Marian Price is just one of several Irish people still interned in British Occupied Ireland for almost 18 months, during which time neither Marian or her lawyers have been allowed to see any of Britain's ‘alleged’ evidence against her.

• She has been kept in solitary confinement in a ‘male’ high security prison
• She is effectively interned without a trial, sentence, or release date.
• She has not been given any timescale for any investigation.
• She has not been allowed to see the evidence that the state claims to have
• Her release has been ordered on two occasions by judges. However, on both occasions the British Vice royal has overruled those decisions.
• The Vice royal claims they ‘revoked Marian’s license, ’despite Marian never being released on license. She was given a Royal Pardon.
• Marian’s Royal Pardon has ‘gone missing’ from the home office (the only time in history). The British Vice royal has taken the view that unless a paper copy can be located – it must be assumed that she does not have one. It is generally agreed that MI5 shredded her majesty's pardon.
• Despite no ‘license’ existing for her release from prison in 1980, it is the non-existent licence that is being used to keep her in prison.
• She can only be released by Theresa Villiers the current Vice royal responsible for Marian's internment.

The second last time Marian appeared in court, the charges against her were thrown out of court for lack of evidence by a Judge. Now the very same charges have been re-instated against Marian again in front of the very same Judge!

In secret courts, being introduced secretly, by the back door, through legislation in the House of Lords, MI5 the British secret service, push for secret trials to take place, with secret evidence by secret witnesses, that not even the defendant's lawyers are allowed to know or see. The length of sentence is secret with it all kept secret, under penalty of a long jail sentence, of their Official Secret's Act.

Despite protests of defence lawyers, the secret courts will operate, with virtually no rules of evidence, no discovery rules, no rules of decision and no rules regarding precedent. Not only will traditional law be in short supply, so too, will any sense, as to what interpretive practices would be followed by the 'judges' or what precedent values will exist.

In the constant existential crises, of the nonsensical British scum state, established on the basis of a British mentored sectarian headcount, with rules and ongoing lawlessness of farcical law, its obvious injustice, commands no respect from informed Irish citizens, with the exception of Her majesty's cultivated bigoted, sectarian, neo-colonial, commoners.

With indefinite internment without a fair trial, without formal charges, where counsel is uniformed, where an individual cannot have their day in open court, events such as the miscarriages of justice like the Guildford 4 and the Birmingham 6 will become the secret norm. Internees without trial are being secretly judged, by observers with a vested financial and political interest to infer guilt by often bigoted, prejudiced, sectarian, racist, blackmailed, intimidated bureaucrats of colonial perceptions.

The dehumanization of internees such as Marian Price, through the infliction of pain and torture, not only damages her body and mind, it is as Elaine Scarry wrote, world-destroying, "It is the intense pain that destroys a person‘s self and world, a destruction experienced spatially as either the contraction of the universe down to the immediate vicinity of the body or as the body swelling to fill the entire universe. Intense pain is also language destroying; as the content of one‘s world disintegrates, so the content of one‘s language disintegrates; as the self disintegrates, so that which would express and project the self is robbed of its source and its subject. Thus, physical erasure also eliminates the intelligible voice, reducing human speech to the primordial expression of pain, a state anterior to language."

In addition to these erasures of her body, mind and self, British torture achieves a third form of physical erasure by the very fact
of the political prisoners‘ torture, requiring concealment. The retreat of torture from respectability by European standards, means that the British must perform their brutality in hiding, primarily with censorship. However they also conceal their involvement in rendition, as they hide their activity in subcontracted assassinations, with more curtains over their already, shrouded victim's bodies such as several human rights lawyers liquidated in British Occupied Ireland

While in some instances, their prolonged stress positions along with other techniques, constituting cruel, inhuman, degrading treatment, may not always rise to the level of torture, they nevertheless were found guilty of such, by the International Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg regarding their activity in Ireland. The physical erasure of British torture is self-evident in their colonial history worldwide, right up to the present day and therefore needs only brief comment.

