A long awaited program that awakened slumbering surfers has launched
called RollOver Ads. Some were on the jump as soon it went live but I
was already signed off for the night and missed the big event. Opening
my emails this morning, I was bombarded with messages about the
grand arrival and upon registering I was well over the 100th member.
Always good to see...the big rush to register quickly raises the popularity
of RollOver Ads. Popularity means money.

The first thing to notice is the server clock which is 8 hours and about
10 minutes behind my Atlantic (Halifax) Time. This is important because
earnings are credited to my account the next day after I have surfed at
least 15 sites. The rotator is very quick and on "auto" so I was done in
a flash.

Now to the main course...an upgrade expires at 150% and cashouts can
be requested daily by transferring up to 50% of my earnings to my wallet.
The script automatically regulates the 50/50 rule and the remaining funds
are "rolled up" at midnight or so by the server clock.

The daily earnings will range from 1 to 10% but will stay at the 10% for
awhile hence all the excitement about getting in as early as possible.
To get in on the action...all the popular Payment Processors are available
and Referral Commissions depend on the amount of your downlines upgrade.

The Admin Richard issued an Update shortly after I upgraded and I'll
include it here so as to not make any mistakes in interpreting it...

Now when you log in you will see earnings next to your coins.
( as long as you surfed)

Click the link that says transfer earnings.

You can transfer up to 50% to your internal wallet. The system will not
allow you to do more even if you try. If you want to roll over all your earnings
(compound) you can enter the amount 0 and continue. OR you can do
nothing and it will happen tonight before earnings are given. The amount
your entering is the amount that you will wish to transfer to your internal
wallet not roll over.

Verify the amounts are correct and confirm.

You just transferred your earnings to wallet.

Now you can cash out. to do that just go to cash out link and proceed as
you wish. wallets can be fully cashed out.

Please keep in mind that when you deal with your earnings your upgrades
will start to expire at 150% EXAMPLE: you upgraded 150.00 10% earnings
means you have 15.00. This will expire 10.00.

You can not use internal wallets to upgrade so if your wishing to use wallets
to upgrade you will need to cash out then upgrade. You can upgrade at any
time even after surfing.

In Richard's program I don't have to fund my wallet initially when making
a purchase. This step has been eliminated. I'm looking forward to a long
and prosperous run with RollOver Ads but as always, this is dependent
on the membership supporting the program

Subscribe to the Gord's Home Biz newsletter

For months my StrictPay account was sitting dormant. Twice, I had some
funds in there and where I invested the Admins decided to pocket my funds
and have a supper out on me. Couldn't help but think my account is jinxed
and was hesitant to fund it again.

My Alertpay and SolidTrustPay accounts are building nicely but I used to keep
my distance from that Strictpay. Perhaps it's haunted?

Awhile back I kept reading about this program called Cashtanker and after
visiting the site...Strictpay...oh no! I visited a couple Bloggers who were getting
paid regular so that's it...I'm going to try it again. I funded it for a $100 and in
to the "tank" it went. CashTanker sends out an email each weekday morning
about the funds you earned. The next morning came around and bing! ......
an audio alert that I have mail and it was from the "tank". I had to sit there
stunned for awhile and read the message over a couple times that I got paid.
See what happens tomorrow....

Anyway...the emails have kept coming and I got into profit and spread those funds
into a couple more programs. Well over $200 in there now with $200+ invested.
Finally the curse is broken and it's building. Still to day, however, when I see a worth
while investment requiring Strictpay I cringe. Should I? After much pondering through
out the day I make the decision and hit that pay button. Still a surprise when I see an
alert popup from Strictpay that I got paid. All right! ... and keep it coming.

Just yesterday, I published an article that you can see below about my
preference for a "weekly payment" plan. This morning I was alerted that
an autosurf called Winning Surf Team launched and upgraded members
could cashout once a week or several times depending if you utilize each
payment processor offered in the compensation plan.

The return is 125% at expiry which is 5% per day for 25 days. With sagging
rebates in most profit shares these days, I registered and upgraded to give
my funds a much needed boost after a hiatus for the last couple of weeks.

