Preheat oven accordingly and prepare your cupcake pan with cupcake paper baking cups. Then add all the ingredients the cake box lists in a large bowl. Usually it's just some eggs, oil, and water. Not very difficult. Stir until the batter is as smooth as possible. And if the batter isn't the red you're wanting, you can add a few drops of red food dye to achieve that rich color. But the batter does appear more red after it's done baking so keep that in mind. After your red velvet cake batter is nice and smooth, fill each paper cupcake holder about half way full to three-fourths full. Place the cupcake pan in the oven for the recommended time on the box. Usually ranges from 18-22 minutes or when the cupcakes are spongy when touched. Remove the red velvet cupcakes from the oven after baking and LET COOL COMPLETELY. This is very important since you will be filling them with cream cheese frosting. Once they are cooled, use a small pairing knife to cut out a cone of cake (1-inch across, 1-inch deep) out of the top. Then remove the pointy end of the cone so all you have left is a flat circle of cake. Set this aside, and repeat this step to all of the cupcakes. Then you can use a zip lock bag with the corner snipped off filled with the cream cheese icing for easy distributing. Squeeze about a tablespoon or so of the cream cheese icing in each cupcake. Then place the flat circle of cake on top of each cupcake to plug the hole and keep the filling in place. You can use the remainder of the cream cheese icing to frost the tops of the red velvet cupcakes. Use sprinkles for garnish if you want and ta dahh! Store in an airtight container until ready to serve. Enjoy these amazing red velvet cupcakes!

Lemon Cupcakes

Ingredients
-1 box vanilla cake mix + ingredients to make cake batter
-1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
-2 tablespoons fresh grated lemon zest
-1 can of fluffy vanilla frosting
-lemon candies for garnish (optional)

Materials
-bowl
-electric mixer
-paper baking cups
-measuring cups/spoons
-cupcake pan

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Pour the batter evenly (about half way full) in each paper cupcake baking cup. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 18-22 minutes. Remove them from the oven when they're golden brown and spongy to the touch. Cool these lemon cupcakes completely before frosting. Once you've combined those ingrediants, add the vanilla extract to the vanilla cupcake batter. Stir the vanilla batter until smooth. Pour the vanilla cupcake batter into cupcake baking cups in a cupcake pan and place them in the oven for about 17-20 minutes. Once the vanilla cupcakes are a golden color, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely! While the vanilla cupcakes are cooling, take the cream cheese frosting and put it in a ziplock baggy and snip the tip of the bag to form an icing piper. Place the cream cheese frosting aside. Once the vanilla cupcakes are cooled, use a knife to cut the middle of each cupcake out. Just use the knife and cut a circle all the way through the center of the cupcake. Once each cupcake has a hollow circle inside, squeeze the cream cheese frosting inside each hole in the vanilla cupcakes. Decorate the cream cheese vanilla cupcakes however you would like and enjoy!

Banana Caramel Cupcakes

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_RISP5PHTTNw/TIRu9pbBhgI/AAAAAAAAAGE/-TbfN-2vMOM/s320/caramel+banana+cupcake.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5513653849178605058" />
INGREDIENTS

For Cupcakes
-one box vanilla cake mix
-ingredients needed to make the vanilla cake mix on box
-one cup mashed ripe bananas
-one bag of any brand caramel's.

For Caramel Frosting
-1/2 cup butter
-1 cup brown sugar
-1/4 cup milk
-2 cups sifted powdered sugar
-1 tsp. vanilla

First preheat the oven to 350 degrees for these delicious cupcakes and place paper baking cups in a cupcake holder. If you like Girl Scout Mint Chocolate Cookies then you will love these cupcakes. They are easy to make too !

Ingredients you will need:

2 tablespoons butter
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup of Mint Chocolate Chips

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Beat with mixer for about 3 minutes. I like to mix the mint chips into the batter and liquify it into the batter but you may wish to add the chips last if you want them to stay whole in your mint chocolate cupcakes.

Spoon batter into either non-stick cupcake pan or cupcake holders. Fill each one about 3/4's of the way full. Bake at 365 degrees for about 17 to 20 minutes. Enjoy your mint chocolate chip cupcakes!

