Gaffney police found a woman in the parking lot of a Club X-Clusive naked and inebriated. I assume she wasn’t the victim of a crime because she was picked up and charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication.

I haven’t found much online about this club so I’m not sure if it’s a regular occurrence for women to strip off and run the parking lot. I do know that if this isn’t a strip club they’re wasting a great pun. There’s not much info out there on this so I’ll proved what I believed the scene look liked just prior to the incident:

Nowhere is that more apparent than the Greenville “art scene” which is predominately populated by House Frau’s who convince people their Martha Stewart inspired craft projects are art and rounded out by “professional” artists whose sculptures, paintings and poetry are so derivative and unimpaired they seem less like art and more like advertisements for the NYC art scene … circa 1992.

That fact is no excuse for vandalism, or stupidity for that matter. Two young art critics let their feelings about Greenville’s infamous “string sculpture” be known by taking a knife to it. What I suppose they didn’t know was that they were on camera at the time:

What we’re seeing is a guy trying to impress a girl by vandalizing this “sculpture” who is herself trying to impress him by dressing like a hooker from Miami Vice. He’s going to pay a hefty fine to impress a girl he could have had sex with regardless. Sad.

But not quite as sad a string sculpture.

Troy Dees pulled a gun on a man in his own house then beat the victim with a vacuum cleaner so viciously that the victim may suffer permanent damage to his back. He then took $40 from the man.

The mug shot above indicates to me that Dees enjoys either a little marijuana or a lot of beer. Either way since he’s feeling pretty good with himself. This violent punk may have semi-crippled a man so he could by a couple of dime bags or a case of beer.

I trust his fellow prisoners will wipe that smile of his face.

It looks like this case will be open and shut.

RAVELERS REST, S.C. — Greenville County deputies said that one person was arrested Wednesday after a chase ended in a crash in Travelers Rest.

Deputies said they tried to stop a yellow sedan whose driver appeared to be drunk around 5 a.m. They said the driver refused to stop and a chase ensued.

The driver headed to Travelers Rest, where local police joined in the pursuit.

The chase ended when the car crashed into an apartment building on Roe Road.

No one was hurt injured in the crash.

The driver’s name has not been released but there’s video at the link. It’s a yellow four door sedan with giant rims, or what I call a ghettomobile.

This also isn’t his first domestic beef, you’ll surely be surprised to learn.

The 27-year-old unemployed aspiring pro-wrestler is in a relationship with this 35-year-old adolescent who, if you scroll through the messages on her MySpace, was publicly berating Jamie for cheating on her. Her “mood” after being assaulted while holding a baby by the unemployed loser who would have probably killed her had her children not action? Confused. Luckily two of her four children, probably the 18-year-old and the 12-year-old, were not confused at all.

Are you starting to get the picture? The kids who beat the crap out of Jamie are the only ones in this mess with their heads on straight:

Deputies responded to the home on Mabry Road in Roebuck, Sunday morning. A woman told authorities that her live-in boyfriend Jamie Earnhart pushed her while she was holding her baby, then hit her in the the face, while he continued to yell at her.

The woman stated that when her children heard what was going on, they started to fight Earnhart. The suspect admitted to hitting the victim, and told deputies that he was trying to leave when the children blocked him from leaving the home before deputies arrived.

Mr. Earnhart was taken to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center for treatment from injuries sustained from the children fighting with him at the home. Mr. Earnhart was charged with criminal domestic violence and then transported to Spartanburg County Detention Facility.

Deputies say Mr. Earnhart has a prior conviction for criminal domestic violence.

When your kids have to step in and protect you from your abusive boyfriend who is almost a decade younger than you it’s time to rethink where you are in life.Her children should be given medals and applauded for being the adults in this situation. The mother needs to grow up, throw out this trash and start setting an example for her precious children.

According to the affidavit by (FBI special agent Paul) Jacobs, the sting is part of an investigation that has been going nine years.

From December 2009 through February, according to Jacobs, the task force received unsolicited e-mails allegedly from a representative of World Trade Investments outlining “questionable investments.”

On Feb. 10, an FBI informant was told to contact D’Arcy about pursuing the investments and given a phone number that is the number of the IMA office in Murphy.

When the informant contacted D’Arcy, according to Jacobs, D’Arcy said that he was associated with the United Nations and could obtain “self-liquidating grants” through a variety of methods. The next day, the informant was sent a packet of information on the investments on the letterhead of Grand Strategy, Ltd., which listed D’Arcy as the company’s director.

A part of the information offered an investment through the United Nations by which investors could place $50 million in the Haitian earthquake relief program and earn 50 percent per month for 10 months.

Among the claims made by D’Arcy in conversations and e-mails over the next few weeks, according to Jacobs, was that he preferred investments of $100 million, that he had completed transactions worth as much as $200 million and that there was a new grant program available to investors that would return a $200 million grant in 15 days on an investment of $100 million.

Jacobs said D’Arcy claimed the program was available only through connections with the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the United Nations.

According to an arrest warrant released by the State Law Enforcement Division, Gregory Martin Hill showed nine pictures to the student that were taken on his cell phone.

The warrant states, “That on or about August 24, 2010, Gregory Martin Hill did commit dissemination of harmful material toward a 16-year-old female student at Mullins High School, by inviting her into his office during school hours and showing her pictures that he had taken of his penis. Hill, a teacher at Mullins High School confessed to investigators that he had taken several pictures of his penis and while the female student was in his office he did scroll through his cellular phone and presented her with a pornographic picture of himself.”

The warrant goes on to say that Hill asked the student not to disclose that he had shown her the pictures.

Each picture constitutes a separate count, resulting in nine counts of disseminating harmful material to minors.

I’m thinking you can dock the pay of a man who shows pictures of his penis to a child. But hey, that’s just me.

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. — A woman says “I feels violated”, after her debit card number was stolen, after shopping at a local Walmart.

Sheila Smith used her debit card as a credit card, because she dosn’t use that card very often. So I used it as a credit card because she didn’t have her PIN number handy. Somehow, someone got her debit card information and used it without her permission.

Smith used the card at the Walmart in Travelers Rest last week. The next day her bank called her and said someone tried to use her debit card for an online account.

It wasn’t for much money, but the bank called her because whoever tried to use the card didn’t know the security code. The Secret Service is investigating the case as an inside job. This is the second time in a few months that the Travelers Rest Walmart had credit card numbers breached.

Now that multiple incidents have been reported it should be easy for investigators to find the overlap in who was working both times and find the thief, but I’d stay out of that Wal-Mart for a while if I were you.