The Admin is known in this virtual surf land and his name is Adam Silva.
Referral Commissions range from 2 to 6% depending on the size of your
upgrade. Surfing on the rotator is very quick. Need a finger on the "ol' rat"
at all times in case you want to pause on something interesting.....
Click! Missed..geez....try again.

Doesn't surprise me that there was an air of excitement about this autosurf
and a quick glance reveals three pages of posts on the MMG thread. With the
majority of profit shares losing their edge and ailing rebates, people are
beginning to look the other way as that niche continues to be saturated by
2 or 3 launches a week.

Just a hunch but I figure there will more auto and manual surfs popping
up soon now that investors are "looking" in that direction again. Avoiding
the scams, as always, will be the biggest hurdle if this comes to pass.

Subscribe to the Gord's Home Biz newsletter

Seems like one person's idea to revamp an ailing program's rebates and
go to extended payouts is starting a trend with two programs I am a member
of which have dropped weekly payouts and gone to payments once a month.

I don't like this plan where I have to surf upwards of 90 sites a week and
no idea what the rebate is going to be when the month is up. Now I can
see the thinking behind this....lots of time to gather a pool of funds together
for that big payout and hopefully build a reserve fund as well. But....what if
something goes wrong mid stream and there is a sudden deficit....ouch!
It's definitely not an exact science and the Admins involved are dealing with
the "risk" factor just as we are.

In a standard surf where you make a "set" percentage per day you know
what's coming but even then waiting 30 days to get paid plus wondering
if it will even last that long, is a bit much to take and that ol' stress meter
is probably spiking heading into the fourth week...specially if you put in
a large "seed" deposit.

Now...daily payouts is good but they don't last long as there is not enough
"turn around" time for the Admin to gain any funds via out side invests if
that is the strategy. So... then it comes down to my preferred weekly payouts,
which the majority of my programs are into.

Sort of a meeting half way and satisfying member's "want" for some cold
hard cash coming their way on a regular basis. Most Forex-based programs
operate like this and the whole business is based on a 5 day regular work
week...Monday to Friday. Then there is the debate of which ones are actually
earning from the Foreign Exchange. Unless your a "fly on the wall" there
is know way of finding that out

In conclusion...I stated my stand on the monthly payout plan similar to the
old Matrix type plans and give it two thumbs down. I'm not saying they won't
payout when the time comes but in today's "shaky" surf market it's a very
long time to wait.

How do you feel about signing in on a 3 year contract in a program online?
What?! You off your rocker Gord!! With programs crashing and burning every
other day?

Well...I'm not referring to a surf but it is a type of profit share program that
buys and converts commercial websites. Some call it website flipping
and the knowledgeable make this work by converting and optimizing the
sites into money makers. Wbwso does this on a larger scale with a crew
that are experienced in these affairs.

WBwso's core plan last 3 years, with payout at expiry 36 months later. The
rate is 0.63% per day with 100% compounding. Are people actually buying
into these? Oh yeah...since the start with Wealthbuilder packages, as they
are called, 7 of this have been filled and closed to new invests.

Currently there are 4 remaining and I am in Wealthbuilder #11, primarily
because of the spin off plans that offer weekly and monthly packages as
well. More are under development and will be available soon.

It is a solid strategy by the Admin(s) behind WBwso, as they fill each package
with investors and continue to develop more with "teaser" plans as I like
to call them. For instance I am in a few weekly payout plans that offer 3.50%
per week for 6 months with principal returned at expiry.

Probably small potatoes to some but things have really slowed up lately
and High ROI programs are hard to come by that are "honest". I'm very
pleased with the consistent payments into my account and fast payments
when I request them. Above all, "support" is right on the "hop" when I have
a question. All the ingredients for a top notch program.

Subscribe to the Gord's Home Biz newsletter

Gilbert, the Admin of NewSurfAge sent out an update that another 20% rebate
will paid to upgraded members accounts next Tuesday. Excellent compared
to dwindling earnings from once "stable" profit shares that started a few months
back.

