It is so delightful it makes you smile. Specially the plan chocolate which has come to be known as dark chocolate. The coco in this chocolate has the best taste and best benefits for your body.

Beans are at the heart of chocolate just like coffee. The art of making chocolate goes back tens of centuries ago in the Southern Hemisphere. Out of all the candy in the world chocolate is the number one seller as it tastes so good.

Although dark chocolate is an acquired taste it remains the most popular amongst true cocoa lovers. The production of chocolate is almost synonymous with that of wine. The cocoa is harvested from the cocoa trees and then beat into a pulp. The pulp is then put into containers where it is fermented, much like the grapes used in making wine. After they are fermented the beans are laid out in the sun to dry, usually for 5-7 days. Once dried they are then shipped to a processing plant where the beans are cleaned of impurities and blended with other ingredients depending on what kind of chocolate is to be made.

There are many ways to make chocolate all depending on the final requirements for example milk or dark chocolate When the chocolate has reached its final stage it is stored before being sent all over the world.

Dark chocolate tastes delicious and is so delectable it also acts on the body in a positive way. New medical analyses has shown that the body blood flow improves with the consumption of dark chocolate. With very convincing results showing levels of cholesterol being lowered and heart defects improved.

To achieve the best results look for chocolate that contains a high percent of coco as much as ninety percent if possible. You are then sure to be buying chocolate that will not contain any artificial flavours or ingredients and will have the best impact on your health. There is another gain in eating dark chocolate, dark chocolate has aphrodisiacal properties so enjoy!

About the Author:

Adaeze Zheng, Has been a nutritionist for many years in the England and has put together a number of useful articles and helpful films about dark chocolate. With a few steps, one can be able to make delicious noodles. The first step of the process is to make and dish out pasta dough. After the two steps have been taken one should relax the dough and dust a large flat area using semolina or all purpose flour to stem sticking.

Flattening of the dough comes next and this should be especially done to the side that is going into the machine. Thin sides are ideal for the ends of the dough so that catching the end in the machine rollers can be easy. Semolina or all-purpose floor will again come in handy to dust the machine that will be used in making pasta. As dusting continues one should rotate the rollers to make them have a coat of the cooking flour. Dusting helps to stem the sticking of dough as one rolls it.

The dough machine should be placed very high and the slimmer of the sides of the dough put in the two key rollers middle. One should then pass the prepared dough through the rollers as they spin them. Automated rollers are among the features of some pasta machines while others have cranks that can be held by hand. After being taken through the rollers successfully the pasta will increase in length in a dramatic way. One might have difficulties when making the noodles as they will be longer and thinner. Dusting of the pan and folding the sheet should be done. The folding is done to reduce length.

One should set the rollers together pass the pasta through them another time. Incase the pasta is too long one can cut it and proceed with the door they are holding in their hands. The next step is to run the half rolled dough completely down the rollers. Dusting, running through the machines and folding should be done again until one gets the thickness they want. The dough should be moist and should not sport any blemishes or cracks.

One should then choose the length they want their noodles to be, if they want fettuccine they should go for twelve inches , if they want the short ones they should go for one or two inches and so on. They should place the entire sheet in the cutters and then dust the noodles with coating, light flour and they will have completed the noodle making process.

About the Author:

If non veg food interests you, please refer to my article regarding How To Cook Chicken on the Stove

But as I began to eat healthier over the years I would make more dishes that didnt involve meat like pasta or eggplant. A sister once remarked that one day Id serve Tofurkey for Thanksgiving. I laughed it off at the time though now I see that its not that implausible to me anymore.

I find myself eating less meat for a few reasons. The primary reason is that I just dont seem to enjoy the taste of it as much anymore. Another issue is heart health " the more I read the more I think that we eat far more meat than we need to and certainly more than is healthy for us. Finally, I really dont enjoy eating living creatures " would I do it if I had to go out and hunt it down? I wonder about that.

Now I cant swear that I will ever be completely vegetarian since I still enjoy a good steak now and again, or a dish of chicken parmigiana over a bed of linguini. And I cant imagine ever becoming vegan since that would mean giving up cheese, one of my favorite foods. But never say never I guess. The bottom line is I find myself eating a mostly vegetarian diet these days.

