Watch the video, it looks like President Obama has given the same speech every year of his failed presidency. I like many Americans hope this is the last time we will hear Obama's state of the union speech. Our country can not afford another four years of this guy. If you want big powerful over reaching federal government, excessive regulation and extremely, high taxes this is your guy.

On Monday, I played the Disney, Lake Buena Vista course. As usual the starters matched me with three other players. After a few holes we began to get to know each other a bit. One fellow was rather young and had his wife riding along in the golf cart with him. I noticed that his golf bag had his name on it and after closer inspection, it also said "wounded war veterans". When I had my first chance to chat with him I asked him about the bag. His response was simply that it was a gift. I then asked if he was wounded and he said yes. When I asked more about his injury, his response was "I'd rather not talk about it, sir".

Over a few holes I learned that he had spent the last 15 months in an army rehabilitation hospital in San Antonio Texas . His wife moved there to be with him and he was released from the hospital in September. He was a rather quiet fellow; however, he did say that he wanted to get good at golf. We had a nice round and as we became a bit more familiar I asked him about the brand new set of Ping woods and irons he was playing. Some looked like they had never been hit. His response was simple. He said that this round was the first full round he had played with these clubs.

Later in the round he told me the following. As part of the discharge process from the rehabilitation hospital, Ping comes in and provides three days of golf instruction, followed by club fitting. Upon discharge from the hospital, Ping gives each of the discharged veterans, generally about 40 soldiers, a brand new set of custom fitted clubs along with the impressive golf bags.

The fellow I met was named Ben Woods and he looked me in the eye and said that being fitted for those clubs was one of the best things that ever happened to him and he was determined to learn to play golf well enough to deserve the gift Ping had given him. Ben is now out of the service, medically discharged just a month ago. He is as fine a young man as you would ever want to meet.

Ping, whose products are made with pride here in America ( Arizona ), has the good judgment not to advertise this program. God Bless America and the game of golf. Thank you " PING "!!!

I guess Obama needs to read the constitution, Obama had no right to make a recess appointment when the Congress was not in recess. Obama violated the constitution he should be brought up on article of impeachment. Obama needs to remember that he is only one part of three branches of government. This is the United States of America, we don't live in a fascistic dictatorship.

Mark Dobmeier — the driver to beat weekly at River Cities Speedway — made it to the national stage at the 2011 Knoxville Nationals. The Grand Forks driver captured one of the two preliminary features at the Nationals, earning him a spot in the event’s 50-lap feature — one that pays $150,000 to win.

Dobmeier’s preliminary win came against the country’s best. And driver of the familiar blue-and-white No. 13 sprint car went on to finish sixth in the Knoxville Nationals feature — the highest finish by an RCS driver in the 51 years of the event.

“Best win yet,” Dobmeier said of his preliminary win.

And it was Dobmeier’s best year as a sprint driver as well.

These people wonder why we hold them in contempt and have a very low opinion of them. At times I think that our elected leaders are no better than a sleazy crooked used car salesmen.

House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) on Friday afternoon called on his colleagues to support the $1 trillion omnibus spending bill, even though he claimed no one — or almost no one — in the House has read it.

“I rise in strong support of this bill, and I urge my colleagues to support this piece of legislation,” he said. “None of them have read it.” [The Hill]

While some might think that Buffoon is a bit harsh in describing these clowns, think of it this way. Our elected leaders are going to pass a bill that is 1200+ pages long costing us a trillion dollars and none of them have read the bill. How do we know that there isn’t some hidden tax placed in the bill? How do we know there isn’t something else that is objectionable in the bill tucked away inside 1200+ pages of congressional drivel?

When ever I read or hear about Agent Brian Terry's death, it makes my blood boil, while the dedication of the Bisby Border Patrol Stations is a nice start, I want to see some prosecutions, starting with Attorney General Eric Holder. Holder is an incompetent political hack that needs to go. As Americans we should all be upset.

Daily Caller --- Late Wednesday night, on the eve of the one year anniversary of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry’s murder with weapons sold during Operation Fast and Furious, the House of Representatives passed the Brian A. Terry Memorial Act of 2011 by unanimous consent.

“The overwhelming support with which the Brian A. Terry Memorial Act passed the House of Representatives is a tribute to Agent Terry’s life of service and to the Border Patrol’s distinguished history of protecting America’s homeland,” House oversight committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa, the bill’s main sponsor, said in a statement on Thursday. (RELATED: Full coverage of Fast and Furious)

The bill is waiting for action in the Senate. Assuming it’s passed, it will rename the U.S. Border Patrol station in Bisbee, Arizona to honor Terry’s memory.

A year ago Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry gave his life protecting our nation, his death is a travesty and we lost one of the best, he was a Marine and a Bortac Border Patrol Agent, which is the Border Patrol's equivalent to the special ops and is their tactical operations unit.

This is Brian Terry's poem, titled “If Today Is to Be the Day…So Be It”

This means information will now be kept from the public as well as the media. Could this be a cover-up on the part of the “most transparent” administration in history? After all, the rifle used to kill the federal agent (Brian Terry) last December in Arizona’s Peck Canyon was part of the now infamous Operation Fast and Furious. Conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the disastrous scheme allowed guns to be smuggled into Mexico so they could eventually be traced to drug cartels.
