Like they say, "Misery Loves Company". You then start to make everyone around you miserable because that is how you feel, or you tend to attract miserable people in your life, which creates a vicious circle of misery. In turn, you have bad relationships with friends and family and you wonder what happened to the happy kid you used to be?

There is good news however...You can be a healthier and happier person by considering the choices you make each moment of the day. Think about the impact your decisions have each day. By choosing one of the following, you can stay a happy person and make your world a more peaceful place.

1. Use positive talk with yourself and with others.

The words you say to yourself each day make a great impact on your perspective and what happens to you each day. Negative words and comments from others often negate the positive feelings we have about ourselves. Remember that you are fabulous, wonderful and can make your dreams happen. So, "toot your horn" In a positive way.

2. Show gratitude for what you have no matter what your circumstances in life.

Whether you keep a daily gratitude list or journal, show thanks to your higher power, your parents and your friends for the difference they have made in your life. Gratitude for all things, regardless of their outcome or circumstance, will help you to gain a different perspective on your life and the choices you make.

3. Invest time in a relationship that needs nurturing.

All relationships, even with oneself, take time and an investment in the other person. Spend time getting to know your parent, grandparent, a neighbor you haven't met, your best friend and partner. Find out one small detail that you may not know - favorite color, favorite poem, or favorite time of day. Take the time and the time you spend with them will be truly rewarding.

4. Replay wonderful and pleasurable times in your life.

Each of us has accomplished great things in our life, no matter what the size. And, these are the moments which we want to remember - first day at school, a smile or hug from a best friend, grass growing, surviving an illness, finishing a race, a child swinging high on a swing, etc. Remember these times. They belong to you. Share them with others.

5. Practice a spontaneous act of kindness each day.

Opportunities come to each of us from the moment we wake up to going to bed that we may miss in being able to do a kind deed. Be in the moment each day. When that opportunity exists, take hold of it. Do a good deed. No matter how small - clean the sidewalk or your room, help someone with packages, read to a small child, visit someone who doesn't have family close-by, volunteer your time to build a house, or go for a walk with yourself. Be kind to yourself and to someone else each day.

6. Commit to a goal and follow-through each day, taking it one small step at a time.

Dreams can come true, if you take them one step at a time. Eating more than "a elephant's ear" may give you indigestion and heartburn! Decide what goal. Commit a time period each day, even if it is 5 minutes. Make a calendar note and place it where you will see the note. Then, do it. Reward yourself at the end of the week for committing to a goal and following through.

7. Exercise your body and your mind daily.

Stimulate your thinking process and exercise your eyes - read! Listen to positive audiotapes and exercise your sense of hearing. Do more than listen - take notes and exercise your right to act and put into action what you have heard. Do something fun for your body - jump rope, play hopscotch, march in place instead of standing, DANCE, DANCE, DANCE. Or, make your "bucket list" and learn to skateboard, scuba dive, attend a conference, plan an event, or experience another culture.

Be Happy. Stay Happy. Happiness was given to you at birth. The rest is up to YOU.

START A HOME BASED BUSINESS TO CREATE HAPPINESS FOR YOURSELF, VISIT http://www.greatlifesolutions.net/

See you every Tuesday and Thursday for more updates...

For free tips on managing stress opportunities, subscribe to Sher Graham's Peace Building newsletter at http://shergraham.com/subscribe.aspx
Sher Graham has been a health coach for over four decades, transforming and inspiring individuals, groups and businesses worldwide to 'go healthy." Money comes more and more easily to me.
2. I align with spirit and use money to help further myself and others.
3. I deserve money and claim my right to it.
4. I feel comfortable earning/attracting more money.

TAKING ACTION - THE CRUCIAL FOLLOW UP
Once you change your beliefs, you must translate them into action. If you act like you have more money now, it neurologically communicates to your inner self that you are becoming more prosperous.

In other words, behave like a prosperous person would, within reason. This behavior might include:

Treating yourself to something special
Giving something away
Making a donation

Acting like an abundant person strengthens your energy field. The above suggestions celebrate your newfound wealth, even before it arrives.

