We recognize that discontinuing these products will disappoint our customers. This decision is based upon the current and expected financial performance of these products, coupled with regulatory restrictions that burden our ability to quickly improve these products.

Returns/ Refunds

We will provide a refund of your purchase price for any Green Smoke® product that does not meet your expectations, if you contact us within 6 months of your retail or e-commerce purchase and if the cartridge is not expired. Customers will need to provide proof of purchase and proof of age.

Product Info

Please dispose of Green Smoke® e-vapor devices, cartridges, batteries and chargers responsibly. The Green Smoke® e-vapor device includes a lithium-ion rechargeable battery. When discarded, it must be recycled properly in accordance with state or local requirements.

Green Smoke® e-vapor products contain tobacco-derived nicotine, propylene glycol, and flavors. The Menthol Ice® flavor blend also includes menthol.

Do not use this product to treat any medical condition or habit. Do not use if pregnant, breast-feeding or suffer from any medical condition. Stop use if you show any sensitivity to this product.

  • Use only the Green Smoke® USB charger and other accessories when charging this product. Use only Green Smoke® flavored cartridges with this product.
  • Green Smoke® cartridges should only be used with Green Smoke® batteries.
