1. Start fresh
Exfoliate lips once or twice a week then follow with a balm.

2. Avoid too much sparkle
Too much shimmer is overkill. Instead, go for lipsticks with a creamy finish.

3. Finding the perfect ‘bright’
Choose a bright shade based on your lips’ natural color—not your skin tone. Women with pale lips look best in cherry red or coral; reddish lips can get away with hot pink, orange, or cranberry and for dark lips, brick red and burgundy are ideal.

4. Go nude
Your ideal nude lip color is slightly brighter or deeper than your skin tone. If you’re pale, look for something with a hint of pink, while those with yellow or olive undertones or dark skin look best with sandy beiges.

5. Start in the middle
Never apply lipstick directly to the corners of your mouth! Start applying lipstick at the center of the lips, then blend color out toward the corners of your mouth.

6. Blot it
To make your lipstick last longer, apply first coat, blot with a tissue, then swipe it on again. By doing this you create a base, whilst the second coat adds coverage.

1. Colour. Bright is definitely back! Time to put away those black jackets and bring back the color. Think bright blues, pinks and lime greens. Too bold to try colorblocking? Try layering with neutral pieces or bright accessories instead.

2. Go floral. It makes sense that florals are a big trend in Spring. Floral is perfect for jazzing up pieces you already have in your wardrobe. Team a floral top with your favourite jeans!

3. Maxi dress. A good maxi dress is very versatile and can be worn both during the day and night.

4. Tunic shirts. You can wear this with anything, perfect for layering!

Perfect cover up for the beach.

Wear over shorts with a waist belt and cute sandals.

Team with light cropped jacket / cardigan and jeans.

5. White. Keep it minimal and fresh, the perfect match for floral or coloured pieces. Definitely invest in a white skirt or a classic tailored shirt.

Winter is officially over. Ladies, it’s time to put away the closed-in shoes and whip out the sandals and peeptoes. It seems with all the attention we give to other parts of our body, we often forget about our feet. Not to fear, we have some tips to get your feet Spring ready!

Start off by removing any old nail polish with an acetone-free polish remover.

Soak your feet for 5-10 minutes in warm water, this will make it easier to remove the dead skin later on. For extra relaxation, try adding Grace Lavender Bath & Shower Gel.

Remove the tough, cracked skin on your heels by exfoliating with a pumice stone. Gently scrub in circular motions after applying shower gel for no more than 5 minutes. As a general practice, it’s good to do this two or three times a week.

Pat feet dry then trim the nails straight across with your nail clippers. This will lessen the chance of ingrown toe nails. Use a nail file to soften sharp edges and shape the nail.

Once nails are primed and perfect, apply Grace Aloe Hand & Body Lotion and give your feet a relaxing massage. After your massage, add a small drop of Grace Vital Skin Oils on the cuticle of each nail. TIP: If you have extra dry feet, try applying moisturiser then slipping your tootsies into white cotton socks before bed.

You can either choose to keep nails eu naturale or opt for your favourite nail polish colour.

Now all that’s left to do is slip your feet into a pair of cute new sandals!
