Hi My Dear visitors! how are you all? hope you all are doing well .first of all I would like to say sorry to my visitors because I couldn't post for a long time.the reason why I couldn't post is that I was too busy with my work.

OK now I come to my 2day's post.you know the reason why I said that "don't look like an ads" because people don't visit your website for advertisement.actually they want good content from you.

if you make the ads stick out with eye - popping colors,images or borders, that makes them easy to recognize as advertisement - and people work extra hard to avoid them.

the same goes for advertisement that are tucked away in the top,bottom or some other far corner of the page.so easy to ignore for them.so actually what you want ? you want people to click on your ads ? if yes, make the advertisement look like an integral part of your content.
so it's simple...Don't make your advertisement look like ads!

how would you like your ads served? Banners? Skyscrapers? Rectangles? Squares? what about borders and background colors?

The choices can be overwhelming.Many people let Google decide for them preferring to stick with the default settings.big mistake ! from my own experience I can tell you that it's like swapping a hundred - dollar bill for a ten - dollar one.

for almost one year I settled for just a tenth of what I could have been making - just because I didn't bother to control the looks and placement of my Ad sense ads.

the various ad formats,colors and their placement on the web page can be done in thousands of combination.you can literally spend hours every day experimenting with every possible combination.But you don't want to ,do you?

let me give you a few 'ground rules' that have sky - rocketed the CTR's on my top -grossing pages;

The bottom line is that there are three ways to increase your adsense revenue.

if you don't know what works ( and what doesn't work ) in trying to increase your adsense revenue... you're shooting arrows in the dark.

The right tracking tools can reveal a great deal about your visitors and answer fundamental questions such as what they are looking for and what makes them "click". once you've figured that out,bingo ! you're on your way to big Adsense bucks!

but it's not as straight - forward as it seems.if it were,there wouldn't be so many grumpy people
on Adsense forums,complaining about their low Adsense earnings.

it's not that they're not doing anything about it.they simply aren't doing the right things.
let me assure you that in the time that i have been using Adsense ,my earnings have only gone up-and so will yours,if you apply all my techniques seriously.

2.3 Google Policies

Adsense works .I know it works because I've got the stats,the checks and the bank balance to prove it.and all of the methods that I used to increase my Adsense revenues were completely legitimate and in line with Google's policies.

That's important.it is possible to cheat Adsense.but you'd have to be crazy to do it.you can make so much money working within Google's rules that to risk getting thrown out by putting ads on pages without content or by persuading users to click on the ads is just plain crazy.

The things to look out for in particular are :

Code Modification

you have to paste the Adsense code into your site as is.and you don't need to do anything else.
your adsense account will let you play with colors and placements ( and getting those right is what will really rocket your income) so why bother playing with Google's HTML? It's not necessary and it could get you a life time ban.

Incentives

when the ads appear on your page,you have to leave them complately alone.you might be tempted to tell your users to "click here" or "support your sponsors but if Google catches you,they could well cut you off.they want people to click because they're genuinely interested in the ad.get your strategy right and they'll do just that.

Content

Google is pretty picky about where the ads are displayed.they don't want advertisers complaining to them that their services were being promoted on a site that supporters gambling
or is filled with profanity or contains more ads than content.if your content doesn't come up to scratch,you'll need a site that does.

Prohibited Clicks

and nastiest of all are the people who either click on their own ads or create programs to do itfor them.
The bottom line is that you don't need any of this staff,Maximizing your revenue within the rules is easy.!

The next piece of information that Google demands is your URL.there's only room for one url,which can be confusing if you have more than one site and want to put Adsense on all of them.don't worry about it.it won't affect how use Adsense at all,so just put your biggest site for now.

The next question is whether you want content - based ads - the type of small text ads I've been discussing so far,search ads or both .(content - based ads are better but I'll tell you how to benefit from each so I recommend that you choose both.)

Before you can do anything though,you first have to sign up.here's how you do it.
the sign up page asks for a relatively small amount of information, not all of which is as obvious as you might like.

First ,you'll have to tell Google whether you want an "individual"account or a "company" account - whether you're a company with more than twenty employees or practically a one - man show that's just you and up to nineteen others.that's important for just one reason.it tells Google whether to send the money.take a business account and the payments will be made in the name of your company,take an individual account,and they'll be paid directly to you.

you'll also be able to choose between three different ways of receiving your money.Electronic Funds Transfer,local currency check or secured Express Delivery.in general,it's better to get your money by direct deposit using the Electronic Funds Transfer ,Google charges for express mail checks.

Google says that it always assigns ads in such a way that publishers receive maximum revenues and advertisers get the best value for their money.