One of the best substitutes for meat in a dish is tofu. Now I dont believe in eating tofu constantly because that seems to me to add up to a lot of soy in your diet, especially since we already drink soy milk, and sometimes eat soy yogurts. Thats just my personal opinion about eating things in moderation.

Now I know some vegetarians that have never taken a liking to tofu. They prefer beans and other dishes for their protein intake. But if youve never tried tofu you might be surprised at how good it can taste. My personal favorite is a sesame soy tofu served with Asian noodles.

Another great tofu item is of course Tofurkey. I recently visited one of my local health food stores and found a great selection of Tofurkey. There were some pretty impressive choices and I decided to try the sliced Tofurkey for a sandwich meat. It was surprisingly delicious, and everyone in the family agreed.

For anyone who is thinking of their health and trying to eat a healthier diet with less saturated fat, I highly recommend you check out tofu. Youd be surprised how good it can taste. You can try a little of the pre-cooked soy sesame tofu tossed in a wok with some noodles and veggies " delicious!

You can visit your local grocer or health food store to see what selection of tofu and Tofurkey they may carry. Buy a small package of the tofu turkey and make yourself a delicious grilled sandwich with some tomato and cheese on whole grain bread. Youll be surprised how good the sandwich tastes.

About the Author:

A wonderfully classic way to cook your tofu is to bake it in a covered clay cooker. A simple process that is undergone using an olive press. But before the press is used there are certain processes that must be undergone first. Once pressed the liquid is put into a decanter so that the liquids can be separated. Let us take a closer look at the complete process:

After the olive harvest has taken place, the olives are placed under a millstone or ground stone for thirty to forty minutes to ground them to a paste called olive paste. The olives are left under the stone for this amount of time to achieve the flavor they need and to form large olive oil drops. The aromas that the olive enzymes let out are also need to create a better aroma for the oil.

Once the olives have been grounded the paste is placed on fiber disks. These fiber disks are stacked one on top of another and put into the olive press. Pressure is then placed onto the disks, compacting the olive paste and percolating the olive liquid and vegetation water. To make this process a lot less complicated, water is run down the sides of the press to facilitate the percolating process.

When the pressing process is over the two liquids are placed in a traditional decanter to separate them, although this process can also be done using a vertical centrifuge. This process separates the two liquids a lot faster then when using a traditional decanter thus completing the process of olive oil extraction a lot quicker.

After the olive oil has been made and before restarting the process to make more, the materials used must be cleaned expertly to avoid any contamination to future oils caused by fermented paste from the olives that can get stuck on the disks and ground stones. Once cleaned the disk and ground stones undergo another examination to make sure that all excess pastes and oils have been removed.

The advantages of making olive oil using this traditional pressing method include a better grinding of the olive and easier to pomace as less water is added. But there are also disadvantages that include a difficult clean process, a lot more manual labor and a longer time space between harvesting the olives and pressing them.

About the Author:

Most every body knows the benefits of using Olive Oil. There are some basic tricks that will make the end result absolutely delicious. Roast is a great crock pot meal because not only is it delicious the first time around it can be repurposed in so many different ways, so the leftovers never go to waste.

Vegetables that go with roast are usually the ones we always have around the house. Potatoes, carrots, onions, and even green beans. When you put them in the crock pot you just want to make sure you cut them in similar sized pieces. This helps them all cook at the same speed. Put some of your potatoes on the bottom of the crock pot. Then just spread your carrots around the edges. I prefer to keep my onions on top of the roast so they don't turn to mush. Green beans add nice color, but they are best added 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

You can season your roast with a variety of things. You can use a packet of onion soup mix. You can use cream of mushroom soup. You can also go ethnic choosing spices that correspond to maybe Italian or even Spanish flavors.

You can add dry spices in with your vegetables and roast, they will work just fine. If you are using fresh spices I would suggest waiting until the last hour of cooking time before you add them. Fresh herbs easily permeate the meat and will do well cooking in for such a short amount of time.

So how long are you going to cook this roast? Generally you can count on at least 6 to 10 hours for your roast to cook. If you look at the cooking directions on your roast packaging you can easily convert the cooking time in the oven to the crock pot. If it recommends cooking it in the oven for 50 minutes to 3 hours you are looking at 4 to 6 hours on high in the crock pot or 8 to 18 hours on low in the crock pot.

