&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;50g manteiga&lt;br /&gt;30g farinha&lt;br /&gt;250ml leite&lt;br /&gt;1 baunilha&lt;br /&gt;80g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Calda&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100g açúcar&lt;br /&gt;100ml de café expresso&lt;br /&gt;50ml natas&lt;br /&gt;10g manteiga&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Colocar no copo a manteiga, a farinha e o leite. programar 8 min., temp.90, vel. 1.&lt;br /&gt;Raspar a baunilha e juntar ao molho branco com 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar, com a bimby ligada.&lt;br /&gt;Retirar o copo e deixar arrefecer um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;ligar novamente a bimby, mais 5 min., temp. 90, vel. 1 e, com ela ligada, deitar as gemas na tampa, de modo a que elas vão entrando aos poucos, reservar.&lt;br /&gt;Com o copo limpo e seco e sem esquecer da borboleta, bater as claras em castelo adicionando o resto do açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;Juntar as claras em castelo, delicadamente ao molho reservado.&lt;br /&gt;Encher as formas untadas e levar ao forno a 170ºC, de 15 a 20 min. ou até estarem prontos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;À parte preparar a calda de café.&lt;br /&gt;Juntar os ingredientes no copo e programar 10 min., temp. 90, vel. 1&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Servir os soufês com a calda à parte..&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1&amp;nbsp;receita de massa quebrada&lt;br /&gt;
2 laranjas&lt;br /&gt;
3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
3 gemas&lt;br /&gt;
250 g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de maisena&lt;br /&gt;
350&amp;nbsp;ml de leite (&lt;em&gt;utilizei magro&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;
Açúcar em pó, q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ligue o forno a 180ºC.&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de fazer a massa quebrada, forre as forminhas untadas (utilizei o spray espiga) com a massa.&lt;br /&gt;
Faça&amp;nbsp;uns furos&amp;nbsp; na massa, com a ajuda de um garfo, e leve ao forno até a massa&amp;nbsp;ficar dourada.&lt;br /&gt;
Retire do forno, &amp;nbsp;desenforme e deixe arrefecer enquanto faz o recheio.&lt;br /&gt;
No copo, deite o leite&amp;nbsp;com a casca das laranjas e programe, 100ºC, vel.&amp;nbsp;1, o tempo que leve até levantar fervura.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescente os ovos, as gemas e a farinha, programe&amp;nbsp;15 min., temp. 100ºC,&amp;nbsp; vel. 1 1/2.&lt;br /&gt;
Durante a cozedura vá acrescentando o sumo das laranjas até ficar ao seu gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o creme nas tartes e deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhe as tartes com o acúcar em pó e queime para caramelizar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
20g de coentros&lt;br /&gt;
1000g água&lt;br /&gt;
12 folhas de couve-lombarda&lt;br /&gt;
220g de cebola&lt;br /&gt;
2 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;
150g de cenouras&lt;br /&gt;
80g de chouriço (&lt;em&gt;usei linquiça)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
600g de carne picada&lt;br /&gt;
1 ovo&lt;br /&gt;
sal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
pimenta q.b. (&lt;em&gt;usei malaguetas&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;
30g azeite&lt;br /&gt;
200g de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
100g de bacon em cubos&lt;br /&gt;
100g de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
1 folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preparação &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque no copo os coentros e pique, &lt;strong&gt;2 seg., vel. 7&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;em&gt;Retire e reserve&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Para escaldar a couve, coloque no copo 800g de água e programe, &lt;strong&gt;10 min., Varoma, vel.1.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque as couves num recipiente, cubra com a água que aqueceu na bimby (com muito cuidado) e &lt;em&gt;reserve cerca de &lt;strong&gt;10 min&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque no copo 70g de cebola, 1 dente de alho, 70g de cenoura e a linguiça e triture &lt;strong&gt;10 seg., vel.7.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione a carne picada, o ovo, os coentros, o sal, 1 das&amp;nbsp;malaguetas e envolva, &lt;strong&gt;5seg., vel. 4.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Retire e começe a rechear as couves. Faça trouxinhas &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(para fechar eu usei fio para culinária).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque os rolinnhos na Varoma &lt;em&gt;e reserve&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque no copo 150g de cebola, o dente de alho, 80 g de cenoura e o azeite, pique &lt;strong&gt;5 seg., vel. 5.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
De seguida refogue&lt;strong&gt; 3 min., Varoma, vel.1.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione o tomate e triture,&lt;strong&gt; 10 seg., vel. 7.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione o bacon e programe, &lt;strong&gt;5min., Varoma, vel. 2.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione o vinho, 200g de água, a folha de louro, e tempere o molho a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a Varoma e programe, &lt;strong&gt;30 min., Varoma, vel. 1.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Sirva com molho e Acompanhe com arroz.&lt;br /&gt;