Devils Chocolate Cupcakes

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 266px; height: 320px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_RISP5PHTTNw/S0aizq_1wRI/AAAAAAAAAFs/1h72u5Zn_c4/s320/chocolate+cupcake3.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5424201809813422354" />
This is a fluffy and creamy chocolate tasting cupcake, but most of all, you will like these chocolate cupcakes because they are so moist.

Devils Chocolate Cupcakes Ingredients

1 Chocolate cake mix
1 package chocolate pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
paper cupcake holders or else nonstick cupcake pan.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Follow Devils food cupcake mix instructions on the box to make the cupcake batter. Add the vanilla extract and cinnamon to the cupcake batter mix. Stir the cupcake batter until most clumps are gone. Once the chocolate cupcake batter is smooth, use an ice cream scooper to scoop batter into cupcake pan. Make sure the cupcake pan is sprayed with cooking spray or has paper cupcake holders in it. Place cupcake pan in oven and bake according to the cake mix box instructions. Around 20-25 minutes for 12-24 cupcakes. Let bake completely. Cupcakes are done when a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean-no goop.
Remove cupcakes from oven and let cool completely. Once cupcakes are cooled, fill a zip lock with the cream cheese frosting and snip a corner off the zip lock for a frosting piping tool. Frost the Double Chocolate Cupcakes with frosting in whatever design you want. Stick chocolate chips to frosting one by one for a finishing touch on the Double Chocolate Cupcakes. Enjoy!

Vanilla Cupcakes with Chocolate Chips

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 150px; height: 100px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_RISP5PHTTNw/SmopYcf7a-I/AAAAAAAAAFU/pdre2S_vBg4/s200/083.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5362143806281706466" />
Ingredients

-Classic White cake mix

-1-1/4 cups of water

-1/3 cup of oil

-4 egg whites

-teaspoon of vanilla extract

-3/4 a cup of chocolate chips

This gourmet cupcake recipe is so mouthwatering! You'll have all of your guest's wanting more and more. This vanilla chocolate chip cupcake recipe is really simple and doesn't take long at all. Let's get started! First set your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat your cupcake pan with cooking spray. Then put the pan aside. With an electric mixer, mix the Classic White cake mix with the water, oil, vanilla extract, and egg whites. If your not so sure on how to separate an egg, look under the Fluffy Vanilla Cupcake Recipe.

Now once you have those ingredients blended, add the chocolate chips to the mix. You can now pour the cupcake mix in the cupcake pan so each cupcake holder is filled about half way. Put the cupcakes in the oven for 18-22 minutes. Once the time is up, the edges of the cupcakes should be a golden brown color. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let cool completely. Frosting the cupcakes is optional...either way, these cupcakes taste wonderful. If you really want to frost the vanilla chocolate chip cupcakes, then i recommend using a light vanilla cream cheese frosting. I really hope you enjoy these gourmet vanilla chocolate chip cupcakes!gtnmvk497c

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 230px; height: 180px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_RISP5PHTTNw/SlewcMZIlTI/AAAAAAAAAFM/1edagh0JbGU/s320/190.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5356944280189965618" />
Ingredients

-1 box of milk chocolate cake mix(any brand)

-1 cup of smooth peanut butter

-chocolate frosting

-chocolate chips for garnish(optional)

-cupcake pan

-cooking pan spray, or paper cupcake holders

If you want to achieve a rich and satisfying gourmet cupcake recipe, then this recipe is perfect for you. Go ahead and preheat your oven to 350 degrees, or whatever the chocolate cake mix box says. You can now make your chocolate cake mix batter in a large bowl. Just follow the directions on the chocolate cake mix box. Once you have your stirred and combined batter in a bowl, stir in 1 cup of smooth peanut butter. Your batter should still have the chocolate color. Once the batter is nice and smooth, put it aside.

Now you can use cooking spray to spray down your cupcake pan. Or you could simply put paper cupcake holders in the cupcake slots. You can now pour your batter into the cupcake pan. Place the peanut butter chocolate cupcakes in the oven for 20 minutes.

