Russell Brand Says To Katy Perry: "I Don't Want Your Divorce Money"!

According to TMZ Russell Brand is entitled to approximately $20 million of Katy Perry's fortune now brand is saying he will not take a single penny from her. Brand's lawyer filed the final divorce papers on Tuesday, although the judge will make the divorce official on June 30, because there's a 6 month waiting period.

Sources are also saying that Russell and Katy did NOT have a prenup. As a result, everything they earned during their 14-month marriage is community property -- which means they're each entitled to 50% of the pot.

Katy made $44 million between May, 2010 and May, 2011 -- according to Forbes. The couple married in October, 2010, so Russell could have scored a fortune if he exercised his community property rights.

But here's the deal. As one source put it, "This divorce is as amicable as it gets, and Russell was a mensch (Yiddish for a good person)." He doesn't want Katy's money. He's happy to walk away with the money he earned -- which is far less than what Katy raked in.

Atleast katy can sleep better at nights!

NY Anchor Greg Kelly Will Not Be Charged For Rape!

The popular New York TV anchor Greg Kelly -- a decorated war vet and the son of the city’s powerful police commissioner -- will not be charged with rape.
Manhattan prosecutors late Tuesday cleared Kelly after a 28-year-old paralegal recently came forward and claimed that he raped her last October, causing her to become pregnant.

In a statement released Tuesday night, Kelly -- who anchors the morning show on Fox 5’sGood Day New York -- expressed his gratitude and said he looks forward to returning to the anchor desk.

"I am thankful that the investigation established what I've known all along, that I am innocent of the allegations that were waged against me,” he said.
“I am so blessed to have a wonderful family and friends whose support for me never wavered.
“My lawyer Andrew Lankler and advisor Ken Sunshine were invaluable during this process.

“Thank you to the thousands of Good Day New York viewers who expressed positive support through social media.
“And I am grateful to everyone at Fox 5, especially Rosanna Scotto, my co-host. I will always remember her kindness, and I look forward to soon resuming my post on Good Day New York next to her.”
As first reported by NYDailyNews.com, the decision not to charge Kelly was made by Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance Jr. late Tuesday after both the accuser and Kelly's lawyer met separately with the chief of the NY sex crimes unit.

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, the woman claimed she met Kelly on the street last October and that they exchanged numbers. The two sent flirty texts to each other and met up for drinks one evening last October. The woman said they then went to her Manhattan law offices and had sex there. She said she became pregnant and subsequently had an abortion.
The two reportedly exchanged several more texts after the incident and talked about arranging another date.
After the woman’s boyfriend found out about the encounter, he accosted Kelly’s police commissioner father at a public event and said his son had ruined his girlfriend’s life.
In late January, the woman went to a police precinct and accused Kelly of rape, saying she had so much to drink that she was incapable of rejecting his advances.

Because Kelly's father, Raymond Kelly is the powerful New York Police Commissioner, his department played no role in the investigation.
Commissioner Kelly declined to comment on his son being cleared.
Prior to anchor the morning show on Fox-5, Kelly joined Fox News Channel in 2002 and was the White House correspondent from 2005 to 2007. In addition to covering the September 11 terrorist attacks, he’s also extensively covered the Iraq War, including four assignments in Baghdad.

In addition, he‘s served for nearly a decade in the Marine Corps and is now a lieutenant colonel in its reserves.

According to TMZ a woman named Mahogany Miller is suing Flo Rida claiming when she became his assistant back in August, she was expected to answer phones, work 65 hours a week, and damn near be a slave for $3.08 an hour! Miller asserts once she confronted her boss about the unfair working conditions, he fired her less than 24 hours later.

Wait, I almost forgot. Did you remember that background singer in Flo's - Round & Round video who was claiming that he didn't pay her for her vocal help out.

Now this assistant should have known better. Do your research next time.