1&amp;nbsp;peito de pato&lt;br /&gt;
50gr de doce de amoras&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 caldo de carne&lt;br /&gt;100gr de vinho do Porto&lt;br /&gt;
Sal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
alho moído&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Molho&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Aquecer no copo o vinho do Porto durante &lt;strong&gt;6 min./temp. 90º/vel. 2&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar ao vinho do Porto reduzido o caldo de&amp;nbsp;carne e o doce de&amp;nbsp;amoras &lt;strong&gt;5 min./temp. 90º/vel. 2.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
Triturar uns segundos na &lt;strong&gt;velocidade 5/6/7&lt;/strong&gt;. Retirar do copo e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Magret&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Fazer uns cortes na diagonal na pele do pato, mas sem chegar à carne. &lt;br /&gt;
Temperar a carne com sal, pimenta e alho moído.&lt;br /&gt;Numa frigideira anti-aderente, colocar em fogo médio o peito de pato com a parte da pele virada para baixo, até que esta fique estaladiça. &lt;br /&gt;
Depois, virar a carne e deixar uns 2 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
Ter o cuidado de ir retirando a gordura que a carne larga. &lt;br /&gt;
O Objectivo não é fritar é assar. (&lt;em&gt;pelo menos eu gosto mais assim&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;
A carne deve ficar assada por fora e rosada por dentro&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Na hora de servir, colocar o molho.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

5 maçãs médias&lt;br /&gt;
125 gr de manteiga sem sal&lt;br /&gt;
125 gr de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
125 gr de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
3 ovos (usei caseiros)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de canela em pó&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de açúcar amarelo&lt;br /&gt;
caramelo líquido&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unte muito bem uma forma redonda. Coloque no fundo da forma o caramelo líquido e cubra com as maçãs previamente descascadas e cortadas em lâminas não muito finas. Polvilhe com a canela em pó e com o açúcar amarelo.&lt;br /&gt;
Misture depois a manteiga com o açúcar, os ovos inteiros e a farinha&amp;nbsp; (&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;para isto usei a bimby&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;) e, coloque sobre a mistura das maçãs.&lt;br /&gt;
Leve a forno moderado 180ºC durante 30 minutos ou até a tarte estar cozida (&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;a mim foi 40 min&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.).&lt;br /&gt;
Desenforme de imediato, antes que o caramelo do fundo arrefeça.&lt;br /&gt;

1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;
20g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
25g&amp;nbsp;vinho do porto&lt;br /&gt;
35g vinagre balsâmico&lt;br /&gt;
200g de natas&lt;br /&gt;
20g chocolate negro&lt;br /&gt;
sal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
pimenta rosa q.b. (não pus)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o alho e o azeite no copo e pique, &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6 seg., vel.5.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Com a ajuda da espátula baixe o que ficou no copo.&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;3min., temp. Varoma, vel.1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione os bifes, tempere com sal e programe, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;7 min., temp. Varoma, vel. C. Inversa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
retire e &lt;em&gt;reserve.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a cebola e pique, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;6 seg., vel. 5.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Com a ajuda da espátula baixe o que ficou no copo.&lt;br /&gt;
Junte a manteiga e refogue. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;3min., temp. Varoma, vel.1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione o vinho do porto, o vinagre balsamico e deixe reduzir, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;5min., temp. Varoma, vel.1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Junte as natas, o chocolate e programe, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;4 min. temp. 90ºC, vel. 2.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Programe &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;40 seg&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. e vá progressivamente até a&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; vel.6.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
junte os bifes ao molho.&lt;br /&gt;
Sirva acompanhado com arroz e polvilhado com a pimenta rosa.&lt;br /&gt;