At least three more launched recently and one today but I'll wait for a program that
is expected to start soon, which is more up my alley. I will be writing an article about
that on launch day if it's compensation plan is to my liking.

Reading through Forums threads, I see people are quick to jump onboard a manual
surf or autosurf that's been cleared as "good" by posters who have a knack for digging
into the history of either the Admins IP address or what can be dug up from WHOIS
about the Domain of the site. Admins who are back with another program are checked
into as well to see what happened with their last program or program(s). If it's a dismal
failure and branded as a scam they usually disappear or return under an alias

Back to your average manual or autosurf that has a compensation plan where a quick
dollar can be made at a high interest rate. Surprising there's not more of these on the
go now where profit shares are slowly getting snubbed by members who see their shares
drop in value as a program ages beyond a month or two. Perhaps that trend will return
again.

A plan like 10% per day for 15 days could run on for a few months properly managed
but recently they seem to be limited and only using Liberty Reserve where the processor
does not address complaints of not being paid, etc. An " enter at your own risk" affair
which of course pertains to this online business anyway.

Wrapping up for this article...I'm looking forward to another good week with NewSurfAge
and seeing what this new one is all about that is already making some waves on the
beach from it's impending arrival. Like that huh? Living near the water most of my life,
I watched ships heading out to sea and then anticipate when the bow waves will ripple
their way to shore making me jump back or just let those breakers soak me. Ahhhh....the
smell of the ocean and getting wet stirs some old memories of when I was working aboard
ship myself.

In being an "active" promoter of programs you want to get your referral
links out there and with Profit Share and surfs that takes a lot of clicking
with the ol' rat moving from one rotator to another. For some it's a chore
just to get through all the sites required per day or week to qualify for rebates.

Specially when that weekly pay is declining and you get less enthusiastic
about clicking that mouse through another 70 to 90 sites...groan. Did I say
"rat" before?...lol

All of a sudden two HYIPs or High Yield Investment Programs, which I don't
get into very often on my Blog, however, both received favorable reviews today
so I jumped aboard and upgraded. Ahhhh...no constant clicking with the mouse.

The more notable of these two is called DeltaTrustGroup run by Adam Silva
but if you stop by Rod's Passive Income, Rod's update explains a bit about the
history on the Admin and looks like a man dedicated to his members so that
convinced me to upgrade in his latest program.

There are three plans and I went into the first plan which pays out 1.5% per
day for 100 days with a 150% total return. Cashouts can be requested daily.
At this level the referral commissions are at 2% per upgrade. All the major
Payment Processors are accepted except Strictpay, which is not on the list.

So...check in daily and have a look at my returns and either cashout or let
them build for another day with less "miles" on the ol' rat.

Subscribe to the Gord's Home Biz newsletter

Already into the last week of October, there haven't been many new surfs
launched in the previous two weeks that get me to stop and investigate
further.

Lingo, the handle of a long time MMGer, launched a manual surf this morning
just after I got paid from his "private" program, 1adz.net.

Lingo has paid me when the funds were available so I registered and upgraded
in 132ads, his latest launch. The plan here is long term with 12 days to cashout
at expiry. An upgraded member earns 11% per day, however, one cannot go
ballistic here because the daily purchase limit is $100. Alertpay, Strictpay and LR
are the money processors accepted with a 5% referral commission.

If 132ads gets the interest and cash infusion, I'll purchase more adpacks tomorrow.
This surf is going to be a bit different as the upgrades are limited to $100 a day.
If members continue to purchase tomorrow and the next day...there will be a constant
outflow of funds beyond day 12, which I suspect is going to happen. Tough to forecast
what will take place then but wise to keep an eye on the "numbers"

What I am trying to get across here is, if I put in $100 each day for 6 consecutive
days....that will be $132 paid out to me every day for 6 days, upon expiry, retrieving
$792 with a profit of $192. With a consistent upgrading by the majority of members
it can work and in the beginning this is normally the case. Time will tell.

Am I coming across as too cautious here? Yes I am but there was a succession of
failed programs prior to this launch which is a normal reaction. There will be programs
that will have a good run of 2 or 3 months coming again...interesting to see how many
days 132ads can chalk up.