Behave like an abundant person. Trust that you have specifically put your request for more abundance in motion (writing it down helps).

Know that it will occur, though maybe in a different way or form than you expected. Instead of getting extra money for a car, perhaps one will be given to you in an unexpected way. In sum, focus on what you want and take action.

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
Remember that money is a means, not an end. The reason to have money, then, is not to have X amount of money, but what that money will provide you. Also keep in mind, that maybe you don't need as much money as you imagine.

A friend of ours at first thought she needed a million dollars to be secure enough to do what she wanted. With some coaching, she realized that she can start to pursue her career as an alternative healer without needing a million dollars in the bank beforehand.

Your abundance may include lots of $ signs or maybe just a few. Find the underlying meaning of money: what it will bring, what opportunities and resources.

To conclude, there is no need to "try" and be abundant. Follow what is heartfelt, be open to your life purpose and synchronicity, and the rest will follow. We wish you the best in being abundant and living the life you truly desire and deserve.

We will see you every Tuesday and Thursday for more personal development updates.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ABUNDANCE OF WEALTH, VISIT WWW.GREATLIFESOLUTIONS.NET

A pioneer in energy-healing and devoted to helping people live their life purpose, PHILLIP MOUNTROSE'S most recent book co-written with his wife Jane is "The Heart & Soul of EFT and Beyond..." We now know that if we have money problems that it is because of our limiting beliefs.Today we'll discuss how to correct those limiting beliefs.

Firstly, we need to know that our beliefs drive our actions. For example, we have learned that by stepping on the gas pedal, a car accelerates. We believe that to be true. So when we need to go somewhere, what do we do? We get in a car and step on the gas. That action leads to a result. The car moves. We have just reinforced our belief. Our thought process has now come a full circle and here's where the transition occurs.

Most often we allow our results to dictate or revise our beliefs. Then the circular thought process starts all over again. The problem with allowing results to modify our beliefs is that results can vary.

There are any number of factors that can influence a result, and many of them we may not be able to control or even know about. In many cases, the results of our actions are not what we anticipate. Sometimes things just don't work out. Imagine starting the process all over again but with a damaged belief. Maybe you think it's your fault. Low self-esteem, lack of confidence and just a bad attitude are all common side effects of damaged beliefs.

Instead of a circular thought process, damaged beliefs can lead to a downward spiral. You become emotionally involved with negativity. When you expect bad things to happen, they often do, only proving in your mind you were right to be negative. It's a steep and slippery slope.

By simply creating a new starting point in our thought processes, we can ensure an upward spiral instead. How? It's done by adding goals to the flow chart.

First set your goals - outrageous goals. Believe wholeheartedly in them, and you'll find it very easy to add emotion to the mix. Let's face it, your goals are going to provide a fun and exciting life. Goals are only stepping stones, but they give you a sense that anything is possible.

We'll see you every Tuesday and Thursday for more self-development updates.

This article was extracted from the Beyond Freedom Product, a product of Liberty League International.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT EARNING WHILE YOU'RE LEARNING, VISIT http://www.greatlifesolutions.net/
To Learn More About My Home Based Business, visit http://www.greatlifesolutions.net

Thinking Abundance Creates More

In our previous post we discussed that in order to become a millionaire one must change ones mindset first.

On that note, I would like to talk a little more about the concept of Abundance.

Having abundance means your needs and wants are amply filled. Abundance creates a zest for life, an excitement about the daily miracles that can occur at any moment. It includes appreciating what you already have and being excited about what you are creating.
Abundance is a state of mind, where your attitudes support being open to experiencing the richness of life.

When abundant, we see possibilities, even where scarcity exists. We can be compassionate for those who are suffering, including parts of ourselves, knowing that a more abundant world exists. We can support anyone, and see them being more fulfilled, wherever they are on their evolutionary journey.

HOW MONEY FITS IN
Money is a vehicle that can support abundance or stop it in its tracks. Money is a societal archetype, a symbol that holds many meanings gathered over time. On the positive side, money holds freedom, security and choice; on the negative side, money holds fear and greed.
Certainly it's a choice how we view money -- whether we are enslaved or liberated by it. Take a moment to ask: does money create fulfillment or worry in your life?

