to the slide just in time when their taxi honked through. The women were probably glad to have their young daughters inside with them, where the girls could also be useful.

But Stein imagined 60 Minutes sinking its teeth into this story - a real expose of how those, popular T&T shorts, brought to you by lovable, reliable Timothy & Thomas, were stitched together by poor Pakistani kids. It wouldn't play well in Poughkeepsie.

Now, on the plane back to Boston and company headquarters, Stein twisted around in his seat, trying to get comfortable. If he didn't renew the-Lahore contracts, the girls and their families would lose a major source of income. Or was that just a convenient rationale for looking the other way? After all, adhering to the company guidelines would send production costs for the T&T line, at least temporarily, through the roof. Timothy & Thomas's clothing empire was now scrambling to keep its edge in the North American and European markets. There were U.S. warehouses and stores depending on shipments of T&T products, Stein thought. A high volume of shorts and blouses that, to date, had been produced quickly and cheaply by the contractors in Lahore.

The Pakistani girls posed the first test of the Global Guidelines for Business Partners. Yet being on the cutting edge of company policy just made his decision more difficult. Jonathan Stein realized that he was now responsible for the outcome. Unfortunately, all the talk of values and social responsibility in the world didn't erase the bottom line.

Most women do not wear the correct bra size. With monthly water retention cycles, dieting, and general aging, it also should not be assumed that the size you were two years ago is the same size you are today (or that a bra can be worn that long, for that matter). Even a change of 5 pounds can change your bra size. This guide will help you to properly measure your size, so that you can find the size for you.

While most shops will have a salesperson to assist you in proper measurements, in order to buy sexy lingerie from a catalog, it is important to know your size.

How To Know If Your Current Bra Does Not Fit

The back rides up. This may mean that the cups are too small, or the band is too tight. The front of the band is too tight to get a finger under it. This means you need a larger band.

The bra cups should be entirely filled, or you may need a smaller cup. If, on the other hand, the cups are overflowing, you may need a larger cup or a different style of bra.

If the underwire digs in, you may need a larger cup size. (Or your bra could just be very old. In either case, it's time to replace it.) This could also be an indication that the side wings of the bra are not large enough.

Proper Measurements

First, you will need three measurements: under, upper, and full brest. For under sizing, measure directly under your brest. With all measurements, hold the tape secure but not too tight. For the upper, measure above the brest and below the arms.

If the difference between the under and upper is less than two inches, the under is your band size (round up to nearest even number). If the difference is more than two inches, add 2-3" to the under measurement to get an even number and use this as your band size. For the full size, measure around a fullest part of yours. Make sure the tape is secure around the back.

Your cup size is determined by your full size measurement – your upper measurement. If the difference is less than 1", you are a AA, 1" is an A, 2" is a B, 3" is a C, 4" is a D, 5" is a DD (or an E), etc.

Beyond Measurements

Of course, your measurements are just the beginning. There are other things to keep in mind when looking for a comfortable, yet fantasy bra.

When trying on different bras, make sure that the area in between the two cups actually comes into contact with your chest. Do not make the straps support your chest alone! This will be very uncomfortable over long periods of time, the bra will wear out quickly, and the pressure on the straps can cause back problems.

If you are finding the band sizes to differ for a different brand, you may also need to change your cup size. Generally, as you decrease the band size, you will need to increase your cup size, while a larger band will call for a smaller cup.

Bra Styles

Different styles of bras have different fits. Beware the convertible bras: while they may sometimes work, it is rare that every possible style will work for your body.

Full Cup / Full Coverage – Designed for support, these bras cover the entire ......

Half Cup / Demi Cup – These bras cover 75 percent of the chest. Your profile should still be smooth, and if it isn't, you need a larger cup size.

Underwire Bras – These bras give the most support.

Racerback Bras – These bras have a crossover pattern in the back. They can have a front or back clasp, or can simply pull over the head. This is a common style for a sports bra.

Halter-Top Bras – As the name imply, these bras have a strap that loops around the neck, rather than the usual shoulder straps. These bras can be worn with both halter tops and tops with low center coverage.

Backless Bras – While some backless bras literally have only front coverage, generally this refers to bras with extremely low backs, so that many dresses with low backs can be worn without the bra showing.

Strapless Bras – These bras have no straps at all, only the band. Some of these can cover the stomach area as well, and some even cover the body like a leotard. These longer strapless bras tend to stay in place better.

