As much as I enjoyed curating emerging and independent Recording Artists, it seems that there are other places that do this too. Who'd a thunk it?

I realized that something wonderful happens when people combine music and comedy. I laugh. And I need to laugh. My life is a like the leftovers of Vesuvius. And I and many other people need to laugh a little more in this rather backwards and dark world.

So enjoy these tracks that made me laugh. And share them with your friends so they can laugh a little too. Our first Track is done by New Waver called "I got you, babe" You may recognize the melody, but you aint never heard lyrics like these.

Next up the Propaganda Boys doing their Track called, "I Am Saving Myself for Marriage". Coincidentally, so am I. So save yourself the trouble of trying! :)

Next up, Bandrew doing "Turn on the Lights". If you decide not to save yourself for marriage, this Track is giving some good advice. To sum it up, if you don't want to look at it, you probably shouldn't be doing it.

"Dewey's Ditty" tells the brief musical tail of love gone bad. Not that love goes bad, but in this case it seems to have turned out to be lust. And tiresome. The Track is performed by JB Skelton.

Next up a tribute the age old art of eating boogers. And make no mistake it requires commitment and passion to eat boogers. In this Track by the Dancin Grandpas and Bourbon Gurus, we hear of the many different ways a person can eat their boogers. Do I recommend you try as many as possible? Absolutely, few pleasures are as inexpensive and satisfying as fishing a nice crunchy and juicy booger out of your nose. The Track is called "Boogey Pot Pie".

Then The Trout Society discussed the many joys of finding a new job. Listen in to the "Job Shoppers Rap" to get some pointers on answering those annoying interview questions.

Hopefully, you are still laughing. Because this next Track by Mind Map That seriously wants to know, "How DO Lesbians Have Sex"? The world may never know!

Finally we rap the Show with Morgan Grieg. He "Bound to Join the Nazarene". And with good reason. There is no other way to be saved.

Then onto my opinion about the winter Holiday Season. Did you ever notice that nearly every major Religion has a Holiday during the Winter?

Although I am not certain that there is any real significance in this, I am guessing that it may simply be due to the fact that Winter is a great time to get together with people and enjoy their company in our homes. I also believe it is because all of us are loved. And capable of loving each other. So Love one another this Season and always.

The next track is by a band who call themselves; Cargo and the Heavy Lifters. What a cool name for a band. Well, I think so anyway. The Track is a Medley of an old Jimmi Hendrix Track called "Stone Free".

Next Track up is by Jason Damico. The Track is "My Baby is Crying" I think a perfect example of modern blues. And I sincerely love the Blues. Seems Jason has been around a while writing and playing music. Apparently, he is also an Actor. But, who isn't these days?

I wrapped the Show this week with Dead Pedals. The Track is from 2016 and is called "All Over You". I think this group has a unique sound and some serious musical sensibility. Check out more about them here.

Although this next track has nothing to do with water, I still like it and the Artist; Lilly Martin. The Track is called "One Good Turn". In a way, you could say that surviving a flood means taking one good turn away from the problem.

Next up, The Ohio Weather Band doing a track called "Dirty Water" That is what you end up with after it floods for those of you who have been fortunate enough to never had to deal with one.

The next track is called "Stand With Me in the Rain" done by a band called Copper Box.

After that we are listening to Matt Harlen doing a song called "Over The Bridge". See how there is a water-flood-weather related theme going here?

Then next track is called "Fits and Starts" and is done by an Artist who goes by the name of Alesano. I suppose if I think hard enough to come up with some way to relate this to being flooded out; but why bother? If you like this Song though, you can check out the Video here.

Recently we lost someone who was considered one of the best Vocalists in Great Britain. Diane Charlemagne. As a tribute, 52nd Street did a remake of one of her tracks. "Superhuman". More about Diane Charlemagne here. And more about 52nd Street here.

I wrapped the Show this week with a Track called "Spooky". It was redone by a nice lady from Argentina who goes by the name of Ligia Piro. The Track itself has been around a long time and has an interesting history. More about Ligia Piro here.

This song was originally an instrumental by the saxophone player Mike Shapiro, who recorded it as Mike Sharpe. J.R. Cobb, who was the band's lead guitarist, heard this song and added lyrics to it with their producer Buddy Buie. Cobb later formed the Atlanta Rhythm Section along with fellow band member Dean Daughtry and members of a band called The Candymen.

"The BIG runts are a "pre-grunge" band of goons from a hollar in the Lehigh Valley of Eastern Pennsylvania. After growing-up on Johnny Cash and Black Sabbath, then discovering punk rock, they bought some gear out of the nickel-ads and commenced to composing what would become known as grunge music, in a shed on the outskirts of Schnecksville.