Therefore,if you have a site which talks about interior design and mentions "homemade furnishings" a great deal,Google will assume that your readers will be interested the sample ad above.but that won't be the only ad that could appear on your page.there could be dozens of others.Google will give you the ads that it thinks will give you the highest revenues.

That might not be the ad with the highest possible click price.if a lower paying ad gives you more clicks and higher overall revenues,you should find yourself receiving that ad instead.

in theory then,you could just leave it to Google to decide which ads to give you and which price.
in my experience though,that just cuts you out of giant opportunity.you can influence the choice of ads that you get on your page,both in terms of content and in terms of price.you can certainly influence the number of clicks you receive on those ads.Google leaves that entirely up to you and it's a crucial part of the difference between earnings that pay for candy bars and earnings that pay for cars.

in short ,while signing up for Adsense can be both the beginning and the end of turning your site
into income,if you're serious about making serious money with your site ,it needs to be the beginning. you will want to make sure you're not getting low- paying ads, and you'll want to make sure that you're getting the clicks that turn those ads into cash.

The company's owner might then say that he's prepared to pay $1000 overall for his advertising budget but not more than $ 1 for a click.he can be certain now of getting at least a thousand leads.but that's where his control over the ad ends.Google will figure our which sites suit an ad like that and put them where it seems fit,charging the advertiser up to a dollar a click until the advertiser's budget runs out.(of that dollar,how much the publisher receives is a Google secret.The

That makes Adwords different to more traditional form of advertising.in the print world,an advertiser chooses where it wants to place it's ads and decides if the price is worth paying.

The news paper also decides how much it wants advertisers to pay to appear on it's pages.Any advertiser that meets that price gets the slot and the publisher always knows how much his space is worth.

neither of those things are true online.

When an advertiser signs up to Adwords,he has no idea where his ads are going to turn up.
when you sign up to Adsense,you've got no idea how much you're going to be paid for the ad space on your page.
you leave it to Google to decide whether to give you ads which could pay just a few cents per click or ads which could pay a few dollars per click .

Where Content Is King

Real estate brokers tell us of three important factors in appraising a particular piece of property. They are, in this order: location, location, location. Translate to marketing your business on the Web and these become content, content, content. For business Web sites, it usually means information.

Pocket Change

Benjamin Riggnor wants to move his small coin collecting shop (don't bother looking this up, you won't find it) to the Web, so he can reach a global audience, rather than just people in McLean Co., Illinois. On a limited budget he hires a web designer and ends up with three webpages:

Welcome page which also tells about his business
A list of 60 coins he feels would be of wider interest
An order form

He advertises his website to the basic search engines, and after a few weeks, if he searches hard, he can find Riggnor Coins under the words "coin collector". He gets a few hits, sells a few coins. But mainly he wonders: What's wrong? The answer is found in a word: Content.

To differentiate yourself from the hundreds, perhaps thousands of competitors, you somehow need to develop compelling content -- information -- which will draw the coin collectors of the world to your website. There are several options, most of which could be adapted to your particular business, and all of which take some work.

Developing Content One Page at a Time

Benjamin, why don't you develop a photo gallery of rare coins with a brief history of each specimen. Why don't you call it "100 Rare Coins of the World for Serious Collecting." What a mouthful, you say. Purposely. Web search engines will index on words in a title as well as other words on a page. What words might someone type in to a search engine to find coins? Rare, coins, collecting. You get the idea. If you don't have 100 yet, do what you can and tell people you are working toward your goal of 100 by next summer, and then keep at it.

Now you begin to develop this one webpage for each coin. Make sure your web designer creates a template page you can use to create new, similar pages yourself with an HTML editor such as Microsoft FrontPage.

One hundred Web pages is a lot, you protest. Yes, but it increases dramatically your chance being seen on Google under "coin collecting." It becomes an increasingly valuable resource which is both visual and written. While you're doing this, why don't you begin a free e-mail newsletter your Web visitors can sign up for. Each week or two you include the text of your latest Rare Coins, plus a list of coins for sale. Now your work is doing double duty: it is will increase your sales as well as attracting new coin collectors to your site.

Riggnor is giving too much away, you say. Yes, but he's attracting a growing stream of people who never would have noticed him before, people who have a strong interest in what he is selling.

This kind of plan takes a while to execute, but once you develop some momentum, you find that more and more people come to visit. There's a great line about patience in the classic film "Casablanca" where Humphrey Bogart says to Ingrid Bergman: "Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon, and for the rest of your life." That's the way you have to look at building content. You may not see the results today or tomorrow, but ....

Create a Center

Years ago Richard Soos created the "Electronic Money Tree," a marketing e-zine created entirely from free articles written by marketers who get exposure for their services on his site. Mention in Yahoo Magazine and others brings lots of traffic -- and people return to read the next issues, since he renewed content monthly and reminded former visitors via e-mail.