YOUR MONETARY BELIEF SYSTEM
There are many beliefs around money. The limiting ones revolve around four themes:
1. Making money is a struggle; it's difficult to succeed.
2. Money is not spiritual. People are starving, and the rich will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
3. I don't deserve money. Something is wrong with me, so I can't have it.
4. Abundance is outside of my comfort zone. If I earn more than my parents or friends, I may feel guilty.

Wherever money is a problem, know that you probably have a limiting belief operating, a thought pattern that relates to one or more of the above categories. The good news is that these heavy thoughts are quite correctable.

We will discuss how to correct our old way of thinking in our next update.

See you every Tuesday and Thursday for self-improvement strategies.

IF YOU WANT ABUNDANCE IN YOUR LIFE, VISIT WWW.GREATLIFESOLUTIONS.NET

A pioneer in energy-healing and devoted to helping people live their life purpose, PHILLIP MOUNTROSE'S most recent book co-written with his wife Jane is "The Heart & Soul of EFT and Beyond..." So here it is.

After you have sufficient courage to achieve your dream, the next step is to realign your mindset. Every one of us has a wealth file stored in our brain. This file has been created and developed since we were children. Every experience concerning money whether it is a good or bad will be stored there in our file. Therefore, for some people who grew up in a family that always viewed money as being evil, there will be a tendancy to follow a negative pattern.

Negative thinking about money such as "Rich people are bad people", "Money don't buy happiness", "Rich people are not happy", "Having money will attract crime" and so on, will be stored in our file and therefore creates a self sabotaging attitude towards accumulating wealth.

Be aware of this wealth file and try to store it with good experiences related to money, whether through self experience or other people's positive experiences. This will in turn create positive thinking about wealth and therefore translate wealth creation into reality.

We will discuss this concept futher in our next update.

I will see you every Tuesday and Thursday with some more personal development updates.

IF YOU WANT TO CREATE WEALTH FOR YOURSELF AND IS INTERESTED IN PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, VISIT http://www.greatlifesolutions.net/
To Learn More About My Home Based Business, visit http://www.greatlifesolutions.net

Taking Risks Are Means To Millions

So yesterday we discussed how important it is to feel like a millionaire before you can become one.

However, feeling like a millionaire is only the first step. If you look at any successful individuals, the most common trait that you can find is the willingness of the individual to take risk. The courage to take risk comes from the belief that you will achieve your target. As Henry Ford once quoted "Problems and risks are the thing that distracts you from the original plan." That's why the longer a person have been living on a pay check, the more reluctant he would be in taking the risk of leaving his job and venture into a business of his own. The more comfortable you are with your status quo, the more heavily the decision you have to make in quitting your day job.

As for the status quo of the industry right now, not many people can get rich by just working for other people. You can only get rich by employing others to work for you. Try to rethink your current position now. Probably it is high time for you to take that calculated risk and dive in towards uncharted territory.

By risk, we don't mean going into something blindly, but to still do your homework. Taking a risk means that whether you will win or lose, you'll do it, because you have the confidence that eventually you will win. So, in the beginning you might not make money, you might lose some, but as you gain experience you will succeed.

The best way to become that millionaire you want to become is to place yourself in a money making position. So that as you learn and grow, your chances of making money is always there.

See you every Tuesday and Thursday for self-improvement strategies.

IF YOU WANT TO PLACE YOURSELF IN A MONEY MAKING POSITION, VISIT http://www.greatlifesolutions.net/
To Learn More About My Home Based Business, visit http://www.greatlifesolutions.net

Think Millionaire To Be Millionaire

I have always had the dream of becoming a millionaire, but never believed that I could achieve it nor did I know how I would go about becoming a millionaire. After reading many books written by self-made millionaires, I have come to the conclusion that many have the same way of doing things, but different to the rest of us.

So with this in mind, I would like to share with you those things that set millionaires apart from us and what we can do to become like them.

