Gun Grab: Obama Justice Department Ends Due Process

The Obama administration is making it easier for bureaucrats to take away guns without offering the accused any realistic due process. In a final rule published last week, the Justice Department granted the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) authority to “seize and administratively forfeit property involved in controlled-substance abuses.” That means government can grab firearms and other property from someone who has never been convicted or even charged with any crime.
It’s a dangerous extension of the civil-forfeiture doctrine, a surreal legal fiction in which the seized property — not a person — is put on trial. This allows prosecutors to dispense with pesky constitutional rights, which conveniently don’t apply to inanimate objects. In this looking-glass world, the owner is effectively guilty until proved innocent and has the burden of proving otherwise. Anyone falsely accused will never see his property again unless he succeeds in an expensive uphill legal battle.

Also there seems to be an increase in government activity
The Dept of Homeland Security has purchased over a billion bullets of different calibers, now why would they need that? Is Civil unrest coming or something bigger?
We need answers, also the release of the Iphone 5 is coming, maybe to make it easy for Big Brother to spy on you. Who knows what kind backdoors will be on that.

WASHINGTON (USMediaAndIsrael.com) – Congress today passed a bipartisan bill requiring Americans to add Israel’s Star of David to the U.S. flag for the week of July 4th. Rep. Hugh Llewellyn III (R-Alabama) and Sen. Dale Wentworth (D-New Jersey) introduced the legislation during a special session.
From the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, Sen. Wentworth told reporters:

“This act is to symbolize our unconditional support of the great nation of Israel, and recognizes that in many ways, Israel is already America’s 51st state. Thanks to our foreign aid, Israel’s per capita income rivals our own.”

Both Congressmen recently received $25 million in contributions from the Friends of Zionism (FIZ). In response to reporters’ questions, Rep. Llewellyn replied that, unlike the $15 million Presidential candidate Gingrich received from Sheldon Adelson, his money had no strings attached:

“Israel’s razing of villages, killing women and children, seizing Palestinian land for their settlers are purely defensive actions. The fact is, Israelis treat Palestinians exactly like we did our American Indians. We are simply trying to deflect international criticism like the photo comparison that went viral. No one should question the moral authority of the U.S. and Israel.”

GOP nominee Mitt Romney quickly placed calls both to Prime Minister Netanyahu and Sheldon Adelson to express his “deep and profound pleasure” at the bill’s passage. In an address to the Iowa Jewish Farmers Association, Romney added, “A bottle rocket falling into an Israeli corn field is a rocket into an American corn field, and we agree that it is an act of war. War with a silver lining.”
Citizens who own American flags should proceed to their nearest Post Office to receive their free Star of David patch, which includes a convenient flag-ready VELCRO® backing.
Israeli officials have made no comment on the Congressmens’ bill, except to say that the Star of David should be placed above the flag’s other fifty stars.

What do we have to do to uphold The US Constitution, there are so many laws that are unconstitutional, these laws are voil and do not have to be followed, like the NDAA and the right to keep our privacy. A law was just passed that says it is illegal to protest on Federal Grounds or where the secret service is .

What is this world coming too, there is so much crime and the government is lying. I know that most governments lies, but come on, the United States is one of the biggest lairs in the world. We, the United States are no longer a Republic. As you can see in my last post, Iran says it will shut down the Strait of Hormuz, I keep on getting different ideas on what could happen, we know that the have the Sunburst Missile, which flies low and erratic flight path, they say it is too low to get shot down by the US Navy's Phalanx Close-In Weapon System. One of these missile could cripple or even sink one of our ships. But Iran may only be able to shut it down for a day or so too. Or a very long time. Also China has said that they will help Iran if the West attacks. Russia may help too. World War 3 may be about to start. This could sent oil skyrocketing.
UPDATE: I am hearing that the US navy could sink all or most of the ships in the Iranian Navy, but Iran could use small inflatable craft to sink ships, including oil tankers.