The fact it takes a long time to cook makes it perfect for a weekday. Yes, I said a weekday. You can easily start your roast in the morning before you leave for work and it will be ready and waiting for you when you get home. You can even get it all set up in the crock the night before. Put your ingredients in the crock, cover with plastic wrap and then pop it in the refrigerator. Then all you have to do is set the heat setting and drop the crock in the crock pot. Starting with a frozen roast is especially good if you are going to be gone all day long. This decreases the chances of over cooking your roast.

Cooking roast in the crock pot has so many advantages. You can use cheaper cuts of meat and they will still be tender and delicious. It gives you a chance to have a family dinner. You know exactly what went into your food which is always better for your health. Roast used to be a Sunday food, but with your crock pot it can now be an easy Wednesday dinner.

About the Author:

Pot roast is not the only new weekday food for your rival slow cooker. Even grilling itself has a few rules in order to keep the end result safe to consume. If you are somewhat new to the idea of grilling meat, you will have to go through a crash course in safety measures before grilling.

The preparation of the meat before grilling is where most mistakes are made. Preparing meat can involve many different variables. If you don't plan to marinade the meat, you should grill it as soon as possible. Most types of meat will only be able to be cooked for several days until they go bad- unless you take measures to preserve the meat with extremely cold temperatures.

It is important to clean the cutting board after using it with raw meat. Raw meat may contain certain germs or bacteria that can affect other foods you may be slicing up. If you were to pass the bacteria onto something that isn't cooked, such as fruit or grains, you would be passing on a high risk of infection. Clean the board extremely well after each use.

If you are looking for a lean meal, cut off all visible portions of fat from the meat. Fat is known to help keep the flavor of the meat going strong during the grilling process, but it also greatly increases the fat content of the meal. A well created marinade can create a taste that a lack of fat doesn't impact- so you still have options in having a great flavor.

While on the fire, try not to have the steaks sit directly over a high flame. This could char the meat and create blackened portions that are not healthy to eat. If you do notice an abnormally black section of your meat that looks like it has been charred, cut this portion out before serving. Char is associated with several health defects, and can be a carcinogen in some case.

Above all else, make sure you have cooked the meat well enough that you won't have to worry about eating raw meat. The surest method of becoming ill is to eat meat that has not been cooked all the way through. Use a knife to gently cut into the meat and note its color. Also use your thumb to measure the texture of the meat. It's better to slightly overcook than undercook your family's meal.

In Conclusion

Americans enjoy grilling each summer to get a taste of the outdoors and enjoy the warmer months. If you are considering joining in on this hobby, be sure that you learn from a professional or at the very least follow the instructions given by your grilling manual.

About the Author:

Learn more on barbeque grill and bbq smoker grills.

Charcoal grills utilize charcoal and lighter fluid to heat up and cook your food. Charcoal grills come in all shapes and sizes, and vary in cost. Charcoal grills come in small sizes, which are ideal for apartment dwellers or people with small homes. Once you have used your charcoal grill, you can clean it, and store it away.

One of the most noticeable features when using charcoal is the flavor of the food you cook. To cook with a charcoal grill, you must buy charcoal briquettes and lighter fluid. Charcoal is a one use item, and will need to be discarded after each use. Charcoal can be picked up at your local superstore, gas station, or grocery store, and is typically pretty inexpensive. Charcoal must be light and allowed to burn until the charcoal is no longer on fire, but is red embers. The best way to get the pile to burn is by stacking it in a pyramid.

Propane grills are also useful for someone in small areas, since they can come in smaller sizes. Gas grills work by a spark igniting the gas within the grill. Gas grills typically have a knob or button in which you push, which in turn activates a small hammer. The hammer hits the top of an ignition crystal. Then the burner mixes the gas with oxygen and spreads it all over the cooking surface.

Propane grills use propane gas to cook your food. If you want to quickly cook foods while still maintaining a grilled flavor, you may want to consider Propane grills. Gas grills, unlike some of the other grills types, have the ability to come with many different types of cooking surfaces. These different cooking surfaces include a BBQ surface, a flat grill, and a ribbed grill. Some grills even offer these types of surfaces as none stick, which allow you to cook a whole array of foods that you would not be healthy to cook on a grill otherwise.