In secret British courts, with identity blacked out on their transcripts, judges will not countenance torture complaints, deeming this complaint conduct unacceptable and defendants will receive a final warning, oblivious to international law. In such courts they do not tolerate words, such as international law. The British are not concerned about international law and insist on it, by having internees like Marian Price, removed from the hearings, so that their secret services and military can consider classified evidence against her in secret.

If we accept the integrity of human rights law and its independence from any state sovereign, then it follows that there can never be
lawlessness such as there is in British Occupied Ireland, only gross violations of human rights law. Britain's current habeas-corpus-stripping provisions, are a core breach of human rights law. The many liberty concerns with regard to the Geneva Conventions and current British attempts at unilateral re-interpretation of sections of international law, have no constitutional basis whatsoever.

British Occupied Ireland with the treatment of political internees such as Marian Price, Martin Corey and many others, has become a human-rights-free zone.The quarantine of many Irish political prisoners is a familiar concealment. When placed in a human rights context. British Occupied Ireland is often described in terms of the British government‘s denial of rights to political prisoners but equally important the denial of their Irish humanity.

British Occupied Ireland has been a laboratory, of their systematic dehumanization, while they use their corporate right-wing media, such as the BBC world service, to refer to prisoners of conscience, as terrorists, to ostracize them from what it means to be human and allow the British continue the physical and mental maltreatment of Irish political prisoners, abhorrent to human beings.Thus they accomplish through cultural erasure, through the creation of the terrorist narrative; legal erasure and physical erasure through torture.

While the dimensions of dehumanization are distinct, they are interrelated. All are connected by law and specifically by human rights.The British have created the preconditions for state power activity, so brutal, as to deprive Irish political prisoners of the ability to be human or have any human rights. Irish political internees stand exposed to the violence of the British state, unmediated, unprotected by any human rights, reducing political internees to a state of bare life without humanity. The evolving normalization, is the Irish have no right, to have rights, a vacuum enabling extreme British state violence, placing the internment of internees such as Marian Price, at the center of a struggle not just for rights, but for humanity that includes you and me.

Through resistance, political space will open up but the mere resistance, the assertion of self against state violence, is in itself life-affirming. Resistance is a way of staying human. This, then, is the work that human rights do, when pushed to the brink of annihilation, they provide us with a rudimentary and perhaps inadequate tool to maintain our humanity. Thus by paying particular attention to the value of human rights and arguing the importance of rights, it becomes a mode of peaceful resistance, to British state violence. British internment is a military act of war on a defenceless civilian population, even their own beloved wartime Churchill called it and odious act of war in wartime.

It has been used in every decade in Ireland in the last century with political concentration camps with impunity, because the British ruling class regard and portray the Irish as subhuman. Indeed Irish political prisoners of conscience, currently live in subhuman conditions in British Occupied Ireland. Irish political prisoners pushed to the the edge of annihilation of their identity, have a long track record of participating in direct forms of resistance in many forms, including dirt strikes and hunger strikes, as a form of prisoner resistance, along with lawyer rights-based litigation and the hunger strikes, sharing an understanding of the relationship between rights, violence, and humanity.

While sometimes the resistance of lawyers and of prisoners may not be enough to win the prisoners‘ freedom as in the instance of dozens of Irish political prisoners who have died on hunger strike, it is still essential when British state violence is so extreme, as to attempt to extinguish our humanity and carry out this act of war on a defenceless civilian population that we explore every peaceful mode of resistance, besides fighting fire with fire. We have a moral obligation to consider all other alternatives first, that we fight fire with water and deny the British, with their barbaric acts of war on ordinary people, any basis for their inhumanity with their terrorist narrative.

Ordinary people too, who are genuinely interested in real peace in Ireland, have a responsibility to work for justice in Ireland, which is the only basis for a real lasting peace. Careerist politicians making millions off the backs of the long suffering Irish people make superficial careerist calls for peace, knowing full well is is hypocritical nonsense in an island of a divided Ireland, in more senses than one, planted firmly in social and political injustice of the extreme.

