Lenny is on the Shareholders' Council of McKinsey (its board of directors) and oversees the McKinsey Global Institute and the firm's communications (including McKinsey Quarterly). He has helped dozens of corporate, government, and not-for-profit clients solve their most difficult management challenges. 

Lenny has led several McKinsey research efforts.