On Flexing Her Singing Skills

I always said that I didn’t want to sing because I wanted to be considered a very serious actress, not an entertainer, but singing is a passion of mine, rapping is a passion of mine, and in the way that we decided to do it, it’s very fun. We’re not taking ourselves too seriously, and our vibe is kind of like Beastie Boys mixed with Gwen Stefani. We kind of just do what we want to do; that’s what I love about it. The music is fun, and I think that the audience that we’re trying to reach will definitely be receptive to it. It’s not negative; it’s not saying ‘Boy, you want me’ and all this other crazy stuff. It’s about girls having fun and respecting themselves and being fly, doing their thing.

On Playing Uber Sexualized Roles While Maintaining Her Good Christian Beliefs

I think that [sexual activites] natural things. I think that, for me, it’s about portraying a character creatively and artistically as an actress. I believe that God has gifted me as an actress and intends for me to use that gift, but He also intends for me to use it to glorify him. So, if I’m playing the most perfect, religious girl then nobody gets anything out of it. It’s like being a Christian and only hanging out in church. When I play a character, I try not to judge her because ultimately it’s about where she ends up and what she learns from the journey, no matter what happens along the journey. Does she become a better person?

On Keeping Her Skin & Looks Close To Perfection

You know, my mom and my dad look fairly young now too. My mom always taught me as a young girl to stay with over-the-counter products, so I’ve been using Clearasil since I was a teenager. The only thing I use that’s not over-the-counter is eye creams. There’s this one, Peter Thomas Roth, and it is incredible. It takes the bags away, it takes dark circles away, it makes it so smooth under my eyes. It trips me out how good this eye cream is. Then, I’m trying to make healthier choices when I eat, I’m trying to work out a little bit and I’m trying to drink more water. You know, the usual things. Mainly, I try to stick to a facial regimen that I do morning and night. At this point, it’s about being preventive. Everything I do from here on out is about keeping it the way that it is.

Spring is always my favorite time for experimenting with makeup – there are always so many fun runway trends to try! Unfortunately, many of the looks we see on the runways aren’t exactly real life-wearable unless you’re Lady Gaga or Niki Minaj. (Eyebrow appliques a la Gareth Pugh, anyone?)
In the article I will talk about the (3) most wearable runway makeup trends of Spring 2012 and show you some products that will help you get that runway look!

1. Bold Lips + Neutral Eyes

Beyonce made her post-pregnancy debut last night, February 6th, and she looked even better than we imagined. The new mother was decked out in a red dress, blue nails, a blue cocktail ring (an ode to Blue Ivy, of course), Christian Louboutin pumps and an Alexander McQueen clutch.

Bey showed up to support her hubby Jay-Z, during the first of his two nights playing the legendary Carnegie Hall.

The Billboard magazine and alot more others were tweeting about her partying--as we type--at the 40/40 Club afterparty. With Mama Tina of course.

Beyonce hasn't been seen since she gave birth exactly one month ago, and from the looks of things, she lost most of her baby weight.

The 30-year-old "Love On Top" singer previously revealed that she was really conscious about her diet while eating for two, saying, “I haven’t been going crazy. I know that it’s important that I don’t lose myself and I have my passion and I have things that I love. I believe that life doesn’t stop.”

If you need any more hints that the couple is getting back together, Breezy tweeted, "Can't stop lookin," right around the time he was in the club.
With Rihanna's light eyes, blonde hair and super sexy bodysuit, there was a lot to stare at.

Last month, Rihanna laughed off rumors that she was getting back with her ex, but then why is she in the club with him?

Madonna got people talking with her 12-minute medley during Sunday's Super Bowl halftime show, which featured cameos by LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A. and Cee Lo Green.
Jon Pareles of The New York Times pointed out that while Madonna might not be the spry singer-dancer of the 80s and 90s, she made up for it with star power and showmanship.

"Madonna wasn’t the indefatigable trouper of years past," Pareles wrote. "Though she’s still lithe, she measured her moves, letting her supporting cast offer distractions. As she climbed into the bleachers during Music, she missed a step, though she recovered fast. Randall Roberts of The Los Angeles Times called Madonna’s show a "little more than an ingeniously well planned -- and shockingly transparent -- advertisement for [her upcoming album] MDNA, and not much more."
Still, the critic gave the singer kudos for her second-to-none knack for grabbing the limelight.