There is rally today, Saturday the 3rd of November in Dublin, starting at the Garden of Remembrance at 2.00 p.m, which goes to the historic GPO. That is a good start for anyone genuinely interested interested in Peace in Ireland and remove the basis of political violence. It would do well for those politicians engaged in state violence and acts of war against the Irish people of no property, to open their minds to this suggestion, rather than mouth vacuous, hypocritical condemnations for strictly political profit.

Secret Trials and Experiments

Issues of mental health and insanity due to solitary confinement and other extreme forms of Sensory Deprivation date back to the 19th century and were widely researched by a variety of academics and scholars at that time.Some of these early prison experiments indicated that many prisoners preferred the lash over solitary confinement, because it did not induce permanent damage and would not incite madness like solitary confinement. Mental instability has been linked to solitary confinement since the 1860s. Prison records of the Danish institute of 1870-1920 demonstrate, that inmates showed signs of mental illnesses in isolation, revealing that knowledge of this has been around for more than a hundred years before the British started serious experiment on Irish political internees, who later became known as "The Guineapigs" after an internee John McGuffuin, wrote a book about it by that title .

The British as result of these Sensory Deprivation torture experiments, became the world's leading experts on the matter and refined it down to their sick art. The British are very aware as result of these experiments, on how to induce various forms of specific psychosis and are still perfecting their dark arts, on their latest internees of political conscience, which includes Marian Price. The experiments are also used to induce a psychotic state, to later discredit political prisoners, such as the Price sisters when eventually they are released. The British experiments are often supplemented with different drugs, secretly administered in the food of Irish political prisoners. On other occasions the British use the induced psychotic state to induce the suicide of political dissidents.

Solitary internment without trial in British Occupied Ireland, which Marian Price has endured now, for more than one year on this occasion, coupled with more than six months of force feeding previously, has left Marian Price permanently, distraught and physically damaged and in seriously bad health. The Irish internees of this special form of torture in which political dissident internees are isolated from any human contact, is sometimes used as a form of punishment beyond incarceration for Irish political prisoners, as well as conducting further experiments in their dark sadistic British art. Some previous interned Irish political prisoners or the original Guineapigs of Sensory Deprivation, prior to the latest form of selective internment, suffered subsequent seriously bad health, death and suicide.

On June 5, 1975 Sean McKenna died. On his death certificate the cause of death was 'heart attack'. At the funeral oration Ruari O'Bradaigh, President of Sinn Fein said: "Before 1971 Sean McKenna was a strong, healthy man, but after suffering at the hands of the enemy, the great tortures to which he was subjected, his time was marked. He started to die for Ireland at 4 am. on August 9, 1971 when he was interned and tortured." At the time of his internment Sean McKenna, at 42 was the oldest of the Guineapigs. He was also one of those worst-affected. Following the experiment he was kept interned at Long Kesh, in a very bad state, for two years before being transferred to various psychiatric hospitals and finally released, only to die a year later.

Professor Robert J. Daly of Cork University, who carried out a five year study of many of the Guineapigs, examined McKenna four months before his death reporting him physically fit. "He had a feeling of impending fatal illness and had gross symptoms of anxiety." Professor Daly also spoke of three of the other Guineapigs. "One 29 year old hooded man has developed Hodgkin's disease, of which there was no evidence prior to his arrest.Hodgkin's disease is a rare form of cancer. It is still not curable but can be treated. Another man has had surgical treatment for carcinoma of the skin which developed on one of his scars which he received on his leg while being 'interrogated in depth'. A fourth man has had colonic resection for suspected Chron's disease. He developed intense and chronic diarrhoea some three months after the 'interrogation in depth'. All the hooded men report disability to a greater or lesser extent and this has included outpatient and inpatient psychiatric treatment as well as treatment for medical illness."