You will be healthy to cook your whole meal, including side dishes if you plan correctly. Some gas grills even contain a Wok type surface for cooking pasta and rise dishes, or a full rotisserie set that allows you to cook rotisserie chicken.

The easiest grill to use is by far the natural gas grill. Natural gas grills are designed to hook directly into your home?s natural gas line, eliminating the need to wage the fuel source. Natural gas grills are also one of the easiest grills to clean since you do not have to worry about cleaning out the charcoal or wood. Natural gas grills are a little more complicated then smaller grills, so they require more room. Smoker Grills are used when flavor is the number one priority. Smoker grills use wood to slow cook your meat. Flavor can be controlled by using different types of woods.

About the Author:

More information on Food ? Food and Recipies Free Food and Recipies content : Article24.info

Even then, with just a few trees, you wont make much at all. If you are still looking for a more homemade taste for your pancake and waffle syrup, you can make the artificial stuff from scratch.

You get the great sweet taste of syrup when you make it yourself without all the preservatives. This is also great for when you are in the mood for pancakes or waffles and just so happen to run out of syrup. It is made of basic ingredients that you probably have at home.

First you will need a saucepan and wooden spoons as well as the following ingredients and amounts: one cup of granulated sugar, one cup of brown sugar, one cup of water, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon of maple extract. If you dont have any brown sugar, you can use all granulated or white sugar, but it wont be as dark and rich. You could even experiment with dark brown sugar if you would like.

Next, mix the water and both the sugars in the saucepan. Place it on the stove on medium high and bring it to a boil. Let it simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes or until it is thick enough for your liking.

I love the make the syrup nice and thick. I find that runny syrup tends to soak into the pancakes or waffles really easily and it becomes soggy. If you like the consistency of real maple syrup, make it a little thinner. Experiment until you get it to your liking.

You can either use your maple syrup immediately or store it in the refrigerator. Use an old syrup container, jar, or squeeze top water bottle to store your syrup. If you want thicker syrup, you can use more sugar or less water and you can double or triple the recipe if you would like.

The syrup can be stored in the fridge for many weeks. Whenever you go to use it, stick it in the microwave to soften. It will be a little hard at first until you do this. It's a delicious way to have it on your pancakes. Add a couple tablespoons of butter to your syrup if you like a buttery flavor.

Why should you make your own syrup? Some people dont like the taste of real maple syrup, but want something that isnt full of corn syrup, which is what you will get in the store. It is cheaper especially considering that its homemade. Best of all, isnt homemade always better?

About the Author:

Want to know how to make delicious pancakes? The only problem is, you have not bought your barbeque grill yet. When purchasing your first grill, you will find that you have a large array of options acquirable to you. It may seem overwhelming at first due to the almost endless amount of possibilities and options available. The best way to decide on what type of grill is right for you is by educating yourself about them.

Barbeque grills can range from extremely cheap to very expensive depending on the type and features acquirable on it. If you are looking for a cheaper grill, then you should probably consider a charcoal grill. While larger charcoal grills are available, smaller grills can be purchased for as little as $10 to $15 at your local department store. Fancier, large charcoal grills can be purchased for about $60 to $75. Charcoal requires purchasing charcoal and lighter fluid apiece time you, so you must remember this when considering the cost.

Natural gas grills on the higher end of cost. The mechanical part of this grill make it larger and more complex. The Natural gas grills are meant to be hooked up to your home line. Typically these types of grills start at about $300. Multiple fuel grills are the most expensive at about $450 and up. Multiple fuel grills allow you to grill using one or a combination of fuels. The easiest grill to use is by far the natural gas grill. Natural gas grills are designed to hook directly into your home?s natural gas line, eliminating the need to provide the fuel source. Natural gas grills are also one of the easiest grills to clean since you do not have to worry about cleaning out the charcoal or wood.

The next in line would be the propane grills, as they have similar features of the natural gas grills. The only issue keeping Propane grills from being equal to natural gas grills is the fact that you must provide the propane somehow. This usually means hauling and handling propane tanks.