Padded Bras / Push-Up Bras – These bras have extra padding in the cups in order to give the illusion of a larger size. The padding can be made of the same material as the bra, foam, or gel. Gel is becoming more popular because of its more natural look. In some bras, the padding is removable.

Decollete – These bras are lower cut than a demi bra, allowing you to wear something even lower cut without revealing your bra.

Light-Support Bras – These bras have no underwire. While you may be tempted to wear one to an all-day event, if you are larger than an A cup, you may not be getting the support you need. A properly fitted bra will be comfortable whether or not it has underwire.

Sports Bra – These bras are designed to minimize bouncing during athletic activity. While some inexpensive varieties do this by squishing your ....., it is better to find on that is sized by cup sizes (as opposed to small, medium, and large) and get fitted as you would with a regular bra. Over the long term, this will increase your comfort.

Nursing Bras – For the convenience of nursing mothers, these bras have a snap on each of the shoulder straps, so she can easily remove them to feed the baby without taking off the entire bra. Generally, nursing bras are full-coverage for the added support a new mother needs.

Now you can order all your intimate apparel with confidence! So next time you find the perfect little black dress, you can be sure you will look your best.

Magic Video Tutorial

Frozen by Adam Grace – Magic Video Tutorial
The magician doesn’t touch either the napkin or coin until the spectator finally hands it to the magician to demonstrate the freezing. The napkin helps protect from the cold that will occur. [Note: there are no chemicals on the napkin and none in the magician's mouth or on his hands]

Summoning a change in his body temperature, the magician begins to blow freezing air onto the napkin, causing the napkin to become ice cold. He unwraps the quarter and, leaving it sitting by itself on the napkin, without even touching it, he blows on the coin. The quarter frosts over white and freezes visually. When picked up by a spectator the coin is bitter cold and still white from frost.
Why it is so good for beginners: I believe this DVD is good for a beginner is because it gives the person that is new to magic a direction to go towards. Lets them explore the new world of magic and decide what type of magic fits them best. Although it is good for beginners it is also great for advanced magicians. It keeps the person up on the magic that fooled great magicians back in the 1600′s. This is great for all ages and I think that this DVD is a great on to begin with…OR end!

The Teaching: The teaching is phenomenal! The teacher in this is the very own…BRAD CHRISTIAN! He is a great teacher. He explains everything in detail. In the movie he explains the effects in full detail. At the beginning of a new effect, it shows his performance and then he explains the effect to us and the spectator. Great stuff, you will not be disappointed.

How impromptu: These effects are basically impromptu. Some need set-up, but most are the basic boggle your mind card and coin effects. You will not be displeased with the effects that require set-up because most items that do will be found around the house.

Reactions from these effects: Great is all I can say. All of these effects get great reactions. One I must mention because people call me not right sometimes. Voodoo Zone is the one I must bring up. It is so wild.

Our video has taken more people from 0-60, faster, with street magic, than any other. This is what the package is all about, teaching advanced, mind blowing magic and making it as simple as humanly possible for people to learn as quickly as possible. It’s why we’re the only magic company around that offers an iron-clad money back guarantee on a video. Why, when no one else does? Because we have an extremely good teaching product, we KNOW it (from the results we watch people get, time and again), and we back it up – to the hilt. Every effect, every “move” is first performed live for a crowd so you can see it done by a master. You will check out every nuance (the entertainment value of owning the video is worth the cost). Then we go into the studio to break everything down for you step-by-step and teach not only HOW it is done but how to present it in a fail-proof manner. You will have the power to do what people think can’t be done and it is easier than you think. Let them watch every move your hands make, THEY WILL NOT SEE A THING. Do you know how to get reactions from a crowd, a person, a girl like you’ve never had?

On the DVD the effects are divided into Easier, Little Harder, Flourishes and Bonuses. Here are the effects that come with the DVD:

Easier:
-Introduction: This part introduces Brad and the “Magic Girls” that have helped with the DVD. They explain what you should do like practice a lot and tell about magic itself.

-Burned: The deck is cut and set down with the remaining part of the deck to mark where you split the deck. The spectator looks at that card and writes it down on a piece of paper and folds it up so the magician can’t see a thing. The magician then takes a lighter or match and lights the piece of paper on fire leaving only ashes in a bowl or whatever you use. You ask the spectator what arm they want him to use and the magician starts to rub the ashes on his arm. Surely enough, a card starts to appear darker than the rest of the ash. Read that one more time. The card appears on you arm darker than the rest of the ashes! This is a killer and is great for outdoors like at bonfires or barbeques.