British Army training in 'psyops' or psychological operations, torture and sensory deprivation has continued with Marian Price, despite the British Government giving an 'assurance' that such methods would never be used again, when they were found guilty of torture in Ireland, at the International Court of Human rights in Strasbourg. The end result of the 'Guineapigs' experiment, like so many other experiment being conducted in British Occupied Ireland, is that the British are now regarded as experts at this form of torture and are regularly invited to give demonstrations and seminars, at places such as Fort Bragg, Carolina, and Fort Huachuca, Arizona and Bad Tolz in West Germany.They also instructed the fascist P.I.D.E. Portuguese secret police until they discovered to their disgust and embarrassment after an Army coup, they had unbeknownst to themselves, been giving lessons of Kitsonian counter-insurgency techniques and torture, to guerrillas in Latin American, who had infiltrated the Portugese Army and the British torture courses.

Besides the psychological harm the British have inflicted on Marian Price the sensory deprivation will have a severe negative impact on her mental state and may lead to mental illnesses such as depression, permanent change in her brain physiology, along with an induced existential crisis, that will probably lead to her premature death. Women are more far more likely to become depressed because of paranoid feelings of and imagined lack of support by their families outside prison. The extreme form of solitary confinement, Sensory Deprivation and isolation suffered by Marian will be felt by the larger Irish community as a whole. The unreasonable amount of time Marian has spent in solitary confinement will probably mean that Marian will suffer from serious mental illnesses even if the British ever release her.

The British plan as result of their experiments on Irish political guineapigs, with new legislation this Autumn and more secret courts in England to place prisoners in solitary confinement based on sexual orientation, race and religion. This form of psychological torture and its negative psychological effects were described by one leading judge to rule that “Solitary confinement or Sensory deprivation units are virtual incubators of psychoses seeding illness in otherwise healthy inmates.” This author has received uncorroborated evidence more than one year ago, that the British plan with regard to the torture of Marian Price, is to induce her suicide, with the use of Sensory Deprivation. This has already been achieved with other prisoners of political conscience.

'She left her human body behind. She left her human mind behind. She became a point of consciousness, of awareness, in an empty, infinite space filled with light. Slowly two presences, two Beings, began to approach her from a distance. There was a three-way exchange of direct thought, of direct meaning, of direct feeling with no words.'

Marian Price who has had an experiment of almost six months force feeding conducted on her, along with a further year of sensory deprivation experiments, should be released from internment without trial in British occupied ireland is close to death. Marian rather than being "on licence" as per British spin doctors and media, actually she received a full royal pardon, the Royal Prerogative of Mercy. Viceroy Paterson's claimed that this document, which would set Marian free, was either lost or shredded after she and her sister Dolours were force-fed for 167 days, in a practice that is widely recognized as inhumane.

'The conference of the three Beings was taking place in a dimensionless space, the spaceless set of dimensions somewhere near the third planet of a small solar system dominated by a type-G star. The organization which they represented he would later call the Earth Coincidence Control Office (ECCO).'

Speaking in an interview afterwards, Marian said of her ordeal:

“Four male prison officers tie you into the chair so tightly with sheets you can’t struggle. You clench your teeth to try to keep your mouth closed but they push a metal spring device around your jaw to prise it open. They force a wooden clamp with a hole in the middle into your mouth. Then, they insert a big rubber tube down that. They hold your head back. You can’t move. They throw whatever they like into the food mixer – orange juice, soup, or cartons of cream if they want to beef up the calories. They take jugs of this gruel from the food mixer and pour it into a funnel attached to the tube. The force-feeding takes 15 minutes but it feels like forever. You’re in control of nothing. You’re terrified the food will go down the wrong way and you won’t be able to let them know because you can’t speak or move. You’re frightened you’ll choke to death.”

'The First Being speaks: "We are meeting at this particular space-time juncture in order to review the evolution of a vehicle that we control on the planet Earth. She is at another transition point in her training. We need to review what she has done, what she is thinking, what her motivations are. We must determine what the future of her mission can be within the evolutionary speed limit allowed the humans on that planet."