"Talk about marketing to a lot of eyeballs," Roberts wrote. "But then Madonna is Madonna for a reason. And we saw it firsthand Sunday."
USA Today's Robert Klemko -- remarking the show was tweaked "in the creative direction of Cirque du Soleil," was also generally warm to the comeback performance from the pop stalwart, summing it up as a “successful production."
Celebs like Paula Abdul and Donny Osmond praised the Material Girl on Twitter.

Abdul: "I was dancing &singing along w/ @CeeLoGreen #Madonna Like A Prayer was AWESOME! Well played #Superbowl WELL PLAYED-amazing #HalfTime show!"
Osmond: "Madonna was really good thanks to some amazing production but it was @CeeloGreen and @NickiMinaj that made me love it. Still love Madonna!"
The performance caused a near-Twitter war between Piers Morgan when his former America's Got Talentcolleague Sharon Osbourne, who complimented the iconic singer with the tweet, "Madonna is back! She's the queen. Just sensational!"

Morgan then wrote, "Queen of what? Lip-synching?," to which Sharon's daughter Kelly wrote to Piers, "why is it that you are no longer on AGT anymore? That's right you have no taste! It's ok I still love you! #IgnoranceIsBliss."

If you love traveling and enjoying spending most of your time visiting museums, then this article was created just for you.

Although you love seeing the paintings and sculptures in museums, but some of my favorite museums display another kind of art – "clothes". From couture outfits straight off the runway to Victorian lace gowns, studying these pieces can tell me / you, just as much about a culture and time period as a painting. And imagining where the dresses have been – swirling on the dance floor at a ball at Versailles, or strolling down the streets of 19th century London – is my favorite daydream.

Below are seven all-time favorite fashion museums. They are museums I have visited and want to visit, which reminds me what fashion truly is – a mix of influences from art, culture and society, and something that can transform a woman into anything that she wants to be.

1. The Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City

Since I'm a New York Native, and still living in NY, this leads to an unhealthy obsession with the Costume Institute exhibits. I do not want to admit how many times I visited my personal favorites, such as the Paul Poiretand American Woman exhibits. [Okay you get the picture]

The Costume Institute, an enormous collection of historic costumes owned by the Met, puts on a different themed exhibit each summer. This summer’s exhibit is on Elsa Schiaparelli and Miuccia Prada, comparing and contrasting their work. Once confined to a dark basement gallery with the garments displayed behind glass, over the past few years the exhibits have gotten bigger and better with imaginative scenery and elaborate decoration. The most famous fashion collection in America, this is a must see if you are in New York City during the summer.

2. Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Paris

Connected to the Louvre, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs puts on exhibits of French clothing – but think a lot of avant-garde, contemporary designers, like Hussein Chalayan, Maison Martin Margiela and Galliano. It also exhibits retrospectives of French Designers, and French fashion from different decades.

This is the must-see fashion museum in Paris if you want to get a glimpse at more modern Parisian couture and design. The museum also has an incredible fine jewelry collection. And make sure to check out the incredible book shop in the library, with tons of amazing fashion books!

3. Musée Galliera, Paris

Housed in an enormous mansion near Avenue Montagine, the Musée Galliera holds the largest costume collection in Paris. It has two exhibits per year, each showcasing a different selection of clothing from its vast collection.

Want to visit, plus I heard they had a show focused on the 1920s and the amount of dresses, suits and accessories that were displayed was incredible. Its older dresses, spanning back to the 18th century, are gorgeous examples of Rococo fashion and its collection is in excellent shape.

4. The Costume Gallery, Pitti Palace, Florence

My Art History teacher recommended I visit these galleries when I was in Florence and I am glad that she did, otherwise I would never have found them. Located in the enormous Pitti Palace, which is basically the Versailles of Florence, the costume collection is hidden amongst priceless works of art and up endless flights of stairs, but the trek to get there is worth it.

