Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson Says "I Can't Pay My Baby Mama, Because I'm BROKE!"

Earlier this month, a warrant was issued for unemployed baller Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson's arrest for an alleged probation violation, also stemming from his domestic violence case.

According to TMZ, Chad has filed new court documents as part of an ongoing battle with one of his baby mamas, Andrea Pearson, asking a judge to lower his $5,420 per month child support payments because he claims "I can't afford it."

In the court docs, Chad says he had agreed to pay that number back in March 2012, when he was a successful NFL star. He says he now, "finds himself without a contract and without a team. Simply I am unemployed."

Also, no NFL team wants to hire the troubled and controversial baller after his head butting arrest in August 2012 involving his now ex-wife, Evelyn Lozada.

He was then later filmed getting fired on national TV from the Miami Dolphins and dropped from major endorsement deals.

Miami Heat ballers Dwayne Wade, whose on the covers of Jet Magazine's June 2013 issue, and LeBron James were both spotted shirtless on a beach in Miami this weekend after getting word about their team advancing to the semi-finals of the 2013 NBA playoffs.

The boys, who was with their kids and defeated the Chicago Bulls 4-1 in the series this past week, decided to show off their hot beach bodies and could careless about the paparrazzi's taking pics of them and their family.

During Wade's interview with Jet Mag, he spoke about what's its like being a father, his on-going custody battle and his relationship with his ex-faince:

On being a single dad:

“I’m the kind of parent who asks my kids questions like what would be your ideal thing to do in the summer? This year it’s Disney World. Even though I make the final decision, I want them to feel involved. Not only in vacations but other things as well.”

On His Custody Battle:

“I didn’t set out to get full custody but I wasn’t able to see my kids the way I wanted and I’m not a parent who’s going to run away from his responsibilities. I was probably a terrible husband, but I pride myself on being a good dad.”

On his relationship with ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches:

“It’s been six years and hopefully one day she and I can get to the point where it’s a lot easier than it is now to co-parent.”

Also, the Miami Heat players will be taking on the Pacers next Wednesday.

Recently, 31 year-old Beyonce was pissed off at her uncle, Larry Beyince (Tina Knowles' brother) for commenting on her relationship with rapper/hubby Jay-Z after he sat down with Celebuzz.

The "Grown Woman" singer finally responded to Larry's comments yesterday while blasting the media and fans who believed his lies. Here's what she had to say before the comment was removed from her Instagram page:

"I can't stop the rumors from starting, and I can't really change peoples minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at the 'low life people' who have nothing better to do than talk about me."

I'm not sure if this message was posted by accident, as we all know Beyonce would never really say such things or try to entertain the media in a negative way.

Rapper Kanye West has released a new song called, "New Slaves" along with the track's accompanying music video.

The troubled rapper, who rants on the track about everything he has endured in the music industry and refusing to work with industry agencies, launched the song and visual via projection on 66 buildings in 10 major cities (in places such as Europe, America and Australia) starting last night and continuing on through the weekend.

In recent weeks, many media sites were reporting that 31 year-old Beyonce was pregnant with her second child, in which the singer and her mother, Tina Knowles, denied the rumors saying she's NOT.

The rumors then went into overdrive this week after doctors order the singer to cancel her first Belgium concert and get some rest due to exhaustion and dehydration.

And even though, she went against her doctors orders and performed on Wednesday at the same arena in Antwerp, Belgium., multiple sources close to the singer is now confirming she has a bun in the oven.

E! Online reports, "That's right, superstar supermom Beyonce is expecting her second child with hubby Jay-Z."

The 31 year-old "Love On Top" singer, whose already receiving congratulatory tweets from Russell Simmons, recently spoke out about the possibility of giving her 1 year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter a sibling, telling ABC News, "I would like more children, and I think my daughter needs some company."

R&B singer Kelly Rowland recently released her new single "Dirty Laundry"--airing out all her kept-in-the-dark secrets from being angry and jealous of Beyonce to being in an abusive relationship in which she survived from.

Now, Kelly's ex-fiance Roy Williams did some investigation for all of us and named the singer's abusive ex-boyfriend, who goes by the name of "Cudda Love aka Cuda."

Williams tweeted:

And being her ex-fiance, he would know details regarding her past relationships.

Also, Cudda was reportedly Nelly's manager/bodyguard back in 2003, and was frequent around Nelly's camp back then. She even took the time to hit the recording booth with the St. Louis rapper and released their first collaborated hit single, "Dilemma."

25 year-old Rihanna, who was spotted yesterday with her bestie Melissa Forde leaving their Park Avenue hotel in New York City, has now decided to address the reports about her "allegedly" hooking up with Knicks baller J.R Smith.

After a few pics surfaced over a week ago, showing Rihanna partying with Smith at Greenhouse nightclub in NYC, many media sites were reporting that the two are now an item...again...following her split from boyfriend, Chris Brown.

The "Stay" singer was confronted on Instagram by a Smith fan about the reports, and she then replied:

Also, Riri is suing British retail giant Topshop--chaired by billionaire Sir Philip Green-- for $5 million for selling T-shirts bearing her image without her consent.

A source tells the NYPost, the singer's team had tried to negotiate with Topshop owners Arcadia Group for eight months over the rights to her image, "but they offered her $5,000 and said they don't care."

Rihanna has now hired international law firm Reed Smith to file the suit in London.

The source then adds, "Rihanna's management asked Topshop a number of times to stop selling her image, and were told, "Go to hell, we do what we want." Unfortunately, UK law does not protect the artist.

The singer says she's being exploited by Topshop and will be making a statement about it. She has now reportedly spent $1 million in litigation and has handed over details of her fashion deals with Armani and River Island, a competitor to Topshop in the UK.

Plus, Topshop now retails in the United States, and have outlets in Manhattan. The case is now in discovery.

According to reports, the "Scream" hitmaker -- who replaced Cee-Lo Green on the judging panel this year -- has reportedly signed on to star in an upcoming movie and is unable to renew his contract with the NBC talent reality show. But, has the green-light to return in the future.

According to UsMagazine, "Usher is doing a movie, so he couldn't do season five if they wanted him to."

An insider says, "Shakira wants to take a season off to take care of her four month old son, Milan. She also has an option to return."

Cee-Lo is now expected to take back his spot from the 34 year-old father-of-two and return to the series alongside Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and fellow original judge Christina Aguilera.

31 year-old Beyonce is reportedly cancelling her Tuesday concert in Belgium because of dehydration and exhaustion.

According to The Associated Press, the "Grown Woman" singer's publicist says she has been advised by her doctors to rest.

The singer, who kicked off her "Mrs. Carter World Tour" last month in Belgrade, Serbia and wraps it up on August 5th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY., was scheduled to perform at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp.

The show will therefore be rescheduled and tickets can be used at that show. Plus, her next tour date is Wednesday at the same arena, but "awaits word from her doctors before making a decision."