The hardest grills to use are charcoal and smoker grills. Both types of grills require additional purchases of supplies, and then requires extra cleaning once grilling is complete. Remember that bigger grills require more space to store and more time to clean. Bigger is not always better when it comes to grills. If you want a grill that is cushy to clean, you will want to think about a smaller grill.

If you are concerned with flavor, you first choice should be a charcoal or smoker grill. Both of these grills allow you to replicate a true ?smoked? flavor. Smokers are especially nice because you can also control the flavor by changing the type of wood or wood chips you use. This is good if you are wanting to slow cook your meat.

If you are wanting to cook something a little quicker, you may want to stick with the charcoal grill. A Charcoal grill will cook quickly if you want it too, and it will still provide a good ?smoked? taste. Finally, the space you have available should be a consideration. When you grill is not in use, you must have a proper place to store it. Charcoal and Propane grills are ideal for smaller areas such as apartments and city homes.

About the Author:

Go here for information on Food ? Food Tips More Food and Recipies Infos : Food and Recipies

Before you can grill the chicken into delicious and tender meats, you need to understand the secrets to cooking your chicken at the right temperature without burning or undercooking it. You should also know that you will not get a moist and juicy chicken just by putting a frozen chicken on the grill.

Marinating is an important part of any delicious grilled chicken recipes. The proper way to marinate a chicken is to let it rest in the marinade for several hours before placing the chicken pieces on the grill. You can always use an injector to force the flavor into the chicken meat if you want to cook the chicken quickly. Since most of the grilled chicken recipes are formulated to cook well on indoor and outdoor grill, you can be rest assured that charcoal grill will work well too.

As a golden rule, you should avoid piercing the chicken beforehand unless you intend to grill them immediately as the fat will drop out and catch fire. Tongs are really useful and you should get one to help you move the chicken around. If a flare up happens, you should immediately move the chicken to the upper rack with the tong or remove them from the grill until the fire is gone.

The best way to reduce the risk of having a flare up is to trim all unnecessary fat from the foods you grill, including oils in marinades or sauces. If you're using charcoal, make sure that there is no flames because they will burn the chicken. Let the coal turn gray about 1/2 through the coal first before placing the chicken on the grill.

The best temperature to grill the chicken would be 230F-250F and the optimum time is between 45 minutes to an hour. Turning the chicken pieces every ten minutes is highly recommended. If the recipe involves using BBQ sauce, you will want to add it about ten minutes before the chicken has finished cooking.

If you want to check whether the chicken is cooked properly, just slice deep into the meat and you should see that the juices are run clear. Avoid eating undercooked chicken because they contain salmonella which are bad for your health. You should also let the chicken rest for a while after removing them from the grill so that the juice inside will develop and you will have moister chicken.

About the Author:

Discover how you can start grilling juicy chicken with these appetizing grilled chicken recipes for your family and friends.

For more chicken recipes, visit your-recipe-site.info.

This interest is often heightened by all the cute kitchen toys they play with, along with their ability to imagine just about anything.

You can find a wide array of pint sized kitchens in the toy store, featuring replicas of common kitchen tools and ingredients. You'll find everything from pots and pans to sunny side up eggs and bacon strips. Pretend cooking has made it very easy for inquisitive toddlers to begin experiencing fun in their own tiny kitchens. To encourage this interest, you might want to look at some ideas for easy cooking for kids.

The easiest way for kids to get cooking is to start with an Easy Bake oven. For some time now kids have been preparing delicious goodies all by themselves, without having to ask Mom to turn on the oven.

Giving mom or dad a hand with dinner isn't usually a chore for kids. Actually, cooking with the additional helpers can be very rewarding for the parent. There are lots of ways to let them help out, and if you've been baking, you can reward them by letting them lick the mixing bowl when you're done.

Lots of kids like to play around in the kitchen occasionally. Yet there are some who seem to have a natural affinity for cooking at a young age, well beyond the ability to sprinkle colored sugar on top of iced cookies.

It can be fun and easy for these little cooks to learn how to prepare different foods. You might find that dessert isn't their only focus, and that they're excited to prepare the entire meal. Who knows, they might get more pleasure out of learning to cook than they do from playing video games.