So firstly, when you have set yourself a dream of becoming a millionaire, the first thing you must do is to envision the feeling of having that one million in the bank. Visualization of that feeling will actually help you to give the motivation and the push forward in acting out the necessary action in accomplishing the dream. It is all hard work to achieve the dream but there is absolutely no harm in having a feeling of a millionaire inside. As you create that strong feeling of a millionaire inside you, it is just a matter of time that you will actually become one.

Knowing one has to feel like a millionaire is easier than actually feeling like one, especially if you do not have a clue what it feels like to be a millionaire. Many people actually think that feeling like a millionaire won't make any difference to their bank account, but indeed it will.

Lets look at a simpler example. Say for instance you are at school and you want to be the clever kid. In order for you to become the clever kid, you need to do certain things to be called clever. Like get 90-100% on all your tests. Now, how does an ordinary average kid become clever besides studying a lot? First thing this kid has to do, is change the way he sees himself. He has to believe that he is the clever kid first, he has to get the confidence to know that he will score high no matter what. The only way to start doing it, is to see that clever person in himself and more importantly feel clever. Take note that feelings are the strongest creator within a human being. So merely thinking you're clever but not feeling it is not going to get you far. The only way you will feel clever is when you do things the way clever people do them.

The same goes for becoming a millionaire. One has to see and feel that millionaire within yourself before one can become a millionaire. And the only way to do that is to do things the way millionaires would.

We will go more into this on Tuesday.

See you every Tuesday and Thursday for self-improvement tips.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO PLACE YOURSELF IN A POSITION TO BECOME A MILLIONAIRE?
VISIT, http://www.greatlifesolutions.net/
To Learn More About My Home Based Business, visit http://www.greatlifesolutions.net

Turning Negative Emotion Into Positivity

I have always had the worst luck in the world and liked to feel sorry for myself. This has caused only more bad luck and unhappiness which I could have prevented.

Ever since I started educating myself in personal development I have learnt how I could have changed my circumstances just by changing my way of thinking.

Today I would like you to read about a real life example and how one can turn any negative obsticle in to a positive opportunity...

As a retirement success coach with a background in counseling and therapy, one of the things I've found myself doing over the years is collecting exercises that decrease depression and anxiety and increase happiness or feelings of well being.

A few years ago when Martin Seligman developed Positive Psychology and then wrote his book Authentic Happiness, I thought, "We've finally cracked through the practice of focusing on the negative stuff in peoples' lives, and now, we can also learn ways of increasing the good feelings and make them even better." My purpose in this article is to offer you one of many ways to increase your experience of happiness and/or your sense of well being.

Studies have shown that about 50% of happiness is genetic and about 10% is situational, but about 40% is really up to us as individuals. 40% may not be even half, but it is a big chunk. A 40% improvement is significant in anybody's statistical book.

We can't control everything that happens to us, but as Viktor Frankl told us in his book, Man's Search for Meaning, we are in charge of how we think about what happens. We can write our own story, and that is what free will is all about.

The following are steps to writing your story to increase happiness:

1. Select a situation or occurrence in your life that when it happened you felt frustrated or angry or sad (some negative feeling). Don't pick a major event. You can work up to the major stuff. I'll give you an example of my own. About two weeks ago I was at a warehouse picking up products, and I locked my keys in the car. I called my husband to come rescue me. He did. I was really angry with myself and dreaded my husband's comments about having to drive 20 miles to rescue me.

2. Tell your story from a negative perspective. I was 20 miles away, and locked my keys in the car. As soon as I did it, I realized what I had done, and I was so frustrated with myself. Also I realized I would have to call my husband to come rescue me. (He has an additional set of keys.) My husband has asked me on several occasions to lock the car after the door is closed by using the automatic key lock button on the car key. My habit is to push the lock button as I get out of the car. When I called him he said he would come right away, and I gave him directions. I picked up my products and had been waiting for him for a while when I realized I had given him the wrong directions. When I called him back he was wandering around trying to find me on the wrong street (not a happy camper). Understandably, he was irritated, I was defensive, and we didn't have a very pleasant exchange when he arrived.