150 g de farinha com fermento&lt;br /&gt;
50 g de margarina&lt;br /&gt;
50 g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
200 g de leite&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque todos os ingredientes no copo e mexa durante 15 seg, vel 6.&lt;br /&gt;
Numa frigideira pequena, unte com um pouco de gordura e aqueça em lume brando. Junte uma colher de massa e espere até fazer borbulhas na superfície. Depois vire e core o outro lado.&lt;br /&gt;
Sirva simples ou com doce.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;

80g de pimento verde&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; (não usei)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
185g de polenta (carolo de milho)&lt;br /&gt;
1 molho de coentros &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(tb usei salsa)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
100g de azeitonas pretas descaroçadas &lt;br /&gt;
150g de presunto &lt;br /&gt;
140g de queijo ralado&lt;br /&gt;
150g de leite&lt;br /&gt;
250g de iogurte natural&lt;br /&gt;
60g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
160g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher chá de fermento&lt;br /&gt;
Sal e pimenta&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ligue o forno a &lt;strong&gt;200ºC.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Unte uma forma redonda com manteiga. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;(usei forma de bolo inglês)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Lave e limpe bem o pimento.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque-o no copo com a polenta, os coentros e o presunto: &lt;strong&gt;5 seg, vel 5.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Misture o queijo, a manteiga, o leite e o iogurte e tempere com sal e pimenta: &lt;strong&gt;40 seg, vel 3 inversa.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Junte-lhes a farinha e o fermento: &lt;strong&gt;5 seg, vel 3.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a mistura na forma e leve ao forno durante&lt;strong&gt; 30 minutos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Retire do calor, desenforme e sirva decorado a gosto, morno ou frio.&lt;br /&gt;

1 ananás ou abacaxi &lt;em&gt;(usei em lata)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
400 gr de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
250 gr de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
2 colher de chá de fermento&lt;br /&gt;
6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o açúcar no copo e vaporize &lt;strong&gt;20 seg até á vel máxima&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a borboleta, adicione os ovos programe &lt;strong&gt;6 minutos na vel 4.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Retire a borboleta, junte a manteiga e bata &lt;strong&gt;10 seg vel 5.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione a farinha e o fermento e programe &lt;strong&gt;3 min vel espiga.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Entretanto coloque as rodelas do ananás ou abacaxi no fundo de uma forma caramelizada.&lt;br /&gt;
Deite o preparado na forma e leve ao forno pé-aquecido a &lt;strong&gt;180º&lt;/strong&gt; cerca de &lt;strong&gt;40 45 min.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Desenforme e deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;

Junte os cogumelos, o caldo de legumes, a cerveja, a água e o arroz, cozinhe: &lt;strong&gt;16 min, temp. 100ºC, vel. C. Inv&lt;/strong&gt;. De vez em quando envolva o risotto com a espátula.&lt;/div&gt;

A meio da cozedura, junte as ervilhas e as azeitonas.&lt;/div&gt;

No final, adicione a manteiga, o queijo ralado e prorame mais uns &lt;strong&gt;2 ou 3 min., temp.100ºC, vel C. Inv.,&lt;/strong&gt; (para que o molho fique brilhante e grossinho).&lt;/div&gt;

Deixe repousar uns &lt;strong&gt;2 minutos&lt;/strong&gt; e sirva.&lt;/div&gt;

Pulverizar o açúcar, programar na bimby: 20 min, vel. máx.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar a manteiga ao açúcar em pó e bater a velocidade média, 1 min., vel. 4.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar gradualmente o leite de côco ao creme.&lt;br /&gt;

Depois do leite estar incorporado, colocar a borboleta e programar: 4 min., vel. 7, ou até que o recheio fique leve e fofo.&lt;/div&gt;

Acrescentar o tomate, as ervas de provence, o piripiri e&amp;nbsp;o louro. Depois do tomate estar refogado, colocar o frango (partido aos cubos), os cogumelos,&amp;nbsp;o knorr de galinha, o vinho e deixe alourar o frango e de seguida junte a água. Deixe cozinhar cerca de 10 min.&lt;/div&gt;

Junte as batatas partidas em cubos e deixe cozinhar.&lt;/div&gt;

90 grs de farinha&lt;br /&gt;

sal, pimenta, noz moscada q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