Since the sudden collapse of the "Pro" programs and the farewell update
from Diane, which summarizes the rise and fall of her programs to the
point where Payment Processors are blocked ending any chance of some
members getting paid or working out a possible recovery plan, the surf world
has really slowed down.

A few weeks back when reporting payments on MMG to various high profile
programs, I could see posts of members pumping hundreds of dollars into
these programs and a sense of excitement. Now It's as boring as watching
the cows eat the grass out my back window. Wait! The farmer just released
the Bull into the field. Nope..he's eating too....lol

Practically a standstill I call it, as I plug away with my "regulars". For the first time
in months there is not a High ROI autosurf among my programs. Normally...there
are that many on the go, It was a full time job just trying to avoid the scams.

The only bright spot I see now is Gilbert's NewSurfAge who reported his profit
share is headed for another 20% week. Still more profit shares launching weekly
but there is this cloud of doubt among PS seekers now and the question of
whether they will go the distance or not.

Meanwhile it's "hang" and wait for another good opportunity to make a profitable
return in a program that's forecast to last for a few rounds. Patience and not wandering
into questionable money makers is the name of the game. Odd's are, money will
be lost that can't be recouped until this surf niche picks up the pace again.

Subscribe to the Gord's Home Biz newsletter

Taking a step back and looking at the Profit Share picture today...it's becoming
a saturated jumble of older programs cutting back rebates to survive, the recently
launched taking in the majority of funds with maxed out weekly payments, and
scrutinizing those that are in prelaunch.

Among the PS (Profit Shares) I am involved with, NewSurfAge is at the top right
now with 20% rebates paid to my account yesterday for the third consecutive week.

PAC Revenue Share paid me yesterday from last weeks cashout request as the
girls struggle to prop up their program. It's still at 2% per day with no 50/50 rule.
A new plan is in the works with a once a week rebate payment and that will be in
place soon.

MyMarketShare posted rebates this morning to member's accounts and it was a
disappointing 9%. In my opinion the downturn is all on the Admin here. Reclusive
and would not reply to my support tickets of missed earnings in my Wallet. This is
supposed to be an actual "sharing of profit" right? Apparently not, as only those
that upgraded last week earned 20%. I assume those that decided to purchase
additional Pips did actually receive that "boost".

The fact is...the Admin is the program and if there is not an effort to help and
"support" members..it will fail quickly

WindFall Hits has gone to a bi-weekly payout program and others have enforced
the 50/50 rule with payments being denied if a cashout request is made that
crosses that 50% limit. It's night and day between the Admin of MMS and Linda O
of AdTraffic Explosion who tells the whole story. Linda in an update explained this
week's rebate is purely from outside income and not through adpack purchases.
If not for this extra income...there would be no rebates paid for the previous week.

Now...how hard was that? Members know what's happening there compared to the
guessing game other Admins force their memberships to do.

The newest one that launched a couple days ago that is picking up steam is called
EasyMoneyShares. Paydays are Saturdays here with cashouts enabled on Fridays.
The plan is 4% per day for 50 days. Leans more towards a manual surf than a profit
share but the initial payouts this upcoming weekend will probably spark more interest.

So...survival of the fittest is the name of the game now and which program can maintain
the maximum rebate the longest will see the majority of funds, while others are left
with a dwindling pool of money to share with it's members.

With the sudden downfall of AdRebatesPro, even the experienced got stung.
Yesterday...Diane, the Admin, sent out an update explaining the problems
and that funds were exhausted and some partial payments were made.

Compounding and the "hit and run" factor were the major factors. I checked
in on the thread from time to time on the most popular Forum when it comes
to surfs and HYIPs...MMG or MoneyMakerGroup Forum. With pendings piling
up members of AdRebatesPro were naturally looking for who to blame. I normally
don't pay attention to any of these posts because it is a risk people decide to take
but I noticed a couple "shots" directed towards Bloggers in general.