When they were children, if we didn't park our bikes neatly in the garage or left the football in the yard, their mother would say "you boys need to put this stuff away, I don't want my yard looking like Dog Patch USA". So they wrote the first song in the Show called "Dog Patch USA"

Let's find out more about the rest of the Artists who we are listening to on today's Show. Terry and Diane McCabe did "Snow Mountain" after the Big Runts. Then I played a song from Lachlan Horne called "Higher. Lachlan first picked up the guitar at the age of fourteen. Primarily self taught though he has studied under distinguished guitarists such as Alan Limbrick, John Etheridge and Shaun Baxter when he attended The Guitar Institute in London.

After a few years of diligent music study and a lifestyle centred around intensive guitar practice he established himself as a professional musician and has since performed in numerous successful bands both in the UK and Australia where he worked as a member of the rock band Club Crunch. He has been fortunate to have worked with a variety of talented musicians, most notably drummer Darrin Mooney of Primal Scream and Gary Moore fame. Darrin plays drums on both Lachlan's albums.

But I am going to do them because some of the Tracks that people are sharing with me for this Podcast and Internet Radio Show are long. And that actually is good. I think so anyway, but this Show is only 28 minutes. So click play and then read on about the Artists. And when you hear something you like; click through and go show them some love.

Second Track is by an Independent Artist who goes by the name of Sarantos. This guy is everywhere. And one of the reasons I like him is his work ethic. He set a goal to create a new song and video every week. And that was some time ago. And he has an extensive library and following. The Track name is "Do You Think You Can Last?" I have played it before on the Show. I like the track because it speaks to the idea of becoming famous and successful. And the accompanying responsibilities and pressures that come with fame and success.

Next up, I played some Public Service Announcements for groups I really believe are making a difference in the world. AdoptUSKids and the World Wildlife Fund. Ironically, I reached out to Akron Children's Hospital so I could support them in this effort. And they refused. I am not sure what to make of that. But the fact is, they do good work there too. And they do not charge patients. So, even though they did not feel that this Show was reaching their demographic; they are still a worthwhile cause.

The Next Track is by a fellow who works under his own name. Ron Ward Jr. The Track is called "Give me Da Funk". And I like it because the idea kind of reminds me of an old Track by Rick James called "Give it to me baby" I think sometimes, you just have to tell people to give it you. From my experience and from what I have read, People many times do not get what they want because they do not ask.

Then I found this Track on Ipluggers.com. It is by a Producer who goes by the name of Serge Nova. And it features a vocalist who goes by the name Mareena. The Track is called, "Phobias". I like this track because it speaks to the idea of wanting to be rid of the fears that many times hold us back.

The next Track is "Push Along" by Makail X. What is good about this Track? It speaks to the idea that persistence is an essential element of success. No matter what comes or what the world throws at ya, you got to keep your eyes on the Prize. And Keep Going!

And it speaks to the fact that EVERYONE get's hurt in this life, everyone has pain and sorrow and regret. But, that really is all temporary. If we are willing to bring that pain and sorrow to GOD Most High; He is able to make something beautiful arise from the Ashes of our lives. Back to the music. I found this guy on Ipluggers.com as well. I wanted to pick up the pace for the second half of the show and of course, I still like rock and roll a little so, I played some Henry Metal. The name of the tune is "Baby". It is a kind of a sad song, as he seems to be singing about someone who dies on him. But, still a nice beat I thought.

Then I replayed a song I found when I started this project. It is called "New Day" by the band called "Muzak. I really like this band and would love to see them live. From the Reviews I have read, their live shows are a multimedia production unlike anything you have ever seen.

The next song is by a group called The Nuns. Somehow, the name of the group appeals to me. I don't know if it is because I have spent so much time around Catholic people or I have some weird thing for women dressed in black. But I do like the song called "Just Do It".

I went straight to a fellow by the name of Malak NJ. He is testifying. With a Song called "Testify". Malak J-N ( pronounce Malak Jay N) is an inspirational hip hop artist, singer, and producer who founded Noel Music Group. He believes that music should be inspirational and empowering. Thus, the embodiment of his music speaks to those who have been rejected and misunderstood. As a result, his debut single " They Don't Understand" speaks to those who have been turn down and ostracized.

Then I also head this guy on Jango.com and thought, that is a unique song and world view. Very similar to my own in many ways. He named his musical persona after Dennis the Menace.