Second Being: "You, the First Being, and I, the Second Being, have been controlling the coordination of coincidences of this agent on Earth. I feel it is important that we state all of this very clearly for the benefit of the Third Being, who has been responsible for that human agent. It is important that she not exceed the evolutionary speed limit at this particular time; however, we realize that there is a certain discrepancy existing among the humans, that their evolution is proceeding extremely rapidly in certain areas and is going backward in others. It is the purpose of this conference among the three of us to make sure that the Third Being controls her so that she stays within certain wel]-defined limits and avoids the kinds of catastrophes certain other agents of ours have experienced on that planet. Let us listen to the report of the Being who has been in charge of the vehicle on the planet." '

Pat Ramsey, a Social Democratic and Labour member of the Occupied Ireland Assembly, wrote to Paterson about this "lost" pardon. He asked:

-- Where would Mrs. Price-McGlinchey's pardon have been held?
-- How many staff are currently seeking the document and in what departments?
-- Are those looking for it doing so on a full-time basis, if not, why not?
-- Has the Northern Ireland Office received comment from the judiciary on the apparent loss of the document?
-- How many Royal Prerogative's have been lost (or destroyed) that the government has record of?
-- Who is ultimately responsible for the care and maintenance of the building where these documents are kept?

Paterson who contemptuously dismissed Ramsey's inquiry stating that "unfortunately the RPM (Royal Prerogative of Mercy) was not recovered but had "no bearing on current circumstances." before was abruptly moved back to London and replaced by Viceroyal Theresa Villliers? Paterson had placed himself above the British Occupied Ireland Assembly, which was supposedly elected to govern British Occupied Ireland, just as he has previously overruled the judiciary. Two judges have ruled that Marian Price should be released on bail, it appears Viceroyal Villliers will ignore and override the courts as well. The following is a presentation of the facts as concisely and accurately as possible.

'Third Being: "Currently my agent is in a quandary. I need this conference to know in what direction she is to move next. The vehicle that she inhabits is now in a deep trance state and is willing to share with us the sources of this quandary.

"As you both know she has a carefully constructed cover story in which she has invested a good deal of time, effort, and training. All three of us are well acquainted with the rather arduous steps that he has been taking in her human form. There have been many times when she has lost contact with me, has repressed her knowledge of me, and has had to be guided through her unconscious mind. There were times when she had too much knowledge of me, necessitating repression so that she could continue to function as an acceptable human being in the society in which she lives. Her main worry at times was being made persona non grata by her fellow humans in various fields of endeavor. "She went through a process which humans call psychoanalysis. Psychoanalysis to us is a means of educating humans in how to remain human, at the same time keeping sufficient independence of that state so as to be aware of our existence. Psychoanalysis also furnishes the human agents with the current rationalizations and basic assumptions upon which humans operate. It helps them develop their cover story so that they will not reveal our existence or our influence. It allows them to reconstruct their past history and understand it in terms of the present human society.'

'In May 2011, Marian Price was taken to Maghaberry high security prison (an all-male prison) and was placed in solitary confinement, where as a result of holding up a piece of paper or statement on a windy day, at a traditional Irish Easter republican ceremony which was read aloud by a masked man, she was accused of, ‘encouraging support for an illegal organisation’. Marian has now been interned for 17 months, during which time neither her lawyers, or Marian have been allowed to see any of Britain's ‘alleged’ evidence.

• She has been kept in solitary confinement in a ‘male’ high security prison
• She is effectively interned without a trial, sentence, or release date.
• She has not been given any timescale for any investigation.
• She has not been allowed to see the evidence that the state claims to have
• Her release has been ordered on two occasions by judges. However, on both occasions the secretary of state has overruled those decisions.
• The secretary of state claims he has ‘revoked Marian’s license’. This is despite Marian never being released on license. She was given a Royal Pardon.
• Marian’s Royal Pardon has ‘gone missing’ from the home office (the only time in history). The secretary of state has taken the view that unless a paper copy can be located – it must be assumed that she does not have one.
• Despite no ‘license’ existing for her release from prison in 1980, it is the non-existent license that is being used to keep her in prison.
• She can only be released by Theresa Villiers the current Secretary of State responsible.