Diane participated in interviews with Bloggers I read on a regular basis and
they are not ones to lead their readers astray but "events" happen that is beyond
their control. From the past history these Bloggers don't normally do this sort of
thing but never the less, readers took an extra interest in the program I am sure.
Anyway, I believe the program was at the top of the profit share charts until the
problems started.

Where do I fit into all this? If your a regular reader of my Blog I harp on the strategy
of getting into a program on Launch day if possible and in the case of AdRebatesPro
a downline member of mine would of been in profit in 11 days. From there it is
up to the individual how they want to proceed. I Blog about my progress with programs
but also present how I approach them. With PAC for All, the now collapsed 12 by 12
HYIP, I wrote that I was "out" about 3 weeks before it's demise and was happy to see
my downline followed suit.

In this case however, where there was that "trust" in the Admins capability to run
a long term profit share, there was no warning. At this time, I have adpacks
outstanding but overall I am in profit with AdRebatesPro and Diane's other surf,
AdsDailyPro. Currently she is weighing any options to rekindle these programs
and inviting suggestions. So...officially, these programs are not closed until a
final decision by Diane.

Meanwhile, it's onward with the Biz and the never ending search for new programs
to add to my portfolio and shift my sights on a replacement for Diane's surfs.
Success never comes without some pitfalls along the way.

Subscribe to the Gord's Home Biz newsletter

Google Adsense,
Clickbank, and various ads are placed strategically to capture
the viewer's eyes...called monetizing and optimizing a website
to achieve high rankings in search engines and strive to
"be in your face" when you type in a search for a particular
product or service.

The main plan here is slotted for 3 years at 0.63% per day with 100%
compounding. No withdraw until the plan is completed. OK...that's for
the long term. Yes...I know...3 years!! Will they be around to actually
see the return cashed out? No one can forecast that.

In the short term there are weekly, which I am currently in, and monthly
plans that are an option if you invest in the package...WealthBuilder 11
Sports and Activities. Once in this package and doing the long term thing
...several other "mini" packages open up such as 3.50% per week, where
funds are added to your account every Monday to Tuesday and then the
option to cashout is there or rollup.

Monthly plans are also available as an extension to the WealthBuilder 11
package with a return of 14.5% for 6 months and also 8% per month with
no expiry as long as you hang in there for 3 months as a minimum.

Basically, there are numerous options you can invest in and support is top
notch. The weekly payments I withdraw are processed the same day.

To read all the information on the website such as How It Works and FAQs
plus have a look at the packages, perhaps doing some calculations where a
spend will be in a week, month, year or 3 years, takes some time but you get
an understanding of what makes WBwso tick and if it's for you or not.

The script generates prompts to guide you
through the process with an option to cancel the process if you are unsure and try again.

With New Surf Age and similar scrips you concentrate on the payment processors you
want to use. You fund them individually from your wallet and reverse the process when the
Admin makes a payment to your payment processor each Tuesday It's a tad complicated
but by performing a couple transactions it becomes second nature, just more manual work
for the member involved.

As I predicted in an earlier article...while these new profit shares take the forefront, they
take in the bulk of the funds from those who "work" these programs and the older
"revenue shares" feel the pinch and have to lower their weekly rebates. A couple
programs seemed to have agreed upon 10% per week for now, a drop of 4%. Actually,
I noticed a decline in weekly rebates in all my "older" PS (profit shares).

With that... new ones are still launching weekly and I scan these to see if one "lights my fire".
Not a spark so far this week.. I am making money with the programs I am currently in but
my sights are always on the horizon and looking ahead for another lucrative opportunity.
It's all about having new revenue sources in hand in case programs I currently use, begin to fail.

Comparable to companies that attempt and often succeed in keeping one step ahead
of the competition. Take a few days off with the Marketing thing and sales begin to slip
because the other guys (ooops..sorry girls) and gals are still full speed ahead while luring
your customers away. I like those Coke commercials but I prefer Pepsi.

Subscribe to the Gord's Home Biz newsletter
In the past, there were and still are a multitude of HYIPs and surfs that "claimed" to be
backed by Foreign Exchange Traders or Forex Traders and allot still are. I'm taking a stab
in the dark here but I estimate 95 to 98% of these are bogus and are ponzi schemes in
disguise.

