Recruitment to two posts of Deputy Director (Civil Engineering) (Group A Gazetted) in the scale of pay of Rs. 10000-325-15200 in Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, Bangalore on deputation basis.
It is proposed to fill up two posts of Deputy Director (Civil Engineering) (General Central Service Group A Gazetted - non-ministerial) in the scale of pay of Rs.10000-325-15200 in Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, Bangalore, by deputation basis from amongst the officers serving in Central/State

Governments/Union Territories:
a) i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR
ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment ther eto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.8000-13500 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department; OR iii) with eight years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of Rs.6500-10500 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department; and

Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: Essential:
i) Degree in Civil Engineering of a , recognized University or equivalent; ii) Five year's experience in harbour projects, projects survey, sub-soil investigations preparation of plans and designs of maritime structures. Desirable: One year experience in survey, planning and designing of aquaculture projects.