The collection is displayed in a suite of meticulously decorated 19th century rooms, and in each lavishly appointed room, there are glass cases of dresses by Italian designers, some from the 18th century and some from ten years ago. The museum also exhibits three of the few 16th century outfits left in the world. Most amazingly, the outfits belonged to Cosimo Medici and his wife Eleonora, who ruled Florence in the 16thcentury. And get this – the clothes displayed are their burial garments that were taken off of their bodies. Kind of gross (and the clothes are not in good shape, as expected) but also super cool.

5. The Museum at FIT, New York City

This museum is located at the Fashion Institute of Technology, and though small, it has a great collection of many important designer pieces from the last century – from Gianni Versace’s Marilyn Monroe-printed suit to Halston gowns. The museum also collaborates with great icons and other collections. Most recently they had an exhibition of clothing that Daphne Guiness lent from her closet.

6. The Fondation Pierre Bergé – Yves Saint Laurent, Paris

This small gem of a museum is located in what used to be Saint Laurent’s atelier, and is now the company’s archives. The museum only contains a few rooms, filled of with rotating exhibits of Saint Laurent designs from different collections and periods. But, if you are in Paris on a college program, you can contact the foundationfor a tour of the archives.

I got the chance to take the tour of the archives a few years ago, and it was absolutely breathtaking – imagine rows and rows of shelves and racks filled with every Saint Laurent collection. Also, the museum has a great gift shop- think YSL pens, pins and postcards, for only a few euros!

7. Valentino Garavani Virtual Museum, Your Computer

The fashion museum of the future! And finally, one that you can access without even leaving your desk. Launched this past December, the Valentino Garavani Virtual Museum houses Valentino’s digital archive.

On the downloaded application, there is a virtual museum containing many different rooms to explore, with dresses on mannequins in all of them. When you click on a dress, you can view celebrities wearing it, the original sketches for it, the dress on the runway, and other details. It is a ton of fun to play around with and a very interesting concept – best of all, you can check it out from the comfort of your room!

Dating Advice: ON THE BRINK OF A BREAK UP ? Make Sure You Don't Do It This Way!

Break ups aren’t usually easy. There are times when you know you’ve been working to save the relationship but it isn’t happening so you all sit down and agree that the “love thang” should come to an end. But breakups seldom go well so we’ve compiled a list of some of the worst and quite frankly, some of the most outlandish, ways of being broken up with.
It is just my opinion that if you were broken up with by your significant other (maybe you were a non-married couple or you were married) in any of these ways or WORSE, they never cared about you from the start. They were probably always a loser and you just didn’t want to see it!

Text message/phone call/email

“You know, I don’t really think this is working for me anymore. I’m just not…feeling it. We had a good run but…you know how it is.” WORD? How do you even respond to that? No response? A super long message back telling them how you feel? Do you just slam the phone down? I mean, what?

Social Networking site

Ever since you’ve been together the “marital status” has been shown as “in a relationship” but all of a sudden, that part now says “it’s complicated,” “single” or has been removed altogether. He may have even removed you from his friends list. Seeing as though statuses have to now be made known on one of these sites to “know that it’s real,” you likely won’t hear from the man again if one of these things happens.

You just don’t hear from him again

Avoidance has got to be one of the worst things that can happen in a relationship. You’re not sure if the reason your significant other is avoiding you because of something that’s happening within your relationship or something else that they don’t want to share with you. So what happens? You call and call trying to get an answer. You send frantic texts and email since you aren’t getting an answer or call back. As a last ditch effort, since you don’t know if your boo is alive or not, you even pop up at the house. Nothing. Finally, you hear from someone you know that they saw what was your significant other so you know they’re fine. Damn. While you’d been worrying all that time, you were being broken up with without even being told.