-Glass Stinger: The magician starts of by talking about taking a quarter or half dollar and making it go strait through the table. He gets started by taking a glass and covering it with a napkin so no one can see. He says 1, 2, and the spectator says 3. He shows the coin still there. He then put the glass over again. He says, 1, 2, 3, and the spectator says Abracadabra. Nothing yet. He then says well I could not get the quarter through so why don’t I take the glass and make it go through. The magician then takes the glass and slams it through the top table coming out the bottom of the table. This is great for restaurants and table settings.

-Sick Aces: The trick is done by the magician shuffling the deck and telling the spectator that he/she is going to do everything. He then asks “What are the four most wanted cards in a game of poker”. He replies “The aces”. He then gives the deck to the spectator and tells him/her to cut it into four piles. He/she does and he points to a deck and tells him/her to transfer three cards to the bottom and one card to the top of the remaining decks. He/she does that with the four decks and then the magician asks “What were the four most wanted cards in a game of poker”? He/she reply “The aces”. He says “Watch” and then he flips all the top cards of the four decks over and to the spectators surprise is the four aces. This is also a great table setting trick.

-Trace Unseen: The magician Starts by riffling down the deck and asking the spectator to say stop whenever he/she wants to. When they say stop he hold the pack up showing the card and putting it back into the middle of the deck. He then says he is going to go through the deck and if they see it do not tell him. He goes through the deck and there card is no where to be found. Why? Because it could be found in the pocket of the person sitting across from you! That is correct. Across from you! This is great for walk-around or table setting. A little bit of set-up is required.

-Merger: In this effect the magician asks for a business card and rips a hole in the center of it. He introduces a shoelace and tells the spectator to hold it. He slips the business card on it and tells him that the only way to get it off would be to take it off the ends. The spectator then holds the ends tightly and the card is covered by a handkerchief or cloth. The magician goes under it and tries to get the card off. He does and to the spectators surprise, it is not ripped or anything. It is in perfect condition. This effect is perfect for the streets.

-Trick Switch: The magician asks the spectator to choose ANY card and put it back in the middle. The magician shuffles the deck and the deck is split into three piles. The spectator is then asked to keep a complete poker face and not to tell the magician if there card is their. He goes through the cards and two are not and then the last ends up being his and he puts it down on the mat face down. He then asks the spectator to pick a number 1-10. He does and the magician flips over those cards until the one they picked is flipped over. It is not a random card but the spectator’s card! How could that be? The spectator saw him put it down. He flips over the card thought to be his and is a complete random card. This is an amazing magic trick for table settings like at a restaurant or bar.

Little Harder:
-Voodoo Zone: This trick is one of my favorites. The magician has two cards and shows that there are no duplicates. He takes one and folds it so the back of the card is facing outwards. He then takes the other one and he folds it so the face of the card is facing the inside. He Takes the first one and puts it in the second one and reverses them. One end is sticking out of the second card. He then proceeds to push the first card through the second and the card reverses in the card. Yes you heard that correctly. It reverses!

-Go Inside Sugar: A magician asks for a quarter and a sugar packet. He has the quarter signed and puts the quarter and sugar packet on his palm. He has the spectators squeeze
His arm and then he opens his hand. Only a sugar packet remains. He opens the sugar packet and inside the packet is their signed quarter.

Since I know that this review has gotten a little long I will shorten the next few effects down for your. Enjoy!

-Georges Old Trick: This effect was brought to us and taught by Brad but he got it from a store he used to visit. The owner would always do the trick for him and Brad would be dumbfounded. He teaches that trick in this DVD. You take your hand and put it parallel to yourself. You reach out and grab a half dollar or quarter right out of thin air. You heard it right. Right out of thin air! This is great to begin coin magic and is also good for the streets.

-One Hand Coin Table Vanish: You take any ordinary quarter or half dollar and you set it on a table. You start to rub the quarter and in about 5 seconds or however long you want it you lift up your hand. There lays the bare table and nothing more. No quarter, no nothing. This is great for sitting at a table in a restaurant or at the dinner table.