Encourage your little one to plan an entire meal, with you as the assistant. You can find any number of cookbooks and cooking videos that are kid oriented, full of fast, fun and easy recipes to try out. It might come as a surprise, but not all of these tasty recipes are loaded with sugary and fattening ingredients.

It's essential that you are very aware of what your kids are up to in the kitchen. A stable stepping stool is a better option than the kitchen chair if your little one wants to see what's happening on the countertop. When something goes in or out of the oven, a grownup needs to be the one handling it, along with anything being tended on the stovetop.

Teach your kids about the possible dangers of the kitchen. Teach them safety precautions to keep them from being injured, but they also need to know what to do when an accident does happen. It's always better to be safe when it comes to the kitchen.

About the Author:

Looking for tips on healthy cooking, home cooking, gourmet cooking, and more? Why not try something new and make lunch exciting again? All you need is a panini maker and some good recipes and you'll be enjoying lunchtime again.

Have you ever ordered a panini at a fancy deli or cafe? Well did you know that panini actually means two sandwiches in Italian? The correct way to say one sandwich in Italian is panino. But despite the fact that everyone confuses this fact, there's still some delicious panini out there. There's something about heating and pressing a sandwich that makes it taste some much better than its cold, not pressed ancestor. A be sure to try a panini with cheese. Melted cheese is a great way to make anything taste good.

Making a panini sandwich at home is easy. First thing you'll need is a panini grill. They also go by the names, panini maker or panini press. You can find them in the kitchen appliance section of most stores. Be sure to choose one with removable heating plates that are dishwasher safe. They work like this, you place you sandwich on a hinged grill and then close the lid down to heat and press it at the same time. You can make a panini without a panini maker but if it's in your budget, my advice would be to treat yourself. As far as your lunch is concerned, it'll be the best $30-$50 you'll ever spend.

When you order a panini at a cafe, it's never comes on plain white bread. So don't use white bread at home either. Most supermarkets have a bakery section now a days, so be sure to pick up some ciabatta bread, onion rolls, sour dough loaves or even a focaccia. I usually have at least of few of those breads stored nicely in my freezer at any given time.

A panini recipe really isn't an exact science, it's more of a list of suggested ingredients. It's not like you can place an exact amount of a sandwich meat or spread on a panini. If you see a recipe that calls for 1/2 cup of salami, then I suggest you move on. The best part about making panini is that anything goes. There's so many combinations that you could come up with even by only adding a meat, a cheese and a spread. Then you'll have to think about grilled vegetables, sauces or even fruits. You can't beat a peanut butter, banana and chocolate panini. The sky is the limit so be sure to experiment with all of your favorite ingredients.

If part of your daily grind is having the same old sandwich everyday, then why lot try something new. A panini is a great way to make lunch a event to look forward to. All you need is a panini maker and some good sandwich ideas and you're on your way.

About the Author:

Before you make your next Panini Sandwich, you owe it to your taste buds to check out the free Panini Recipes at Anthony Tripp's Panini Blog.

For cookbooks and accessories for great and panini recipes visit shop4deals24x7.com

Panini Recipes

I was helping her clean up after dinner and saw that she had prepared everything in her clay cookware. This was new to me since I'm used to the standard pots and pans I grew up with - namely made of aluminum, stainless steel, ceramic bakeware, or copper. But it turns out that clay cooking is quite popular around the world, including here in the U.S. My friend raves about her clay pots and thinks everyone should own at least a piece or two in their kitchenware collection.

Clay pot cooking can trace its roots back thousands of years to a time when prepared meats were swaddled in mud and tossed into the hot embers of a fire. Then, as the clay dried in the heat, the food began cooking inside. Once the cooking was finished, the "pot" was broken open and the cooked and juicy meat was removed for eating.

The reason cooking in clay is considered a healthy alternative to many cooking methods is that the dishes do not require any additives such as fats and oils to produce tender results. To begin, the clay pot must be soaked in water for approximately fifteen to twenty minutes prior each use. The porous clay pot absorbs this moisture which delivers tastier, moister and tender results. It's important to note that once you place the ingredients inside the clay pot, the pot should be put into a cold oven prior to setting the temperature, usually at about 400 to 450 degrees.