When the time is up, remove the gourmet cupcakes from the oven. By the way, these cupcakes smell delicious! Anyways, let the cupcakes cool for about 5 to 10 minutes. Once completely cooled, scoop out the chocolate cupcake frosting into a zip lock bag. Squeeze all of the chocolate frosting to one of the bottom corners of the bag. Then cut the tip of the corner off of the ziplock bag, allowing the frosting to squeeze out in a line. Squeeze the frosting on each of the peanut butter chocolate cupcakes in a swirl pattern. Make sure you are lightly frosting these cupcakes because they are rich enough already.

Once done frosting, place 4 to 5 chocolate chips on each cupcake. Just press each chocolate chip onto the frosting so it will stay. And there done! This is a very simple gourmet recipe that so many people will enjoy! And I hope you enjoy it as well! These cupcake recipe is super easy. First start out by crushing your cookies in a zip lock bag. You can either crush them with your hands or any utensil that won't poke a hole in the bag. Now after the cookies are all crushed into small and medium chunks, put the bag aside.

Now let's make the chocolate cake mix batter. Follow the directions on the cake mix box and put the batter mix in a large bowl. Combine all of the ingredients for the cake mix batter. Mix with an electric mixer or stir with a spoon until batter is smooth. Now add half of the bag of crushed cookies(Oreos)to the cake mix batter and stir the cookies in.

You can now place the paper cupcake holders in the cupcake pan and fill each paper cup about 2/3's of the way full with the batter. Follow the baking directions on the cake mix box for baking cupcakes. There will be a specific time for the cupcakes to bake on the box.

Once the cupcakes are done baking, remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Once they are finished cooling, frost the cupcakes with vanilla frosting. Follow the frosting tips in the Chocolate Cupcake Recipe. After the cupcakes are frosted, sprinkle the rest of the crushed Oreo cookies on top of every cupcake. And that's it! Enjoy these excellent gourmet cookies 'n' cream cupcakes!i726fjv5g3

Fluffy Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients

-vanilla cake mix

-vanilla frosting

-colorful sprinkles

-12 holed cupcake pan

-paper cupcake holders

-electric mixer

These cupcakes are the fluffiest tasting treat ever. Your going to love these gourmet cupcakes for any occasion. These fluffy cupcakes are really easy to make and take only a little bit of spare time, but trust me, they are worth it. Now let's start the magic.

First follow the simple directions on the cake mix box. Put all of the cake batter ingredients in a large bowl. The trick to making the gourmet cupcakes fluffy, is to only use the egg whites instead of the whole entire egg. If the directions say add 3 eggs, then only add the 3 egg whites. This is a great way to achieve a perfect fluffy cupcake. But if the directions on the box already say to add egg whites, then that's great. Just be sure to use just egg whites according to any directions on any cake mix. If your confused on how to separate an egg to get an egg white, then here's how you do it. Crack the egg slowly directly in the middle so your shell will have 2 even halves.

Then you slowly pour the yolk into one of the halves letting the rest of the egg (egg white) fall into a small dish. Okay...now back to the baking part. Once you have your gourmet cupcake batter in a large bowl, mix with an electric mixer on low for 30 seconds. Then mix on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Your gourmet vanilla cupcake mix will be fluffy (that's what you want).

Now put your paper cupcake holders in the 12 holed cupcake pan. You can now pour the batter into each cupcake holder only filling each cupcake 2/3 of the way full. Now bake the cupcakes according to the directions on the cake mix box. There should be a certain amount of time on how long to bake cupcakes.

After your gourmet cupcakes are finished baking, remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Make sure your cupcakes are completely cooled before frosting. Frost each cupcake with the vanilla frosting(look at the chocolate dream cupcake recipe frosting tips). After each cupcake is frosted, sprinkle any kind of sprinkles on top for a gourmet finish. And enjoy!

Gourmet mini cheesecake cupcakes

Ingredients

-cheesecake kit(includes crushed graham crackers)

-cherry pie filling(in a can)

-paper cupcake holders

-12 holed cupcake pan

-electric mixer

To make these gourmet mini cheesecake cupcakes, start off by making the graham cracker crust. Follow the directions on the cheesecake kit to make the graham cracker mixture. Once you have the graham cracker mixture, smash down a thin layer of the mixture and form a crust in each individual paper cupcake holder. Make sure to have a thin layer of the graham cracker.