Nancy Bargine, President of Impressa, targeted business people who are also do-it-yourself webpage developers. She has assembled a variety of tools and information for promoting a website.

Articles she had written
Links to websites offering related software tools
Lists of linking sites on the Web
A new, reasonably-priced software tool which enables small business people to do ongoing website promotion from their desktop.

Her carefully-built "center" attracted increasing numbers of visitors. Note that she gave a lot away. That is what brings visitors. She also sold a product related to the content which she was giving away, but adding to it.

What should you offer in your center? First, define demographically who are the best customers for your products or services. Then ask yourself, what do these people enjoy? What do they do with their spare time? What do they need which I could provide them? The better handle you have on your prospective customers, the better you can design content to attract them. Note: content does not have to be closely related to your product, but to your prospective customers' needs and desires.

Why don't you set a goal to build a "center" designed to attract increasing numbers to your website. Hey! If it can work for Benjamin Riggnor, it can work for you.

1.5 Creating Content

In the following days,I'll talk in detail about building content and optimizing what you write to attract traffic and maximize your adsense revenues.there are all sorts of ways to do that but for the moment just bear in mind that the ads that appear on your site will depend on the content on your pages.that's how adsense works.users click on the ads because they are relevant.

And that's why it's not worth putting up a site just to cash in on particular keywords.google doesn't like it and neither do users.if your site doesn't genuinely interest your visitors,you will find it hard to get traffic,links and clicks on your ads.

But there are still a lot of different ways to create content very easily that improves your income.I'll tell you all about them in future post.

It's all worth remembering that google doesn't place ads on particular types of sites,so if you are thinking of building a casino site stuffed with adsense ads,you can forget about it;it's not going to happen.

It used to be said that absolutely anyone could create a website.That was true,absolutely anyone knew HTML.Today,you don't even need to know that.because there are a number of different ways to create websites.programs like Microsoft's front page or NVU (which is free,you can download it at www.nvu.com) let you create sites without you needing to know your tags from your tables.if you can use word,you can create a website.

While some may choose to hand draw a concept and then start coding HTML, others may want to take a more graphical approach to the design and layout.

This graphical approach is what I'm here to show you.

So today, I'll explain the design process I go through when a new customer hires me. Being very visual, I find it easier to start with an image when I design a Website, and these are the basic steps I follow:

1. First, using Photoshop, create an image that mimics the general layout you'd like to use for your site.

2. Once you're happy with the image you'll need to "slice" it up for use in your Website template. In this process, it helps to have a working knowledge of HTML. You must know how tables work, so that you can slice your image in a way that will work with tables.

3. Then it's time to create an HTML document that's comprised of those slices. This will become the template you'll use to create all the pages of your Website.

Designing a website - time lapse photography

you can either have fun playing with the programs and designing the site youself or you can hire a professional designer to do it for you.

freelance sites like www.elance.com and www.guru.com are good places to advertise.
you can invite designers to give you quotes and pick the best based on price and talent.be sure
to check feedback and fortfolios though,a low bid is often low for a good reason.

1.3 Choosing A Hosting service

Your site is going to be stored on a hosting company's server.there are lots of different options available depending on how much you want to pay and what you need.in general ,you will want to make sure that you have about 50 megabytes of space (that's enough for 100 pages!), full statistics reporting and most importantly,24 hour service .if your site goes down, you will be losing money every hour it's offline. if there is a problem with server,you want to make sure it's fixed right away.

you get what you pay for with web hosting from "free" services that will cost you more than you save to $200 a month for dedicated services.twenty bucks a month is a reasonable price to pay and GoDaddy.com and NetworkSolutions.com both offer good programs.

1.2 Naming Your Site

The first thing your site will need is a name.That's easier said than done these days.All the best
words in the dictionary have either already been bought and built by developers or they've been
bought and offered by speculators.

but that doesn't mean you can't create a good name and buy it for a song.putting two words together with a hyphen can work (like http://www.adsense-tools.com) and there are plenty of good names available if you are prepared to move outside the world of .coms into .net and .biz etc.

your first stop should be http://www.Networksolutions.com. this is a nuts and bolts service
that lets you hunt and buy names, order hosting plans and even submit your site to the search engines.when you're looking for a name, you can just toss in ten options and the site will tell you
which (if any) are available. find a good one , and you can either buy it there or pick it up at
http://www.godaddy.com (they can be a bit cheaper ) .all in ,buying a name from one of these

Google Launches Knol, an alternative of Wikipedia

Google has launched Knol (from: knowledge), the Wikipedia alternative that both polices and rewards contributers. The reward mechanism is due to integration of AdSense into the articles, with a revenue share between the authors of a particular topic.