3. Retell your story from a positive perspective. I locked my keys in the car and had to call my husband to drive 20 miles to rescue me. My wait was about 45 minutes, and I had the most interesting experience while waiting. My car was blocking one lane of a parking lot, and a young man drove up behind me. I explained that I couldn't move my car because I had locked the keys in it. He was very sympathetic, and I told him my husband was on his way to rescue me. He went in the building to pick up his order. (I had already picked up mine and had boxes sitting beside the car.) When he came back out, I saw he had a drink product I had not tried, and I asked him about it. He had not tried the drink product that I had purchased. We exchanged some drinks so we could each try something new, and then we had the most interesting conversation about where he was from in Africa.

4. Decide on your focus. Both of these stories are about the same incident-just a different focus. Which story would be more likely to increase happiness? It's your story, so you can focus on whatever part of it you want to. Yes, I will work on changing my habit of how I lock my car. At the same time, I have thought several times about the pleasant young man that I met because I locked my keys in the car.

5. Practice this technique, and you'll be delightfully surprised by how much you really are in charge of creating good feelings-even when there may be negative aspects to a situation. Sometimes it's a challenge to find the positive slant, but with practice you'll find you can do it.

6. Teach this technique to everyone you know, and you can honestly say you've had a little part in increasing the happiness in the world.

Jane Hardwick is a retirement success coach and a certified facilitator of the courses, "retirement Options," "Too Young to Retire," and "Life Options." All successful people mention that what you feed your mind, creates the results you have in your life.

There are lots of self-improvement advice available, but which ones are the best? Everyone would want to know what the best-kept secrets are to improving the self and achieving success in all areas of one's life. All you have to do is to look in the right places.

The best self-improvement advice is discipline! Discipline does not mean you lose freedom. One habit down means you get tenfold the benefit. It all depends on how much you are actually willing to let go of in order to gain something that would benefit your life more.

Now start by actually starting something! Whenever you are procrastinating, it is important to take a deep breath and avoid thinking negative thoughts. These negative thoughts can affect the way you do whatever you need to be done.

The next step is to enjoy what you are doing. Someone I know takes bubble baths every morning. While taking a bubble bath she listens to personal development audios and afterwards she visualizes her future. This has made her so enthusiastic about working on her business and in turn has made her very successful. Think about the reward you're going to get at the end of the day, whether it is money, personal satisfaction, or something you are willing to do for yourself.

Another unique self-improvement advice is to visualize. This may sound so simple to do, but it is definitely effective. Visualization is the process of making a mental image with the goal of rebooting the mind. Visualization is based on the knowledge that the mind has a powerful effect on the body.

Visualizing can help you actualize what you tell yourself: "I can do this!" The first step is to fully relax yourself by imagining all muscles beginning to relax and go comfortable limp from your forehead down to your shoulders until your toes. The next step is to imagine you are crossing something like a bridge, to indicate to yourself that you are crossing over to your subconscious. You may then imagine the desired outcome of reaching your goals. The final step is to imagine that you have already reached that desired outcome.

A similar self-improvement advice is to try hypnosis. A therapist can help you with this. During a normal mental state, many individuals will not be able to admit certain bad habits. When you subconsciously face what needs to be improved in your life, you will have gotten rid of those negative habits you were never even aware.

The final self-improvement advice is meditation. This is linked to the previous techniques mentioned. When you are trying to improve yourself and caught up in a roller coaster ride at the same time, meditation can help you clear your mind. A clearer mind means you'll be able to focus more on yourself and what you really want out of life.

To meditate, keep away from distraction and take long deep breaths while releasing all tense muscles. Mentally ask questions regarding who you really are. Ask yourself what you like to do, what made you proud of yourself, how content you really are in life and what is more important to you, and try to answer these questions everyday with actions.

Any self-improvement advice will only be effective if you are determined to change. You are your own boss when it comes to self-improvement. So be open to possibilities as much as possible!
The more you invest in yourself, the more you would set yourself apart from others. I have learned and are still learning a lot about myself in personal development. Improving ones self is not always easy, but it is essential to progress in life.