Next, follow the directions on how to make the cheesecake mix. Once you have all the cheesecake ingredients in a large bowl, mix with an electric mixer on low for 30 seconds. Then mix on medium for 3 minutes straight. Your cheesecake mix will be thick and fluffy.

You can now take your mix by spoonfuls and apply on top of the graham cracker crust in each cupcake holder. After filling the cupcakes with the cheesecake mix, refrigerate for 5 minutes. Then remove from fridge and add a spoonful of the cherry pie filling to each mini cheesecake cupcake. There should be about three or four cherry's on each cupcake.

Now put the mini cheesecake cupcakes back into the refrigerator for 1 hour. After the time is up...enjoy!

Gourmet Chocolate Dream Cupcakes

Ingredients

-Chocolate Devils food cake mix (any brand)

-creamy chocolate frosting (any brand)

-white chocolate flakes(or grind a chunk of white chocolate)

Utensils

-12 holed cupcake pan

-cooking spray or paper cupcake holders

Okay, this gourmet cupcake recipe is by far my favorite. It's also the easiest. First follow the instructions on the devils food cake box. Either spray your cupcake pan, or insert paper cupcake holders. Preheat your oven to whatever the directions say on the box. Once you have all your ingredients for the batter in a bowl, mix with an electric mixer on low for 30 seconds. Then mix on medium for 3 minutes. This will make your gourmet cupcake batter more fluffier. Once finished mixing, pore batter into the cupcake pan, remember to spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray, or place paper cupcake holders in the holes. Fill each hole with the batter 2/3's of the way. Now place in oven for however long the box says for cupcakes. Once the cupcakes are finished baking, remove them from oven and let them cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes. Once cooled, it's time for the frosting. Get a small zip-lock bag and spoon out the chocolate frosting into the bag and seal it. Push all frosting to one of the corners of the bag, now cut the tip of the corner off. Now you can squeeze the frosting onto the cupcakes in a circular motion to create a swirl design. But make sure your cupcakes are completely cooled before frosting. Once the chocolate dream cupcakes are frosted, sprinkle white chocolate flakes on top of the frosting. If you don't have white chocolate flakes, grind a chunk of white chocolate on a grinder(any kind) until you have flakes. You can serve the cupcakes now, or refrigerate them and serve them later. This gourmet chocolate dream cupcake recipe makes 12 cupcakes. Hope you enjoy!

Gourmet Cupcake Recipes

You will never believe how many gourmet cupcake recipes there are out there. The information in the log files include your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider, such as AOL or Shaw Cable), the browser you used to visit our site (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site.

Cookies and Web Beacons
We do use cookies to store information, such as your personal preferences when you visit our site. This could include only showing you a popup once in your visit, or the ability to login to some of our features, such as forums.

We also use third party advertisements on http://gourmetcupcakerecipe.blogspot.com to support our site. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP , the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites).

DoubleClick DART cookies
We also may use DART cookies for ad serving through Google’s DoubleClick, which places a cookie on your computer when you are browsing the web and visit a site using DoubleClick advertising (including some Google AdSense advertisements). This cookie is used to serve ads specific to you and your interests (”interest based targeting”). The ads served will be targeted based on your previous browsing history (For example, if you have been viewing sites about visiting Las Vegas, you may see Las Vegas hotel advertisements when viewing a non-related site, such as on a site about hockey). DART uses “non personally identifiable information”. It does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, social security numbers, bank account numbers or credit card numbers. You can opt-out of this ad serving on all sites using this advertising by visiting http://www.doubleclick.com/privacy/dart_adserving.aspx

You can choose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites. This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts.

Deleting cookies does not mean you are permanently opted out of any advertising program. Unless you have settings that disallow cookies, the next time you visit a site running the advertisements, a new cookie will be added.

AdSense Privacy Policy Provided by JenSense

<media:rating>nonadult</media:rating>
