Looks like geting screwed over is a part of Hollywood.

The screenwriter for the Oscar-winning film, The Exorcist is suing Warner Brothers bosses amid allegations of unpaid profits.

Author William Peter Blatty, who wrote the book the 1973 horror film was based on, claims studio executives have refused to allow him access to inspect their accounting books to determine the movie’s total gross.

Their actions have prompted Blatty to believe he has been cheated out of profits and he filed suit in a U.S. federal court on Friday (9/3), asking a judge to force Warner Bros. to show him their records.

Blatty’s lawyer, Eric George, insists The Exorcist film grossed more than $400 million at the global box office and he is helping the writer fight for unspecified damages, reports TMZ.

That sucks!

Morrissey is at the centre of another racism controversy!

He recently made a comment about the Chinese in a recent interview, saying that the Chinese are a “subspecies” in a recent interview with Britain’s Guardian Weekend magazine.

Umm, Really Morrissey?

His reasoning was an attempt to put his feelings about the country’s animal rights atrocities into words.

He asked interviewer Simon Armitage this:

“Did you see the thing on the news about their treatment of animals and animal welfare? Absolutely horrific. You can’t help but feel that the Chinese are a subspecies.”

Martin Smith of Love Music Hate Racism campaign says:

“It really is just crude racism. When you start using language like subspecies, you are entering into dark and murky water.”

His comments have upset anti-racism leaders, who have confronted the singer/songwriter about his remarks in the past.

The Every Day is Like Sunday singer first sparked controversy among anti-racists by releasing questionable songs like Bengali in Platforms and National Front Disco. He also upset many fans when he started using nationalistic and skinhead imagery on stage at concerts in the early 1990s.

Man we love Emma Stone – she will knock your socks off with her awesomeness. She’s got a new movie coming out, “Easy A,” which looks hilarious and she’s coming out the box as a break out celebrity on the rise with us in Hollywood. She’s absolutely irresistible.

She is so talented and always gives her characters that extra pizazz needed in a movie – she is the most memorable parts of films like;  House Bunny, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past and The Rocker, Zombieland. If you are NOT familiar with Emma Stone, it’s time you catch up!

Emma is very attractive on the cover and in the pages of ASOS Magazine. But when she talks, her features actually squish together so that she’s not so much pretty anymore.  Stone is  interesting looking, where beauty, thankfully, is no longer part of the discussion.

Rather it’s her voice, sometimes deep and raspy, sometimes girly, sometimes high pitched, and her ability to transfer seamlessly from high school comedy to zombie badass to independent drama to Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling and the coveted lead role in the film adaptation of Kathryn Stockett’s “The Help.”

The fact that at 21 she’s NOT at Chateau Marmont every night, riding around with her hoochie bare and her credit card permanently on file on Robertson, means she’s serious about her craft as an actress and that is why we love her. She is PURE talent on a mission to be your NEXT HUGE SUPERSTAR CELEBRITY.

OMG; this is the funniest thing I have come across today in regards to a new blog named Mrs LeBron Wade. LOLZ!!!

The NBA is about to get made fun of on the regular, so sports fans beware, Mrs LeBron Wade is coming at ya.

All because LeBron James has switched teams and has flown south to Miami joining Dwayne Wade of the Heat or shall we say,  “getting into bed” with D-Wade and the Heat, has caused a major backlash in sports with King James. It’s really getting OUT OF CONTROL! Now who is behind this site? maybe it’s a flamboyant Cleveland Cavs fan—or just a LeBron hater – Great work on the posts though.

Obviously, the main theme of the pictures (and the blog) is LeBron’s presumably punk decision to join D-Wade’s team and be his beiotch!!

This certainly tears it…I imagine LeBron had no idea things would get this far outta hand in the aftermath of his most unpopular decision.

Taylor Swift is SERIOUSLY OVER IT with Kanye West!

Word is, Taylor was fine last year when West apologized for his infamous stunt at the MTV Awards last year, but now that he is reportedly apologizing again is SALT in a old wound.

She is completely disappointed with Kanye for his immaturity, because she feels he is using her image to promote his new music.

A friend told Ace Showbiz:

“She’s fed up of hearing about it and is disgusted that he has the cheek to use her name to promote his new album! Taylor has moved on from the incident and is hoping Kanye will eventually do the same.”

In a series of postings on Kanye’s twitter he apologised and revealed he had written a song for Taylor, so tacky huh?:

West said:

“How deep is the scar… I bled hard.. cancelled tour with the number one pop star in the world … closed the doors of my clothing office.

“I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that’s so beautiful and I want her to have it. If she won’t take it then I’ll perform it for her. (sic)”

It was the Black Gay Pride in Atlanta over the weekend and guess which hot chick stepped out and gave the kids what they wanted?

She’s the new Lil Kim on the block and she’s definitely Wowing fans around the world and especially in the black gay culture – Lil Kim did it back in the day as there were loads of Kim look-a-likes, but these days, it’s all about Nicki Minaj.

The only problem is the performance was LACK-LUSTER.

Thanks to Team Gyant who was out in the ‘A’ covering events from Luda to Pride, here’s the Industy bit of what when down at the event. Nicki wasn’t the most hospitable rap femme fatal, word is, she was less than.

Nicki did her usual by refusing to take pictures with hopeless fans who all packed into the under developed venue, that only had one bar location. I hear there were only 4 bartenders for the more then 5k NIcki fans. An epic fail in itself, but let’s keep moving.

The only relevant person in these photos are the ones of Nicki. There were Nicki Minaj look-a-likes which I took a photo of standing in front of the sponsor poster. Took pic of dj booth and crowd. Nothing else really stood out for me to capture, reports K Johnson GyantUnplugged.

Clearly the crowd wasn’t all that thrilled to be in the building one it was discovered that this party was too packed and far too hot to enjoy themselves.

Word is, there was an altercation between Minaj’s manager and some poor sap who tried to get to close to Nicki to get photos. Poor photographer.

You know what really makes me say WOW?

I was enjoying my Labor Day weekend – went out the club to hang with some friends and ran into one of the acquaintance “in the club” style friend, you know what I’m saying.

Anyways, they said to come by after the club got out so I went over there and brought one of my girls with me. We had some drinks and were hanging.

But get this, when i first walked in they had the coach all ready to sleep on, but on the floor was condoms ready to go – when we walked in we both looked at that and was like, REALLY?

We sat in the dinning table to have some drinks, but the whole time I was sitting there the dude’s house we were over was making eyes at my girl. She told me after we left because I didn’t see what he was doing. Every time I was talking to the other person on the coach, he was blowing kisses and doing tongue gestures trying to get her to stay and for me to go.

Then when I turned to him the other one was doing the same thing behind my back. I didn’t see any of this crap going on so we drank their liquor dry and headed out. But it’s sh*t like that which makes me say WOW!