-Chance Zero: The magician shuffles the deck and flips the deck over so the faces are facing him. He puts down some reds and blacks in separate piles. He gives them to the spectator and she flips over the deck and puts the cards face down for which ones she thinks are black and red. They gather up there pile soon after all the cards are gone and the piles reversed and they look at them one by one. They are all separated back to black and reds! How many chances in a lifetime do you have that happen. None! Hence the name, Chance Zero.

-Print: The magician takes a pack of blank business cards and shows them to the spectator. He then puts it on his hand and runs it through his hand. He does it again and nothing. One last time and writing appears on the card. It is his business card. Great for handing out business cards at business trips. Also great for streets and restaurants.

-Melted: The magician introduces a shoelace and asks for a borrowed ring. He threads the shoelace through the ring and show how it would come off. Either end of course. The magician threads it again and he has the spectator hold it in their closed hands. He tugs at the rope and the spectator feels something in their hand. The ring actually came off the shoelace. Imagine that. A shoelace penetrating a BORROWED ring. This is perfect for street magic.

Bonuses:
-Bulducci Levitation: An impromptu levitation that requires not one gimmick or false movement. Just walk away and levitate.

-Vegas Card Change: You put a card down and you immediately shake it. You flip it over and the card has changed to a different card.

-Floating Dollar Bill: You take an ordinary dollar bill and set it on the ground or in someone’s hand. You start to move your hands around and you actually float the bill about one inch or more above their hand. Some set-up. Great for street magic and Gets them every time. Now more about the DVD itself.

The DVD quality: As always, Ellusionist DVD quality is top notch. It is great picture and you can tell the difference between magic shops. When you watch an Ellusionist DVD you know that the Ellusionist team put a lot of hard work and effort into this DVD.

Is it worth that much: Definitely! This DVD, as I said before is actually under priced. It is loaded with material that pros use today! Anyone that is beginner and wants to get a great DVD should pick this one up first. This is great for anyone, but really exerts itself toward beginners.

My performance: At the end of the day I was riding the bus home and my friend wanted to see some magic. I pulled out two cards and started Voodoo Zone. It killed him. You should have seen his face. When it was reversing he said “That is not right, the world is not right”. He also said, “I feel like an alien. It is so wired what you just did”. You can see if you execute the moves correctly then you will blow people away.

My recommendation: If you want to advance in your magic then this is the DVD for you. You learn so much in this DVD that you will be overwhelmed. This DVD will last you months and will get the best reactions from any effect and it will shine through with your performance from Brad’s excellent teaching. I hope you purchase this product because you will not be disappointed.
Combs must be washed as frequently and hair should be brushed regularly. Dandruff is a scalp condition that can be controlled. Too little oil or too much oil can result in dandruff. Try the following:

Mix 2 teaspoons pure vinegar in 6 teaspoons water and apply it on the scalp before going to bed. Tie a towel around the head. Wash your head next morning. After shampooing, rinse again with vinegar water. Treat your hair like this once a week for at least three months.

Mix 1 teaspoons lemon juice with 2 teaspoons vinegar and massage on the scalp. Wash your hair with an egg shampoo.

Take 1 part almond oil, 1 part pure sulphur powder, 2 parts 'surgical spirit' and 4 parts distilled water or rose water and mix well. Rub on the scalp.

Take 2 cup water, add 4-5 tablespoons dried thyme and boil for 10 minutes. Cool, strain, and use the mixture to massage scalp. Keep for half an hour.

Dissolve 2 aspirins in any dandruff shampoo and wash your hair.

Massage the scalp with almond oil. Dip a towel in boiling water and wrap it around the hair. Repeat it thrice or four times when the towel gets cold.

Make a shampoo by mixing 100 g each of amla (Indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai, and boil in two litre of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for one month. Dandruff will vanish and your hair will become thick.

Grind fenugreek (methi) seeds soaked in water overnight. Massage this paste on scalp and hair and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with a mild shampoo.

Wash your hair with warm apple cider vinegar. Then cover your head with a towel or a shower cap and leave for about 30-40 minutes. Rinse with plain water. Repeat 2 times a week until your dandruff goes away.

Mix 100 g witch hazel and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice in 200 ml water. Shampoo your hair and apply with cotton to the scalp when the hair are still wet. Repeat several times until the dandruff is treated.

Try a shampoo with selenium sulfide or salicylic acid.