Catch them with someone else

Welp, the ish doesn’t get much clearer than this. If you and your significant other have been together for quite some time, there’s a strong possibility (as it should be) that you’ve met a vast majority of their friends. As with many relationships, there are times when you’re going through a rough patch but with luck, you can work through them. Yeah, you can…until you see them out with someone else. And no, these aren’t just two homies (and why haven’t you met “the homie?”) kickin’ it. No, we all know the looks, the smiles, the quick glances that let us know something more is going on. Yeah, you’ll talk after the fact and there will be some explaining to do but in all likelihood, this relationship is over because you’ve caught them cheating in the act!

After…intimacy

So here you are basking in the glow of the good, extra lovin’ (cue Jill Scott, first album) and your boo gets out of bed and starts talking some gibberish about a break up. Say what now? After you’ve put in some good work, you’re told that you think it is best if some time apart is best. How RUDE. There’s one thing to be a jump-off and asked to leave or told that this can’t keep happening but to be in a relationship and be told to that it is over while you’re lying in bed “basking?” Shoot, that’s got to make you wonder who you’ve been with all this time.

On vacation

Now, I’m really not sure what would possess someone to call for a break up while on vacation but I can tell you what: I’m way too tight with my money for my good time to be totally interrupted with some news that could have been told to me at the house. And what if it is MID VACATION?! Now we’re stuck with each other for the rest of the trip? One of us may not make it back home alive.

During a Milestone

It could be your anniversary, you just bought a house, you just started a company together or you’re pregnant or just had a baby. I mean, let’s really think about it: One of those things is happening in your life of togetherness and next thing you know, you’re not together anymore. Who waits until their anniversary to break up? Who signs business papers with someone knowing they don’t even want to be with them? I can’t – I’m getting riled up just thinking about it.

Being provoked, Nobody's like an annoying PERSON!

So you and your love have been having problems. There’s not a lot of communication right now and there’s some arguing going on. Nothing you can’t get through, right? Wrong. Out of nowhere it seems, your boo starts arguing with you about something petty but also something they know will provoke you to respond with the same time of venom. In the midst of your confusion as to why this argument is even happening, you hear them say the relationship is over. It happens. One person is scared or too punk to have a civil conversation about the relationship coming to the end of the road so they push you into an argument and you might say something real harsh that’s just the ammunition they need to break up with you.

Publicly...Not cool!!

Maybe you’re out to dinner or maybe you’re at a friend’s or family’s house. Either way, you’re not in the privacy of your own home yet you’re being broken up with for everyone to see. That is a true trap when you have no warning as to what’s about to go down. There are some real suckers out there. So what you have now is a public break up and these don’t ever end well. Everyone can see what happens and these are the stories that are retold by others because they “couldn’t even believe it was happening right in front of me.” These are the moments that you think back on like two years later and say to yourself, “I’d punch him in the face right now if I saw him.”

A friend tells you

Not YOUR friend though…his friend. You get a call from your man’s friend (or your girl’s friend if you like the ladies) who breaks the news to you that he’s decided to move on. Let’s be CLEAR: it is CORNY when someone comes up to you and says that their friend wants to meet you so can you even imagine what it is like to have a friend call you and tell you the relationship is over? I’m convinced there might be some slow singing and flower bringing for both the messenger and the now ex significant other.

It’s a brand new day for Viola Davis. The Oscar-nominated actress gives good face on the cover of this week’s L.A. Times Magazine–with a fierce ‘fro! In the interview Davis discusses her long climb to fame and success:

“That really is our plight, especially as women of color,” she says. “You can have all the training in the world, come from a respectable background and yet never get that big opportunity that breaks you out—never.”

L.A. Reid Has Signed & Filed Season 2 'X Factor' Deal!

After Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul were fired from the show, L.A. Reid just isn't going anywhere after signing on for the second season of The XFactor.
The label mogul is scheduled to return to the hit talent show despite the departures of nearly all the other talent.

The show's creator, Simon Cowell, dumped Scherzinger, Abdul and host Steve Jones after the Fox talent competition had disappointing first season ratings.
