<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
4 mahi mahi fillets<br />
2 tablespoons olive oil<br />
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated<br />
sea salt and black pepper, to taste<br />
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped<br />
1 lime, juiced</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
1. Season both sides of the fillets with ginger, salt, and pepper and set aside.<br />
2. In a large cast iron skillet add in olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot place seasoned fillets in pan.<br />
3. Add in cilantro and lime juice.<br />
4. Cook until fish is done. Serve with steamed rice.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
4 mahi mahi fillets<br />
2 teaspoons garlic powder<br />
2 teaspoons paprika<br />
1 teaspoon chili powder<br />
sea salt and black pepper, to taste<br />
2 tablespoons unsalted butter<span id="more-115"></span></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients for Fresh Salad:</strong><br />
1/2 of a red onion, thinly chopped<br />
1 whole cucumber, peeled and diced<br />
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped<br />
1 red bell pepper, diced<br />
sea salt and black pepper, to taste<br />
2 teaspoons honey<br />
olive oil, to taste</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.<br />
2. In a small mixing bowl combine garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper. Then rub the mixture over both sides of fillets.<br />
3. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. After butter melts place fillets in the skillet.<br />
4. Cook 3-4 minutes per side, until the fillets are browned.<br />
5. Then place the skillet in the oven for approximately 5 minutes or until mahi mahi is cooked thoroughly.</p>
<p><strong>For Salad:</strong><br />
1. Combine all of the salad ingredients together, drizzle the desired amount of olive oil over it. Then mix well and serve with the pan seared mahi mahi.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
4 mahi mahi fillets<br />
1 1/2 cups corn starch<br />
sea salt and black pepper, to taste<br />
1 tablespoon unsalted lemon pepper<br />
2 teaspoons onion powder<span id="more-101"></span><br />
2 large eggs<br />
1 tablespoon milk<br />
2 tablespoons olive oil</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
1. In a medium mixing bowl combine corn starch, salt, pepper, lemon pepper and onion powder. Mix well.<br />
2. In another mixing bowl combine egg and milk, whisk until smooth.<br />
3. In a large skillet pour in olive oil. Heat over medium-high heat.<br />
4. Dip fillet in egg mixture so that it coats both sides. Then coat both sides in the corn starch mixture.<br />
5. Place each coated fillet in hot oil. Grill 4-5 minutes each side, flipping only once.</p>

1/2 cup soy sauce<br />
1 teaspoon sarachi sauce<span id="more-66"></span><br />
3 large garlic cloves, minced<br />
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil<br />
2 tablespoons brown sugar<br />
2 green onions, thinly diced</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
1. In medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for fillets.<br />
2. place fillets in large ziploc bag, pour half of the mixture in. Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.<br />
3. Meanwhile, start the grill. Brush grill with olive oil and preheat to medium-high heat.<br />
4. Grill on one side for 3-4 minutes. Flip over and grill another 3-4 minutes. Do not overcook.<br />
5. Heat remaining sauce and use for dipping or pour over the top.</p>

4 mahi mahi fillets<br />
sea salt and pepper, to taste<br />

2 limes, juiced<br />
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated<br />
2 tablespoons olive oil<br />
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>1. In a small mixing bowl combine soy sauce, lime juice, ginger and olive oil.<br />
2. Place fillets in a shallow dish, season with sea salt and pepper. Pour mixture over fillets. Cover and marinate for 20 minutes in refrigerator.<br />
3. Preheat grill.<br />
4. Remove fillets, reserving marinade. Place fillets on grill over medium-high heat. Grill on each side for approximately 6 minutes, lightly brushing with the left-over marinade.<br />
5. Do not overcook. Remove and serve, sprinkle with cilantro.</p>
