Dear Dave

I want to thank you personally for the great care you took with our recent purchase. We couldn’t be happier with the car and have had lots of comments on the vehicle. Of course, each time someone asks about the car, we tell them they need to talk to Dave Anthony! You made the entire process comfortable.

You mentioned I would be receiving a survey from GM regarding the purchase of our vehicle. As yet we have not received this – but I would love to tell the folks further up the food chain that the people in Conneaut know what quality service means!