Not hard to see, specially in the HYIP or High Yield Investment Program category as these
programs are failing just as fast as new ones are launching. Make your head spin. Lately
some influential Admins have singled out Forex Traders who are good at what they do
and these people have launched their own programs. A "real" revenue source and people
are joining by the droves looking for an escape from the surfs with no direction and poor
planning that collapse after a round or even before a term expires.

Now...I'm not heavy into HYIPs, although I am into a few that have been around for awhile
and are common place names but the Admin, George, of FXEuro was given two thumbs
up by the Admin ladies of PremiumAdsClub so I joined the day it launched and cashed
out my first returns today plus upgraded with more LR funds. Transparency is high on the
list with George by producing monthly trading stats and earnings in the program's Forum.

Another Forex based program that is a profit share model, TrueRevShare launched recently
and quickly filled with more than it's initial 500 Upgraded members the Admin was seeking
and has gone private already. Proof that people are looking for a legitimate income source
to back up their funds. The ROI is considerably lower than your typical high ROI surf, averaging
from 4% up to 7% in a given 5 trading day week which is Monday to Friday. The trading week is
shortened by Holidays as well.

I'm following this trend and making spends in these programs but I also realize that these
being "real" investments that the "Traders" will take a hit from time to time and has to either
swallow the loss or lower payments to members. Usually these balance themselves out
and a profit of around 5% per week is doing very well. I had to throw that in there just so
readers know what this is all about although I am just skimming the surface here.

It's legitimate... OK...but you have seen what forces beyond their control did to banks and the
economy overall. Here in Canada, we are slowly climbing out of this global recession but some
countries aren't so fortunate at this time and are still struggling to pull themselves up out of this
financial quicksand. Whoa! That last bit "financial quicksand" just came to me. What do you think?
Do I get a prize for originality...lol

As I continue forward, earning money with the programs in my Biz and sifting
through new launches to see if there are any viable opportunities, I pause from
time to time to reflect on surfs and HYIPs that have failed and are currently failing.

A couple reasons for this reflection is to learn from mistakes the Admins have
made if there were any and or was it plans and terms that caused the problems.
Also analyze any mistakes I might have made. You can learn allot from past
mistakes...we all know that. The key is not to repeat.

It was no surprise to me that the PremiumAdsClub girls shut down PAC for All
this week. The "12% per day for 12 days" plan is a pure "game" to me akin to
gambling. It's all about "timing", which I pointed out in past articles. I finished
up about three weeks before the doors closed because I knew it was inevitable.
What about outside income to keep it going? Where were the Lady Admins going
to go to secure 12% per day or more except for extreme high risk proposals with
no guarantee of a payout.

I am not defending the gals but I know when the funds were available to pay me
they did and paid well in the past. The classic "12 by 12" is a plan that is heading
for closure the day it launches, so it comes down to how many (poker) chips you
are going to go in with on the first round and then subsequent terms. Also when
to fold and walk away.

Why do they bother to launch this top ROI plan? A quick cash windfall and presenting
what everybody wants...the fast money? Probably... but in the end the Admin(s)
involved end up being branded with a failed program that close owing thousands
to members. Most disappear and some return with an alias but to the girls credit,
they are hanging in there and taking a few days to plan their next move to get back
on track if possible.

In the middle of all this turmoil, PAC Revenue Share continues on and as of today
has a 2% rebate for the day with Plan A. The Plan B is axed as it was another "12 by 12".
Whoa! No plan B? C'mon girls...get your thinking "bonnets" on and get your business
under control again. Interesting to see what they can come up with.

Subscribe to the Gord's Home Biz newsletter

Who's quickest on the draw or on the mouse in the west? Everybody likes
fast payments. Request a withdraw and within the hour...the funds are in
your payment processor.

The new Profit Share, NewSurfAge issued the quickest payment this week.
Gilbert, the Admin, was within the hour with my rebate cashout. The rebate
for the previous week was 20%...an excellent start. NewSurfAge, as well
as, other revenue share programs I am a member of, can be viewed on my
website at the Passive Income page or by clicking on the Moose in the right
sidebar of my Blog.

