CF seeks housing around Capitol Hill Hello,

I attend NCC and I’m wanting to move closer into the heart of Capitol hill ( 15th st NE and below).

Ideally,

•I’d like a long-term situation (1-2 yrs).
•Live on Capitol Hill: Eastern Market, NoMa, H-Street,and all the places in between.
•Move sometime in August.
•Have rent under $885 all included.

*I’d also be interested in place-hunting with others who are looking.

I’d like to live with strong Christian women and grow in community together.

I’m cool and fun , at least that’s what my mommy tells me….
Other attributes include: clean, responsible, respectful, considerate.

I am laid back, love Jesus, and am looking for chill, responsible roommates. My place is great for those who have allergies or environmental sensitivities, as it is new and clean…There are hardwood floors, central AC, recess lighting, granite countertops and huge kitchen, plasma TV and leather couch–this condo is a haven from your day, and a great place to host guests or small groups. The rooms are spacious, unfurnished, with good-sized closets and an entire wall of natural light (double-hung windows). Roommates would share one full bathroom (with washer and dryer). Also, there is a large, private rooftop deck that is a nice escape from a busy day…street parking available, and optionally, there is a secured, private parking space available for $100 a month. Rent is $1,100/month including utilities (cable/HD/DVR, high speed wireless internet, electric and gas). Young Christian Newlyweds need housing in Arlington or Alexandria My new husband and I are moving back to DC after a summer in TN and need an apartment, condo, or basement apartment for the next year. (Until sometime from May-August ‘12)
I am a nanny in the Springfield area and he will be entering his third year in law school at Georgetown, so ideally we need something within walking distance of a metro. (Yellow or Orange line would be best).
We have no pets and are quiet and clean.

CF needs housing end of September/Oct. 1 I’m a mid-20s CF looking for an apartment by Oct. 1 at the end of my current lease, as my roommate of the past two years just switched jobs and moved away. I’d like to be in the Rosslyn or Courthouse area, though I would consider Clarendon and Ballston as well. I’d like to stay in the $1100/month range. I have a car, so need a parking spot (preferably off-street).

I’m a friendly, respectful roommate who keeps common areas very neat, doesn’t leave personal items or dirty dishes lying around, and willingly helps out with cleaning. I work a lot, so I’m gone most of the day during the week, and like to either workout or relax for at home in evenings. I love to exercise, watch movies, and hang out with friends on the weekends. I’m very involved in The Falls Church and volunteered with their youth group for the past two years.

Basement studio with separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen in shared Hill home – $900 Three male housemates are seeking a fourth to rent a full basement studio with its own bathroom, kitchen, and separate entrance for $900 per month, available after August 13. The space is big enough to be divided with screens and shared by two roommates.

You’d have access and full use, via an internal stairway, to the main floor of the house as well. There’s a front porch, a back deck, and a full back yard. The house is close to D Street and 13th Street, Northeast. Street parking is easy to find.

The rest of us – two Hill staffers and one reporter for The Hill (see a pattern?) – will be occupying the second floor.

CF needed for group house in peaceful NW DC We are currently looking to fill a 5th spot in our all female Christian home. We live in the peaceful NW DC neighborhood: Crestwood. We’re about a mile north of the Columbia Heights/Mt. Pleasant neighborhoods.

The house is a free standing home with back yard, garage, no zone parking galore. We have 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths and a guest room. We’re a block away from Rock Creek Park (right where the mill is) so it’s a quick commute north and south through the park.

We’re looking for someone who is interested in living in community with other Christian women. We love to open our home to people and extend hospitality.