You'll find an array of recipes available that have been adapted for cooking in clay. One example of a tasty dish is Beggar's Chicken. You simply combine chicken legs with a few spices such as ginger, pepper, and garlic plus some flavoring sauces such as sherry and soy. After baking in your clay cooker, serve with a side of rice pilaf, pasta and a fresh salad or vegetable.

Clay pots also serve perfectly as slow cookers and stockpots too. You can make any number of your favorite soups, stocks, and casseroles in these versatile cookers. Whether you're in the mood for a rich pea soup, a creamy potato soup, a layered vegetarian casserole, or beef stew, the clay cookware cooks evenly and slowly producing perfectly flavorful foods your family is sure to enjoy.

I purchased Romertopf clay, starting with the medium clay baker, but I think I'll be adding to that soon. The cookware is quite attractive and can even be used as a serving dish. The pots come in different sizes and styles and range from garlic bakers to fish roasters, apple bakers, and more. If you enjoy cooking and are in the market for some new cookware, then be sure to check out the selection of clay cookware available. You're sure to love cooking in clay, and you'll probably get hooked like a lot of other clay cookware fans.

About the Author:

Now that you've filled up on dinner, why not serve a dessert made in your Kaiser Bundform Pan. It happens to many of us at this time of year having packed on extra pounds over the holidays and a long winter spent indoors. So we usually attempt to eat a healthier diet, but many of the programs and suggestions can seem pretty bland. Traditionally we're told to eat more fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish and lean meats. One of the popular lean meats often recommended is chicken, and there's a good reason for that.

The wonderful thing about poultry and especially chicken is the variety of ways you can prepare it, producing very different tasting dishes. Chicken mixes well with all kinds of sauces and side dishes, making it a very simple and tasty dish to cook. Whether you prefer grilled, baked, stir-fried, spicy, or sweet, you'll find a wealthy of great recipes that will make it easy to add poultry to your healthy diet.

Chicken, especially if you choose to make cutlets or cubed style, cooks quickly making it easy to cook even during your hectic workweek. One sample menu could simply be cutlets coated in a bit of lemon and herbs or marinade, baked in your oven and served with a side of herbed risotto and a fresh balsamic salad. In less than 25-minutes you'll have a satisfying and delicious meal for your whole family to enjoy. Another timesaver is making double portions so you can enjoy the meal again later in the week.

If you have an kitchen grill like a George Foreman grill, you can enjoy barbecued chicken all year long. If you're not in the mood for cutlets, why not make your own kebobs as a fun and fast meal. Cube your chicken and skewer the pieces along with some pieces of red and green pepper and pineapple chunks and grill. Serve with some herbed risotto and a fresh baby green salad. This dish is sure to delight everyone in your family.

Another favorite cooking style is the stir-fry method. Many people use a wok for stir-frying but any good-size skillet works quite well for this method. Stir-fry is a great low-fat cook style that can be sweetened or spiced to your own personal tastes. Cut up your chicken with some crisp vegetables, cook, and serve over a bed of brown or wild rice.

So if you're ready to enjoy some great chicken dishes or you're looking for new ways to liven up your same old chicken, be sure to browse the Internet for some excellent free recipes. You'll even find great feedback and ideas from people who've tried the recipes and found ways to enhance them, along with great suggestions for side dishes too. And let's not forget about all of the excellent cookbooks available - it might be time for a trip to your favorite bookstore for a beautiful new cookbook or two for your kitchen.

About the Author:

If you'd like to try making your own bread for your dinner, check out this great French bread pan. Have used vanilla, white chocolate and chocolate pudding to make these and all are wonderful.

Enjoy the best chocolate chip cookie recipe today!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Set aside.

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the cream to a boil. Remove from heat immediately and add to the egg-sugar mixture, continuing to beat. Add the vanilla extract and continue to beat until the mixture is completely cool.

Pour the cooled mixture into six 4-ounce custard cups. Line the sides of a 3-inch high baking pan with parchment paper, then place the cups in the pan. Add water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the cups. (The paper stabilizes the water and prevents the cups from shaking.) Bake for 50 minutes.

Remove the cups from the pan, allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.

Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon dark brown sugar over the top of each cup.
