A few people have asked us which is correct? Granicrete, Granitcrete, or Granitecrete

When we first heard about this the person was pronouncing the word like “Granite Crete”.

After doing a little investigation we discovered that “Granitecrete™” is a Registered Trademark of another company. They don’t do countertops, showers, or 3d rock formations. They only do pathways. Obviously this wasn’t the right company so we did some more research.

That’s when we discovered “Granicrete™ from Granicrete International. This is exactly what we were looking for. Granicrete is an alternative to other materials like granite or marble. Granicrete can be used not only for flooring but can be formed into other shapes. It can be used for countertops, floors, pathways, showers, and even 3d rock formations.

We chose the name Granitcrete Countertops for this web site because most people mispronounce the product name. Since Granicrete is essentially an alternative to “granite” it makes the most sense to call it “granitcrete” as many people do. We wanted you to be able to find us on the internet so we purposefully chose the misspelling. We hope that’s ok with you?