AdRebatesPro is steady within a couple hours each time I request a payout
which it's still at 10% per day since launch...and the highest earner among
my Revenue Shares at this time. An update by the Admin, Diane, stated the
program has taken in almost $500,000 already. The numbers tell the story
here as new members continue to join and add money to the "member's"
profit sharing pool of funds.

My Market Shares comes in third where I got paid the next day. MMS punched out another 20% for the
previous week. PayItForwardTraffic is paying me in the same time frame
as well.

I am a member of a few others which are also "next day" payments or later but
quick payments are always a thrill for me and sometimes a surprise....
Whoa! That was fast and on the flipside, entices me to deposit more funds
in that particular profit share, specially when they are still young. Always easier
making the decision to further upgrade when you have already been paid and
money in hand.

In this article, I was going to focus on the workings of your average profit share program's
compensation plan but yesterday, being Monday, when allot of PS programs distribute
earnings to members, I had to Blog about what occurred and the error I feel some Admins
are making..

What happened was that the rebates are dropping in a lot of the older programs like
LindaO's, AdTrafficExplosion, among others. I believe she hit the nail right on the head
when she stated in an update that the big money is going to the newer, more popular,
profit shares. Why is that happening?

Now..here is my take on all of this. About a month ago, some of the Admins began
promoting new profit shares launching in their updates as well as on their sites.
Their aim was to gain referral commissions from members who joined in their
downline but....in doing this they are actually diverting funds away from their own
program.

OK....I'm offering 14% a week in a profit share, for example, but I am telling you to go
to Acme Profit Share because they are giving out 10% per day! Now...where is your
money going to go? Exactly....I'm going to ride out that 10% per day as long as it's
available.

When I walk into Wal Mart, here in Halifax, Nova Scotia,...there will not be any signs
or advertisements about my favorite hardware store Canadian Tire in there that just
happens to have a sale on snow tires that are cheaper than Wal Mart's.

Wal Mart's head honchos are too cute for that or any business for that matter..they are
not going to send customers away and that's what these profit share Admins are doing,
losing money in the process and that trickles down to members waiting for that usual
14% weekly rebate which is not happening.

On to the compensation plans where I will use My Market Shares as an example.
Theoretically, for every 2$ earned you will lose 1 PIP. With a deposit of $100 to buy
100 PIPs and cashing out every week you will have $200 and 0 PIPS. A two for one
deal..the Admin gives you $2 and takes back 1 PIP. With a 50% cashout it's a trade off
....the Admin has $2 for you in pay and initially takes 1 PIP away from you but when you
only want $1 and roll up the rest....the other $1 buys another PIP for you and you are back
to the same amount of PIPs that you started with...this will never change if all you do is
cashout 50% of your earnings.

However...where the 50/50 rule that is in place in the majority of programs, the Admins
will penalize you for taking out more than 50% of your earnings by taking an equal amount
of PIPs for every dollar earned...so you are not gaining if this is all you ever do...all you
would be doing is earning your principal back.

Allowing 100% roll up will realize a gain in pips for you of 50% of your earnings..confusing
as heck I know but if you take two pieces of paper and put your PIPs on one sheet and
your earnings on the other in a given week and decide on a cashout amount you will see
what I am attempting to explain here. I believe more than 50% of members in profit shares
do not understand this principal and I hope I have made it a little easier to understand.

Subscribe to the Gord's Home Biz newsletter
Sundays, being a day of rest, I usually catch up on some sleep from the
early rises the rest of the week. Fire up the computer and put on a nice
brew of Maxwell house coffee. As a kid I loved the smell of caffeine when
the lid was opened on a new can of coffee. Used to be a tin seal then and
had to open it with a can opener...now its a foil type seal. I still do the sniff
thing but somehow that initial "hit" of fresh coffee ground aroma is not the
same. Maybe it's just me.

Logging in this morning I checked my emails and seen my friend and Blogger,
Pete had a new entry posted on his Blog, "Bessie" Knows, and it's about
the new profit share, Forex-backed, program called TrueRevShare.