A group of authors are allowed to create an article, or a Knol, this group then moderates the article by acting as gatekeeper to any changes made by other users outside the creator group. This imparts a sense of ownership to the author group. More than one knol can be created on a subject. Each knol can be rated by a group of users; rating which would perhaps be leveraged to search and sift through the numerous knols sure to be created on a topic.On the surface, this seems like a good system: on the one hand you have accountability, and on the other, incentive attached to that accountability. A good article would be a popular article, and a popular article would be more likely to get AD revenue. The circle is of a positive feedback. It would be an interesting social experiment to see which one of the two: Wikipedia -- which encourages social contribution to further group knowledge, or Knol -- which throws in a dash of capitalism to the mix; will be embraced by the larger community. Of course, there is no reason why both could not co-exist, perhaps Google could link out to related Wikipedia articles and vice-versa.

As an aside: as of the time of writing this -- there doesn't seem to be a Knol for Wikipedia, whereas there is a Wikipedia entry for Knol. Yes, we know, early days for Knol but still worth a chuckle.

Tips for Google Toolbar

Google Toolbar is one of the most criticized software created by Google (competing with Google Desktop), mostly because of the privacy issues generated by some advanced features. But Google Toolbar is also pretty useful. Most of these tips work with the latest version of Google Toolbar for IE (v4) and Firefox (v3).

1. I'm Feeling Lucky. Type your query in the search box and press Shift+Enter if you want to bypass the search results page and to go directly to the top result.

2. A new window for my search results. To open the search results in a new window, press Alt+Enter after you type your query. You can combine this with the previous tip: Alt+Shift+Enter will open the top result in a new window. Depending on your settings, the page could open in a new tab instead of a new window.

3. Focus on search. If you want to go to the search box without using the mouse, type Alt+G (G is from Google).

4. Search Slideshow. If you want to move to the next search result without going back to the search results page, enable the Next / previous buttons:
Settings > Options > More > Even more buttons > Next & Previous

5. A better find-in-page. Most browsers have pretty poor options to find some words in a page. Firefox and Opera have inline search, but that's not pretty helpful if you want to find some words in a page, but you don't want perfect matches. Enable in Google Toolbar:
Settings > Options > More > Page Tools > Highlight search terms AND Word find
Now when you visit a page, type what you what to find in the search box, and click on the yellow crayon from the toolbar. The words found in the page will be highlighted in different colors, so it's easy to discover the interesting sections at a glance. To move to the next instance of a word, click on that word in your toolbar. To disable the highlighting, click on the crayon icon again.

6. Translation. Do you visit a German page that offers some interesting details about the latest Google Desktop vulnerability, but you don't know German. Just right-click anywhere in the page and select:
Page Info > Translate Page Into English
This should work for most languages available at Google Translate and Google automatically detects the language of the page.

7. Fixing typos. Maybe Firefox shows you the words that are misspelled, but Google can automatically fix the misspellings in a magical way.
Settings > Options > Features > Spell checker
Next time you type something in a text area, right-click on the arrow next to "Check" on the toolbar and select "Autofix". The green words are fixed by Google, while for the red words Google couldn't find a fix. You can click on the colored words to choose another suggestion.

8. Privacy alert. Google Toolbar pings Google's servers automatically to check for updates. If you don't want to send Google additional information, disable this features:
* Google-account related services: Bookmarks, Send to, Docs & Spreadsheets, Gmail button
* PageRank (option when you install the toolbar; to show you the PageRank of each page you visit, Google Toolbar needs to send it to Google)
* Send usage statistics to Google (disabled by default)
Google says in the privacy policy that, except for the Google-account features, no other information is connected to your Google account, even though they store it in their logs.

9. Customize the toolbar. In Firefox, you can customize the toolbar to occupy less space.
Settings > Options > Layouts
A good idea is to select "Replace Firefox search box and hide Toolbar". How to restore Google Toolbar icons? Right-click on the toolbar, click Customize and drag the icons to Firefox's toolbar. This way you can occupy a single row for the toolbars. But what about other search engines? See the next tip.

10. Add any search engine. You just have to right-click on any search box, and select "Generate Custom Search". Any search engine can be added to Google Toolbar. Click on the arrow next to search box and select one before or after you type a query.

11. Built-in calculator. Type "87/9", "12 kilometers in miles", or "e^2" and Google shows the answer directly under the search box. (This option is available in the regular search box included in Firefox 2).

12. Change the search engine.

For Internet Explorer: If the search box has focus, press the down arrow and type the first letters from the search engine name (for example, type "im" to get to Image Search). Then press enter and don't forget that the change is persistent.

For Firefox: Type Alt+down arrow and type the first letter of the search engine until your favorite search engine is selected. You can also type Ctrl+down or Ctrl+up to change the search engine to the next/previous one from the list.