"In the area of self-awareness, her awareness of me, of his deeper self, our agent is on the threshold of recognizing us and our influence on her.

"In her brain research she has discovered the difference between small brains (monkeys) and large brains (human and dolphin). She has realized that in order to do research on the brain and the mind, she must work in an institution which she herself controls, insofar as is possible in the current human reality. Sh sees that human society interacts with her in a way that allows certain areas of research and not others. She realizes that the laboratory work in relation to the isolation tank is difficult to support. She has learned that the brain work can be supported openly and that the tank work must be done covertly. As long as the tank work was done in solitude, she was unimpeded in the directions in which she could carry it. "She is becoming aware of the political and social realities of what she is doing. Her mission to thoroughly investigate the brain with thousands of electrodes and with feedback between her own brain and its recorded activity has implications which she knows she cannot reveal at the present state of development of the human species. Her analyst taught her to look more critically at this particular aspect of her mission. Her work for the last five years has been in the direction of perfecting electrodes so that he can use them safely in his own brain. He found on monkeys and dolphins that this was not a safe procedure. The brain sections revealed damage along every electrode track to the extent that she would not wish to insert electrodes into herself or another human.'

The last time Marian appeared in court the charges against her were thrown out of court for lack of evidence by a Judge and now the very same charges have been re-instated against Marian again !

This clearly is internment without trial which has been applied to several other traditional Irish republicans of political conscience who do not accept British Occupation of Ireland. Many seasoned political observers of previous political internment in Ireland, where the British were found guilty of Sensory Deprivation torture by the International Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, have been baffled, at the ridiculous lengths the British have gone, to keep a 58 year old woman interned, who is close to death and in extreme pain, too old as she has said herself, to be of any threat to the British. Why ?

There are number of links below that may explain this, albeit again, as any seasoned observer of British Occupied Ireland where the truth is often stranger than fiction. Internment without trial like many aspects of the British occupation over the last forty years, has largely being a further experimental exercise by the British military and their secret services in their Imperial evolution with research for a new hegemony.

' "From her interactions with the government agency in which she she refuses to work, she finally realizes that the isolation tank gives her more information in more dimensions than can be absorbed by those in control.

"She now wishes to abandon the study of electrodes. They are too damaging to brains. She wants to pursue other methods not including brain electrodes or damage to either her own brain or monkey or dolphin brains." '

There is an old cliche 'Too much of a good thing may be bad." When there is excess within the whole, an imbalance develops, and health problems arise. This applies to things as simple as food, alcohol, drugs and in relation to the subject addressed here Sensory Deprivation

Sensory Deprivation and torture experiments, have been conducted by the British, since internment in 1971 was introduced in Ireland. “Segregation, isolation, separation, cellular, lockdown, Supermax, the hole, Secure Housing Unit… whatever the name, solitary confinement should be banned by States as a punishment or extortion technique,” UN Special Rapporteur on torture Juan E. Méndez told the General Assembly’s third committee on 18 October 2011, saying the practice amounts to torture.

' "Her work to date with dolphins has convinced her that they are quite as intelligent, quite as ethical, quite as sentient as humans................" '

Bearing the above in mind and to finish the story, I ask you to look at number of links below some of which you may be very familiar including an article I wrote last week, other somewhat bizarre you may not. I believe they are highly relevant not just in the context of Marian Price but with the introduction of secret courts, trials and the introduction of internment in England itself where like Marian the victims will not be allowed to see or have knowledge of any evidence against them and where they are presumed guilty on the heresay of a bureaucrat with a vested interest in internment.