I'm already a member and upgraded but there seems to be an unusual amount
of interest and the "want" for more information on the inner workings of the revenue
share. Bessie explains it very well.

There is also a "time" factor here for anyone who is debating upgrading in the
program where 500 "active" members is the cut off point and then it will be running
"deep and silent" for awhile. Where funds are entered into the Foreign Exchange
and rebates are returned to members from the profits of these trades...the Admins
state there is no requirement to seek an endless number of affiliates where it will be
self sustaining.

In my corner I will be doing a steady build there. Of course that first payment will
be a deciding factor to deposit even more funds. I always like to see the 'money",
the reason I'm there. The ultimate "confidence builder" I like to call it.

But don't just take my word on this...Pete has his finger on the pulse of what's going
on here in the online surf world and his site, My Cash Cow Biz is an excellent source
of information on programs he is involved with. Can't get enough of that Cow...When
ever I visit Pete's website, it brings on a smile and a chuckle.

Anybody who reads my articles can see I tell it like it is and I don't put a program
up on a pedestal..."This is it!...you'll never need another one!".

Timing is everything however and when it's hot and lucrative....grab the moose
by the antlers and go for it I always say... Is that right? I know it applies to us
Canadians...lol

My last article, I highlighted a new profit share program called New Surf Age.
Now... I do have to apologize to the Admin, Gilbert, where I jumped the gun and
wrote about money owing me from Surfing Legacy. I post these articles in real
time so it is sort of "up to the minute".

Anyway...today Gilbert is initiating transfer of those funds to my New Surf Age
account. In earlier articles I stated that Gilbert was one of the honest Admins
out there today and I feel I let him down by posting that paragraph.

In Surfing Legacy's case, Gilbert could only payout what is available from the
program's coffers and he did go to expense to purchase another script and
probably pay for additional hosting fees among other expenses

They say the pen is mightier than the sword and in this case it's the keys that did
the stinging. Your still the man...Gilbert

An underlying factor here is why communication is needed...keeping regular updates
gong out to members keeps them informed on where they stand and what's happening.

Although the more popular Forums like MMG are a source of information, only a
percentage of members in programs online visit threads and instead, rely on Admins
to give them first hand news of present progress and updates plus what the future
holds to the best of their knowledge.

Subscribe to the Gord's Home Biz newsletter

Yesterday I received an email questioning me about my reasons for joining
and upgrading in yet another Profit Share (PS).

The profit share in question is called New Age Surf and this is Gilbert's, Admin
of closed Surfing Avenue and Surfing Legacy, third program. Despite leaving
me hanging and owing me funds from his 2nd surf, Surfing Legacy, I decided
to join his Profit Share. I assumed funds owed members not in profit would be
added to his new website but that wasn't the case.

After already experiencing this with another surf, I know it just slows down
matters where profit share rebates have to be applied to funds that are not
"new spends" and I am sure would bring down the "share" to each member
right from the "get go" which would also hamper growth.

Anyway..cool design Gilbert.

OK...on to the main topic of this article. As we know, Ad Ventures 4U, is the
fallen King of profit shares. Steve's program was on top for a long time but
it ultimately proved these sharing programs have a shelf life.

The exception so far is Ad Traffic Explosion, which has been running for over
a year and still pumping out 14% weekly rebates.

However...of all the profit shares that are active, I am in about 50% of them and
that percentage is dropping as new ones launch weekly and on occasion...daily.

Basically...this PS niche is now transformed into how I play the autosurfs. Watch
for red flags and time punched. Slow up and stop spends with the ones I predict
will fail and ante up with the newest one launched to get that initial top ROI and get
into profit as quickly as possible.

So now...new and top ROI is a priority and with the new scripts, where a couple
are now maxing out at 20% rebates per week, I'm making money at a higher rate
than before with the traditional 14% programs.

I figure...giving each one "the once over" inspection and picking what I believe are
"top of the chart PS programs", I have replacements for the revenue shares that will
eventually fail.. That's happening now, as one Admin suddenly dropped rebates and
was forced to cancel payments for the first time since launch a few months ago.