IF YOU WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, VISIT http://www.greatlifesolutions.net/
To Learn More About My Home Based Business, visit http://www.greatlifesolutions.net

6 Essential Steps In Creating Wealth

Most of us wish for a lot of money, but wishing is not enough to bring good fortunes to us. The secret to wealth lies in 6 crucial steps that are essential to have wealth in abundance.

Every human being who has the capability to understand the purpose of money wishes he or she had a lot of it. Unfortunately merely wishing for it will not make it happen. What then will create this wealth that you and I are looking for? I can for a surety say that it is a great 'DESIRE' for wealth, such a desire that will put you in a state of mind that will actually become an obsession. Once you have that obsession it is necessary to plan definite ways and means to acquire that wealth, and then backing up those plans with persistence that will not know 'FAILURE'. This iswhere the result will bring forth 'WEALTH'.

There are six definite steps to desired wealth:

1. Fix your mind on the exact amount of money you desire. It must be exact, there is a psychological reason for this.

2. Determine exactly how much you will give back in return for the money you desire. There is no such thing as getting something for nothing.

3. Set a definite date by which you intent to possess the money you desire.

4. Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire. The secret is to do it immediately, whether you are ready or not. Put the plan into action.

5. Put it in writing. Be clear and concise in your statements.Write out the whole plan from step one to six.

6. Read your written statement aloud, twice every day. Read it once just before you go to bed at night, and once when you wake up in the morning. As you read - see, feel and believe you already possess the money.

It is essential for you to follow these six steps, but even more essential to follow step six. Your obsession must be strong enough to convince yourself that you will acquire that money. You need to want it so badly that your obsession will make you convince yourself that you will have it.

Only those who become completely 'money conscious' ever accumulate great wealth. To be 'money conscious' means that you become so obsessed in your desire to attain wealth that you can see yourself already in possession of it.

IF YOU HAVE THE DESIRE FOR GREAT WEALTH AND ABUNDANCE VISIT http://www.greatlifesolutions.net/

Add to Onlywire
To Learn More About My Home Based Business, visit http://www.greatlifesolutions.net

How To Overcome Disappointments?

If you are one who have suffered adversity and disappointment in life and sometimes feel like all the forces of nature seem to be against your pursuites, then take courage that good will always find its way into your life to balance out the bad.

Disappointment and defeat are those elements that seem to creep into our lives as soon as we start our journey to success. 'Find courage in knowing that these experiences have seeled your spirit and become assets of incomparable value.'

Everyone in this life who has ever had success got off to a bad start, and was forced to endure many heartbreaking struggles before they achieved their success. The turning point in the lives of those who succeeded, mostly came at moments of crisis through which they were introduced to their "other selves".

As Sean Rasmussan explained,"Life's ways are strange and varied and stranger still are the ways of Infinite intelligence, through which people are sometimes forced to undergo all sorts of punishment before discovering their own brains, and their won capacity to create useful ideas through imagination.

There are many examples of this phenomina of people who raised above there adversity and achieved remarkable things. Among these examples are, Booker. T. Washington who was born into slavery and opened the doors for modern Civil Rights leaders. Beethoven was deaf, Milton was blind. They dreamed and translated their dreams into thought and art.

As Sean Rasmussen explained so nicely, 'things will come to you when you are ready for it. There is a difference between wishing for something and being ready to receive it. Your state of mind has to be belief, not just hope or wishfulness. Open-mindedness is essential for belief. Closed minds do not inspire faith, courage and belief.'

He further quotes, "It takes no more effort to aim high in life, to demand abundance and prosperity, than it does to accept misery and poverty."

Every adversity brings with it the seed of an equivalent advantage.

IF YOU HAVE A DESIRE FOR GREAT WEALTH AND ABUNDANCE, VISIT http://www.greatlifesolutions.net/

Add to Onlywire
To Learn More About My Home Based Business, visit http://www.greatlifesolutions.net
